We were in desperate need of someone to come and fix our ceiling (drywall, texture, and paint) after having it cut wide open to repair a leak.  After speaking with several contractors, Ryan with Advantage Home Improvement provided the most reasonable quote and was able to come out that day to do the job.

Ryan worked hard to finish the multi-step process quickly and efficiently.  He arrived on time and always made sure everything was up to our high standards as he finished.

We are extremely happy with how the ceiling turned out and will recommend Ryan to our family and friends.  He did a great job.

Had a leaking exterior hose bib that would leak when on and off.  Messaged 702 PlumbAIR and they sent Stanley Hutchison to come and replace the bib.  He did not disappoint. He is very professional and explained what he would be doing. He was able to replace it within 10 minutes. No more use of buckets to catch all the water droplets.  His service was top notch and they are reasonably priced.  Thanks again 702 PlumbAIR and a special thank you to Stanley. Good work buddy!

Had the outside faucet cut and replaced plus the antisyphon replaced at my daughter's home and they did a wonderful job.  Everything working great and get a 1 year warranty.  So when we had a leak in the laundry room today, will be having them come over for an estimate on it.  Very professional, on time, quality work and courteous.

Again Colburn Enterprises came to our rescue with water leaking out of the area in front of the dishwasher/kitchen sink.  Great company owned by great people!!

First of, let me start by saying I'd give HTA a ZERO STAR rating if I could. I hired this company to fix the pilot going out on my water heater.  The technician was able to turn on the pilot and keep it on within the first 5 minutes of his visit. I paid $110 for that service with no problem. Not 24 hours later,  it went out again and they wanted to charge me an additional $110.  I was told by Kylee, they would come out and the additional services would be placed on the same ticket.  That of course was not the case.  Instead of being honest, they made me wait, with babies at home all day long.   When I called them back they told me to find someone else to do the job instead of being up front.  I immediately escalated the issue with the office manager Bea, who was argumentative and unwilling to listen to my concerns as a customer. I then asked to speak to the owner and he personally would not respond.  The following day, the owner (coward) had Bea call me and inform me that he has nothing to say and to find someone else.  I mentioned I would write review on yelp and in which Bea replied go ahead and do so and disconnects the call.
I understand that I was paying for a service, but I did not agree to pay for an incomplete job and horrendous customer service.  Needless to say I will never use them again, and will be a walking billboard making sure residents in this city know who NOT to consider for their plumbing needs.

Jump 2 It Plumbing was recommended to me by my contractor that is remodeling my two bathrooms. I called them and they immediately set-up a virtual estimate for capping my bathtub faucets and closing off the drain. The estimate was reasonable and the completed work was fantastic. I will be using Jump 2 It Plumbing again shortly for our second bathroom when I need a bathtub faucet removed and the pipes changed into a shower stall. I highly recommend these folks for their professionalism!!!

March 30, 2021 - Had our 1 year maintenance for our two Air Conditioners. Paul Guthrie was awesome. The maintenance was needed before the Las Vega heat sets in. The Smart AC's had a little glitch with the capacitor and it stopped itself from burning up the compressor. Paul did a great job of fixing that and cleaning the units. Appreciate the trained professional that he was. I have attached a photo of Paul Guthrie hard at work on one of our Units! Thanks Paul! So glad we bought these from Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing.

Over a month ago I had pretty good service, technician arrived a little late.  After all said and done he swiped my card, got the receipt.  Thought I was done.  Month later I received a invoice.  Called and was told the technician used a test system for my transaction.  Well I wanted to get this thing squared up so I asked if any kind of discount can be applied for this inconvenience.  I was told 100 dollars off by the service manager.  Well after thinking it was taken care of I look at my bank statement and what was charged, full price.  Still awaiting the emailed receipt.  Oh they can keep the free flashlight.

They came in to do a home warranty service after waiting 3 plus days and they tell me they can't work on it due to the cage built to keep pigeons away which is in 90 percent of roof units in Vegas. Why didn't they ask me if I had a cage??? They asked me a bunch of questions like if I lived in a gated community ??? Why don't they ask me if I had a cage. BTW my cage is a Big one that you can stand and walk around in. I think this is BS as I had other service done before no issues(not with A & R)
