A coworker recommended Joe to me when I had an issue with my tankless water heater. He came out on time, diagnosed the issue (a failed ignition pack), and was able to get it back up and running perfectly for HALF THE PRICE of the plumbers that installed it.

Rocky Point was assigned to our home for a home warranty call. Our toilet supply line was leaking. They arrived on time, fixed it, and even looked at another issue we were having in a separate bathroom and told us how to fix it. We have some renovation projects planned and I will definitely be calling Rocky Point to have them back to our home in the future. They were professional and fast.

We purchased a new refrigerator and the valve for the water line broke when we pulled the old one out. Tried to fix it ourselves and after a frustrating afternoon decided to call in a professional. I looked in our neighborhood app for recommendations and Johnny's Plumbing had a great, recent review from a neighbor. I called Johnny and explained the situation and he said he'd be by after his next job, between 3:30 and 4. Sure enough, right on time, he texted and said he was on his way. He was so friendly and professional. We chatted about our families and jobs while he worked and he completed the job very quickly. My tenant was not receiving any hot water. They were able to work with me over the phone and get down there ASAP so that they could get the water heater fixed. They made sure to keep me posted anything that was done and how much it would cost me. I am very glad with the work that was done and most of all my tenant's hot water is back on and they are happy. I have been using Borghoff for many many years. They have always been reasonable. Every time I called other Companies I always felt ripped off after paying hundreds of dollars and hearing that I need to replace my air conditioners when they were 10 years old. started using Borghoff and I can honestly say I was surprised each time the charge was always less than $150. They told me I didn't need new air conditioner s and actually kept them going for an additional 10 years. A couple years ago after 20 years of service my 4 ton air conditioner died. They came out quickly and replaced it. The price was reasonable too. They were honest in telling me that I didn't need to replace my other 3 ton unit yet and kept it going for two more years. I just had them out yesterday to finally replace the 22 year old unit. Again they were speedy and VERY reasonably priced during this Covid crisis. Borghoff is a very HONEST company. I will always use them and refer all my family and friends to them.

I had an appointment for disposal repair between 1p & 6p. Bob called ahead to say he was able to come by earlier than scheduled. A plus! He assessed the disposal problem...major leakage so it needed to be replaced. Went to his truck & came back with a new disposal & I swear I blinked & installation was done! No mess left behind & I'm happy to get my kitchen back! Highly recommend Air Pro & Bob!

My husband and I are over the moon excited about our new kitchen remodel. I have wanted to update our twenty year old kitchen for about five years but....even though I knew what I wanted...I still wasn't sure how to go about the process.I went on line and found three reputable companies to interview and after a meeting with Eran Tsur of HOME DESIGN CONSTRUCTION I knew I found my man.Eran is a contractor and designer. His passion and enthusiasm for what he does sold me on his services immediately. I felt from day one that he would give us what we wanted and he truly delivered.

Eran is totally focused and puts a lot of attention into every little detail. He is not happy until you are happy. Eran took us to pick out our countertops. He took us to help find our incredible backsplash and our cabinet handles. He stopped by numerous times to be sure his people were doing the best job possible. He got the whole project done in less than two months and we have the kitchen of our dreams.It was worth every dime we put into this makeover.

I will definitely be calling Eran for any thing we decide to do to our home in the future. I will also recommend him to my friends and family. He always tries to get you the best quality for the least amount of money. He truly cares about his clients. In this modern world of businesses you cannot reach on the phone he was always available to us even though he had other larger projects going on.

DO NOT USE!   Charged us for repair, labor only, no parts replaced.  A waste of $276.  Repair failed and he refused to answer our calls.  Left several messages.  He would not  return our calls or texts then made a silly excuse.  He doesn't take credit cards so you can't dispute the check or cash you give him.    Another company fixed the problem and it was much less than what he charged and that included replacing a part!  Demario Gates should not be trusted to follow through on the job.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
