We contracted with Sierra for a new hot water heater after being referred by Costco (who gives a 10% rebate). We were a bit disturbed that after being told we could possibly have next day installation, it was actually scheduled for 8 days later. Then, on the morning of installation, we got a last minute call postponing installation until the next day. Having said that, Reuben, our installer, was great! He was efficient and professional. We are very pleased with the final product. But, we did call Sierra after the fact to discuss the delay. We spoke with RJ, the manager, who was understanding. He investigated and gave us a report an hour later on what went wrong (the wrong unit was shipped from CA; they then overnighted the right unit). He then gave us a 15% discount AND a year's maintenance on the hot water heater, AC and heating systems. We were pleased with his response to our concerns. These things happen and it's nice when a company responds so positively.

I was in a pinch with a plumbing issue and Tomich Handyman service came in and saved my ass! Thank you so much for the clear communication, fast response, and reasonable rates.

$3600 for a water heater.  What a joke?  Don't ever call this company if you want to save money

Called Saturday night for a plumber to replace our main water supply valve that was frozen shut.  He arrived in 45 minutes, was courteous and did the work quickly for a fair price.  We're very happy with Rakeman and Jim.

Amazing service experience.

Mid August, my AC was blowing air but the AC unit outside was not turning on. Bottom line, no cool air.

I called. The phone receptionist was professional and took down my info. They promptly transferred me to Chris (HVAC on-call, technician) who talked to me over the phone and later came to the house to diagnose the problem.  Chris was very cordial, motivated, and professional. I never felt like I he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, and had my AC working in no time.

The company charges a service visit fee of $89  (half of it is applied to the cost of the repair). The pricing was fair and they provided me with prompt, transparent service.

I will definitely use them again.

I had a major plumbing issue. My water shut-off in the garage blew up. Troy with Thor Industries was here in 15 min. We could not locate the water main and  had to call the city. Once the city showed up and shut the water  off to the community. Matt and Troy were able to help me replace the shut off. They saved my house from alot if damage. Thank you Thor Industries

I called Pure Plumbing to get a quote to find the source of a banging noise appearing to be coming from the water heater vicinity.  Scott arrived at the scheduled time and clearly explained the problem and gave me a free quote in writing. After reviewing the company we decided to have the work done. Over the course of the job several new problems arose that needed to be addressed. We had many questions and our concerns were always answered promptly and clearly. One of the problems was due to a previous plumber not doing the job correctly and not once did Scott or anybody else bad mouth the previous plumber.  Needing a new water heater, it was recommended to install a tankless water heater and I'm so pleased we did. What a joy to never run out of hot water. Sadly a few days after the completion of the job we needed to call Pure Plumbing back for a secondary issue that was related to the original problem but didn't show itself right away. They fixed the secondary issue promptly with no complaints about having to come back.   Sometimes fixing plumbing problems leaves holes that need repairing and Pure Plumbing referred us to Quick Response.  Thank you Pure Plumbing for taking such good care of our plumbing needs.  You are our go to plumber from now on.

AC leaks water into the house. They first sent a plumber to identify it's not plumbing leak, they charged me service fee of course. Then they sent AC guy and I was told the leak is because the AC unit is misaligned. After another visit, they fixed the alignment. I was charged over $460 but the leak continues. Then they told me I need to replace the coil, the cost will be an extra $1100. I don't know if I can trust them any more.

10/10 would recommend! I messaged the company about having someone come look at my kitchen sink / broken garbage disposal and the owner messaged me quickly and I was able to set up an appointment with tammie. They were super nice and a young man came over the following morning & was able to get my garbage disposal running & cleaned the pipes under my sink. all done super quick! and honestly they're super affordable, I had gotten larger quotes from other company's for what they did. definitely keeping their phone number saved if we ever need plumbing or AC help. we just bought our first house & it's nice to know there's a reliable family owned company we can count on.

It's my first experience with Anytime Plumbing and I have to say it was a great one. I had leaks all up and down my main to the house, and Rick came out evaluated it, all while being courteous and friendly - went way above and beyond working in August heat. He ran a completely new supply line to the house, after digging a whole new trench, and even put in a new hose bib for me. He came back first thing after the weekend and refilled the new trench, cleaned up my yard and I didn't even know Rick was out front working until he rang the bell and had me take a look. Can't say enough good things about Rick and Anytime Plumbing as a new customer!

ICE Heating and Cooling had a special for a complete inspection for my heat pump a/c for $39 which sounded great.  I stated that one heat pump wasn't cooling.  The tech came over and found a disconnected wire and put it back back into the connector.  It maybe took 3-4 minutes.  That was a $150 charge.  I felt that was unreasonable for the work the tech did.  So my bill was $189.00 which was not expected.  Maybe  next time I won't take them up on those discounts

My experience with this company is just awful.  I had a slab leak, and used my home warranty which connected me with Air Squad Heating and Air Conditioning.  To begin with, the plumber who showed up to estimate did not wear a mask.  He put one on, only after I told him that residents were immune deficient.  He appraised the job and I was called later with a quote of $3,480 ($1000 to be paid by the home warranty) and that the job was major and would take 3 days to complete.  I took off work to be home when the job was scheduled.  The same plumber came back to do the job, again only wore a mask after I told him to, and didn't wear one while doing the work.  He completed the job in 5 hours (taking a 2 hour break in the middle to get parts - which he had to go out again because the part was the wrong size).  So after 5 hours of actual work, they wanted me to pay the balance of $1240.  I told the plumber that I would not pay that amount and I wanted to speak to his boss.  They over estimated the cost of the job and I lost 2 days of work.  
He put me on the phone with his boss, who informed me that the home warranty company - American Home Shield - only paid them a couple hundred dollars - not the 1k that I was told they were paying for this work.  After arguing with me, they finally agreed to drop the price and make my balance $600, I wrote a check to send with the plumber.  Shortly thereafter, the plumber returned and the owner called me to demand I owed them an additional $160 because he thought I paid more than I said I did for the deposit.  Rather than dealing with these awful people, I wrote the check.  I will never use or recommend this company.  Stay far away.

So far i am extremely happy with air pro and Kris. The dude came here around 230 pm. Done by 3pm with my ac fixed. Had the part in his truck. I have to admit, i was scared cause when you call the place you could only leave voicemail. I was tginking, oh man this place is going to be worse than A and R. But nope, so far no complaints. I felt bad cause i had a tip ready to give Kris but i was so excited about the ac fixed that it slipped my mind. So if you are reading this, sorry Kris.

A year later and the same problems.   Brand new system last year and it's 86 in the house.  3 rd time in a year.  Tells me, I never needed a new system at all.  They just wanted the $15,000!!!!  
Liars, cheaters and bad business.

I woke this morning Saturday to a flooded garage.  Called Hawthorne and wow.  I got someone at 7:00am on Saturday.  The repair man was at my home by 8:30AM.  He had to leave to pickup the correct new water heater and the job was completed before noon.  Way to save the weekend Hawthorne.  You have my recommendation. The serviceman was great and very conscientious.  He explained all the options and did a great job (5 star rating on this plumber)

My home warranty group contacted them for a repair.  Chris called and set up the appointment.  I found him to be impatient and short on the phone.  Had he taken the time to listen to me... he might have realized there was no need for the service call as the home warranty group would not have covered the repairs.  

He gave me a 10 minutes heads up that he was coming to my place, which I appreciated.  

Chris was unhappy that he walk so far in my complex and that he couldn't find my home with easy.  I could hear him puffing in disgust as he approached my door.

I let him in and explained that the seal was broken around the basket area of my sink.  He said that it wasn't covered and seemed ready to leave.  I said well it can't be that hard to fix a seal.  He then said, he would charge me $199 to repair it.  There was no explanation for the why of it.  It felt like a shakedown for more money.  I told him that I wouldn't pay that fee and he left.  He was in my home under 2 minutes and never once looked under my sink to make sure there wasn't more to my problem.

I called the home warrant company and they got a report from the owner of this business stating that if the basket wasn't replaced that it would just keep leaking.  Perhaps had been explained to me, I might have considered using them.  I would suggest seeking a different company if you are looking for diagnosis and friendly service.

This is an update to an earlier review. Sunrise Service deserves a solid 4-Stars-- I suppose I am holding back on 5-Stars for fear of grade inflation.

I made an appointment. The service technician arrived as expected. There was no apparent problem with the A/C units, but the tech did indicate that a capacitor was showing erratic readings. As the capacitor in the other A/C unit needed replacement on a previous visit, I decided to err on the side of caution and replace the capacitor.

When it came time for payment and invoice generation, their device had connectivity issues. When it became apparent that I did not get my invoice via email, I called the back office. On this occasion, it only took one call for me to get my invoices.

All-in-all, Sunrise Service provides a reliable service.
