I've used this company a couple of time and got grossly overcharged both times. they do a sloppy work and try to rob clients. two thumbs down.

I will never use this company again! I had a toilet issue and paid over $150.00 for the service and had the issue again a week later. ( we never use this toilet  I just happen to check it)I call for them to come out again and they stated it would be another charge.

Installation of gas line was perfect and this is the second time we have worked with them. I will not hesitate to go with them a third time.

What a great company. I just had some extensive remodeling done in my bathroom and had a plumbing issue. I had no faith in my contractor after he installed a tub that came leaking through to the garage ceiling! I reached out to these guys and Matt told me he could come take a look at it no charge. I was thrilled. My contractor came back to finish the work and insisted on fixing it himself but I still had  little confidence in him (I had a fair amount of issues issues with him prior). So I let my contractor fix the mess he created. Matt from Thor Industries came out anyway to inspect and make sure everything was good, knowing there may not be any work to do and still honored the free estimate / evaluation. Everything turned out to be fine but the fact that Matt came out so quickly without charge and was honest says a lot about his character and the companies integrity. I look forward to working with this company in the future because Lord knows as a homeowner there's always something LOL!

Bronson did a great job for us. We had a problem with our toilet and bathroom sink. The pop up drain stopper was loose and he quickly fixed it in less than a minute at no charge. Then he checked the toilet and noticed he wasn't able to fix it that night so he didn't charge us at all for the service call and we rescheduled for the following night. The next night, Bronson was able to fix the toilet and thoroughly explained what was wrong with it. He answered all our questions and was completely accommodating and patient with us. We have used this company for the last 3 years for various plumbing needs from installs to upgrades to minor repairs and we have always been pleased with the results.

AC was not working and when Donovan came, he said that the motor was bad. He replaced it quick and at a reasonable price! Thank you Chris for squeezing me in! Both are my lifesavers! ^_^

This company was sent out to repair a leaking water line in front of the house through HomeServ, a warranty company. Although the leak was repaired they absolutely destroyed my landscaping and offer no resolution to repair it. They buried my irrigation vault under at least 6 of dirt. Pushed raw Nevada dirt over the top of decorative rock and landscape features. I asked the tech to love the decorative rock aside and all he did was push with his foot and then pile dirt on top and around areas that had no business being affected. He came back to finish the filling in when I was not home. The jokes are barely filled in. There are areas where the stone is 7-10 below grade and dirt piles that are over 12 above grade.  This is acceptable to them and HomeServ as HomeServ offered a stipend to go away and Mechanical Express is Jon responsive. DO KOT USE THIS COMPANY DIRECTLY OR THROUGH A WARRANTY COMPANY B

2009 had to change out water heater. Was under warranty. Got charged by these crooks $600 just for the labor and p/u-d/o of old/new water heater. Have since learned a lot about Las Vegas. Last week had to change water heater in girls house. Was under warranty. Found co. that did it for $375. Same work. Let me quote their customer serv. manager when I called them about it...coulda shoulda woulda. Come to your own conclusions.

These guys are the real deal! Very professional and know their craft.  I had issues with 2 of my AC units in the same week and Jeremy sent out one of his guys the same day to me to fix both issues I had.  Very qualified group on this team and I highly recommend for any and all home services they have to offer.

Routine maintenance on my system; Albert & Sam came out and thoroughly checked HVAC & water heater systems. They were kind, conscientious, and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Good annual visit. Thank you!

Our Air Conditioner broke during the middle of the summer.  Through our home warranty AHS, Air Squad was called to do the repairs.  Alex showed up and was very professional and diagnosed the problem within an hour.  Although the repair process took about a 5 days total due to the home warranty, Alex did the best he could.  As soon as the home warranty process and the part was received Alex spent the entire Saturday working on our unit.  Anyone who can work for entire day in the middle of July in Vegas deserves a great comment on yelp!  We appreciate all that Alex did to get our repairs done.

Two weeks later our air compressor went out.  Alex came to the rescue and got our air conditioning up and working again within a day!  Alex is the best and I would refer him to anyone.

CALIFORNIAN'S BEWARE OF THESE CLOWNS FROM NEVADA.!!!!!!!!!!!! .They will come in to make sure your unit fails hoping you have home owners Insurance so that they can put in a claim on a perfectly good unit this was my personal experience, the exact words from the mouth of an Air Pro Masters tech please help yourselves look elsewhere, there are plenty of reputable companies unlike this company who is based out of Nevada and claim they have an office in Van Nuys  with no phone number to contact. They work with DWP as a third party. DWP has been informed of their unethical business practices. They damaged my perfectly good unit then tried to sell me one that was from a previous ins. claim (CONSUMER BEWARE) the owners are never available especially when they are called out on there wrong doings. Had I have known that a third party was to come out to perform the work I would have checked them out right here on YELP unfortunately I did not, so my experience is your fair warning. If only yelp allowed negative stars!!! They would be a -10.

I was debating between giving 3 or 4 stars tbh, but 4 stars won out for the customer service on the phone, the great communication on appt day, and the service tech's personality and professionalism.  The upselling was quite frankly a turn off, and the pricing is higher than other companies.

My house is 24 years old, so I've been anticipating the plumbing coming up on some major repairs. When I shut off the water to have my friend install a kitchen faucet, the old-school gate valve on the main line busted and stayed closed, which resulted in very low water pressure afterwards (eek!)

I called Goettl on my friend's recommendation, and hands down their customer service is the best. I was impressed from making the appt in the beginning, to when the service tech Jeff G showed up. He was great to work with also, very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.

So the pricing is higher than other companies, just be aware when you call around to compare. It cost me $1300 for a new main line valve, pressure regulator and fixing the toilet leak. I knew my water panel would have to be repaired eventually, so I asked Jeff for a quote. He called someone to ask and they said around $6k on speaker. When I said it wouldn't be possible for me right now, Jeff was understanding and ready to end the call, but whoever was on the phone kept mentioning financing and how little the payments would be, how I shouldn't let it get worse, etc. I felt pressured to have my water panel replaced. Not by Jeff, but by the guy on the phone! I know I asked, but please be mindful not everyone has thousands to drop on big ticket items.

Called Hawthorne to come check why the pilot in my water heater wouldn't stay on. Ivan, the technician was very friendly. He told me it was the thermocouple and it would be about $359 to replace right then, but proceeded to tell me I should replace my water heater since it was old. Seemed reasonable since it was installed 13 years ago.   When he quoted me $1800 for install I started to realize what kind of company this must be. I told him I would call them back the next day so I could do some research. At that point, and I guess to be expected since I didn't fall for the criminal act, Ivan's tone changed and he became very short with me. I've called three companies since then for quotes and all have quoted the thermocouple for half the price as Ivan quoted and $800-$1,000 less for a new water heater. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience.

Update: the owner called me and refunded my money for the inspection and listed to my concerns with the technician. Changed starts to 3 for that as I appreciated the concern.

Have been using them for years. Have always been fair priced and on time. During a July heatwave my AC went out, Rick came out same day, when every one else told me it would be 2 days before they could check out the system. At noon was told I needed a new system. Made arrangements to pay and by the time I got home, they were finishing the install. GREAT SERVICE.

I have never used their service but I will give 5 stars to the driver of the company truck that cut me off. He had options (signals), but he is so magnificent he didn't need them. He speed off in a hurry. 5 stars for not hitting me and his ninja like driving skills!!
