Drain Bears did an amazing job with my sewer line repair. Stoyan used a trenchless pipe lining technology that avoided jackhammering up the floors in my house. I own a rental house in NLV and the hot water heater went out. Found Active Plumbing on the web and they were advertising a 40 gallon for $695 Total Price Installed on their web site. When I called them the price they gave me was somewhere around $750 and claimed that the web site has last year's price. This in itself points to a lack of integrity, because a businessman with integrity, might point out that they failed to updated the price on the web site, but still honor the price.
However, given that this is a rental and I need to get it replaced, I agree to the price and put them in touch with my property manager who in turn put them in touch with the tenant to work out the schedule.
To make the long story short, I get a call from my property manager that Active Plumbing told the tenant  the price is going to be $1,100.
Nice. We go from $695 to $750 to $1100.
No deal. Arrangements were made and someone else got the job.

This was a issue less then 60 days ago that this company fixed zero warranty, the tech even said to me the guy that fixed my issue sucked and got fired A young man showed up with no clue of plumbing. He said he would return with a entirely new part (because he didn't understand what was the issue) however he never returned and I was told the owner would call me and that never happened. Horrible service and unknowledgeable technicians.

I called and spoke with Troy about our leaking hot water heater. He said they could arrive within 2 hours to check it, give an estimate and replace it same day if we wanted to work with him.
He arrived as promised and gave a reasonable estimate for replacement and the work to be done to bring things up to current codes.

After arriving and giving the estimate, he left, got a new water heater, returned and replaced our leaking one all within 1 1/2 hours.

Long story short, 3 1/2 hours and we have a new water heater, hot water and no leaks.

Excellent service I would recommend to others and use again in the future.

I've had help from WEB for a water softener and a large plumbing remodel.  Great work and service.  Highly recommended.  Billy even showed up on Thanksgiving morning to help out in my prior house for a broken pipe.

My wife and I called Plumbing Pros LV to diagnose and resolve a continually running toilet. Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with. He had warned me that if he needed to replace the guts of the cheap toilet installed by the builders of our house, we would be better off just buying a new and better toilet -- but he found that the only problem was a leaking flapper valve, which he quickly replaced.

I talked with him about the high mineral content of our local water supply, and after some Internet research, we decided to have him install a water filtering and conditioning system to reduce scale and remove existing scale deposits in our plumbing system. He sent me information about the system he recommended, and once we decided to have him proceed, he was able to order the system components and get them delivered within just 2 days! He installed the system in our garage today and did a neat and thoroughly professional job.

We are very pleased and will undoubtedly call Larry to have Plumbing Pros handle any plumbing-related tasks that may arise in the future.

Hot water heater went out and was under warranty still and was given Rakeman as a point of contact who honors warranties. I couldn't get through reading off the first three letters of serial number before the sloppy communicator on the other side interrupts me to proudly announce this type of water heater is not something they will service....smh...I needed it replaced not services; but it was obvious this company isn't looking to provide the best service.

I have used Action Plumbing for 2 years to do a variety of work in my home. Terrific company. HONEST WITH FAIR PRICES! They always put the customer first. A rarity today. Nice group of guys who do great work.

Recently, I was referred to Jay's Plumbing for a second opinion regarding an issue with my sewer pipes.  

I had made the mistake of calling another plumbing company to unclog my drain, and they told me that a sewer fitting underneath my foundation had separated and would cost in excess of $3000 to repair.

Curt, the owner of Jay's Plumbing was honest and forthcoming.  His technician, Jerry was very thorough and efficient.  Jerry conducted a video inspection of the sewer line and DID NOT find a separation or any other issues.  He took the time to explain everything that the camera revealed during the video inspection.

The personnel from Jay's Plumbing were ethical and charged a reasonable price for their service.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

These guys are awesome! I have used this company on multiple occasions and have nothing but good things to say! Once for an issue with my sink, once to replace my water heater, another time to snake a few drains in my house and they fixed a water pressure issue at my last house. These guys were always on time and super professional. Thanks CJ and Curtis! Keep up the good work.

These people are awesome.  My serviceman was Don.  He was extremely nice and knowledgable.  He got there within the time window.  He fixed my problem with ease and even went to three different locations to find my parts.  He even had good advice on another problem I was having.  The customer service from the woman in there office is great as well.  I am very pleased with them and highly recommend them to anyone.  I would certainly use them in the future, although I would hope to not have to.

Problem:The shower pressure would drop by half after turning on.
Ivan said the problem was the PRV (pressure regulator valve) on the water line into the house.The cost to replace the valve and labor was $704.00.  There was no breakdown on the bill for parts and labor.
After further research I found the exact same valve on Amazon for $69.99.  That puts the labor cost at $634.00 for less than 15 minutes of work.
The labor was to tighten two couplings on the valve.
This did NOT fix the problem, and I had to have the company send Ivan out again in 2 days.
This time he indicated the problem was the water softener system.  
After speaking with Angel (owner) he offered to refund my total bill of $704.00 within the hour. I accepted his offer and thanked him for his costumer support!

I found their ad on a Church news paper. They came out 3 times to fix the same issues. Their business model is they charge $70 for service call unless there's an expensive repair in which they waive the $70. Long story short, I couldn't afford the $500 repair and was charged $70 for the issues. Consumers beware of the we are plumbers not sale people BS.

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.

After reading people's mean reviews I felt obligated to put my good review in here. Company responded to my home warranty call extremely quick, showed up on time and resolved my problem. Our furnace wasn't working and apparently only needed to clean the sensors which he did and change the air filters. Worker left some dirty footprints was the only thing otherwise all was good!
