I needed a bathtub drain cleaned out. They were fast, polite, professional and early, boy that's a change!  Very reasonably priced. Absolutely will use again.

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!

I called Active Plumbing because the thing in my garage was leaking. Chris came out to my home within an hour. It turns out the most important valve in my home was leaking. It controls the water pressure to my whole house. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. This is my second time using Active Plumbing and they are always courteous and provide me with excellent service!

I have been using Alaskan for AC work for years and have always been very happy with the service. They have done three full central heating and air replacements for me, both units at my current residence and the single unit at my previous residence. Being a single mom, I am naturally nervous about not knowing if I am going to get ripped off by contractors.  First off, YOU CAN TRUST SUPERIOR PLUMBING!!!  Not only were they honest but they are very nice and understanding.   They understand when you can't afford the expenses and do their best to get the job done and meet your needs.  They are fast to responding.  Just seriously overall nice.  Not only is the my review to recommend them but they were recommended to me by three other people before I called them!   Good service like this, can be tough to find in the city.  I suggest you use them!

I called at 5am and got an answer and appt set up along with a few followups before 6am. Thats an amazing level of communication and I believe it was the actual owner talking to me.

We had the black pipe break from the street to the house. We called another plumber out and they were very rude and seemed high on the price to replace the line. I called WEB Pluming for a second opinion not sure what to expect. They were there in 45 minutes, gave us a better price without knowing what the first company was going to charge. They stayed at the house until 8:30pm, even in the rain to make sure we had water that night.
We were one of the homes that had the bad kitech fittings that had to be replaced. WEB saw they did the pressure control valve wrong and spent extra time to repair it as well.
This job was not an easy 1hour fix. They did an amazing job fixing our broken waterlines and our yard almost looks like they were not even there. They even fixed a broken irrigation line that was damaged but not by them. I will never call another plumber again, these people are amazing.

If your looking for a honest reliable plumber, You can't stop looking! They can attend all your needs. They have great customer service. They were out here the same day and was able to take care of my problem the following day. Over all it was an amazing experience! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

This is the greatest company.  I had an air conditioner replaced by them.  I called several companies and they  were the most economical.  They answered every question I had and they were there when promised. They are very respectful and professional. USE THEM!  You won't be sorry.

Friendly phone operators, helpful customer service & polite/helpful handymen. The repair guy walked me through the problem & showed me the end results after, was also very sweet with the dog that I animal sit so that was also appreciated!

We had a leak at the water pressure return valve in the garage. After being warned that this company was notorious for overcharging I stupidly went ahead and called them.  When I asked him about alternatives to the overly inflated charge to replace the worn valve all the plumbing tech could offer was some cheap car salesman pitch. Red flags go up when the guy greets you with how you are going to pay then the repair charge mysteriously went up when told the property was a rental.

With rental properties, I am always looking for someone who can respond quickly and is reliable. Jerry is fabulous!!!!  I have used him three times in the last two weeks. All three times were a same day call and fix! Extremely easy to work with!

Professional plumbing done right and in a timely manner. When I called around 9am, the receptionist told me to expect the plumber from 1pm to 3pm. At 2:45 Rocky came and assessed the problem. By 3:30, the washer line was snaked out and he was cleaning up. I'm totally sold on Action Plumbing ... Thank you Rocky!!

Lowe's contracted Pain in the Pipe Plumbing to replace my Hot Water Heater. The employees were very professional and did a great job. I will absolutely call this company in the future. Employees are a reflection of staff and management, so the whole company deserves credit. Plumbing is a very difficult job to begin with. Great company name and easy to remember too.

Horrible company!!  Because I was an american home shield customer they put me on the back burner and used the excuse that they needed authorization! Which was a lie! Then said they wanted me to supply them with a 14ft ladder cause they didn't have one !! They are not plumbers. American home shield sent another plumber which cut the wall and fixed the problem! A real plumber!

A service technician (Shane) from Hawthorne PHC came out to the house at my request for a general inspection of my situation since I fired my previous company. I'm not certain I can say thank you enough in a review, but I'll try.  Shane inspected our A/C units, furnaces, and plumbing and then we sat and talked about his findings. Our prior company did the same a week earlier and said we needed some $10,000 in upgrades to our systems which are only 3 years old! Shane was more honest. We're in fine shape and our relatively new equipment is good just the way it is. The information Shane shared was eye-opening. I learned more about HVAC and my own system in an hour than I learned from my previous company in 3 years. I signed up for semi-annual maintenance visits and was told that since I am retired military, they would be free!  That's right. Hawthorne has a Heroes Program for military and first responders. But that's not even the best part of our visit. The best part is the knowledge and forthrightness displayed by Shane. He was here for some time and the service call was part of their Heroes Program. I am impressed. A week ago I was faced with a bill for $10,000 and today I am worry free now that I have Hawthorne on my side. I can't say thank you enough.

I had an emergency situation happen with a tenants kitchen sink leaking. We weren't sure what was causing the leak as there was nothing we could see. Due to the amount of water that was leaking I had to get someone out ASAP to avoid any issues. Anyways, after calling 7 different plumbing companies this was the only one who was actually able to go out on short notice. They were on top of communication and made payment so easy. I can't thank them enough, they will deff become my go to company if I ever need them in the future. Thank you!

Old shower cartridge stuck badly, noway to get it out! Robert respond runaway and fixed it and replcae it within just an hour after i call him.
