I've been using Nevada Residential Services for all of my HVAC needs for years. They are prompt, courteous and know how to get the job done. They typically have parts on hand so you don't have to wait. They just sorted out a small issue I had today. I reccomend them to everyone experiencing HVAC issues. A+

I was out of town when my air conditioner went out on a Saturday night early August. My husband found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning from a quick Google search while we were across the country in the middle of the night on Saturday. We called and their emergency line answered and a technician from dispatch called me back within two minutes to have someone scheduled for 8 - 10 AM the next morning on Sunday. We were flying back to Las Vegas on the plane when they called, so they coordinated with our dog sitter to come diagnose the issue. We had issues with our AC last year and had home warranty technicians out several times, going without AC in the middle of July for 2 weeks. When Joshua arrived he immediately put us at ease when inspecting and explaining what the issue was. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the part that went out within minutes. One of the home warranty companies we used last year left an old part just sitting on our roof where our unit is and Joshua removed it for us and explained the unfortunate condition of our AC unit due to lack of care from the home warranty technicians. We signed up for their maintenance program on the spot with him so we can have regular time ups scheduled in advance. His integrity and genuine care was so unexpected and appreciated based on our past experiences with home warranty. We didn't renew it for a reason! From start to finish, calling and getting someone scheduled so quickly to Joshua arriving and completely fixing our issue within minutes upon arrival was a complete night and day experience from what we had gone through last year with home warranty. We are so grateful for him, the communication, and responsiveness from the company overall. We are already scheduled for our heating tune up in the fall so it's safe to say we'll be sticking with Active for future needs.

While we were gone for the holidays, our hot water conked out.   Our neighbor saw the water running out from the garage.   Fortunately, Rakeman Plumbing sent a crew out that very day and replaced our hot water heater by that afternoon.  The installation work was very professional.   The work area was completely clean when we returned.  

We have used Rakeman before and I keep them on speed dial.  They are professional in every sense and is highly recommend them to all my friends

What a great company. I just had some extensive remodeling done in my bathroom and had a plumbing issue. I had no faith in my contractor after he installed a tub that came leaking through to the garage ceiling! I reached out to these guys and Matt told me he could come take a look at it no charge. I was thrilled. My contractor came back to finish the work and insisted on fixing it himself but I still had  little confidence in him (I had a fair amount of issues issues with him prior). So I let my contractor fix the mess he created. Matt from Thor Industries came out anyway to inspect and make sure everything was good, knowing there may not be any work to do and still honored the free estimate / evaluation. Everything turned out to be fine but the fact that Matt came out so quickly without charge and was honest says a lot about his character and the companies integrity. I look forward to working with this company in the future because Lord knows as a homeowner there's always something LOL!

Let me first say if your looking for a plumbing company look no further. These guys are amazing. I called them for a leak we had form a water heater in the garage. Not even sure if they could come right away or even the same day. The lady on the phone was very nice an said she would see what she could do. After a very quick hold she told me she could have someone out to my house today an gave me a time frame which was fine. When the guy came out he was very friendly an said no problem he could fix it. He also noticed that the other pipe was leaking an would fix that as well. He just needed to get another pipe to fix it. Which he did. He also fixed the valve on the front which was placed wrong by their previous owners of the house. All I can say is he did an amazing job. Everything was fixed an working perfect. Great customer service an great work all around. An the price was just right. Then a few days later I receive a card in the mail hand written saying thank you for using our company with a Starbucks card. Amazing who does that anymore. Very nice..We will definitely be using this company for all our plumbing needs. Thanks for amazing service guys..sorry it took me a few to write this. Thanks again guys...

Best costumer service I have ever received. After calling at night after hours, I was surprised to have a real person answer instead of a machine. They scheduled me for the next morning. I received a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment to confirm and Carmine arrived on time.

I had an issue were the builder had done some, not so good, piping work. Carmine was able to pinpoint the issue and had the proper equipment to fix the issue. He was extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. He even went to my neighbors homes to check their piping and inform them about my issue. One of my neighbors informed us he was having the same issue.

They gave me a fair price and I will definitely use them again if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Found myself with a leaking outdoor water facet on Sunday. I made the request for help through Yelp immediately and found Mechanical Express.
Cameron came out exactly when they said he would. He then walked me through the problem and fixed it the right way. I was excited to finally see the leak fixed, thanks Cameron and Mechanical Express!

I called Anytime Plumbing when the water in the hot water tank would not heat up past luke warm.  Within a couple of hours, a technician came out to troubleshoot the problem.  Since the tank was only 2 years old (Anytime installed it), the materials were free and I only had to pay for labor.  The owner Scott helped me out with the labor cost which was very much appreciated.  I highly recommend Anytime Plumbing.

Worst customer service. They came out have a bid for a job.  Showed up late started job and then left.  Office called later and stated they wouldn't return.  Left our office not working.  Very unprofessional.  DO NOT USE THEM.

Absolutely horrible service! Unfortunately, AHS assigned this company to me. They have given me great companies in the past. Very disappointed with this one.

Plumber calls me 3hrs before my appointment to say he can go to my place. I requested a late appointment so that I don't have to miss work. He doesn't call back and just decides to show up exactly at the appointment window start time. I was told they would call 20mins prior to coming, that didn't happen!

He initially tells me that the warranty will only replace the bathtub faucet with acrylic. I told him that they replaced my kitchen faucet with a comparable model. He stated that he's never seen that before. Why even challenge what the customer says?! They did that 6months ago! I can prove it if necessary. He then states that it's not covered due to someone tried to repair it. I told him that someone was me. I didn't try to repair it, I stopped it from leaking! The only way for me to do it was lodge a screw in the handle. I asked what I should've done instead of putting a screw in. He said most warranty places don't want you touching a broken item. Does that mean I just let it leak until someone comes out to fix it?!? He obviously didn't have an answer to that. I asked if that was the only reason why it's not covered. He changed his story to now being excessive force. The service order he left, states that a screw was lodged to repair the issue. Where's the excessive force?

It was apparent from the first call (3hrs prior to the appointment) that the guy was in a hurry to end his day. It's sad that they are in business just for the $75 service fee.
I highly recommend to cancel the warranty appointment if you get this company to service your warranty call. They will do whatever it takes to just get the $75. I wonder if the guy that came out was actually trained plumber?!? Hmmmm... they probably just have non qualified employees collecting $75. Employees trained to come up with an excuse not to fix your problem.

Roman came over and quickly diagnosed our a/c problem. He was honest,fair and knowledgeable. Thank you for for being awesome and taking care of us honestly when it was 108 degrees outside. Most positive experience we have had with any vendor that our waranty company has sent.

Quite a large quote on a water heater which ended up being fixed by another company for a fraction of the quote.  Tried to upswell and stated the repair needed a building permit .

They sent a plumber here this morning sent by property management and he was so unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and a big jerk!

He came in and had an attitude the second I opened the door. I asked if he was here to fix the shower issue and he replied with sarcasm, well if there's something wrong with it then yeah. Duh! You wouldn't have been called if there wasn't anything wrong with it!

Background - we've had this foul odor coming from the drain of the shower for 3 weeks. Property management sent two maintenance guys saying it needs a plumber. They smelled the odor as well.

So I show him where the shower is and comes to me within a minute and asked what are we smelling. I told him literally smells like shit, to which he replied, you can't smell shit. Seriously?! I told him to let the water run longer than 2 minutes.

So I hear him on the phone saying to someone he doesn't smell anything. So I go there and tell him to let the water run longer as if he's taking a shower. I told him showers doesn't take 2 minutes. He said he takes 5 minute showers. (There's one problem)

So he keeps talking back and I told him we've been dealing with the smell for 3 weeks and 2 maintenance guys have smelled it. He's the only one not smelling it. Then he starts yelling and calls me names so I told him to get the eff out of my house.

He leaves slamming my door and gate! What an ass! Then he sits at the curb in front of my house for a good 5+ minutes on his phone.

If you need a plumber, get someone else with high ratings because this one experience, I will NEVER recommend Hawthorne to anyone! This ahole needs to be fired! He's lucky my husband wasn't home.

Horrible plumber!

I feel like it can be hard to find a good plumber, they may try to overcharge you or sell you services you don't really need. I never got that feeling with Nationwide Plumbing. These guys are straight shooters and I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with Sunrise Heating and Cooling. We have lived in our newly constructed home for 1.5 years and our AC compressor went out completely. Compressors can go out early, but this is very uncommon. Most compressors last 10-15 years. The motor and dual capacitor were both fine and the compressor was grounded. Through my research, in most situations (not all), this is due to an overcharge of liquid refrigerant. I explained this to the service department at Sunrise and all they did is argue and say that there is nothing that they can do for me except to feel bad for me. They only have a 1 year workmanship warranty (there's a lot of companies out there that have more than one year). Since this happened outside the 1 year mark, they just say there is nothing we can do for you. They did say they would send out a technician for $85 (seems high to me), but when I pressed them, they said they would send him out for free and then just apply the $85 to the labor cost of replacing the compressor--a charge of $1100-$1300. I had quotes from 2 different quality AC companies to replace the compressor for $650, if Sunrise wouldn't cover the labor cost (which of course, they did not.) Sunrise took no responsibility and made little to no effort to extend themselves to figure out the problem for us. I am not a happy customer and will not use them in the future mostly for two reasons. 1. They are more expensive than other quality AC companies in the valley and 2. Poor customer service by showing little care for the situation and taking no responsibility.
