Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Henderson NV

I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. I spoke with a very friendly man who then connected me to Stoy, the plumber. Stoy made it to my house within an hour after finishing up another job he had. I was so grateful that he was available at 10pm in the evening!  He was thorough in his approach and got my pipes drained and toilets flushing again. He stayed til 11:30pm.  Ow, that's what I call incredible dedication!  Thank you, Stoy, for helping us so late in the evening and for providing such a great rate for your services!  You'll be the one we call next time we have plumbing issues.

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!

I hired these guys based on a referral. This company was paid to scope my house. Not only did they not complete the job they were paid for, but they lied about it. I was taking precautions before I made an offer on a property. Scoping the pipes was my first concern to determine whether or not I would purchase a home. I was out of state and the guy came in with the realtor and was supposed to have performed the task he was paid for. Not only did he lie about scoping the pipes, he added a big 5000 dollar repair list to the estimate...but said the pipes were in good shape...After we purchased the home, 2 days later we were getting water back flushing from the garbage disposal into the bathrooms. They had the audacity to charge me 200 bucks to clear the clog that they missed. I then hired a reputable outfit to scope...what we found was not good like Active Plumbing lied about. We found a no trespassing sign inside the pipe used as a patch...unreal !. I would not use these people ever again, and I would urge the public to beware of these conmen, thieves and liars.

Had this company out to service my upstairs AC that was not blowing cold air. Tech Steven comes out and says I need a new thermal expansion valve. Says he will have to call and find out how much is part and how long it will take to get in and will let me know. Sounds good!! Then a couple minutes later Steven said it's gonna cost $1100 for the job. Strange he has been in-front of me the hole time and has not called anyone. I asked him how much is the part and what is the breakdown. Steven gets defensive and says I don't know. I say well if you don't know how do you know it's $1100? Steven says that's just how much the job is, we don't give breakdowns we just have a flat rate. Then he says I'm not ripping you off that's just the cost. I pull up the part cost in front of Steven in my phone and say it cost under $150 for the part and he agrees after a few minutes then I say how much is the Freon and labor? Steven just kept saying we don't give breakdowns and that's just what it is. I didn't agree to this and called the company and spoke to office
manager Chad. I asked Chad to review this bid and make sense of it. Chad admitted that part cost is under $150 but would not say how much is the cost for Freon and labor. Chad instead wanted to talk down about the contractor I had out that give a bid of $625 to do the same work. Only thing Chad wanted to do is say my tech was not doing the job correctly but never wanted to justify or explain his company's bid of $1100. I asked for a refund of the $89 dollars I spent on the service call and Chad said he will wait a few months and see about it. Just clearly shows he has no integrity and business is not run with any honesty. Look at Chads other response to complaints, he just wants to talk down to people and call them names like slumlords. He told me I'm the worst Chad he's ever talked to, I said he was the most dishonest Chad I've ever spoke to. Let's see what his response looks like....  below I also added a picture showing where he calls another customer a slum lord as this is how this company tries to explain there excessive bids $1100 and no breakdowns by calling customer names instead of just explaining there cost by giving you a bid. But that's not how this company does business.

We needed to replace a toilet in our place of business. Superior Plumbing was professional and quick with their services. They sent text messages to let us know they would be arriving soon and gave estimates that were spot on. Bryce was our technician and he did a great job!

Thor Industries installed a top of the line Rheem Hot Water Heater for me in 2019. A few days ago, I noticed water in my garage, called Troy at Thor. He came out right away, said the water heater was defective. They drained and removed my water heater the next day and installed a brand new one. The installation fee was crazy high (as all things are since the pandemic) & I told Troy I simply could not pay that much. Long story short, Thor installed and completed the job absoutely perfect........and he gave me a discount on the install. THAT IS CLASS !! Please use Thor Industries for any HVAC, plumbing issues. You won't regret it.

We were trying to help an elderly neighbor find a plumber to change out all the toilets in his house (two out of three were not functioning). Billy was recommended by a friend. When I called him, he immediately came out to give us an estimate.  He was able to to do the work promptly. Everything is ship-shape!  Work completed quickly and everything cleaned up and old toilets taken away. That plus Billy is just a great guy- he kept us informed of his arrival times and was genuinely pleasant to work with. If you feel like I do that dentists and plumbers are pretty high up there in terms of fair pricing and trustworthiness, I highly recommend Billy. He quoted what I feel was a fair price and there were no add ons. He wouldn't even accept a tip!  Great job!

If your looking for a honest reliable plumber, You can't stop looking! They can attend all your needs. They have great customer service. They were out here the same day and was able to take care of my problem the following day. Over all it was an amazing experience! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Great company to work with! Timur was our technician and he provided awesome service. The repairs were all explained, the prices were reasonable and he had all the parts on hand to do the repairs right away. I scheduled last minute the day before and the company was able to send Timur out the next morning to provide service. I would definitely recommend Timur and his company and will work with them again next year to provide annual maintenance on my AC unit.

Highly recommended. The whole experience was A+ customer service, from picking up my call quickly, to being able to schedule an appt on a holiday. When Larry quoted between 8:30 and 9am, and promptly called me at the start of the timeframe to say he was on his way, I had high hopes. On arriving, he immediately noticed an issue we had been having in the kitchen that wasn't part of the original call, but I was going to ask for suggestions about. Since it was such a straightforward task, he took care of that and the primary purpose of his visit at no extra cost. Received some great tips that clearly showed his knowledge in the industry, and finished the visit very pleased overall. Will not hesitate to call him again, and to pass his information on to anyone looking for a top-notch plumber.

Clifford was in asap which I needed. He knew right away what the plumbing problem was and fixed it. He was in and out within the hour. I'd recommend him again.

In 15 years I think this is the 3rd time we have used Rakeman. Once again our friends at Rakeman Plumbing did a great and quick job for us. GG truck #9 (-:  

One of the best parts is there is no BS.  Had a water heater that was still under warrantee and called several  Plumbing companies and everyone had some BS story, my model was obsolete and there was an upgrade charge,  Nooooooo not a problem at Rakeman, one guy told me if it was older that 6 months the building codes required $100's in up grades Nooooooo not a problem at Rakeman.

I had put this job on the back burner and just saw the comment from this business owner so I decided to call them again. I'm glad they're still in business as they had done such a good job on our bathroom and hopefully we will be equally happy with this.  I've scheduled for them to install a water softener for us.   I'm giving 4 stars for now because of the extremely pleasant conversation I had with Jerry.  His customer service skills are excellent and very appreciated.

Update 10/20/20:  Jerry installed our new water softener a few days ago and it's working beautifully.  He and his helper wore booties to prevent our floors from getting dirty, as well as masks.  We're very happy with what they did and will definitely be calling Adaven from now on when we need plumbing work done.

I absolutely love Action Plumbing. I had a drip under my kitchen sink and Ernesto replaced both valves quickly and efficiently. The bonus was I had a new toilet I just purchased and was waiting for someone to install. They took the time to add that to the ticket and took little time before he was done. I'm so happy I looked to Yelp and more so for finding a great plumber.

Awful.  They came out to install my water heater purchase from Lowes.  Lowes contracts them out, which is a horrible business decision on their part.  They I stalled the water heater, and our water pressure went down.  Also, when taking a shower, if another hot water source is turned on, it goes down to a drip.  We never had this issue before the new water heater was installed.  I called Lowes.  The owner of Pain in the Pipe, Mike, came out.  I showed him the issue with the shower. He and another man went into the garage.  They came back a minute later to say it was the water softener.  If that were the case, why is the cold water pressure okay?  He said he was 99% sure that was the problem, otherwise I need a new regulator that is very costly.  I called the water softener company to service our equipment.  I told them the issue since the water heater install.  The water softener service man went over to check the work done on the water heater, apparently they didn't open the valves leading into the house all the way.  It was as simple as that.  I wouldn't trust Pain in the Pipe to do anything.  If the owner couldn't figure that out, but suggested I need a very expensive further repair, I am perfectly aware of their scam.  Beware.  Lowes is not smart to be doing business with them either.

Not only did Air Squad rip us off with a bad compressor repair in June 2015, but now we need a whole new unit!  We split our payment to them of almost $800 (that was the cost WITH an AHS home warranty at the time) and I called today to find out the serial numbers involved with the compressor in order to confirm their service last year.  I was told that, because I still owe them $244 (for which they SAY they mailed me bills and called me, but did NOT), they will not release this information to me!  I'm a consumer with rights...this is NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.  They demanded my money and attempted to BLACKMAIL me for information that I have a right to know.

I really wish I would of looked at the comments before I had Hawthorne come to my house. I never would of never  called them. Kyle was the service man. Very nice and pleasant young man. However  he totally misdiagnosis what was wrong with my ac. He gave me an estimate from 2, 785  which was only a temporary fix not under warranty.   He had stated we needed a new flex duct. Plus sealing of all the orher ducts connections. The other option were from 8 thous to 10 thous. Under warranty. .. replace ac unit.. . When my husband got back in town I told him what he said.. My husband  frustrated decided to go under the house. We were confused. How could we need a new ac. Because it was blowing ice cold. It just had a flow problem. What my husband  found really upset me. We didn't need a new flex duct.. it wasn't connected. . After my husband connected it boy was my air cold.
The ac is fixed. I can't believe it..please beware, or cautious..  we saved 10 thousand. .

I had an emergency situation happen with a tenants kitchen sink leaking. We weren't sure what was causing the leak as there was nothing we could see. Due to the amount of water that was leaking I had to get someone out ASAP to avoid any issues. Anyways, after calling 7 different plumbing companies this was the only one who was actually able to go out on short notice. They were on top of communication and made payment so easy. I can't thank them enough, they will deff become my go to company if I ever need them in the future. Thank you!

This man literally blocked my car with my son and I in it from getting on the freeway trying to kill us !I have pictures and proof and will report him to the police. All because I honked at him for nearly hitting my car and cutting me off. Then wants to proceed to block me from going anywhere like a complete fucking asshole I will make sure no one goes to your fucking business and every no one knows what a psychopath you are! ..
