The company did a great job. The process starts with a quote, and I think this process was fair. Instead of just recommending the highest cost unit, they listened to how we will use the unit, and recommended one that will be cheaper to run and eventually fix. Ultimately they weren't the cheapest prices, but it was reasonable for the work they did.

Then install day arrived and I think they did a great job and it was a quality installation. Chris the owner also visited to check how things were going.

One negative is that after the unit was installed, they just closed the door and turned it on to measure the temperature. They were never in the attic after it was powered, nor did they check the outside unit.  Yes eventually they will come back a few months later to check it more, but I would have preferred more operational checks before they left. I've had my share of AC companies that said it was all fixed and left, only to find out it really wasn't really fixed. Only time will tell if everything is working perfectly, and I have no indication it isn't. If things should turn out differently I will update my review. But to date, all looks good.

The first job many years back that Chad (Poseidon Plumbing) did for us was a small job that my husband was thinking of doing himself. But Chad's price that included installation was much lower than we were expecting with the part. (I hope he made some money) So latter down the road when we had trouble with our old (from our last home) water filtration system and we called Chad again. We totally expected that we needed a new system but Chad found a small problem and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't because he's Chad! We recently called him for another recent repair and he worked fast, clean, efficient and very reasonable.

We couldn't ask for anything better!

Scott replaced my leaky water heater for me. He was able to come the same day and arrived right at the time he said he would.  Service was fast and professional.

Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

It's scary calling a plumber you don't know, so I asked a trusted advisor and friend for a recommendation and he suggested Around the corner and when I needed a service call, they showed up quickly and made the bad stuff go away quickly. Now, the bad stuff is gone and the wife is happy. YAY!

I had Dignity out to replace a leaking Hose Bib in front of the house. I contacted Jeremy through their website and he responded within an hour.  I explained what was going on and he said he can have a Tech out tomorrow, only I wouldn't be there.  So we scheduled for Friday at 4.
At 8am the Tech Pete called said he can make it out earlier due to a
Cancellation. We then agreed to meet at 12 noon. I was runnng late and called Pete to tell him I would be there at 1215, he gave me the Quote of 120$ over the phone,  I said go ahead and I'd pay him when I got there. 15 min later I pulled up. The new Hose bib was complete and installed.
Pete showed me what could be an issue later, gave me quotes to replace, but also recommended that if it's not leaking or causing issue, the I could wait without causing any damage. To which I opted for that. Christmas was 2 weeks ago and funds are low. Lol.  When time comes I'll. Have Dignity Plumbing out to sue the replacement.

Thomas was wonderful to work with. I had two small projects for him - both involved switching out existing hardware.  Prior to coming over, Thomas did the shopping for the new hardware,  sent photos, asked questions, and confirmed everything was correct before coming out. While he was starting the first project, he found a couple of issues from the prior plumbing -  from many years ago. He explained everything, ran to the store for an extra part and completed everything as asked! Very nice, efficient, and great communication! I would highly recommend!

Joe is as good as a plumber can get. He is fair, honest and hard working. He is tied to the community and most of his customers have been with him for years. They refer all their friends to Joe.Call Joe....you will be glad you did.

Friday morning, just about to finish my shower and I go to shut off the water and the handle comes off in my hand. The water is still on full blast and it's hot as hell. I've got no way to shut it down. The top of the stem is still in the handle. It twisted right off.
I quickly dried off, through on some clothes, and headed out to the garage and shut off the hot water at the tank. Hot is off but still have a little cold running. Time to call a plumber.
I ask Google for a plumber in the Sun City West area. I get a bunch. Call the first...they can't come today. Call the second...cant get there till Monday. Third was Canyon State...She told me they could have a plumber there in two hours. Great, I said.  Send him over.
He came on time, fixed the problem (it wasn't easy) in an hour and he was gone.
The availability was great, he was very professional, (knew what he was doing), and the price was reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more. I've never used them before but they will be my first call next time.

Paul has helped us out on a couple of issues after moving into a renovated space.  He's on time, provides great customer service, has a good sense of humor and does a great job.  We appreciate and recommend him!  Gotta love the business card, too!!!

I had this company come out to install a water heater from my Home Warranty Company, A few days went by, and failed to keep the appointment. Finally around 7 PM he called saying that he was on his way. Almost 11PM and he was still here. To my surprise, or not, he had to comeback due to a defective part. I made the mistake to pay in full, as of today almost 3 weeks later, have yet to hear from them. Customer service and follow through are a must to stay long time and business.

I was very happy to find Gary! In an effort to fix up our house prior to retirement, we will be needing several repairs and installations. We had him install a new kitchen faucet. He was on time, neat and pleasant to have in the home. We discussed a couple of upcoming tasks and will definitely be having Gary back.

We had the best experience with this company and especially with the plumber Cesar  He stuck with the job my bathroom  plumbing was a huge mess with really old pipes. He did a great job!!

My fault for not asking in advance what a AC tuneup would consist of but got charged for them to tell my coils will need cleaning with their super special cleaning solution and that is a $500 charge!!!! I asked how bout just good ol fashion maricopa water?  Nope.  Worst $69 spent.

Let me tell you about this fricken toilet fiasco my wife and I have been going through.  First, since nothing is ever in stock at any of the big box stores here in town - we ordered the one we want from Home Depot.  It took over two weeks to come in.  When it finally did come in, it was delivered damaged.  HUGE chunk of porcelain cracked off the side of the bowl.   We returned it and got our refund.  I had to go home and re-order it again.  We waited ANOTHER two weeks only to be sent an e-mail advising the model we wanted was now out of stock with no ETA for additional stock.  Fine.  Amazon had it in stock, but despite being a Prime member - I was reluctant about ordering this from a place I could not immediately take it back to if it, indeed, was delivered damaged like the first one from the Depot.  As my luck would have it, a huge box was sitting on our porch.  I picked it up and thought - Wow, either I'm in significantly better shape than I thought or this thing is really light!  The bowl was delivered perfectly, but those losers didn't ship the tank!  (2-piece toilet)  I called up Amazon and they said they couldn't just ship me the tank.  I would have to return the bowl and they would have to send me another bowl (with hopefully) the tank in stow.  Fuck it.  I was tired of dealing with this.  This whole fiasco had now gone on longer than 6 weeks.  Who in the hell thought it would have been this difficult to get a fricken toilet?!?!?

I did some searching on Yelp and Google and came across Standard Plumbing Supply.  They open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays.  My wife and I stopped there this morning.  Brett was so incredibly helpful and awesome!!  I bought the Cadillac of Kohler thrones.  Not only were their prices fair and comparable to the big box stores, but their customer service is second to none AND they had the toilet in stock!  It was such a novel concept!  I paid and loaded the toilet into our car today!  It was crazy!  The only regret I have is not coming here in the first place!   *grr!*  Regardless, they have plenty of everything in stock and if you need to do a bathroom re-model or need a quick replacement of a part, these guys are going to be my one-stop shop moving forward.  I absolutely love supporting local businesses!!  Thank you to Brett and everyone else at Standard Plumbing Supply!  I can't wait to eat some Del Taco and put this new throne through the ringer!

We had a leak in the front of our house and as a new homeowner I was very nervous. I called DiamondBack Plumbing first thing in the morning and the leak was fixed the same day. Barry did a great job. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed the leak right away. Happy customer!
