Despite their description, they do not install RO systems that were purchased from someone else.  Guy who answered the phone immediately said RO system I purchased was no good and I should buy one from them.

Recently Andy's was called by my property management company when my water heater was needing to be replaced immediately. Even though Andy had been up in Prescott all day, he still came out to my place after 5pm. It took a couple of hours, including having to go and purchase a new water heater. He completed the job, cleaned up all the leaked water, and left the place good as new. He definitely delivered 5 star service for me with a great attitude! Thanks Andy!

Had a water heater pilot light the wouldn't stay lit. Called Al's Plumbing in the morning, around 7AM. Luckily a technician was available same day at 2PM. Nate showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional and represented the company well. He got the job done efficiently (replaced the thermocouple) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

They cancelled on us twice for a quote on a plumbing install. Good for emergencies only.

These guys are the most responsive and well managed companies I know! They are so polite when you call and then very professional on their follow-through! I also love he guys they send out because they approach my house like it was their own! You can tell they love working for Bumble bee! I wish every trade was like these guys!

I called Mountain Park Plumbing for a kitchen faucet and valve replacement (crusted with mineral deposits) Monday afternoon.  They got us an appointment at 10 AM the next day.  Jake arrived right on time and did a great job for a fair price.  Even better, I had forgotten to give Jake the Yelp $35 off coupon.  I called back and Matt applied the discount after the fact.  Thanks Matt!  I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We purchased a large piece of property and had to have a new septic tank as well as run a new sewer line to accommodate our rebuild.   The team was super helpful in explaining the process, and we're quick to complete the job.   The staff was super friendly and truly felt like a trusted partner.   I would highly recommend this team and business.

I am a veteran and whenever possible I tried to use companies that are associated with veteran organization or use veterans. I contacted veterans Contracting and DJ came out give us a very fair estimate and we accepted it. Both of our bathrooms and our kitchen cabinets and lighting you were sorely in need of updating. I give them 5 stars. The job was done exactly to our specifications and the end product is fantastic. They are people of their word and you can trust if there's a problem it will be taken care of quickly and properly. I would not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them.

Twice I have had plumbing issues in the past 6 months and both times I called Sav-On Plumbing.  I couldn't be happier with the service and quality provided. I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I had the team come out twice. They installed a water softener and took care of a gas line that I needed plugged. They were polite, helpful, and took the time to explain everything I had questions about. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Very friendly on the phone, willing to work with me, had an emergency leak in the front yard and they could have got me late in the day or next morning. I ended up digging and fixing myself but I'd recommend this place just cause communication was so good!

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.

Well, I waited a couple months to write this review. As a business owner, I carry great stock in these reviews, and do not want to cause harm on any other company. But the experience that I had with Roto- Rooter needs to be shared. I purchased a  building for my window company. Toilets were not flushing well. Called the trouble shooter to come out. They told me the pipes were extremely clogged, and a flush with a special tool only Roto-Rooter has. Cost: $7,000, but if I did it then and there... only $6,500. So of course I got a second opinion, from Moon Valley Plumbing. They came out, snaked the pipes. Said they are just fine. Charged me $348. Not a single issue since! Thanks Moon Valley, and shame on Roto-Rooter!

Leaking faucet still leaks 8 months later and still waiting in main valve to be replaced. Never calls back. Owes me $75 the way I see it because I paid that to home warranty and faucet is still leaking. I will have to fix it myself.

Garbage company, seriously do yourself a favor and just run away.  He is overloaded with work with a real estate investment group who flips.  Nothing but empty promises and no shows.  Chad is in so far over his head as a business owner.  Has more excuses than talent.
