I hired Ryan for a few repair around me house. Front door, shower and kitchen faucets needed repair/replacement. I called him on Monday to set up an appointment, and on Tuesday around noon he was there to do the job. Very professional, very personable, and he did a great quality work.

I supplied the parts and he supplied the labor. I would def hire him again and I most recommend him if you're seeking someone to do some work around the house etc.

I recently called 702 PlumbAIR for a plumbing issue. The dispatcher sent Tony and Max over to help me out. They performed some minor fixes for free, and also provided me with free estimates for more extensive jobs that I may elect to have performed in the future. Tony and Max are smart, nice, and honorable. I really appreciate that both they and 702 PlumbAIR are not looking to gouge their customers. These guys are amazing!! They hooked me up with my water heater for 1000$ with all new supply lines and everything. They worked with me on my schedule and didn't leave me hanging! In and out very fast and were friendly and informative. Not to mention the cheapest water heater replacement out of everyone. SUPER NICE CREW!!

I had a new water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Everything was done quickly and the technician was polite. Everything was perfect when he finished. I would use them again.

I have had Colburn Enterprises out 4 more time since my first Review, to install an R/O system, install/replace faucets, Water Heater. They are always on time and do a fantastic Job. John is the best.

I called Culligan to service my water softener because I was having problems. Well, they told me I would have to wait almost a month for a technician to come to my house. That was unacceptable as who wants to be without soft water for a month.

Someone told me to call Anthem Plumbing and I am so glad that I did. The owner, Deon, returned my call within 20 minutes and arrived at my house the same day. He was very professional and courteous and fixed my water softener very promptly at a very reasonable price less than Culligan would charge.

If you have a Culligan water softener and experience problems, you should call Deon with Anthem Plumbing for fast, friendly, and professional service.

I was so pleased with the service that I will also call for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Andre, was very fast at responding when I asked for a quote (same day 15 min) after I sent a request. I sent him multiple pictures of what I needed hung and what I messed up and he was very nice and assuring he would fix my mistakes and also assemble and hang my diy shelves. Andre price was very reasonable, he was on time and he did a great job! I would most definitely call him again to have anything I needed hung or fixed. I'm one happy mama! Thank you again Andre!

This company is the most honest company I have ever hired. Bea, who answers the phone, is an angel. My water heater was failing fast and needed to be replaced ASAP. I had a list of 10 companies to call. They each asked for my serial number and then gave me a quote well over $1,000. For me, this was the last straw in a string of horrible life events this year. I dried my tears and called HTA, the last company on my list.

Bea, who answered the phone, asked for my serial number just like all the others. She told me it was my lucky day because it was still under warranty. Not one other company told me that. Because of the warranty, I only had to pay for installation and they were there within 2 hours. I am so grateful to that wonderful company and to Bea ad Dwight. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Thank you Jump 2 it plumbing!  I woke up with wet floors, wet carpet and wet walls!  DANG iT!!!  So I called these guys.  He told me they have fixed tons of water leaks in Las Vegas and I felt good about that.  The plumber came out that same day and quickly found the problem.

He showed me what was going on and thoroughly explained how it can be fixed.  He was very knowledgable and friendly so I felt comfortable with the price.  they had a plumbing crew come out and get on the repairs.  It was a lot of work but they got it done.  They also had a company come out and replace the carpet and fix the dry wall, etc..

They did a great job - I was very happy with the service.

I was debating between giving 3 or 4 stars tbh, but 4 stars won out for the customer service on the phone, the great communication on appt day, and the service tech's personality and professionalism.  The upselling was quite frankly a turn off, and the pricing is higher than other companies.

My house is 24 years old, so I've been anticipating the plumbing coming up on some major repairs. When I shut off the water to have my friend install a kitchen faucet, the old-school gate valve on the main line busted and stayed closed, which resulted in very low water pressure afterwards (eek!)

I called Goettl on my friend's recommendation, and hands down their customer service is the best. I was impressed from making the appt in the beginning, to when the service tech Jeff G showed up. He was great to work with also, very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.

So the pricing is higher than other companies, just be aware when you call around to compare. It cost me $1300 for a new main line valve, pressure regulator and fixing the toilet leak. I knew my water panel would have to be repaired eventually, so I asked Jeff for a quote. He called someone to ask and they said around $6k on speaker. When I said it wouldn't be possible for me right now, Jeff was understanding and ready to end the call, but whoever was on the phone kept mentioning financing and how little the payments would be, how I shouldn't let it get worse, etc. I felt pressured to have my water panel replaced. Not by Jeff, but by the guy on the phone! I know I asked, but please be mindful not everyone has thousands to drop on big ticket items.

I recently purchased a new home. It did not pass inspection because the furnace was not working. The original homeowner called a company to come fix it. It then passed inspection and I purchased the home. 2 weeks later I called Goettl Air to come do a tune up on my unit since it is an older home and I wanted to make sure it would make it though the summer. The tech that came out was very friendly. He took a look at my furnace and said whatever company fixed it did a Mickey Mouse job and left it as a fire hazard. There was a large crack in it that was unrepairable and he told me I needed a whole new unit. Another tech from Goettl came out to give me pricing on a new unit. I picked the middle option and it was over $15,000. Mind you, my home is 1200 sq ft. As a brand new homeowner I found it necessary to get a second quote to make sure this price was in the ball park. The next day a different AC company inspected my unit. They agreed the furnace was poorly fixed and whoever did it knew it would not last. At this point I requested the invoice from my realtor to find out who did this extremely poor work. You can imagine my surprise when I found out it was Goettl AC that did the original repair. I was sold initially on their good ol boy advertising and we do it right, not cheap standards. CLEARLY that is not the case because whoever fixed this furnace should have told the original owner, like I was told, that it needed to be replaced. Instead, they decided to do shoddy work to just get it to turn on which would make it pass and now, as a brand new homeowner I am stuck with the costs of installing a brand new unit when it never should have passed in the first place. Of course, after learning this info I DID NOT go with Goettl to install a new unit. I went with a different company in town, that had a better warranty and also was HALF THE PRICE. I would not recommend using Goettl for any HVAC repairs/installs. This experience showed me that their advertising is false and they do poor work just to get by. And to top it all off, at the first visit they still charged me $80 for the tune up and no tune up happened. I was just informed I needed a new unit. Complete unprofessional bogus.

They came in to do a home warranty service after waiting 3 plus days and they tell me they can't work on it due to the cage built to keep pigeons away which is in 90 percent of roof units in Vegas. Why didn't they ask me if I had a cage??? They asked me a bunch of questions like if I lived in a gated community ??? Why don't they ask me if I had a cage. BTW my cage is a Big one that you can stand and walk around in. I think this is BS as I had other service done before no issues(not with A & R)
