I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!  
Highly recommend!

When our AC stop cooling very hot month, they responded very well and only needed to change to cartridge. I would use them again for future problems.

I am waiting to see if my leak gets fixed before deciding on a final number of stars. I noticed water dripping from the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom and the ceiling above the toilet had a hole from water damage. They came out to evaluate and decided it was from the bathtub in the master bath above on the second floor. The tech said they would have to go in at the floor of the master closet, which is next to the tub. I was leery but I am not a plumber. He said they needed parts and had to schedule a time to return. On the second visit it was a different tech, apparently the first one was called for another job. This one said he could go in through the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. $900 later, he had replaced a part of the pipe from the tub drain and seemed like it solved the issue. A few months later, after I had someone replace the drywall and paint, I noticed that there was a water stain in the new drywall. Called them back and the same tech came out. Replaced the tub drain, saying that was likely the issue. Seemed okay again. Fast forward another couple months, I can hear the water dripping into the ceiling again. I just called to have someone come out to check it. I had to have my mother (who lives in another state) call them since she is the homeowner in order to send someone out. They did not require this the last two times. AND they are charging me for the evaluation, which they did not do last visit. For $900 I expect the leak to be fixed. Not to mention the money I paid someone else to repair the ceiling and paint after they supposedly fixed the leak. I will have to pay to have it patched and painted again, but I want to be sure the leak is fixed first. Once this is resolved I will update my review.

While we were gone for the holidays, our hot water conked out.   Our neighbor saw the water running out from the garage.   Fortunately, Rakeman Plumbing sent a crew out that very day and replaced our hot water heater by that afternoon.  The installation work was very professional.   The work area was completely clean when we returned.  

We have used Rakeman before and I keep them on speed dial.  They are professional in every sense and is highly recommend them to all my friends

My air conditioner stopped working and I called to see if someone could come out right away. A Tech showed up the same day within the time block given to me. Robert checked out my unit and found the motor had gone out. Instead of trying to sell me on a new unit, we discussed options and decided to put a new motor in since the rest of the unit was in good working condition. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. He worked on the roof in the heat and I had cool air blowing again in no time. I would definitely recommend this company and give 5 stars to the technician Robert.

Awesome! Had a shower emergency and Troy was at my house 30min later. Very polite and professional. This is a small family run business that charges based on repair and not by the hour. No extra expenses or hidden fees. Made my stressful morning a little easier. Thor Industries also repair ACs, so I will most definitely save their number should I ever need another fix.

I could hear water running in the walls but we couldn't see water coming out of anywhere. On Friday morning after calling 3 different companies that couldn't come out I called Pure Plumbing and explained the problem. Was told the earliest they could come out was Saturday between 4 and 6. While making the appointment the service tech insured me they would contact me 30 minutes before. As promised i received a text from Alex saying he would be at my home in 30 minutes and as promised he showed up on time. After about 15 minutes of walking around he found the problem which turned out to be a partial landscape problem. Told me my options and I told him i would think about it. I asked Alex how much the charge for diagnosing the problem and shockingly he said no charge. I was completely shocked by his honesty and integrity. I can guarantee that Alex and Pure Plumbing will be the only company I use from now on. Do your self a favor and make this your first call. There shouldn't be more companies out there like this.

This is the third time that #1 Plumbing has come to our rescue.  We have used them for air conditioner repair in the past.  Always lowest price, fast service, and reliable workmanship.

This time the garbage disposal was on its last leg, right at the Holidays.  We called another company that advised us to go buy the disposal from the local hardware store ($150) and call them back for a $90 house call.

#1 Plumbing sent Bill out immediately for a FREE estimate.  He gave us a $190 estimate (see much more reasonable).  He had the garbage disposal with him.  AND Bill found a leak under the sink, replaced a washer at no additional cost.  Full Service at its best !  :-)

I had three (3) problems, an HVAC unit not turning on, an ice maker water discharge pipe was leaking, and a 2 water shutoff valve not working.  I called Mechanical Express for help.  Cameron, a technician, came out to my house and fix them all.  He is highly skilled, and I highly recommend them for both HVAC and plumbing issues.

After leaving a dissatisfied review, the owner of Anything Plumbing contacted me directly to work to find a solution. A bit of back and forth, and we had a plumber to our home the day following the first attempt. They arrive around 10am and wrapped up around 1pm. We have a working shower!!!

I would use Anytime Plumbing again, but know they don't really provide windows of time. That is the only suggestion I'd recommend for this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called at 10am to have our shower (that won't stop running) fixed. They said they'd have a technician come out today.

No call by 1:30, so I followed up. I was next.

No call by 4:00, followed up to see how late they work. They were no longer sure if it could happen today but would let me know in 30 minutes.

They called at 4:30, no surprise. Won't be able to make it out today. They had availability tomorrow, with NO TIME FRAME. I'd be the second on the list. No way! Not again!

Stayed home from work all day for nothing. Now I have to start over and turn my water off at the street.

Terrible.

Needed some cleaning services on my AC outdoor blower unit because of a lot of Dirt and leaves litter inside and outside the cap.
Zach who was the technician did an amazing job. He made the unit look brand new.
He went further and did some tuning to ensure everything was working well for the summer and made some recommendations for follow up.
I was happy to sign up as a regular customer and do maintenance with this company.
I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Will Never use again, tried to charge $30.00 /lbs for refrigerate I can purchase for $5.00/lbs including shipping. I understand mark up but this is price gouging.

I'm an AHS customer and they contracted with Air Pro Master to repair my bathroom faucet.

David, the plumber, was professional, efficient and pleasant.  He worked quickly and we are very pleased with the outcome.  All COVID safety practices were adhered.  

I will insist on Air Pro Master for all future plumbing needs.  

P.S. if You are an AHS customer, insist they send them.  They did send another company at first.  That tech knew nothing, did nothing, and then filed a false report to AHS.  Just ask for Air Pro and you won't go through the ordeal we were forced to endure.

Will not give out pricing unless you call and give them all your information. A business that does not have transparent pricing, that they refuse to give to their customers unless you give them to your private information, is not one I would trust to do business with. If They're hiding their pricing what else are they hiding?

I can't comment on the plumbing techs, but the AC techs were wonderful. Fast work and they made me feel that I was a priority. I would like to personally give a shout out to Linda and Judy from the office, David the dispatcher, and Ray, Kyle, and Tristan the tech guys. Thank you so much for all that you have done for my family and I.

My water heater went out just as we were getting ready to head out for a nice day with family who was visiting. I immediately called our warranty company who gave me the phone and work order number to nationwide plumbing. I called them and they hadn't even received the work Order yet. They weren't sure if they were going to be able to get to it that day, being it was Friday a little after 11am. I told them I had family visiting and they were staying with us and asked if there was anything they could do. Dave asked me to take pics of the water heater and the label and send them to him so he could get the ball rolling to expedite the issue. Talk about initiative!! I got a call back in less than an hour saying that they would be out within the hour. I asked if they were coming out to just look at it aha he said no, they were coming out to take care of everything!! Wow!! Sure enough, Dave and Chris were outside my door and ready to knock this out. I drained it before they got there so it took them about 30 minutes, and that's including the time we spent talking and joking around in between. These guys took good care of me. They know exactly what they are doing and are genuine good guys. I was able to meet up with my family to enjoy the rest of the day. Plumbing issues are inevitable but because of this recent occurrence, I know who I can depend on In the future. Thanks guys!

Have used Sunrise Service for past 10-14 years for A/C repairs always had high praise and never used anyone else . Last Summer called them to come out as A/C was not cooling I was told I needed a new A/C to the tune of $7- $10,000 was a little leery so I just kind of suffered thru the rest of the summer and used a couple room coolers I already had to sleep at nights as this was upstairs unit I was told that needed to be replaced . A week ago I called out a different A/C repair company unit was checked it works perfect only that the unit had been turned off outside at connection . I'm very disappointed with Sunrise A/C don't know if this was oversight or just a scam to have me buy another unit I think it was a scam as I remember when I was told I needed another unit repairman begin asking about financing a new unit he appeared in a hurry to get job started right away as the next day someone in office was calling me about purchasing a new unit. Can't trust you anymore you've lost a long time customer because of your Greed .
