My technician was very efficient quoted me and was done within 40 minutes. Technician arrived about 30 minutes after I called which was very accommodating. Might want to think about upgrading your credit card and debit card process, very old school.

We purchased a 2 story home and the tub in the master bedroom had a leak from the overflow valve into the living room ceiling. I spent 2 weeks attempting to resolve the issue with plumbers the home warranty sent out.
Finally my sister referred me to BIG DAWG PLUMBING.
Customer service was kind and very professional. They called when they said they would. We made an appointment and they arrived on time. Mike and Spencer came out evaluated the problem and resolved the issue in under an hour. They even assisted me in repairing the damages done by the other plumbers. BIG DAWG PLUMBING went above and beyond the call of duty. Job well done.

Recently, I developed plumbing problems in two of my bathrooms. I called Atlas Plumbing and they arrived the following day as scheduled. Their plumber, Danny Llyod, quickly solved both problems. He was knowledgeable, very efficient, and had great people skills. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing and Danny Lloyd.

Horrible customer service.  After the visit to the house I was told that they will send me an estimate in half an hour.  4 hours later I was calling to the office since I didn't get anything.  Then I received a quote for $15,000 !!! that doesn't even say the brand/model of the unit.  I called again, and this time I was yelled that it is his day off and what am I expecting from him to do ?! suggesting I will look somewhere else.  Whoever it was , you give your company a bad name.

I had a water leak at the main. They came out and saved the day!  Job was priced very fairly and the work was done quickly and correctly. I will continue to use them any time I need them. Thank Go Knights Go!!!

Jose and Jeff very professional.  They worked hard to get the job done.  They also cleaned everything up nice and clean.  And explained everything they were doing really well.  I will be hiring them next time I need plumbers.

I called and had a plumber to my house in less than an hour. Aaron, gave me a tip to fix my downstairs pressure issue I had at the sink, and cleared up a slow drain I had on the upstairs sink that a previous plumber couldn't unclog, which comes with a warranty. He was fast, professional, and personable. I'll be calling this plumbing company again for any future issues I may have and will ask for Aaron again. Plumbing done affordable and honestly. Highly recommend!

Woke up to a river running in our front yard from gushing water.
Called Hip's Plumbing at 4:30am and spoke to a live person, which I wasn't expecting.
I was notified that a tech was on the way just a few hours later.
Tyler and Cody arrived and went right to work. They located the issue right away and explained what needed to be done.
The repair was taken care of within 2 hours and the water back on. You would never even know the yard was dug up.

Everyone I have spoken with at Hip's has been nothing but professional.

I will definitely be keeping their number to use in the future and my neighbor came over to also grab a card.

This is the best plumber in the area.  I have lived here for 18 years and won't use anybody but Les.  Fantastic service always.

Have been using them for years. Have always been fair priced and on time. During a July heatwave my AC went out, Rick came out same day, when every one else told me it would be 2 days before they could check out the system. At noon was told I needed a new system. Made arrangements to pay and by the time I got home, they were finishing the install. GREAT SERVICE.

Used them to unclog one drain in my house. Not only did they cost WAY more than other places ($120 as opposed to $80 other companies quoted me), they also SEVERELY scratched the porcelain on my toilet. Will never use again, do not recommend and suggest everyone steer clear!

Benny from Boss Plumbing was a life-saver! After a main line blockage caused by a broken backflow valve door got stuck in the main line in the garage Benny resolved the problem quickly when another plumber didn't know if he could get the broken piece out and left it to cause another stoppage and subsequently second flood. He was able to reach down and grab it by hand (with protection of course)!

Hudson Enterprises came out
Saw wax ring was seated below tile creating a gap and our issue.

He replaced with a thicker wax ring and problem
Solved!  And only 15$ more than the AHS deductible

Water Wise -  swing & a miss proposing a camera - AHS for partnering with incompetent Plumbers .

My water heater was leaking all over my garage when I got home. I called and they said they would have someone in route in about 30 mins. They did just that, and fixed the problem instantly. Being a single mother with 4 little children this could of been a disaster for me, but they made this such a quick easy process. Thank you for great service !
