We were out of town when the dog sitter called to say our hot water heater was spewing water all over our garage. She was able to get the water turned off, tank drained and electricity turned off to the unit.  Through our home warranty company we were put in contact with water heaters only. They had Don come out at 8 AM the morning after we arrived home.  We clearly needed a new water heater, but previous owners had built cabinets in such a way the tank could not be removed. Don gave us explicit instructions on how the cabinets should be moved. We contacted our handyman and he came out and moved the shelves.  Don came within an hour after he left and removed the old tank and hooked up the new one.  He insured there was no damage to the drywall - treated the area to prevent any mold growing - installed a drip pan under the new water heater and attached a drain so that any overflow would go away from the cabinets to the garage floor.  In addition to being an expert in this field, Don was an absolute professional.  In addition, the gentleman at the main office was courteous, helpful and insured everything was in place to get our water heater replaced. Thank you Don.  We will always refer our friends and associates to this company.

Great service - professional, on time, and efficient! Francisco figured out quickly that my new hot water heater had been installed wrong and that the top element was fried. He had to go buy the part but came right back and finished the repair, making sure hot water was reaching all of the faucets. When he left, there wasn't so much as a smudge to be cleaned up. I can't say enough about Francisco and Belsito - I highly recommend them!

From first call to job complete was less than 90 minutes on a Sunday afternoon- terrific!  Austin repaired a hole in a garage pipe quickly and professionally. I would recommend his small business and will call again if plumber needed.

Elias is a nice young man trained as a plumber in Greece 13 years ago. Responded quickly, did excellent work installing a garbage disposer. All on a Saturday afternoon.

Our hot water heater went out on Sunday night. I found Phillips Plumbing Solutions under a Yelp review. Texted him picture of heater and stated my problem. I received detailed quote and phone call back within minutes.
'We set up a time for him to look at the heater the next morning at 7:30am, he showed up right on time, accessed the heater and discussed our options.
By 10:30am I was taking a hot shower and the area was neater than before when he left with the old tank and debris from the install.

Fantastic communication and scheduling.  A slot opened up earlier than what was scheduled and they called me to let me know they could arrive early if desired.

The plumber was right on time and quickly fixed my toilet flange issue.  He even offered tips on shimming the toilet so I did not have issues when I set it back.

Best of all there were no hidden fees and I was charged exactly what was quoted.

Tyler from Trident Plumbing came out today to replace an exterior water faucet. Tyler quickly assessed the work and provided me with a reasonable quote. Tyler was communicative throughout the process and explained everything about the replacement/repair. Tyler's work was clean and expedient despite having to run out and get a part he did not have on hand. The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

Rafael was on time and offered a free estimate. I had a mainline leak on my property. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. The work was completed in a few hours and the price of the estimate honored. I had looked at a few other companies, but most had a starting price higher than his estimate.  I look forward to using Rafael for future projects.

I hired this company over the phone at the urging of a local builder, Gary Anderson, and was quoted $550 to replace a leaking water main valve. I called Gary because the bid seemed really high, but he assured me it was fair. The work was performed for the most part, but then I checked out the pricing with another plumber and was quoted $215 for the same job. I asked Wayne for an itemized receipt detailing the cost of the parts and labor, and he replied that he doesn't do bookkeeping that way. Huh...I bet not - anyway - do your homework better than I did. I will be calling the ROC to see if there is anything that can be done.
