Best Ductless A/C Services in Henderson NV

I own a rental house in NLV and the hot water heater went out. Found Active Plumbing on the web and they were advertising a 40 gallon for $695 Total Price Installed on their web site. When I called them the price they gave me was somewhere around $750 and claimed that the web site has last year's price. This in itself points to a lack of integrity, because a businessman with integrity, might point out that they failed to updated the price on the web site, but still honor the price.
However, given that this is a rental and I need to get it replaced, I agree to the price and put them in touch with my property manager who in turn put them in touch with the tenant to work out the schedule.
To make the long story short, I get a call from my property manager that Active Plumbing told the tenant  the price is going to be $1,100.
Nice. We go from $695 to $750 to $1100.
No deal. Arrangements were made and someone else got the job.

CAMERON was GREAT!! The person scheduling and replying to my follow up due to a late arrival time via text, may be Tammy, was very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. In any business, you should not argue with your customer. You should want to only make things right and not be offensive. This company has poor customer service, yet gave a wonderful technician. If I could just rate Cameron, it would be 10 stars. Zero stars for all else. I really would not have chosen this company due to the numerous bad reviews. They were chosen by our home warranty which I will make aware not to use for future references.

Moe came out to service and clean our AC Units. He showed up on time was very professional and answered all of our questions. I will be using this company in the future.

Granted, this was warranty work, but I had absolutely no problems.
Yeah, I was skeptical when the outgoing voicemail used the words honesty and integrity, kind of like when I see the word authentic on the sign of a Mexican restaurant. It's a turn-off.
However, the service call was placed after 1:00 and plumber Ryan was here by 3:00. He quickly and competently cleared the blocked pipes and replaced the disposal, all while maintaining a very high level of polite respect.
A bit of a hard sell on the special drain unclogging product, but I can use it on other drains as well.
Didn't make me feel stupid for not doing it myself. But again, it was under warranty.

Rakeman sent out a young man Junior, I believe... who told me to drain hot water from AALL my faucets!   ...the water was running out toooooo HOT no matter what I set the water heater on!!!!  I BEGGED him to do something other than run out ALL MY HOT WATER as I PAY for my water 4 TIMES before it runs out of the tap.  He said it was the only way...  ran out all my water and said there was nothing he could do!!!  Called Honeywell (makers of the control panel on the heater) and they referred me to Bradford White, manufacturer of the water heater.  Very professional and astute customer service and help at both those companies.  Tech at Bradford said it needs a new gas valve regulator... I told him the temp of the water running out (I measured it with a thermometer) and he said 145 degrees is WAAAAAY TOO HOT!!!    ...as I KNEW !!!!  Bradford referred me to their website where they list plumbing companies who are their authorized service people. I did that and Atlas Plumbing is coming this morning....  I am sure they will fix it.  Meantime, I am in a battle with Rakeman as I do not believe I should PAY for what that young man who knows NOTHING ABOUT PLUMBING did here!!!  :(

At the end of last summer my a/c units were not performing properly &now with the early arrival of summer...I called

This is a great company! I had a leak in one of my rental properties and was facing some real water damage. These guys got to the house quickly. Their work was fast and beyond efficient. The cost was reasonable and In very satisfied. I would use them again in the future

Great company all around! I was having issues with my heater and they were here to fix it in matters of a couple hours. They are very knowledgeable, professional & very fair with their pricing. All their yelp reviews are 5 star for a reason & I would give them 10 stars if I could. Nevada Residential Services is definitely my new go to company for any AC or Heating needs. Just purchased my first home that had a couple minor plumbing problems within the first 2 weeks.  Although my home warranty refused to cover any of these issues (even though they were not issues when the home and policy were purchased), they referred me to Nationwide Plumbing.  Rick and David came out quickly (we had both bathtubs/showers leaking into the garage) and checked all 4 plumbing issues for me.  They attempted to have the warranty cover the issues, but then gave me estimates to fix the problems. Rick returned within a day or two to figure out what was going on.  He fixed 2 of the issues and the other told me what was wrong and instead of spending money,  said my husband could do it.  My husband loved that, of course, and Rick offered to walk him through it, which he did!  We were able to salvage a couple hundred bucks and my hubby got to complete a project he'd never done before.  They always called ahead, answered all of our many questions and were just really super nice, down to earth guys.  We will use them again if necessary, they were so professional and also thoughtful-telling me what was wrong, but offering the easier fixes for us to do ourselves.  That's something we really appreciate.  Call them!

I called and didn't realize I had used this company before when it went by Vegas Strong. I was glad to learn that I had a positive experience previously. The customer service was nice in scheduling a tech to come out the next day, Saturday. Unfortunately on Saturday they had to reschedule me to Sunday which was fine. We had issues with our main pipes/draining system due to wipes being stuck in the drain.
Our tech came out and seemed very knowledgeable about the situation. He quoted for basic snaking and camera service, but the camera would have to come the next day. After the snaking did not fix the issue he gave the option of another service that was $2,500 which I initially agreed with, but the price didn't sit right with me. When I called to cancel the service because I wanted to call around and get other quotes he asked if it would work if they took off $500. That was concerning.
I was able to find a company to do the service for about 1/3 of the cost.

Thaison Shetler was dispatched to my home to unclog a kitchen sink. He's a consummate professional, very engaging and knew exactly what he was there to do. I would highly recommend this technician and this business for your next plumbing needs.

I purchased a new home in March 2020 that came with 2 A/C units installed by Sunrise Mechanical. 2 years later, my unit started making noise. I contacted Sunrise multiple times to schedule service. I called and left messages along with leaving my information on their website. No one called. For weeks, NO ONE CALLED. Finally, today we get someone on the phone. They advised the compressor would be covered under our parts warranty for the home and I would only pay for labor. I was quoted $1,350 in LABOR to replace the compressor!! I could understand if this included the cost of the part. But no, this was only LABOR! What the hell is going on here? This company is shady. We even asked if we could just trade the part and install it ourselves and the excuses started. Your business sucks.

My water heater began leaking profusely so I called my extended home warranty company.  They called 5 Star and gave them my claim.  The technician came out the next day and agreed that I needed a replacement but he didn't have a 75 gallon on his truck, plus he needed another helper.  He collected the $75 copay and agreed to come out the next day.  But he said he would have to charge another $300 for parts, which made me wonder because my previous heater was up to code and I wasn't clear on what else was needed.  But I wanted my hot water back so I paid.  When I have had other items replaced by the home warranty company, everything but the $75 copay was include.  At any rate, after everything was installed, they left and we waited for the tank to fill with warm water.  But by the end of two days later, we found we didn't get hot water at the sinks or showers unless we turned on the hot water taps for 5 minutes or more at full force.  That was a complete waste of time and water so we called the warranty company back. They said 5 Star would come back.  When the technician returned, he spent about an hour tinkering in the garage where the heater is located.  Finally it seemed as if all was working well and he left.  A few days later I get a call saying I owed another $75 because the second call was for fixing a new problem.  I argued at length that the problem was the lack of hot water. Which should have been taken care of at the time of installation.  I also talked to the warranty company, who took the word of the technician and said that we had to pay the second $75, or they wouldn't honor any future service calls, even though I had paid a year upfront for the warranty plan and had time still remaining.  Since I was over a barrel, I sent a check in the mail to the company.  Over a week later I get an email saying I still owed the $75 to them!  I called immediately and they said they never got it.  I checked with the bank who said it had been cashed 3 days after I mailed it.  5 Star wouldn't take my word for it or even my faxing a print out of both sides of the cancelled check. They only wanted a special form from the bank, which I got and sent to them.  The bank form verified that the endorsed stamp on the back was from their company.  I insisted on a receipt this time, which I got, but I never got an apology for their lack of proper bookkeeping!  And now I will be sending copies of the receipt and bank form myself to the warranty company because I don't trust 5 Star to handle it properly!
