I am a realtor and have use this company not only for myself but have clients who have used them as well.  The nice thing is you can buy your tank and install it yourself or have handyman do it as well.  Hot water tanks are a common problem in the valley because of our hard water here they tend to need to be replaced every 8 to 10 years.  BEST PRICES I HAVE SEEN!

Andy installed a new hot water heater in 2011. Recently (April 2015) I awoke to no hot water and water around the hot water heater. Andy came the same day, had already checked that it was still under warranty, so replaced it!

I don't know how these people have 5 stars! I called for a quote & sent pics and he said he'll get back to me... never got a call. I just called back asking if he had a quote ready and he just hung up, I called back and went straight to voicemail. He was extremely rude the whole time we spoke the first time but I let it go but after this I don't care if he's the cheapest or best in The Valley I don't want anything to do with people who treat customers the way these people do!

The response was quick. The technician was nice. He did a good job. There was an overcharge, which when we called they fixed it. The technician was informative and did some extras that were helpful. They gave us $33 off for mentioning the add in the yellow pages.  The only down side is that it was expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing charges, so....

Excellent service! We have used them twice for two different plumbing needs-one a big slab leak in our kitchen from the drainage line and the second time on a leak in the main line out front. Both times they have been nothing but professional both on the phone and in person. They got our plumbing needs done in a day when we had tried 2 other plumbing companies unsuccessfully to repair our slab leak for months through our home warranty. I am so glad I found this company through a friend after dealing with our nightmare home warranty plumbers because these guys get it done and fast and correctly. They also scoped our lines for us when we had the slab leak to make sure we were ok in the rest of the pipe and they also added a water line for our fridge and also repiped badly jerry rigged pipes in our kitchen that probably lead to our slab leak to begin with. I will continue using them for our plumbing needs and highly recommend as a new home owner!

Great plumber and business. I felt Matt was honest and fair with the quoted price for work.  He communicated well, sending me the estimate right away and when he was going to be late on the day of the job he text me with updates on being 10 minutes late.  Prior to the actual work he clarified and confirmed what needed to be done and completed the job in less than an hour.  He is very personable and does quality work at a fair price.  I will use him again and recommend him highly!

We purchased a large piece of property and had to have a new septic tank as well as run a new sewer line to accommodate our rebuild.   The team was super helpful in explaining the process, and we're quick to complete the job.   The staff was super friendly and truly felt like a trusted partner.   I would highly recommend this team and business.

Needed 3 bathrooms renovated. These guys got good reviews, thought anyone with military background would at least be responsive.  Wrong. 2 voicemails and 2 emails later, no response. Not a peep.  Crickets.  Called  two other companies and got what I had hoped to get from VetsBuilt- a call within a day or two and a timely appointment for estimates which were in line with my expectations.  Looking to waste some time?  Call these guys

Hiring a plumber is a lot like buying a car, I always feel like I was taken advantage of.  That all stopped once I started using Tom at Sav-On Plumbing.  Tom is one of the most honest and reliable tradesmen I have ever worked with.  I can always count on Tom to give me an accurate diagnosis, excellent workmanship and price that is always fair.  I have had Tom do multiple jobs for me as well as referred him to many of my customers.  

Do yourself a favor, stop searching for the right Plumber, Tom is The Man!

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

I had an issue with my plumbing leaking due do a faulty product from when the house was built.  Plumbers of Maricopa was prompt to come out and assess the damage.  I was quickly provided a reasonable quote.  The respectful crew came out and repiped my entire house.  No more issues for me.  I highly recommend Plumbers of Maricopa.

I contacted Apache after a previous plumber doubled the cost when he showed up at my house.  The quotes I got for the project (about 5) were all in the same ballpark, so I didn't understand why he quoted double when he saw it.  It was exactly as I explained it.
I called Apache, got a reasonable quote (in line with other quotes, and about half!! of what the first plumber wanted to charge) and set up an appointment.   Had to cancel first appt because I had an emergency dental appt., but was able to reschedule later in the week.  The plumber (Ben) did a fantastic job and it was all done very quickly.  Apache is definitely my go-to plumber for the future.

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.

Their  slogan is Plumbers Charge Too Much  That should be the name of the company, i.e, We Charge Too Much.  Estimate went from $550.00 to $850, to install two toilets and three bathroom faucets, with all materials supplied.  Rip off artists extraordinaire.  Can't believe they have any return customers.  Let the buyer beware!!

After posting this review, I received a telephone call from owner Wayne D, who listened to my complaint and refunded part of my cost, after I informed him that the work to cost ratio vs original quote did not seem fair.  I was surprised to receive the call in the first place and equally surprised with the partial refund.  The plumber did a great job and my only complaint was the added cost.   It's gratifying to see a company so concerned with customer satisfaction that the owner calls and tries to make it right.  Thank You Wayne, you will have my future business and recommendation to others.

Remove toilet clog (restricted in toilet) costs $429, which is much higher than replacing a new toilet.

Do yourself a favor and if your home warranty company tries to assign this vendor to your plumbing call...CANCEL and request another company.

Not only did it take them a week to respond to the initial issue, it took them 2 more weeks to come back to finish a super easy and routine job that I would have just done myself if I was not out of the county.

They tried to blame their terrible response times on the home warranty company (Uhhhhh....They just approved the repair today!) but the home warranty company had been in contact with me when they actually approved the work so I knew they were total liars. When I called them out on the lie, they got super pissed off at me.

Slow, unprofessional, rude. And milked both me and the home warranty company for an easy job. Avoid

To the company: If you cannot handle home warranty work in a timely manner, do not accept home warranty work!

I was refered by a friend to these guys. Walked out this morning to a leaking water heater and he had it replaced before 1:30. What took him so long? He gave me my different options for a water heater, and after researching them found the one that would fit my application (hole in the wall) an hour away. No problem he said. Got it done. Even came to my work to get paid. Came home to a perfectly installed water heater that is set better then the one we had for the last ten years. Highly recommend these guys.
