Don't let the name fool you!  I was not impressed.  He grabbed my home warranty out of my hands while I was looking up coverage for my water heater.  The day after the water heater was installed, there was a smell of gas.  I called him and he said this was normal for a few days.  He also said he was pretty sure there wasn't a leak but didn't offer to come and check, and also that other people also complained of the same thing....that should have been a hint to me.  A week later I still smelled gas so I called the gas company.   They said there should absolutely be no smell of gas. They were out at my house within 30 min and found two places on the water heater that were leaking gas!  Seriously?!!!!  Yup.  Truth be told.

Johnny has fixed multiple items at my house and recently changed out the kitchen faucet. Tonight I found a leak under the kitchen sink from the pipe and texted him. He left the dinner table to come fix it for me. We joked about putting it in a review, so that's what I'm doing, lol. Seriously, he does top quality work at affordable prices. I highly recommend Johnny's Plumbing.

My tenant was not receiving any hot water. They were able to work with me over the phone and get down there ASAP so that they could get the water heater fixed. They made sure to keep me posted anything that was done and how much it would cost me. I am very glad with the work that was done and most of all my tenant's hot water is back on and they are happy. I would most definitely call them again for any water heating issue and recommend them to anybody who wants the job done quickly and efficiently the 1st time. Thank you very much A to Z Plumbing!

Bruce arrived on time, and got right to work.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and he was sure to test it thoroughly.

I have been using Borghoff for many many years. They have always been reasonable. Every time I called other Companies I always felt ripped off after paying hundreds of dollars and hearing that I need to replace my air conditioners when they were 10 years old. started using Borghoff and I can honestly say I was surprised each time the charge was always less than $150. They told me I didn't need new air conditioner s and actually kept them going for an additional 10 years. A couple years ago after 20 years of service my 4 ton air conditioner died. They came out quickly and replaced it. The price was reasonable too. They were honest in telling me that I didn't need to replace my other 3 ton unit yet and kept it going for two more years. I just had them out yesterday to finally replace the 22 year old unit. Again they were speedy and VERY reasonably priced during this Covid crisis. Borghoff is a very HONEST company. I will always use them and refer all my family and friends to them.

Our irrigation anti-siphon valve was leaking real bad and our water bill was huge!

Rob, an air pro master service technician, inspected my 2.5 ton AC system today. We just purchased the condo, and was able to use our home warranty to get Rob out to get the AC working again. He quickly found thermostat to be faulty. He replaced the T-stat. He provided an overview of how the HVAC system works and guided me how to operate the new T-stat. Thank you for your competent help to solve the issue!

The service call was through my home warranty service and for the garbage disposal that was grinding. It had been for a week. I flushed it with water repeatedly, put my hand it to determine if something was stuck in it, nothing seemed to work.

They gave me a four hour window (from 11am-2pm), I called them at 2:45Pm because they stated that they will call 15 minutes before arrival and I had heard nothing.  The girl who answered the call said her service man was behind and would be here in a half hour.  I asked if she had the gate code, she said no (long pause).  Would you like it I asked - oh yes that would be good.  An hour later I receive a call:  I am at the gate and need the code.

The guy comes to the house, I turn on the disposal and as sure as the sun rides the the disposal clears itself.   So not only did I waste five hours of my life waiting for this company, I was still charged the service call.  I understand that he made the call, but give a guy a break.  

My home warranty company is Old Republic and I have had horrible experiences with every vendor the use.  Unbelievable!

Home Design Construction, HDC, helped immensely with Design and layout of both bathroom remodels. It is his eye for design that sets him apart from all the other contractors, they just do what you ask even if there is a prettier way. HDC gave me a price the night we walked through the job. It took me a couple of days to get other quotes back, and when I called back, he came right out to write up the contract spelling out the work and cost. Even when there were changes beyond his control he stuck to the final price. HDC always called to communicate the process, so we always knew what was next.
He helped guide me to pick out tiles that will be timeless, and the new bathrooms are better and prettier than I could imagine.
The old tub was removed, and the new tile and new glass doors are beautiful.
In the master bath we removed the garden tub and made a new walk-in shower. The 5-foot wall of glass is a showstopper. The work was quick and professional, and the final projects are stunning. He has an eye for detail and improved lighting throughout our home as well.

DO NOT USE!   Charged us for repair, labor only, no parts replaced.  A waste of $276.  Repair failed and he refused to answer our calls.  Left several messages.  He would not  return our calls or texts then made a silly excuse.  He doesn't take credit cards so you can't dispute the check or cash you give him.    Another company fixed the problem and it was much less than what he charged and that included replacing a part!  Demario Gates should not be trusted to follow through on the job.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
