Please do not hesitate to call Excel Plumbing for any plumbing issue you may have.  Excel was referred to us by a neighbor when our water heater went out.  Cindy who answered the phone was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional.  After getting a ballpark quote from many other companies and Excel, I made an appointment with Excel. Cindy put us on a cancelation list as they were booked up for about 10 days out.  Thank goodness we were able to be serviced in two days.  Cindy had me send her photos of our existing water heater, flex hoses etc., to insure the service tech brought what was needed for our  job.  Kevin our service technician called a half hour prior to getting to our home to let us know he was on the way.  Again, a very knowledgeable professional who was a joy to deal with.  Being a home owner for the past 27 years, we have had the need to hire plumbers from time to time.  It has been hit or miss with the last two landing on the miss list.  Excel was a hit!  Thank you Excel.

Krass came out last minute to replace our kitchen faucet. He did an outstanding job and rate was awesome!  He previously replaced our hot water heater with the same awesome service.  I would highly recommend this company!

I had a clogged bathtub drain that was giving me some issues. Anthony was professional and very friendly. He unclogged the drain and replaced the tub strainer because it was in bad shape. Definitely recommend! Awesome job, thank you!

This is not nessarly a review for HVAC however , I was driving and Gabriel noticed I had an issue with my front bumper on my camero. I stop in the parking lot and noticed this as well. Gabriel not knowing who i was or never met me though out of the kidness of his heart helped me out. I was running late to meeting and he saved my butt from having a possible accident.  

Next time i need any HVAC work i will be calling Gabriel.

There are still good people in Vegas.

They were about a week ago to fix drains that were backing up, totally disgusting. They came the same day and snaked out everything. Everything seemed fine. Here we sit with drains backing in again a week later. I call the number on the card they left with a 24 hour 7 day a week emergency number, and the number on the webaite. No answer, no voice mail, no nothing! Gee, I wonder if the'll clean up the mess! Ha! Use someone else who is reliable and dependable!

Hi my name is John Armstrong I had Ken R  the technician come out yesterday to give me an estimate on a new Trane A/C he has been out once to help fix the heater. He was very helpful yesterday explaining the different models that they offered and which one was different from each other and how much they cost and even how to finance to them I highly recommend this gentleman as your technician to come out and help you with your house

Tried getting ahold of the owner multiple times and was told he would call us back regarding an unprofessional experience and being over charged. My technician didn't know what he was doing. Had to call another plumber while he was here to tell him what to do and was still charged an inappropriate fee. Talked to the corporate lady multiple times and couldn't understand why no one called me back. I'll be notifying the better business bureau at this point. There is no 100% guarantee. Save your money and call someone else.

I do appreciate that they discovered our AC problem, however, later up we found out how much the part really costs compared to how much we are charged by them. And we were dumb enough to sign up for their maintenance plan so a plumber came to inspect our plumbing. According to him everything was about to fall apart and our house was going to flood. They wanted $221 just to replace the pop up mechanism in the sink! You can buy them for $9 at the store. And they wanted to charge up to $10000 to  change the water heater!  Definitely shop around before you choose them to prepare anything.

I had a hot water copper pipe leaking under the concrete foundation on my home just east of Summerlin (Fort Apache and Red Hills). I used Porch.com to look for a plumber at the suggestion of someone at Home Depot. Donnie Tittle plumbing responded and I called and made an appointment. They did not show and did not call. Not a good start. I called and they apologized and came over. They pulled back the carpet and pad and used an app on a smart phone to locate the leak using a heat signature. They pinpointed the leak using a meter and stethoscope to listen for the leak. They jack hammered a hole in the concrete, repaired the leak and patched the cement. Unlike some other companies they charged by the time spent rather than a flat fee (a fair way to do it). The total was $ 880.00... quite a bit of money but much less than the $ 1,200 to $ 2,400 I was told by my insurance company that such a repair was likely to cost. The guys were nice and did a good job. I would recommend these guys for plumbing work.

American Leak Detection is responsive and came through in finding my pool leak. As far as I'm concerned, this is the only legitimate pool leak detection company in Las Vegas. I inquired about leak detection with five companies and this is the only one who was able to help me or responded to my call.

First, this company answers their phone and this sets them ahead of their competitors. The woman who answers is friendly. It was a bit of a process to find our pool leak and I was always able to reach someone when I called. Technician, Jon also communicated well about the process.

The leak detection fee is $350. $100 of that will be deducted from the cost of major repairs.

Jon worked hard to determine the source of our leak. He did a line test first and then did a dive test when it was determined that the problem wasn't with a line. I appreciated that he did an evaporation test to confirm that he made the correct repair.

I hope I don't need to call them again, but they'll be my first call if I have another pool leak.

I highly recommend 5Star for all your plumbing needs. But mostly Dennis. He came out and kept 100% with us. He was professional, friendly and wasn't just trying to get in and out fast. He took the time to explain to us our options and did a great job. The work wasn't covered by our home warranty but they didn't break me either, which I appreciate.
The office staff, mostly Laura was very friendly and worked with me with all my appointments and times.
Overall, very satisfied and should I have a plumbing issue again..( HOPE NOT!) I will ask my home warranty to send them.

Not a review for their service, but for the driver of their company truck.

This douche purposely tried to run me off the road.  Heavy set male with a beard.  He was obviously going back to the shop on Elm St as he was driving on E. LAKE MEAD and turned on Water St.  He cut me off, nearly hitting my car by inches, no signal, and proceeded to cut off other vehicles.
