01/18/2022 I had the pleasure of meeting not just a amazing plumber, but a honestly God loving man. His name is DAVID FERNANDEZ, look I'm not getting paid to write this review. I just felt like doing it, because the service this man provided was differently 10 out of 10!! I would highly Recommend doing business with this company (drain bears).and pleased ask for David you will not regret it! When my air went out yesterday I was miserable and my home warranty said I had to wait 2.5 days I called these guys and he was there within 3 hours and submitted a request with my home warranty.  Had it taken care of within an hour. Highly recommend them.

This is my second experience with the team at Alaskan Heating & Air. Highest level of service I have received in my 14 years in Las Vegas. From the courtesy and efficency of the person who took my call (Amber) to the technician (Raul)-who was on time, experienced, heard what my issues/needs were and provided exceptional service and pointers for my system moving forward.

Gary from Superior Plumbing came out on our request to determine what was causing our water bill to be so high each month. Our initial cost per month when we had the house built in 2005 was around $70. but for unknown reasons the costs shot up between $350. to $400 per month for the last 6 months. After inspecting our water system he determined that the self adjusting water system for our pool was faulty. He was very helpful to us as he explained the problem and what we should do.  Thank you Superior Plumbing!

Billy and his guys are just all around quality people that are a diamond in the rough here in LV/Henderson and rarely found!!! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. I let very few contractors in my home w/ out supervision and WEB is one of the limited few I trust to do this with. I have used WEB on many projects/repairs over the past 10 + years, and 5 stars isn't praise enough for the company and their integrity based way of doing business!

Good folks. Came same day and got my water heater replaced quickly. Even helped with a water pressure issue for no charge. The least I can do is pay it forward with a good review. Recommended!

I am amazed at this story about Rakeman's Plumbing in North Las Vegas and I want to thank them for being an honest business that goes the extra mile for loyal customers - a rarity in Las Vegas, in my experience.

My elderly mom and dad have encountered several scams and elder abuse monetary issues in managing their home in Las Vegas since 1995. I have taken a few of these on for them from Los Angeles (the least of which was Home Depot, who eventually made good on the $500 issue) because they are simply not tech savvy enough - although they are intelligent - to maneuver today's complex digital business world when things go wrong - they've been retired for 20+ years.So I was grateful when they used Rakeman's for a couple of bigger plumbing jobs on their house and they seemed satisfied and felt the pricing was fair.

Then recently, they had a toilet issue, so they dropped into Rakeman's to ask if it was something they could help them to fix. To my amazement, one of the Rakeman workers went to my parent's house and fixed the toilet for FREE. This just does not happen in most places.

Please support this extremely decent business - who does good work at a fair price - and values human beings over hourly billings. It meant the world to my folks and to me for them to be treated so well.

I had a leaky water pressure something-or-other and had gotten quotes from several other plumbers into the thousands of dollars. I finally came across Action Plumbing (and a fair price). They were able to come out right away. Rocky took some measurements and then went to get the part and was able to get the same one so it was a quick and easy install. Very courteous and professional. Will keep them in mind the next time something inevitably breaks around here. Thanks!

I have had the biggest headache with one particular toilet at my house for over a year. I have had it service twice with another plumbing company whom seem to only give it a quick fix!
Of course on a hectic Monday morning this toilet decides to make my morning so much worse! It starts to over flood like a darn volcano with no mercy !! I immediately called Jay's Plumbing and service in panic! Melissa was amazing and so calming on the phone. She had her technician Jerry come that evening!
When Jerry came the toilet seemed to calm down a bit but still was not draining. He was so sweet & explained his game plan to me. He was able to fix this troubled toilet within 1 hour! They were able to even make paying for the service so convenient!!
I will only be calling this place for future plumbing rescues! Thanks again Jerry and Melissa !

Jason made a great impression on my wife and was honest about nice to have service versus must haves. Communication and the end result were great.  We'll absolutely use them again as needed.

I really wish I would of looked at the comments before I had Hawthorne come to my house. I never would of never  called them. Kyle was the service man. Very nice and pleasant young man. However  he totally misdiagnosis what was wrong with my ac. He gave me an estimate from 2, 785  which was only a temporary fix not under warranty.   He had stated we needed a new flex duct. Plus sealing of all the orher ducts connections. The other option were from 8 thous to 10 thous. Under warranty. .. replace ac unit.. . When my husband got back in town I told him what he said.. My husband  frustrated decided to go under the house. We were confused. How could we need a new ac. Because it was blowing ice cold. It just had a flow problem. What my husband  found really upset me. We didn't need a new flex duct.. it wasn't connected. . After my husband connected it boy was my air cold.
The ac is fixed. I can't believe it..please beware, or cautious..  we saved 10 thousand. .

Called after hours and the owner Shawn Butter answers the phone?? I thought I was dreaming, but it's true. Shawn helped me get the water turned off on my water softner that contiued to run even after I unplugged it. He remained calm and walked me thru the steps. Other service companies would sell you a service call. But Shawn felt he could save me the $$ and help me shut off the water over the phone. I highly recommend them. Thank you again, Shawn

I was referred to Air Squad by my Home Warranty Company American Home Shield.  I received a quote and was told what was wrong with my AC system from another company.  I spoke with Rina and she sent Josh out.  He was AMAZING!!  He fixed my AC, explained everything he did, respected my home and saved me a ton of money!!!!!  Thanks for being an HONEST company!!!  You have earned all of my future business.
