If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service has much to be desired. I needed someone to replace a UV light and filter and instead of allowing me to give them the model and type over the phone I had to have a person come out to check. For a cost. Than install was delayed several times. I understand emergencies coming up but If they were up front and honest about having to order it and it hadn't arrived to install but they weren't and then the tech didn't show or call when the install was finally scheduled.  I was told the install would take three hours and they would give me  the parts at wholesale because of the trouble but it only took 20 minutes to install and parts were not given at wholesale the total was $700 minus $25 for the no call no show inconvenience. So UV light and filter cost ($400) plus labor- 20 min ($300)  totaling $684 plus change. No consideration for customers time and to charge that much is a crime.  When I questioned the cost they said well it includes the tech's travel time to pick up the material and such and calls are recorded and detailed notes are taken and they could go back and review to prove they never said that. Ok I have excellent memory and I remember having that conversation as well. Terrible customer service and I will never use again. I only used because I saw all the great reviews but can't always believe what you see.

I was in a pinch with a plumbing issue and Tomich Handyman service came in and saved my ass! Thank you so much for the clear communication, fast response, and reasonable rates.

I had to have my plumbing hydro jetted and they came out and got it done the next day and the price was good and not the 3000 that gettlio wanted to charge me. I will use them from now on and thanks Carl

I had my garbage disposal and faucet start leaking. I was out of town and Rakeman Plumbing  was referred by a coworker.  I had Corkey replace the garbage disposal and today Eric and Junior replaced my faucet. I'm so appreciative to all of them for a FANTASTIC job. Eric and Junior explained everything about the warranty and made sure everything was right before they left.

Contacted Thor Industries regarding an issue with our water heater. I received an estimate same day and a new water heater was installed the next. The company went above and beyond by checking to see if the heater was still under warranty in order to save me some of the cost.   I will definitely use them again. They are very professional and provide excellent customer service.

Unfortunately, I needed major plumbing work at my house. I called PURE Plumbing and their Plumber, Scott, showed up. He was on time, sent a text to let me know he was on his way and identified the leak. He and his assistant dug up the front yard, replaced the pipes and upgraded them to meet new codes. Scott was pleasant, cheerful and kept me updated through the entire process. He even fixed a loose shower handle at no additional cost.
My brother used PURE plumbing to replace a broken water heater and had a very similar experience.

Since I've been a customer for years, I can honestly say that they will bend over backwards for you (no pun intended)!  They have a great group of office and technical staff, and Jess is the absolute best!  Regardless of the situation, they will make things work for you.

Excellent repair service provided by Bill and Tammy.  They went out of their way to help us fix our water heater over the weekend and were very quick and professional.  We will definitely call them again when we have HVAC, water heater or garbage disposal problems.

It's summertime, so of course everybody's ac is going out.  I called a lot of companies, and ICE was the one who could send someone out the soonest.  I appreciated that aspect of the situation.  Without checking much of the system, the tech said the capacitator (in the 3-year-old condenser unit) needed to be replaced.  The price seemed excessive, but I didn't know what else to do, so I authorized the repair.  It took about 5 minutes to do the repair, and It did cause to the ac to run properly.  I thought, well ok, prices go up when it's high demand.  

I had another company scheduled to come out later that afternoon.  When I called them to to cancel that appointment, I asked what they would've charged to replace the capacitator.  Their price was half of what ICE charged me, confirming my gut feeling that I had been overcharged.

A few hours later, another part of the ac system went out. I called that second company and they were able to send someone out at my original time slot later that day.  The second company did a repair which took almost 3 hours.  

If I subtract estimated parts costs from the repairs, ICE's labor charge was $50 per minute, whereas the other company's repair ended up being about $5 per minute.  I absolutely would not recommend this company.

My Home Warranty Company referred Air Squad Heating & Air Conditioning to me on a Sunday night.   On Monday morning they called and fit me into their schedule for Monday Afternoon. I was pleased with the person I spoke to on the telephone. When the technician came he was very polite. He fixed the problem in about 5 minutes in my attic. One week later the air conditioner stopped working again on a Friday night.  I called on Saturday morning and again they scheduled me for Saturday afternoon. The technician arrived on time was polite and fixed a new problem this time on the condensor on the outside compressor in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Air Squad Heating & Air Conditioning

Air Pro Master takes care of my heating and air conditioning. This company was really impressed me. They have great prices and they are very easy to work with. Also these guys don't change anything after they tell you what the scope is. Their service is good and they back everything up. When they installed a new unit for me, I know it was the best price in town. Definitely recommend.

Frankly, I'm disappointed in this company. I had high hopes in 2018 when they installed 2 new A/C units and 2 new furnaces (heat exchangers) in the attic. In other words, they installed everything there was to install to cool my home on the hot days and heat it on the cool days. I was convinced I had found my forever HVAC team and I joined their Club at some $300 a year. My wife and I are retired and living on fixed income, but we wanted the best and did not want to have concerns about our home comfort in our Golden Years.
Here's the problem. They come out twice a year (once in the Spring and once in the Fall) for the price of that Club membership just to service the units and insure they are operating properly. They have now been to my home 6 times in the past 3 years and EVERY TIME they find something wrong! Can you believe it? Brand new units and there is something wrong every 6 months! In addition to the ungodly price, I paid in 2018, I have laid out more money just to keep this new equipment operating effectively. There are so many complaints that I don't care to list them here, but I will describe the latest one.
An A/C inspection was performed on 11/4/2021 almost three years to the day that I had the equipment installed. And it was recommended that I spend another $10,000 on (1) Hard start kits, (2) more attic insulation, (3) a UV Light System Sanitizer, and (4) two surge protectors. That is one-third of the price I paid just 3 years ago for NEW units. Just 3 years! None of those recommendations have been made previously and technicians have been all over my home, as I said, six times.
I have lived a long time and have owned several houses in many parts of the country and have never had this much trouble with A/C or heating equipment even when they were 10, 15 or even 20 years old!
There is definitely something wrong with this picture and the problem is Goettl.  I don't trust them.  I think I'll return all of their flashlights and try a more reputable company.

I don't need anything else (I have hot water now) but I chose to write this update, to suggest a retraining of your customer service reps. The very first Rep I spoke with gave me a month's appointment out, even after I explained my situation (no hot water for 2 months because of home warranty issues and I needed Hawthorne to certify probable factory defect). She didn't take time to check the schedule.
Second lady I talked with gave me a next working day availability after checking the schedule. Bless her heart.

As great as service as I've dealt with in almost 11 years in Vegas. Will easily be my first & last call for any work needed in our home going forward. Quick, easy & professional. To top it off, they're fellow Bills fans which makes it that much better!

Again another great job! Very trustworthy company! Unfortunately my heater wasn't working. The technician said the wiring wasn't hooked up properly. Same technician came out that fixed my a/c. My heater worked just fine last year. I'm pretty sure the tech before him from another company messed with the wiring. He insisted that I needed a new unit when I didn't. Lucked out when I found this company.
