A Head Plumbing

I was refered by a friend to these guys. Walked out this morning to a leaking water heater and he had it replaced before 1:30. What took him so long? He gave me my different options for a water heater, and after researching them found the one that would fit my application (hole in the wall) an hour away. No problem he said. Got it done. Even came to my work to get paid. Came home to a perfectly installed water heater that is set better then the one we had for the last ten years. Highly recommend these guys.

This company does not pay their sub-contractors.  I've been owed money from him (chad) for over 6 months and he doesn't return phone calls.  Please do not use this plumbing company.

This has got to be one of the worst businesses in the trade community.  If you actually ever get them on the phone, which would be a miracle in itself, Chad will be lying to you.  Seriously don't waste your time and move on to a real business that actually does what they say they will do.

This guy was supposedly like a brother to my wIfe. She has known the family since she was a little
Kid. So we were shocked when he took our money and never came back. We paid him $3600 ( half up front) for remodel job he said he was licensed to do now. Which he is not. He is just licensed as a plumber we found out later and obviously a very poor one at that. This guy Chad Head literally stole our money and we are fighting back with a lawsuIt this week. That's the one sink he replaced while he was here a few months ago. Sad and pathetic to  have it literally falling out of the countertop. Beware everyone in my opinion.

If you need help with your plumbing, please call Chad.  I had a horrible experience with my former plumber, and Chad came through like a champ.  The job was done quickly and professionally.  He explained what I needed and actually cleaned up after he repaired what I needed.  I would highly recommended him and his team.

Garbage company, seriously do yourself a favor and just run away.  He is overloaded with work with a real estate investment group who flips.  Nothing but empty promises and no shows.  Chad is in so far over his head as a business owner.  Has more excuses than talent.

Don't trust this guy chad evertt head. We paid over half for a job and he didn't complete it. He didn't even at least do what we paid him. He's a joke. It's sad that he's doing this as a habit. If i would've read these previous review i wouldn't even have risked it. Don't do trust him or try to do it to save money because you won't !! You'll be in a bigger hole than you started with. Good luck because you're going to need it with this guy!

Don't pay them ahead of time. No pun intended, I paid him $2000 to do a tankless hot water heater and he said he would  be back the next day. It's been five months now and he hasn't even called me back message after message. Not to be trusted.

Trust this crook he gave me money that stool from other people 10 out of 10 would use again.

The AHead company shows integrity.  Its wonderful to have a family owned business to rely on for all of your plumbilng/pipefitting needs.
