I have to say all the employees that work for Bumble Bee are very attentive and they do make sure the job is done right. However get ready to spend a lot more money than you planned. They are expensive. A simple job will become a major makeover if they had their way. They try to upsell everything. Don't get me wrong, they do a very good job but it's an all day affair and I don't like spending more than I had planned.

I can't even begin to explain how awesome everyone was, from the first lady I spoke with on the phone to Dan and the gentleman whose name I didn't get with the hydro jet. I called them for a second opinion after having had an emergency call out the night before, which I was charged for, and being told by a different company I had no clean outs so they needed to install some today. I was tired and sick and had no clue so I said sure, schedule it. My boyfriend, working overseas, said no way, we have clean outs, that's ridiculous! I called the company back and spoke with the manager. They ended up making me call the city inspector to come out and I was just overall not happy and had no trust left for anyone. After calling Bumble Bee Plumbing, Dan showed up and five minutes in I already felt so much better!! He said they weren't the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive but what they are is honest and they will get things working for me again! Everything in the house was backing up so a day and a half with minimal water use was no fun. At the end of it, I got a before and after recording of what they did and the price was far better than what I was quoted with the other guys, which I did end up having to pay almost $200 to for the nothing they did. Live and learn!! Now we have our membership and I feel like I have peace of mind and a great guarantee with them. I highly recommend them!! Thank you, Dan!!

I have had horrible experiences with plumbers in the past, so I honestly was afraid to call a plumber this time. Well, I will be afraid no more - this company is simply amazing! Jesus and Adrian were awesome - courteous, fun, did a great job, explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. They truly cared about doing a good job and worked tirelessly all day to get the job done! I only wish there were more companies like Bumble Bee! Water was gushing from our garbage disposal on Saturday morning.
Other companies couldn't get us on their same-day schedule, so I called Bumble Bee, based on the excellent reviews. They did not disappoint! They were able to come within a few hours, and after checking out the situation they explained the problem (rusted-out old disposal) and offered a few different solutions. Within a short amount of time, everything was running great. Kudos to Dan, his apprentice Alex, and also to the caring gal who answered the phone. We will use Bumble Bee again!

The service that was provided was great. They were quick to respond but amount charge for something simple is plain ridiculous. I'm sure I could have gotten the same service for half the price. They use tactics of having a subscription to give you a lower price. The lower price is still pretty high regardless if you join their subscription.

I wanted a new kitchen sink. I made and appointment for Wednesday 08/03. They called me and sent an email when a service tech was on the way. Email had the name and a pic of the service tech. Joel and Miguel showed up...I explained what I wanted. He said I could go purchase the sink and faucet I wanted OR he would give me 3 options if I wanted to use there sink/faucet. I opted to go with using what they had...he showed me EXACTLY the sink and Faucet combination I wanted and 3 prices points. I choose...and they started the work. Joel and Miguel were very polite and cleaned up all their mess when they left. I'm very happy with my new sink! Thank You Joel and Miguel!

I called another plumbing company first. They couldn't fix the flow problems and suggested I buy new faucets. I decided I'll get another opinion. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing. Bill, a seasoned plumber of 18 years took a look and gave me couple of suggestions. I took the cheapest option to check the flow. If that didn't work to buy new faucets. When Bill got done the faucets were flowing like new. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. I felt I can trust him to do the best for me.

I am new to Sun City from California and had been searching for a trustworthy plumber who stands behind their work and is fairly priced. Needed a recirculating pump installed to get hot water across my home to the master bath faster. Bumblebee Plumbing set up my appointment quickly and even allowed a senior discount. The plumber called ahead to confirm his ETA and arrived timely. Matt is the best, he looked me in the eye (some male workers don't connect well to a single female ) he explained the necessary work and un-nessarry work needed to update my old water heater setup and install the pump. There had been one plumber who told my partner how to do the job and hurried off and another company who tried to up sell my job to over 4 times the cost Bumblebee quoted .
Matt was polite, clean, explanatory and will be the plumber I call whenever I need professional plumbing services. Thank you Matt! Thank you Bumblebee for being a small and well managed plumbing company!

I used Bumble Bee Plumbing to install a new natural gas line from my meter to the location of my kitchen gas stove. Bumble Bee was the first to quote my job from Angi, discussed their family ownership, came out within a couple of days to quote the job, emailed me the quote the same day, and Dan inspired confidence that he could complete the job without issue. The initial verbal estimate was revised upward after Dan conferred with the office citing that the ground was very hard in my neighborhood. I asked if they found that the ground was not that hard if the cost would be reduced and was told that it was a firm price regardless if it cost them more or less than what was estimated. The quote contained a description of the work to be done just as Dan had described it. The job required a city permit which Dan applied for and we assumed it would take 3-5 weeks, but it only took one week. The job was scheduled within a week of the permit approval. Dan, Alex, and Cody arrived on time (also, the office staff kept me informed (calls and texts) of the schedule dates, technician arrival, and follow up afterwards) and dug the trench and laid in the piping in one day. Dan coordinated with the city inspector who came out the next day to approve the installation, then Dan, Alex, and Cody returned the next day to fill in the trench and make the final connections as Dan had originally estimated. They left no trace to my yard where the trench was dug. I am very pleased with the work that was done by Dan, Alex, Cody, and the office staff (Chelsea (I think) was the person I spoke to the most) and am confident in our safety with the gas line going forward. We were referred to Mike at Bumblebee Plumbing by a mutual friend. He was extremely prompt in coming out to give us an estimate (free of charge), and submitting his bid to us for review, despite it being a few days before Christmas. His costs were far lower than 2 of the other bids we received, so it's clear he runs a very honest business. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining everything about the extensive plumbing project we were having done (we had just purchased a new home that had polybutelene piping, and were having the whole home repiped). After accepting his bid, he was quick to complete the work, and even worked on New Year's Eve. His work is flawless, and he went above and beyond for us. We can't thank him enough, and are very happy in our new home. :)

Saw the awesome reviews of Bumble Bee Plumbing and decided to give them a try with a leaky toilet as I was not happy with my previous plumber's services. This company offers great service and has 'saved the day' for my family twice now as we needed services to be taken care of quickly. Last night we called asking if someone could be sent out to replace a corroded part on our toilet and Ken called first thing this morning to say he would be at our house in 5-10 minutes. He arrived on time and quickly took care of our issue so that our new flooring could quickly be installed as planned. He even went above and beyond and installed a new spout on our outside hose system which we planned on him having to come back another day to replace. Although they are slightly pricey you definitely get what you pay for. We will use this company again for our future plumbing needs.

New to Arizona/Phoenix/Scottsdale. Hot water not working in the house the day we moved in. Found reference to Bumble Bee on the hot water tank. Not sure I have had service like this in any industry, let alone plumbing. I have never met a more humble, conscientious, hard working tradesperson. Javier was a pleasure to have in our home. He quickly provided an array of options for us to fix the problem, and also identified a pressure valve and shutoff valve issue at the same time and got that fixed. The kind of service Javier (as well as the others I interacted with) delivered is cultural in a company, established from the top down. Not just an individual. What price gaugers. I'm new here in Phoenix and needed a leaking faucet fixed. I called these guys and a very nice man came to look at the faucet. He told me that he had to cut through the back of the wall and had to replace something. To keep a long story short he said it was $1200. Soooo, I found someone who used to be a plumber and he came and fixed the leak for $120.00. He saved me $1000.

My kitchen sink drain clogged at least once or twice a year. No one gave me a solution until I called Bumblebee Plumbing. Donny and Dave were so easy to work with, Donny really understood my frustration. He worked to figure out the solution. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge about older homes and the history of what may have been used that was causing the problem.
Then Dave and his team came in and fixed the problem fast. They did the repair with the least invasive approach but still got the job done.

Having 3 companies come to take a look at what should be a simple Hot Water Heater Replacement, except for C-PVC pipes, only Bumble Bee Plumbing - Javier, specifically, met and duplicated my concern over the possible problems with this C-PVC piping in my unit, and REAL possibility of flooding the unit below. Javier was not only aware of the catastrophe that awaits any 'wrong moves' but went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was excellent, and would be for years to come! No errors, no drama, no oops's. I heartily thank both Bumble Bee and, certainly, Javier!

Ok this is long overdue! I had bumblebee come out for another issue to snake a laundry drain line that was badly clogged. I had another company tell me a tall tale of the expense and remodel that was immediately needed from a broken pipe under my home.
My bumblebee plumber was HONEST! It was a expensive clearing of the line for me, $750.00.
I need to say was way better than a 3 month remodel on my kitchen. The problem had been a issue for sometime. The whole drain pipe had to be cleaned and unclogged. I got a true plumber, a kind plumber, experienced and he left me with a guarantee and the job done right!

Twice now for different issues Bumblebee has come out, quoted the job and done their job. Grateful this company is our only choice for plumbers.

These guys are outstanding and very knowledgeable about the water softeners. They don't sit there and try to pressure you into a sale. They are straight forward and to the point, no song and dance routine. Even gave us suggestions on the install but made sure we were happy with our choices. He even told us we can watch the whole process if we want to. Giving us tips and explaining at the same time what he was doing. He made sure the system was good and even gave us a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok and to our liking. Also had the best deal in town. The system doesn't use that much salt (family of four). So thank you David and Edwardo for the great install, it is wonderful. Never felt so refreshed, can't believe we went 10 years without it.

He explained the issue, the options to fix it and walked us through everything. His customer service was awesome. Once we picked a solution he got right to work and felt like he was done in no time. It is not in my DNA to write thank you notes or Plumbing repair reviews via Facebook(Internet Social Media) on house calls when called upon to do so. Called Bumble Bee Plumbing & talked to Bumble Bee Plumbing office where I laid out my issues of a leaking water slab, no hot water, H2O pump problems, leaking and faulty garbage disposal, outside inside leaking faucets, in essence the entire water connected demand for water when needed was a total disaster and virtually on life support, after 30 long years of loyalty. Mike Krpata(owner) listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at Bumble Bee Plumbing Service. Give Mike a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate water problem crises a stress free experience. Here's where Mike(owner)shines the most: The guy's a genius. His technical skills will leave you aghast and pleasantly pleased to have him on your property doing what he knows best: Walking away from any job knowing his work is as perfect as it gets and his customer is 100% satisfied. I might ad that Mike hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs. To watch Mike and associate work in the field is a sheer joy to watch, too. 100%+ Professionalism. Mike and associate both compliment each other when they work side by side. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing this morning to get a bidet spray installed. I thought that the work involved would be as easy as installing the bidet that I had purchased which in itself wasn't very hard but Jesus and Greg found issues with the main valve, suggested that the plastic pipe which was worn out needed to be replaced. True, I wasn't expecting any of that work so wasn't prepared for the cost of the repairs but I still chose to go ahead. When they finally did install the bidet we realized that it was a faulty one (had a manufacturing defect). What a bummer!
But they were nice enough to not charge me for the work done since the bidet wasn't working. I really appreciate the gesture and will be calling you guys back for the other bathrooms

Top Notch! We had new countertops and sinks installed and needed our faucets installed and plumbing hooked up. From the beginning with online chat with Courtney to scheduling; staff was amazing! The whole process was quick! In fact they were able to come the next day unlike other companies who gave us appointment times a week out. They emailed appointment reminders and texted you to let you know who would be headed to your home. We had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was fantastic! He was honest, efficient and definitely a pro with 34 years of experience. Can't get better than that. Everything came together perfectly. DeeDee followed up to make sure service was completed to our satisfaction. Very professional and caring. They are not the cheapest but you can't beat the quality. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. THEY WILL CHEAT AND SELL YOU STUFF YOU DON'T NEED. Had a person from Bumble Bee plumbing come out to fix a leaky toilet valve. The guy, from the start was focused on selling us a new toilet and having us join their preferred member deal at Bumble Bee. He was more of a salesman than a plumber. He fixed the toilet, and charged us an arm and a leg, but I'm never going to go to them again. SO OTHERS BE WARNED, THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU FOR MORE MONEY. DONT GOHERE.

Had them coming out to fix my toilet on Friday. Mike came, he said that he has been working there for a year. Extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Would definitely call again!
It is a bit overpriced. It was over $200 for a new piece in our toilet, however, they found the issue and fixed it and stayed to make sure it worked correctly. It's a family business so I am happy to help support!

Bumble Bee is a wonderful company. They did SO MUCH MORE than this form allows me to fill in! I had representatives from 3 other companies look at my job, and Mike at Bumble Bee was immediately the favorite. He was a friendly, authentic person-- not a salesman trying to push or impress. Moreover, he was truly interested and curious about our issue, and listened to every detail and concern that we had. Most important, he was supremely knowledgeable and competent, systematically troubleshooting our complex issue. When he and his 2 helpers came the next day to do the entire bathroom demo, they arrived exactly on time even though that was 7:00am! They took care to protect the rest of the house from the demo mess, went right to work, and worked straight through until about 3:00pm with only about a 15 or 20 minute break for lunch. Mike gave me clear and reasonable updates throughout the day, showing me exactly what he was finding and what the next steps would be. Besides the demo, they also had to jackhammer past the concrete to cut out a bad shower drain and replace it with new, functional parts. They installed fresh copper tubing and valves to replace corroded leaky parts---all super clean, excellent work. When they were finished, they hauled away all the piles of demolished shower, vanity and tile, and tidied up thoroughly before they left. And the cherry on top was that Mike and his team were actually cheerful the whole day! They even kept me in a good mood about the whole project! Not only was the plumber team top notch, but the dispatch team who kept in contact with me over the phone was also helpful and communicative beyond the call of duty. I have 3 dogs and 2 gates, yes, they were still behind the first gate but there are 2 gates that are always closed for a reason. It's not that difficult to take a second a be sure the gate behind you is closed. The tech knew I have dogs.

We replace our 75 gallon water heater for a tank-less gas water heater. Chance came out to give me an estimate and answered all of my questions. He text when he was on this way and was spot on with the time that was set up by the office. Their estimate was the less than some of the others that I received and had a little more things that he noticed that needed to be done.

The next week Chance came out and did the job. He had a another person with him (can not remember his name) both were very nice. They explained what they were going to be doing and got started. Again on time with the arrival. When they were on the went over everything with me and cleaned up garage, you wouldn't ever know they were there. I will be using them again.

The estimate for the repairs was definitely the least expensive and so much better than a competitor. The work was completed satisfactorily and the technician explained everything thoroughly. The only complaint I had was they failed to communicate with me when the technician was going to be late, I had to contact them after 4 hours to determine when repairs would be started. He didn't show up during the 2 hour window given to me, and had to be rescheduled for the next day. I did receive a minimal discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend Bumble bee plumbing to others.

I had a broken gate valve on the water service line entrance to my home. I contacted this company, based on their assurance to provide no surprise pricing.. Their service tech, Mike, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained the options and work and gave me a price to replace the entire assembly. While a bit higher than what I would have paid an independent plumber, the workmanship was excellent.

The company called me to ask for my feedback on their service, and actually called me a few times to be sure that I responded. The service manager explained to me the value added from their service. I don't see that often now, with companies, who follow up and ask for customer feedback. That was much appreciated.

Michael ran the camera into the areas that were of concern and put that on a memory stick for us.

Ricky and MJ serviced a spigot that was leaking and also a water heater overflow valve for me today. They did an excellent job, and even went above the call of duty to fix my overflow valve for me. I am pretty sure I was their last call of the day (on a Saturday) but they were still thorough in describing to me what they needed to do, the cost and even went over some credit options if I needed / wanted. All of this without making me feel rushed or pressured. They fixed me up in a timely and professional manner, and hopefully they are now headed home to crack open some cold ones! I have used and recommended this company for several years now. All I can say is, they are awesome.
Dependable, careful, courteous and friendly. I recently made the mistake of letting my contractor use someone else (we were in a pinch) for some work on one of our properties. The experience was so bad that I called Mike and he quickly bailed me out of a potential problem.
Lesson learned. I knew I should have called them first but let someone talk me into what could have been a disaster.
I highly recommend this company, we have several properties and my wife is also a realtor that uses him for her clients. They have never let us down and we've never had problem they couldn't fix.

Michael C was awesome (not the owner)! Very friendly, explained everything up front. Best & worse case scenario when it came to replacing part of my main water line into my house. He did an excellent job! Took advantage and went with the year membership for future discounts. I have other plumbing needs at my house.
They even offer financing if needed, thought that was great. They warranty their work as well.

Not sure how to start this. I had a tech come out who fixed what we requested but he managed to talk us in to an additional modification we weren't seeking, which was a pressure regulator. After he left we realized our water pressure was very reduced in our showers and sprinkler system. I called them up to have tech come back out to adjust it, as the original tech said that they could easily adjust it. However, a different tech came out. He wanted to reassess the cause of low pressure in our home as he felt it wasn't our pressure which is now 60psi which it was 86psi prior to regulator being added. I told him I am not paying more money for additional fixes, he became rude and condescending. We again asked that he just adjust pressure to code. He started to do it but kept demanding we come stand by us so he could educate us, but we remained on our front porch, 10 feet away from him. When we wouldnt follow his command, he abruptly stood up and said we make him uncomfortable and refused to complete the service. I called the company who were unaware of situation, which he said he was going to tell them to send someone else. They sent original tech, next day who made adjustment. I would never use them or recommend them.

Dan came out to do an inspection and found some things that needed to be repaired. He came me a fair price and i agreed to the price. He had everything on the truck but one part. He called to have that part delivered to the house so he could complete the repairs. He went to work and has he was doing the repairs Oscar showed up later with the ordered pat. They completed the work in a timely matter. Both Dan and Oscar were friendly. I will use Bumble Bee plumbing for need repairs in the future. One of the best company out there

We had a shower that wasn't working and were told by a semi-knowledgable neighbor that it was likely a cartridge. Was told that Bumble Bee was expensive but does great work. The tech confirmed the cartridge needed to be replaced, said there was only one available in the Valley and quoted $700+ to do the work. When we gasped he said the cartridge is $100, the rest was their time to pick it up and do the work. When we gasped again he dropped the price to $650-ish and another gasp got the price down to the mid-$500 range. He said they quote based on the job, not on an hourly rate. We paid the service call fee and passed on having him do the work.

I drove the 15 minutes each way to Central Arizona Supply, who had 4 cartridges in stock, picked one up for $80 and called another plumber who works by the hour. It took him one hour to do the install and all works just like it did before the problem started. For less than an hour of my time, $80 for the part and $85 for the labor I saved at least $350.

More than happy to pay for travel time to pick up the part and good quality work but hard to believe Bumble Bee is worth that kind of premium!!!

I woke up this morning and our backyard faucet was leaking 'BIGTIME. I tried to fix it myself, but made it worse. I had my Wife call Bumblebee while I ran to Home Depot to get a new faucet. We are redoing our Master Bath using a shower kit and needed a plumber to redo the plumbing. We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in 2020 when we were working on the front bathroom and then in 2021 when we had the typical slowing issues in the Kitchen, (not bad for a house built in 1984!) we called Bumble Bee Plumbing, so it just made sense to call them this year to do the tub to shower plumbing conversion.
Javier Sanchez was here promptly at 8am, very pleasant. Gave us an upfront estimate of the work to be done, explained everything he was going to do and why. Treating our house as he would his own home. As he worked, he called my husband in to show him what he was doing and why. He listened to any and all concerns that we had and answered our questions
All in all, when he left I knew everything about him and his family and his job. It was like saying Good-Bye to a good friend.

We still have more work on this house and when we come to the next plumbing job, we will be calling Bumble Bee Plumbing and asking for Javier!

My water heater went belly up Monday evening. Leaked 50 gallons of water all over my garage. Bumble Bee came out the next day and gave me 3 quotes for getting it replaced. All were reasonable and explained to my in a manner I could understand, i.e. pros and cons. The plumber, Brad, is the consummate professional!!! Courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and just a very nice guy. He made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way and helped relieve a lot of the anxiety I was feeling. When he was finished, he walked me through his work and showed me the basic functionality of my new water heater. I am now a lifetime customer of Bumble Bee. No need to shop around or anything. If something goes bad, I'll simply call them. Lastly, they even had COVID-19 safety measures which they consistently used, thus once again demonstrating they care about their customers.....GREAT JOB BRAD!!!!

Found them on Yelp as a family run business that is licensed and bonded. The response from them was very quick after putting out my request on Yelp to have a kitchen facet replaced with a new one my wife had purchased. They were very accommodating even when the Amazon delivery was delayed and rescheduled us for the new day. Dan who came was following COVID 19 procedures and was very knowledgeable in the process. He had to replace to shut off valves and did not charge for fixing the sink drain he found to be sub-standardly installed. Price was a little more than what I had first thought but fair with all the work they did. Dee Dee the office manager also followed up after the work was done to insure my wife and I were happy with the work. Looking for a plumbing company that is fast flexible and fairly priced call this company for your work.

We called Bumble Bee because the breaker was tripping for our hot water heater. They replaced the junction box and used antioxidant and wire nut for an aluminum to copper connection. 2 years later that junction box caught on fire in our garage. The only recourse offered was advice to call an electrician...their repair work almost burned down our house and killed our family. So please beware and make sure you have a fire extinguisher on hand.

Bumblebee did a lot of work to get an old home I just purchased up to date and safe. They did a great job and were very efficient. Two plumbers knocked out a days worth of work in about 3 and a half hours.

On top of doing great work, there was some confusion on pricing with my wife and I called Mike (the owner I believe or manager) and his customer service was outstanding. He helped explain everything to me, which in turn helped me explain to my wife.

I was in need of an emergency service, because I had a water leaking out of the ceiling fan for whatever reason. They CLEARY advertise that they have 24/7 emergency service, unfortunately, that is not true! Mike at the office, I believe to be the owner, did confirm with me that they are no longer doing 24/7 emergency service calls and that they will be removing it from all of their advertising, but either way I am utterly upset and disappointed because I relied on Bumblebee plumbing in times of an emergency and I couldn't have needed to count on them more than ever before and they failed to come through and tell me last minute that they are no longer doing service calls on Sundays! I mean I totally respect that, but don't advertise 24 hour emergency service and then you can't come through with your commitment! Very upsetting Bumblebee Plumbing/ Bumble Bee Plumbing!!!

had a slow draining bathroom sink plumber outlined removing drain plug to clean it and had me sign a contract for $263 I agreed and he got his equipment and was finished in 5 minutes Everything works well but I feel overcharged He should have tried the simple solution of a plunger first instead of charging for the removal of the plug I was a surgeon and it would be analogous to charge a patient for a mastectomy and then do a simple biopsy and charge for the mastectomy Otherwise the service was good

On their return visit they checked my vent and addressed it with their satisfaction guarantee. While my first review was negative, they earned a second chance. I would absolute hire them again, and if you chose to, communicate any issues you (might have) and give them a chance to rectify them.

He was very thorough and went over some concerns with the plumbing in my home and gave me estimates to fix them all. I was able to get a same day appointment to resolve issue with sink and garbage disposal. The customer service was great and tech resolved the issues quickly and quality work. My concern is with the pricing, it is high, i did get 3 pricing options however people selecting need to know these costs. The cost estimates are not provided by phone so that could be of concern as they may not want you to know upfront costs.

They put in a snake- not an auger - through the drain and it fixed the problem. A little steep at $400. But they also wanted $11k to reroute a pipe. Jackhammer concrete, tear up pavers and dig 4 feet. - sure there is a broken pipe somewhere that eventually will need to be fixed. . But not sure how they came up with $11k when it should have cost less than $200 to fix.

Mike Probst and his assistant Demonee recently installed a new Moen shower assembly for us. The project was complicated by structural barriers, with them having to open up a closet wall to do the installation. Mike made an initial trip here to figure out what was needed and to give us an estimate.

They worked efficiently, were always pleasant--even enjoyable to be around, and did first-class work! Mike recommended Orlando for a separate repair to the drywall in the closet, and he was equally impressive. This was an added bit of evidence of Bumble Bee Plumbing's high standards. Also, office staff including Chureah and Craig were excellent in coordinating schedules.

We have been using the new shower about 3 weeks, and my wife and I are most pleased with the outcome. Therefore, we recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing without reservation, and with enthusiasm!

Really responsive to request for quote on Yelp - requested quote late last night - got an immediate response and scheduled onsite visit at 9am today! Had a very small leak on the hot water heater. The repairman thought replacing the gaskets at the heater elements would fix the issues, at least for now. They quoted a high price to install new elements and re-gasket , over $700 but it was still much better than a new hot water heater. Unfortunately after installing the elements and gaskets, the leak continued and we were then forced to put in a new hot water heater. Bumble Bee reduced the repair price in half to $350 which on one hand seemed pretty fair but on the other was not as the elements and work was misdiagnosed in the first place.

Called to get an estimate to put a gas line into my kitchen and had a really weird feeling when I called the company to get an estimate for the work. They wanted all of my information (name, address, phone) and said after they got it, they would then tell me how their services worked. WHAT?!? So I asked them to tell me how they worked and the person talking to me gave a really canned (borderline sleezy) response, where he said that for $65, they would send a technician out the next day to look at the job and then perform the work. While I appreciate the quick response, I made it clear I am looking for a quote as to how much it would cost, which they could not give me unless I PAID THEM first, $65. Wow, just wow.

Bradley's customer service skills are amazing and almost unseen these days. He was very thorough explaining things, friendly and honest. We needed our RO System repaired, a repair to a shower and we needed repairs to 3 toilets. They came right away and they came prepared. They gave us multiple options and their pricing was more than fair. They sent 3 skilled workers. They were here for just a few hours. I could not be more happy with the results. I called several plumbers to come and take a look but they all wanted to charge an after hours fee of $150+. When I called bumble bee they did not have any techs until the morning but would let me know if that changed. Fortunately for me a tech became available and was at my home in 20 minutes. Ricky was the perfect mixture of personable and professional. He was obviously well versed in his craft and took pride in his work. He gave me an honest quote and explained the process thoroughly so I could fully understand the expense. Working swiftly he was able to complete the project in under an hour. All the tools were on his truck so I didn't have to wait for a Home Depot stop to pick up more materials. After he had completed he showed me exactly what he had done and checked my water pressure. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs plumbing work. Are there cheaper services, maybe...but with bumble bee I know I'm going to get professional work.

I had significant water damage from a leaking pipe. I required services from a water restoration company and BumbleBee Plumbing.

When I placed the call they were immediately sympathetic and told me I would receive service ASAP. I got a call that Michael was on his way 15 min after I made the call.

Michael is professional and explained everything to me as he was able to gather information. He assured me that the work he performed is quality. He answered all of my questions.

He put me at ease, which is hard to do because I am currently expecting twins soon. I can't thank him, his apprentice, and BumbleBee Plumbing enough.

Unfortunately, we have had 5 major plumbing issues the last couple of months. Bumble Bee was very responsive, did an excellent job, and their techs were very curteous with their interactions with us.

They do try to do some upselling and my sense is they are probably on the higher price for plumbing work. Having said that however, you get what you pay for and the techs they have sent out all knew exactly what they are doing.

My only complaint is that when clearing a clog, they charge an extra couple hundred bucks to sent a camera down the line. That seems to be a bit excessive for a piece of equipment sitting in their truck which is probsbly already paid for. I get it though, they have the equipment and I don't

Saw this company on Yelp and chose them for their good reviews. We had what I would consider a very serious leak in our shower faucet, since it required shutting off the house water. Jae showed up and he fixed it. I was totally impressed! On the first call I got a live representative (not a recording) and he referred to their people as service professionals and I was told they have fully stocked trucks. They showed up on time and were very affordable. I have seen the truck in my neighborhood before at neighboring homes and I can see why. I highly recommend this company. It's such a pleasure to call somebody that is on time, courteous, professional, and knows what they are doing. Use these folks, and you will be impressed.

I am just blown away at this company! We had a big plumbing issue the day before I was to be induced, so needless to say we were in a bit of a time crunch. My husband called and they were out to our house very quickly, with friendly and honest service that we really appreciated. Wanted a new bathroom faucet installed with drain and I had the parts. He quoted a price of over $530, or he said I could get in a monthly membership. A total scam, plus they had me waiting for over 5 hours. I said I would pay the service fee of $39, for showing up as I wasn't getting in a membership nor pay over $530 for a faucet install. He ended up waving the $39 fee, yes! Cause everything was a membership SCAM!
They wont quote any prices on the phone, as they'll bone you down when they get there.

We have used Bumble Bee Plumbing several times and have been very pleased with their service each time. This last time Ken came to re-install our kitchen faucets after we had new countertops installed. He arrived promptly, took care of the faucets, and also noticed a problem with our dishwasher. We've had this dishwasher for about 2 years and thought the bottom rack falling down onto the door when it was pulled out was just the was this dishwasher worked, since it had been that way from the beginning. We didn't even call it to Ken's attention. But he noticed it and fixed it. Great service above and beyond!

Guy showed up and said they have a flat fee of 276.00, which is 100.00 more then the two others we called. We choose them based on the 5 star rating which is obviously not reliable. Talked with Bumble Bee Plumbing on September 16th and scheduled for Monday September 27th. When I asked them what time I should expect them, they say, we'll call and text on day of service to let you know when we're on the way. Interesting, no scheduled time, but ok lets see how this goes.
Monday morning September 27 I receive a call and text at 8 AM telling me today is the day and they will inform me when the technician is on the way. Ok. Sounds good!
At noon I get a call, I'm thinking they're on the way. Silly me, they just want to make sure I'm still available today. Uh, we have an appointment, of course I'm available. They say to me, ok, just making sure we'll let you know when someone is on the way. Again, Weird, but ok.
3 PM, no word from them. I text and say yeah today wont work. They reply to me no problem, let us know when you know your availability. Um, how about an apology?? You know my availability, it was today. You didn't show up.

Bumble Bee Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! We found our water heater was leaking and they set up an emergency visit and came out the very next day and took care of our problem along with a couple of other plumbing issues that we advised them once Ken their plumber was onsite.

Ken was fabulous and assessed the repair, provided repair options and completed all the work in about 4 hours. That included the removal and replacement of old water heater and replacing old valves with new ones. Great job Ken thanks for all your help!

Rest easy, this company does not do that. They are friendly, kind, and professional. Jae provided the plumbing service on this day and he was friendly and professional, even showing patience in explaining to me what he was doing to clear my drains, and why it became clogged in the first place. He also provided advice on how to prevent future problems. I will use Bumble Bee Plumbing the next time I need plumbing service. (Jae, I did want to note that neither your nor I thought to check if there was backed up water in my dishwasher (there was). Bumbl bee stafff was very prompt & professional. They got out to property right away which was awesome as it was late on Sat. A pipe in front yard was leaking by water meter. The plumber recomended either to spot fix the pipe estimated at $1400 or better yet, he would strongly reccomend replacing the pipe going from main to meter which is very likely the concrete walkway for $5800.
The plumber was a bit taken back as we wanted a 2nd opinion. At $1k or less to fix a small leak lets do it please but those prices tearing up yard, concrete, and you think after all that we have a 70% chance of fixing the problem? That is not much of a plan & secondary estimate is neccessary.
A different company recomended get leak locator service out first to find out where the leak or leaks are then repair. They estimated the cost might $600 to fix plus $200 leak detector service. This seemed much more reasonable and a better plan. I decided dig small hole by water meter where the ground was wet and found pin hole leak in pipe. Cancelled leak detection service. Called the 2nd plumber to fix copper pipe and $280 total cost. I am very satisfied with repair but feel we were dangerously close to incurring a huge unnecessary expense. Bumble Bee has a very good reputation and from what I hear does excellent work, but I would not reccomend them after this experience.

Unbelievably overpriced. I had a shower faucet that wouldn't stop in the right place and had mixing issues. All I need was to be told the parts and I could have gotten everything done myself, but instead of what should have cost $200 for a faucet repair, it cost me $700! Not to mention the fact that they couldn't make it out on the original day they said they would, Monday. Then they rescheduled me for the wrong day when I told them Friday. Mike was a reasonably nice dude, so that's a positive. Should have called someone else 100%

In response to the owner's reply:
The only reason that a membership was selected was because of the discount, so I literally selected THE CHEAPEST option given to me. I absolutely do not like the fact that they try to get you to buy a membership.

As far as researching my specific valve, locating the parts and same day pick up, I literally could have done this whole service in 3 hours or less. I don't see driving to Home Depot as a 700$ service, and yes, I'm sure someone there could have pointed me to the correct parts.
I guess I just got played, you're right, I could have and should have taken a while to research the item but I figured since this company has such great reviews, they must have fair pricing. It is clear now that they just groom their reviews and work hard to get people to post only positive reviews. But in the end, they have my money and there is nothing that can be done.

As far as scheduling, unfortunately no, your records are not correct. When your technicians COULD NOT MAKE THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME, I had zero options when called asking if we could reschedule. I asked if there was any chance they could still make it that day (which I consider informing you that it was an issue) and was denied. I should have not rescheduled in hindsight, but I chose this company so I was going to make sure they would come out. I did expect some sort of discount because of the missed day. Don't book me for Monday if you can't make it on Monday. I never, ever asked for an appointment on Wednesday. Your receptionist made a mistake, own it.

Also, really didn't like the absurd amount of phone calls from your reception. I got probably 4 calls on Monday letting me know I was being serviced today, I was next in line and that Someone will be coming soon, when in the end you couldn't make it out? That is honestly just annoying.

I hate writing reviews and wasting my time, but the fact that I spent 700$ for a service that was insanely simple and easy really upsets me.

I had received a call from my cousin that the drains in the house were all backing up every time a faucet was turned on. I was at work at the time and couldn't make it there so I used Yelp and found Bumble Bee.

Not only did they have a great rating but they also had a deal so I thought what the hell, let's give it a shot.

They came within the hour and used a camera to figure out there was a blockage in the pipes going out to he main sewer lines, it turned out to be to big to handle so they suggested I call the city. I made the call right away and it was almost 5pm already, luckily the city was going to dispatch someone.

Now the plumber didn't have to stay, he could've just left and said good luck, but he didn't. Not only did he stay behind and wait but also gave plumbing tips to my cousin and and another. When the city came they looked at his camera footage and it was decided that the city would be responsible for the major repairs and hat saved me a ton of money.

If it weren't for Bumble Bee and their amazing work ethic and promptness, I'd be knee deep in sewage, and that'd be a shitty situation.

I have dealt with other Plumbing companies before and I've never had an experience like this one. I spoke with Chris on the phone many times while scheduling my service and he was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He was accommodating when I needed to reschedule even though it was same day and when they needed to reschedule me he was very nice and kept me updated on the process. Bill the service technician that came out to my house was very prompt, nice, and did a great job replacing some valves under my kitchen sink. The pricing was fair. I highly recommend Bumblee Plumbing!

Very satisfied with the work done by Bumblebee Plumbing. Staff was knowledgeable and communicated consistently. It was a fairly large job as they had to dig through my floor to replace a broken pipe leaking under the slab. They were able to complete the job faster and with less damage than expected. Price wise, they were better than some of the other big plumbing companies out there although still more than the little guys. In my opinion, was worth the little extra to have a professional repair. Please consider regarding this review: I did not end up actually using this company. Overall I would say the comments from some of the other reviewers is what I experienced. Very nice front office lady and very responsive in making an appointment. However there were lots of follow up calls. I didn't mind texts and emails but the calls were almost like the people in the back office were not talking to each other or checking system notes prior to calling. I had to ask to please not call so much. The man that came out to assess my leak was very professional, but was like other reviewers insistent on me standing in the heat to educate me and while I personally didn't feel any sales pressure; it DID feel like that possibility was there and once I knew the fix may go into the thousand(s) I was just very clear I was going to get a second estimate instead of proceed. I just felt a lot more comfortable with the second folks who are preparing an estimate and I will go with them. They did a little more to trouble shoot and root cause. My recommendation is if you are not an assertive person or if you have an emergency and no time for a second quote maybe consider someone else. I do believe they would negotiate on price though but I always prefer a good price and maybe cash discount instead of feeling like I have to negotiate on something relatively urgent.

I tried to get an estimate on the purchase and installation of 2 Kohler toilets. I was told they would be at my house between 8 and noon. When I hadn't heard anything at noon, I left. They called about 3:30 to say they were on their way. I wasted my morning.
I'm not sure what kind of work they do because I never got that far. If you need an estimate, take the day off.

I actually found a company that responded to me, therefore I not longer need your services. I wish your follow up had been this good in the beginning. Thanks for the effort.

This company is in a word....awesome. We called them out to repair a busted pipe in our master bedroom. The pipe snapped off in the wall and we expected that the entire shower was going to need to come out. Our tech was able to go through the drywall in our room and only opened up a small space and was able to fix the pipe. In total, he was in and out in less than an hour and the drywall patch was easy since he cut a perfect rectangle to access the pipes. If you want a professional Plumber whose fast and easy to work with, this is the company.

However, I feel I need to leave POSITIVE feedback for Cameron Contreras and his crew at Bumble Bee Plumbing. Not only did they successfully complete the service of installing a brand new sewer line, they went ABOVE & BEYOND. Cameron and his team were very communicative, and did everything possible to ensure they took meticulous care of the surrounding area to maintain the rest of the landscaping as best as possible. Even when asked to work within a narrow window for the sewer line pathway, having to avoid other underground utilities, he and his team ensured efficient project completion at the highest level. This review is about 2 months late due to my busy work schedule, but I wanted to say what a wonderful job Mike P. and his team did with installing my water softener system and new shower kits. Mike even came back and fixed a leak I had noticed from one of the shower heads and didn't even charge anything additional. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they are on the pricier side. They provide excellent service and I can tell the water softener is top-of-the-line, but I know I could've saved half of what I paid had I used a different company. When I asked how much it would cost to install a new bathroom faucet I purchased from Home Depot, their cost was nearly $250 (and that was the discounted membership price!). Instead, I found a handyman who did it for only $40. I wish Bumblebee was more competitive with their pricing.

Was contacted by JIM (service manager) who came out with Jesus. Jim's apology was genuine and his desire is to make things right. They complete leak detection and provided a detailed estimate. I am confident with moving forward and will update my review as work progresses.

On Tuesday 11/8 we requested an estimate for a reroute due to a slab leak in our home. Richard arrived, was cordial, and showed up on time. Richard took his time to evaluate and provided a rough estimate of potential work that needs to be done to restore water to the back of our home. I submitted the $5000 rough estimate to insurance for approval and followed up with Bumble Bee to inquire about a more comprehensive estimate . It was suggested by Richard that an electronic leak detection was necessary to determine where the pipes were located.

On Thursday 11/10 Richard came back and concluded that in order to determine the pipe runs he would have to use a jackhammer to bust through the concrete block wall separating the dining room from our back patio. This gave me pause because I have never heard of someone using a jackhammer through a (potentially load bearing) wall. Richard also disclosed that he does not specialize in masonry work, and I would be responsible for whatever damage he caused to the wall. It was very concerning to me that Richard was ready to start jack-hammering through my block wall without the proper professional knowledge to determine the structural damage that could result, especially since this is a load bearing wall. We concluded that an attempt would be made to access the pipe from the exterior of the home over the weekend by someone more qualified, and Richard would return to complete the leak detection.

I scheduled a follow up for to complete the leak detection on 11/15. A promise was made by Richard that I would be his first stop. I even asked how early I should expect him to arrive and he responded around 7 7:30. I said that works perfectly and planed to take the day off.

On Tuesday 11/15 I was up early (6am) and was waiting for Richard to arrive. I waited about 1.5 hours and received a voicemail from Chelsea in dispatch at 8:21 a.m. requesting to confirm my appointment. I called Chelsea back and stated that I have been waiting for Richard to arrive since 7 a.m. Chelsea's response was is it OK for him to come now? and I confirmed. I mentioned that I needed to make a call into work at 10:30 but that would not impact Richard's ability to work. I requested that he come as soon as possible. I waited until noon and no one arrived. At 12:54 p,m, I called dispatch again was informed that there is no record or an appointment today, I then received a voicemail from a gentleman named Chris calling to see what my availability was.

At this point I am extremely frustrated and realized that I took the day off from work when I could have gone to the office. I called dispatch again and was told that I would be his next stop. Richard arrived just before 3 p.m. (8 hours late) and I asked him what happened. I let him know that I was waiting for him since 7 a.m. and he simply blamed dispatch, no apology for the service break or my frustration. I explained to him that it was determined over the weekend that the block wall he wanted to jackhammer was filled with concrete and solid and he stated we do these all the time but continued to emphasize that he does not specialize in masonry or structural engineering. Considering the time he arrived, and my discomfort with jack-hammering my wall, my wife and I determined that a good next step would be to run this by our insurance adjuster to make sure they would cover whatever damage he caused.

Richards' demeanor changed and he was no longer cordial. I let him know that we will hold off on the jack-hammering until we speak to our adjuster and schedule a follow up. Richard left abruptly and said he would just state that I refused to pay for a leak detection that had not been successfully completed yet. We were unaware that the leak detection would require jack-hammering a load bearing wall by someone who was not qualified to do so.

I am incredulous of your company's response to failing to provide proficient service to a customer who had every intention of moving forward and giving you our business! We were committed to using Bumble Bee for our plumbing needs and the insurance company has since given us the green light to cover any damages in the process, however, because of the failure to satisfy your service commitments, dishonesty, disorganization with dispatch, and your curt response, we are compelled to move forward with another plumbing company.

This is my second Yelp review for Bumble Bee Plumbing and I am so pleased to say ADRIAN of Bumble Bee Plumbing and an assistant DEMANEE arrived this morning right on time and worked non stop installing a new plumbing line through the ceiling in the garage , through the attic and down the wall of our kitchen to provide correct water flow from garage to refrigerator in kitchen to supply water for ice maker and water in door of fridge.
Job number two was to replace the shower faucet, the diverter that sends the water through the shower head and replace worn seals etc. After completing the bath room repair , the two gentlemen replaced the corroded valves in our laundry room so we had easy to use access to our washing machine and not have to worry about a breakage of pipes.
5 + STARS go out to Adrian and Demanee for being so aware of customers needs, professional behavior, good manners, thoroughly completing the job above and beyond as expected.
They vacumed behind and underneath my refrigerator and even cleaned the floor with cleaner and paper towels as well as clean the drain in the bathroom and the floor surrounding the tub upon finishing the bathroom repair

We called Bumble Bee because we thought we had some corrosion on our plumbing pipes, and we were concerned that it might leak. They were prompt and very helpful in pinpointing our problem. Unfortunately, the problem was with our solar hot water system which they don't service, so they could not complete the repair. Their guidance was extremely helpful. My water main the in the front yard broke this morning. The service techs were at my house within 2 hours and fixed my water line the same day! They were awesome, explained everything to me, quotes were clear and they were efficient. This is my second review and since Bumblebee did SUCH a great job again, I really want to share with everyone. Today, Jae was the tech. He could have told me to replace my dishwasher hose which is actually what I called them to do. Instead, he adjusted the hose in hopes that it would save me $. Before he left, he gave me a quote to replace the hose if this doesn't do the trick and he gave me other suggestions as well. I can't ask for anything more than this friendly man and top-notch service...these guys NEVER disappoint and neither does the administration in the office....so on point....so prompt...so organized. Never will I ever go with any other plumbing service, EVER.

By the way, my home warranty company DID send another company out (a while back) to look at a separate dishwasher problem and when I asked that guy about the dishwasher smell, he claimed the hose looked just fine (even though all clean dishes smelled like rotting food). Jae, however, from Bumblebee Plumbing knew right away that the hose was not assembled correctly and it could VERY much have something to do with the horrible smell AND dumped out rotting food from the hose! And, he gave me steps to take if his simple adjustment doesn't do the trick in the long run. All I had to pay was a service call. Thank you Jae and Bumblebee!

Our entire experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing was superb! The call to setup an appointment was professional and easy. We were able to get a next day appointment for someone to come and cap a gas line. They kept me posted throughout the day and they called 30 minutes prior to showing up as promised. Our tech Ken Brown was very knowledgeable and professional. We were so comfortable that we also had him service our water heater and replaced our washing machine valves. We even received a follow up call 1/2 hr after Ken left to make sure we were happy with the services. I had 2 outside hose bibs that had problems. One of them was soldered onto the main water line and leaked whenever the water was turned on. The other one was super old and made a terrible noise when turned on. Cody came out and was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly inspected everything and explained what could be done. Yay!!! Mike at Bumblebee Plumbing came to my rescue AGAIN!! I had Bumblebee do some work on my bathroom about 5 months ago. Now as I am finalizing my remodeling work, I discovered that there was a mix-up in the way the hot and cold water came into the bathroom. But with the new shower tile and everything all in place, I was dreading the prospect of more demo just to fix that problem. I called Bumblebee, and Monica was confident and friendly. She told me that it would be covered under the warranty! Mike came out at 8am the very next day, and was able to fix the issue within about a half hour---without having to do ANY demo! This company is full of people who stand by their work, and truly care. Thanks Mike!!!!

I had a new toilet installed today by Jim, a very experienced and thorough plumber, assisted by Victor. I've been using Bumble Bee Plumbing for a number of years now because all of my experiences have been very positive! All of their plumbers are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They came with masks and booties and arrived on time. I've done a number of reviews for this company and have never given them less than a 5 star rating.
They were nice enough to pick up the toilet for me at the Ferguson showroom in Peoria.

bumblebee plumbing come out and do some plumbing work. we will never use this company again. for one thing they did not finish the job that was done, even though they gave us coupons, we were cheated and overcharged, It does not usually costs 474 dollars for a shut off valve they were suppose to adjust the handles in the sink it did not happen like I wanted them too. Coty adjusted the handles in the showers only. we got charged 534.00, even though he did not charge us for the adjustment on the handles in the shower. I want to cancel my membership for 9 dollars a month and get a credit on my visa for 200 dollars.

I was searching for a plumbing company to be proactive with regards to my 6 year old water heater. I had called other companies with no satisfaction. Bumble Bee was recommended by a highly respected friend who doesn't cut corners on their rental properties, yet a bit of a miser with cost. I called Bumblebee and got no answer..so I hung up. at 8:30P I got a call that they had seen that I called and wanted to follow up. Called the next morning and had an appointment that fitted with my schedule. Eduardo Eddie was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I signed up for the $9 a month membership and he did a complete walk through only to discover that I need to replace 3 supply line valves. I was left a list of things to do along with cost so I can have a plan to repair as funds become available. The water heater got a drain pan and flushed out. I with my plan they will check on it annually.

I have a level of confidence knowing I can depend on a company and service with my 1978 yr old home for this 71 yr young homeowner, who hates having to make decisions to fix the big ticket items in our homes. Eduarado and I established a partnership...as I am a loyal customer as long as the company is fair. I support local businesses as well as a family businesses. Customer service is key and they went above my expectation.

BumbleBee Plumbing was friendly, fast and efficient. They managed to accommodate us for a clogged main line issue. The technician was on site within an hour and troubleshooted the situation. We have an older home so the issue took a little longer to address. The technician, Jim explained every step of the process. We also contracted for the camera line service to identify what the potential issue was. Out the door the service was a little pricey but I have peace of mind that it was done right and quickly. Highly recommended. Don't take your chances with those other $79 special plumbing companies , you get what you pay for.

Our master bath tub was not holding water. The pop-up drain was not working properly in the locked position and water escaped when trying to fill up the tub. When Bill showed up, he was very professional and abided by all covid precautions. He explained that he needed to take apart the drain and examine it to let us know what the issue was. He told us that if he replaces the rubber parts holding the drain shut, it was going to cost us $259. However, if that didn't work, he was going to have to replace the entire drain and plumbing instead. Well he took apart the drain and essentially just lubricated it and put everything back together. The rubber did not need to be replaced. The entire job took him 10 min and he used all supplies and parts that were originally there. The reason I give them 3 stars is because the labor DOES NOT meet the $259 fee. It's very ridiculous to charge that much for just labor for such a minor job. He did not use any additional supplies, tools, or parts to get the job done. Very disappointed by this complete ripoff.

We had a water line leak in an exterior wall. Called BB on Friday afternoon and they said they could do it on Saturday which was great given the water was shut off. Robert was the tech who came. Took his time looking at all options for doing the repair. Decided best way was to do the repair through the outside wall. Allowed him to make the repair with minimal damage which was much better than doing from inside the house. He is a true craftsman and very professional.

I am so happy to have used Bumblebee. One of the keys to great customer service is good communications. Bumblebee was very thorough in explaining their process. I receive updates advising me when the tech would arrive at my home. The licenced plumber, Jim, arrived on time. Made a thorough assessment of the work needed and quoted the price before starting the work. Some of the problems with my plumbing needs were a bit of a challenge but Jim had a great attitude remained on the job until everything was in good working order. After the work was completed and Jim departed Bumblebee did a follow up call with me to ensure I was pleased with the level of repairs and service. I was completely satisfied and will use Bumblebee Plumbing again when I need a plumber. They work very hard for you in a time when many service providers seem indifferent to their customer's needs. This company is top notch on customer service!! I am compromised and had a lot of anxiety about letting anyone in. They also care about there employees calling before saying they tested his temperature and they also ask how the health of anyone in our home. Accommodated my request to make sure we were safe on both side. They replaced a toilet and near the end as we were inspecting , We thought we had a leak at wall. Five years ago my main water valve to the house, a gate valve, broke and you could turn it a hundred times and nothing would happen. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and they came out the next day and using the parts I had purchased they went ahead and replaced the main water valve, the pressure regulator valve and the hose bib. I asked the plumber a lot of questions and he was more than willing to answer them and explained what I had done wrong when I attempted to do the repair myself. It is now going on 5 years and the new hardware is still working great and no leaks. These guys are great

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and was able to get an appointment at my earliest convince. I had an appointment set and they even came early. I originally had wanted to have a plumbing leak detection test done, as well as, inspect a slow draining bathroom sink and tub. Mike was able to inspect all our plumbing, determine we did not have a leak, fixed our slow drain, and even did other repairs that my 20 year old house needed. He was very professional, explained what needed to be done, and what could wait for another time. I would recommend Mike and Bumble Bee Plumbing to my friends and family. Well, last review. The initial appointment had been delayed by the company due to other work. I was told there would be a 10% discount. Nope. Thought the price quoted was too high--same service charge. Called to complain. Spoke to one of the bosses--was told they would credit the service charge as customer service was important to them. A week went by. No credit. Called, was told the owner did not approve it and he would have them call on Monday to discuss. No call. Would not recommend.

My water heater decided to spring a leak last Monday night, That evening after cleaning up the mess, I looked up Bumble Bee Plumbing on Google. They have an 4.7 stars and I opened their website. They have a section to request an estimate and schedule the service call. Nice and easy! First thing Tuesday morning I received a call from their dispatcher! They will call me when a plumber would be on their way! 2 hours later, Adrian called and said he was on his way. He arrived within 45 minutes. Adrian was with Miguel, another plumber. Both plumbers listened to the problem I had experienced. They checked the water heater, and indeed, the leak came from the bottom of the water heater. Luckily, the water heater was still under warranty! It was a Rheem water heater bought from Home Depot. They exchanged the unit and Adrian /Miguel installed it. Bumble Bee's charge for installation was a fair price. I joined their club for $9 a month, I get an annual check of my complete plumbing, no service charge, and a 10% discount of future jobs. I recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing! Thank you all!

I'm extremely pleased with bumblebee plumbing! I had my water heater break and leek everywhere on my second floor. I called and they came out super fast. Cody curry showed up first and was super professional and got right to business. He gave me options and also was looking out for the good of my home as far as hooking me up with another company to confirm I didn't get mold damage. Then he had a second worker come Joel peralta who was also very courteous. They put buckets out for me and helped with the mess from the water. My huge mess was fixed with in a couple hours. I had two conversations with this company. After the first conversation I sent pictures of the plumbing connection and the water softener I wanted installed. I asked a very simple question. Based on all the water softeners you have installed, what is the range of installation cost of past installations. The woman I spoke with bragged about their five star reviews which is great, but before I pay $39 for a visit to estimate the job price, I think a range of of costs based on certain factors should be very easy to discuss. Several other companies I requested a quote from have done so. I don't need to waste time with an argumentative sales person. Like any consumer, I would like information to make an educated decision. Is that too much to ask for? I'll be looking elsewhere and based on my experience, my I suggest you do the same. By the way, read my other reviews. I try to give honest, positive reviews unless the company warrants less.

We came home on a Saturday from vacation and noticed water in our front yard! After determining that the main line from the street had sprung a leak, we called several companies for an estimate to fix this problem. We didn't want our front yard dug up, so we were asking for a 'trenchless' replacement. The estimates were from about $2000 to over $5000. Two reasons we picked BumbleBee: 1) a fair price and 2) the professionalism of the approach and consideration from the person that came out to give the estimate (they came out on a Sunday!). Monday the yard was 'blue-lined' and Tuesday the guys showed up to do the work. Excellent, professional, considerate, workers. Even though a previous owner had done a rework of the main and more work was needed by BumbleBee, they stuck by their quote. When they left, no one could tell that any work had been done. Beautiful!! After getting a hefty quote from another company for a much larger project than was needed at the time, I contacted bumblebee who was a referral from family. Dan Bert came out and I was honestly relieved because he took care of the initial problem without selling me on a redo that I didn't need right at that time. I have work to do in the future, but he took care of the problem I needed right now. So I am very grateful. It's good to know they are honest people out there not trying to dig you for the biggest price they can get. When you're someone that is not currently working and you tell them that you're hoping that they are going to think of your best interest. Now maybe that's not the world we live in right now, but that doesn't mean you can't find people like that. And Dan was that person for me this weekend. Thank you Dan. I was immediately impressed with Bumble Bee Plumbing in the manner in which they answered the phone. Craig greeted me with It's a great day at BBP how may I help you? That is music to the ears of anyone with professional customer service training.

I gave Craig the run down on my water heater issue and I was surprised that he would be able to send someone out the same day. I really appreciated the appointment set up system with confirmation email, photo of plumber who would be out and the 15 min heads up phone call that the plumber is enroute.

When Jesus arrived he gave me an estimate and all seemed fairly priced. He commenced with the work and I went about my business.

When Jesus was giving me the details of what he did to fix the supply line leak he:
1.) Told me he would have been done sooner but he had to put a second supply line in because he didn't like the weld he did the first time.
2.) Next Jesus pointed out that there is a second leak further up in my supply line that neither of us noticed because the efflorescence/mineral deposits on the pipe were the same color as the garage wall. He said he would be out to fix that with no additional trip fee.
3.) My house was the last stop for Jesus that Tuesday. He said he was at the shop at 6:45 that morning. Jesus didn't leave my house until 6:30PM.

How many contractors would have taken the time to redo a repair they just did when it is well past quitting time? My guess is 1 out of 500 in this day and age.

It is so very rare to encounter any individual or company that has the integrity and honesty that Jesus demonstrated.

Bumble Bee plumbing was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I asked for a general quote when scheduling on the cost to install a new water softener to replace an old one. They would not give me any range at all. I expected it to be reasonable. Replacing an old water softener to new one is a job done easily in less than 1 hr. I had purchased a water softener that was highly rated and recommended by friends who have high end homes and plumbers that I know. The bumble bee technician immediately talked down to me, because I'm a woman I'm guessing, gaslit me telling me that I not only bought the wrong size but the quality of the brand was not good and I should buy his brand that I've never heard of for 3x the price of any of the recommended brands and pay another $1500 to install it. So $4500 for a salt based water softener- not water filtration system. I immediately went to return it and buy a larger size for the softener I had. My plumber friends said that the size I had was actually just fine. I ordered a larger one just to be safe. I took the day off of work to be available for bumble bee. Any company who will not even give you a cost range is going to try to take advantage of you.

Installation of new flooring, which included a bathroom, had just been completed on the second floor of my residence. I noticed as the installers were leaving that the toilet supply line was leaking, and when the installer tried to stop the leak, the valve broke and began spraying water all over the new floor. When I call the plumbing company who removed the toilet prior to installation of the flooring, they basically said too bad, we'll come out tomorrow. I was in tears. I shut the water off to the house and frantically tried to find a plumber.

A friend told me to call Bumble Bee so I did and they came out almost immediately even though it was late in the evening. Javier was wonderful--I was very upset when he arrived, but he explained everything and provided me with a number of options. I was worried about the price since they came out after hours, but it was reasonable and everything was repaired to my satisfaction. I'm so grateful to Javier and Bumble Bee and have a trusted plumber now that I can call for other plumbing related issues when needed. Thanks again!

The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to how much I was charged for work. It cost over $300 to install a tub drain stopper. I think that is quite high considering that I also already had the part. With that said, Bill, the technician was very polite and made sure to explain what he was doing. Bumble Bee Plumbing also has been the best company at communicating than I ever experienced. It was almost like...ya know, you don't have to call every hour for an update lol. Communication was great.

Buyer beware. Extremely overpriced. They will not give you an estimate over the phone but a tech will come out to your house for a $65 fee. Then you will be provided a quote that is more than double the going rate. At that point you can refuse the quote and pay the $65 or just have the job done for double the price. Either way the consumer loses. I ended up paying over $700 to get it done with for a garbage disposal that should be a $300 job. The tech was very nice but they should lower it to be competitive and consistent.

Another great experience with Bumble Bee! We needed a toilet replaced & they were reliable, trustworthy, and diligent in their work. They gave us a quote on their supplies; if we bought a toilet they had on hand, we would have gotten a more extensive warranty, but we ended up purchasing a toilet from Home Depot. Their installation is under warranty. They went to shop with me, inspected the packaging inside & out, and transported it back to my home to be installed. Jesus & Steven were so courteous and knowledgeable. They inspected some other areas of concern for us and gave use reasonable price estimates & advice for our next projects. We belong to their membership program, so we saved over $50 today. I always feel taken care of with Bumble Bee. Looking forward to doing more work in the future with them.

I required a new shut off valve for the ice maker & a new toilet. He was fast, cleaned up afterwards & thanked me for calling him. Shower faucet decided to quit working and water was leaking by the buckets so I went to YELP to find help. I came across this company and based on reviews, decided to give them a shot since this was pressing and of course on a Saturday. Mike arrived on time assessed the problem and provided multiple quotes for various ways to make the repair. This is either false, or confirmation that I was overcharged by over $300 when they came to do this same job for me, under a year ago.

I have been without a toilet for too many days now and Bumble Bee had someone at my house within about an hour from the time I called (out of 10 companies called). Jesus and his apprentice, David, were AWESOME!! They were both very friendly, polite, and considerate. They both had face coverings, gloves, and booties on. Jesus educated me on a number of things around my house. As a first-time homeowner, the time he took to do that meant a ton! He did not try to pressure me into buying anything more than I needed and, in fact, they went above and beyond with my toilet installation. They even left the area cleaner than it was when they came in!! (Thanks guys!). Plus, I got a cool Bumble Bee 'things to do' pad of paper for my refrigerator. I will most assuredly be using Bumble Bee in the future and refer them to others!

I hired BumbleBee Plumping to install a backflow preventer to our front water line. Once Bill Messenger, the repairman was here, I decided to rework the entire front water line and install a new shutoff valve. Bill was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. What I appreciated was that he took the time to explain to me what materials he would be using and why. We called our insurance company first and they came out same day and told us our water heater was not covered due to a leak. I searched the best plumbers in my area and came across Bumblebee Plumbing, and I am certainly glad I did! They were so quick at getting back to me and they had a technician out and replacing the hot water heater before lunch! Mike was our technician and he was professional, and polite and I would 100% recommend them any time to any one!! Thank you Bumblebee Plumbers!!! And who doesn't love bumblebees??? Such a cute name and mascot! Even the receptionist was kind and courteous and quick to respond, I apologize for not remembering her name, but I'm sure they are all wonderful!!!!

I called for a leak, and ended up needing the entire toilet taken out and a new one installed. He helped me pick out the right toilet and then he picked it up for me and installed it. Bumble Bee installed a brand new garbage disposal where I reside a month or so ago. It stopped working. Today they came and said it was clogged from food (they literally pulled out a sesame seed that went down there that must have been stuck to a plate) and claimed there were 'black things and peppermints' clogging the disposal and I would have to pay for a brand new one. I agreed because I need a sink that works. But I did tell them the disposal had hardly seen any use AT ALL and there was no way it clogged with food. They disagreed. AFTER they took the garbage disposal off and installed a new one, come to find out it was a small measuring teaspoon had gotten lodged in there. Not clogged for ANY other reason and no black things and peppermints. Then they walked off with the old hardly used disposal installed like a month ago and left me a bill. Just awful experience. Do not recommend as professionalism is lacking to say the least.

We bought a new construction on this past September which is on a shared well. Our water has been great, no bad smell or taste however, we started to notice calcification on our dishwasher element so, we contacted Bumble Bee to come out and test our water and offer solutions, if necessary. I was surprised, and happy, when they said they could come out the next day.

Adrian Medina showed up, right on time and, from the moment he did, he was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He listened to us explain what we think is going on, he checked our water pressure at various points, checked the toilet tank, took a look at the dish washer elements and then tested the water which, came out less then 10 ppm. Then he worked on a solution, informing us that while our problem wasn't hard water, there was a problem, sediment - after only 9 months in the house we accumulated a fair amount of it in our toilet tanks & hot water heater. In the end, we went with Adrian's recommendation of a salt-less tank and an auxiliary 20 filter.

We were already thinking about dates we'd be available when Adrian told us he could do the install the same day, stating he needed to run out and get parts but he'd be back shortly - Now, I'm really impressed with both Bumble Bee and Adrian!!

When Adrian returned he Victor Torres with him and together they did a fantastic job getting us set up. The system was set in garage/shop in a location that was least disruptive to the flow and, all the pipe /tubing/ electrical was very organized and clean - they even put a level to the power cord from the machine to the outlet to make sure it was aesthetically pleasing before stapling it to the wall.

I would definitely recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing and, if possible, I would request Adrian or Victor!!

Michael P. was absolutely exactly as you would want a plumber to be! He spoke very kind and caring and obviously loves being a plumber. He walked me through step by step while he started on the job trying to go the least expensive. My shower faucet would not shut off anymore due to years of neglect. He fixed it and then had me look at my water heater, it was leaking and severely rusty at the bottom. It was something that never crosses my mind and it was on the verge of flooding my garage. I am so thankful for someone as knowledgeable as he to really give me a very fair price and for such a truthful assessment of the rest of my neglected plumbing.

Signing up for their club saved me 10% immediately and that brings him back for free annual assessment. Without that annual assessment my house would continue be waiting for its next water explosion, but no more. I have called Bumble Bee Plumbing twice this year for separate issues. Both times they responded in the same day. 1st issue was a leaking bib outside. 2nd issue was an underground leak on my irrigation system. This was no easy project since I live in a second floor condo. Currently there is no washing machine in place. I had gotten a few bids for the job but Ken made the difference when he assured me he was up to the job. Part of the job required them to dig a three foot hole 7 feet long at the base of my building. They worked hard and non stop all day. Joel and MJ were polite young men and all three got along well all day, despite the 100 plus temperatures. I had no idea the job was going to be so extensive. A camera had to be installed to locate the drain. Which was done in advance to assure me the project could be accomplished in the first place. Dispatchers Craig and Cheyenne kept me informed each time a crew was enroute with an accurate arrival time to my house. Ken was there for the first visit and saw the project through the end. Questions were answered throughout the day and they even helped to document this part of my complete kitchen makeover by taking pictures for me inside the hole they had dug. I won't look anywhere else when the time comes to install the kitchen plumbing. This was a positive experience. Ken, Joel, and MJ made the difference.

My dishwasher of 15 years began overflowing with soap 3 weekend ago and I got scared since my house had flooded due to a bad contractor and it had something to do with the same appliance. A plumber with a different company came out for FREE and said it was the appliance so I decided to replace it. After I ordered one I thought it would be best to get a licensed and insured company but omg I didn't know how hard that was to find in AZ. It's a simple install but finally Bubblebee said they would charge me $69 and then would give me $25 off since they had to reschedule with me. Once they got here I was thrilled but that soon was over with once they told me they were going to charge me $650!!!! To install a dishwasher, are u kidding me??!! Immediately they called me and I let the dispatcher lady have it. I let her know that giving false pricing is misleading and they said I was paying for the license bonded and Insured part I spoke to the manager and they dropped the price to $350 and even though that is still outrageous I just decided to go ahead because they would discard the old appliance and clean up with a warranty attached. The gentleman I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately the pricing I had to give 3 stars. I'm very fortunate that they were willing to eat some profit instead of lose a customer so I appreciate that Bubblebee I give that part 5 stars. It's a great company I just would adjust the pricing because most people are living paycheck to paycheck. Plus other plumbers come out for free while u were gunna charge me $69 just to look around. So sadly I have to give a 3.

They came out reasonably promptly to do a problem assessment. Said it was a bad gas control valve on the water heater. Then the upsell began. Putting on a new valve would be about $4oo just for the valve, plus about $400 more for the installation, and it would be cheaper long run to put in a new tank (they had inspected and serviced the tank about a year earlier and it was allegedly in good condition ). Gave me an estimate of some $1800 for new tank installation. I thought it sounded high and thanked them for the assessment. Went up to Home Depot and found their installation price for the same size and warranty unit was about $500 less. Then went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply to check out the $400 gas control valve. Bought it for $165 tax included. Plumber down there at the counter hearing a bit of my experience kind of laughed and related rip-off experiences he'd seen over the course of his 40 years in the business. Said it was a simple screw in installation that fairly might cost a $100 in time. Bumble Bee wanted $400. I then responded to a number of calls from their office as to why I didn't accept one of their proposals, told them I thought they were an upselling rip-off and if they wanted to show otherwise, I'd pay their guy $150 cash to do the installation of the valve. Otherwise I intended to write a review about my experience with them. Whoever called me ended up telling me I was a terrible person. And in my experience with them, I think they are a ripoff operation. I would certainly caution anyone dealing with them to at least get 1 or 2 other bids or closely check the charges on any bid they make.

First time of using Bumble Bee. Had Robert install a wonderful Toto toilet. What a wonderful throne. I'm too old to be putting in new toilets. ADA height, soft closing lid, water saver, quiet, no messy holes around the rim to keep clean, and easy dual flush with a handle (not a push button). These guys come in clean and leave it clean. Bumble Bee Plumbing saved me thousands because of their quick, efficient, and courteous service. On January 1st I noticed my garage ceiling was dripping water because of a bad drain pipe upstairs in the tub and paint was starting to pool in the ceiling. Long story short, I reached out to Bumble Bee and they were able to get someone out the same day I called. From their telephone greeting to the speed at which they handled everything, I was left extremely satisfied. Mike, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient was able to confirm my preliminary diagnosis and got right to work. After fixing the issue and cleaning up (they had to cut into the ceiling dry wall) I was explained everything that they did and why they did it and even recommended a remediation/restoration company (which I am using). If you have any plumbing issues, you'll be in good hands with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Awesome work!

We had a leak in the main line from the meter to the house. We dug the trench to expose the pipes and see where the leak was and if it was going to be a big job $$$$ or fairly easy and straightforward $$$. Bumble's estimate was $2145 for the ultimate repair (apparently replacing pipe that may cause us problems in the future) or the 'standard' repair $946 (just replace the pipe that has a leak and is exposed and literally means cut the pipe and replace it with another new pipe) Cody was a nice guy, and was eager to help us, but they were our first bid and IMO were higher because they knew we needed it fixed asap.
We waited until the next morning to get another estimate, which came in at $620, not only were Before & After plumbing quick to get here, and they gave us a reasonable estimate, but John worked his butt of in the middle of a downpour with mud flowing in to get it fixed as fast as he could. We'll definitely call Before & After for all of our plumbing needs.

I had a water line leak in the crawl space under my historical house built in 1924! The only way to contain it was to turn off the water main so I needed someone soon! We had a pinhole gas leak in our water heater, which caused a small flame to ignite. Fortunately, there was no damage to the house, but the water heater was toast. This happened on a Thursday.

We called our home warranty company to get the water heater replaced. 14 calls, over five hours on the phone, and five days later we were no closer to having hot water. I was driving 40 minutes to shower at a family member's house, and boiling water to wash dishes by hand. We got fed up and took things into our own hands.

I called Bumblebee Plumbing. This has been our third time using them, and all three times they have been prompt, professional, and have provided quality work. I called at 10:30 AM on Christmas Eve and we had a new water heater installed with the old one hauled away within 3 hours. Did I mention it was Christmas Eve?

My previous reviews mention their prices are high. They are, but the service and professionalism that we have received from them today and in the past have convinced me the cost is worth it, especially in an urgent situation. It is so stressful dealing with contractors who don't show up when they say they will, don't have what's needed to do the job, or otherwise leave you hanging and desperate. If you need service quickly and want a dependable company, keep Bumblebee's phone number on hand.

I was given a quote for a new faucet of roughly $200 when I was getting an RO system installed because issues were seen by the tech. I also signed u doe their monthly plan and was charged $10 a month to eliminate the $65 house call fee. A family member passed away and I needed to leave the state for 3 months. I paid all my bills without paying much attention. When I returned home, I noticed that I was charged more for the FAUCET than the RO system! When calling to dispute this, the manager accused me of lying about the quote I received because the timing of my call to dispute this was 3 months later. Tried to explain the circumstances but was scoffed at, I just cancelled my monthly fee and will not do business with them again. Beware and read everything they have you sign!!!

I'm a new home owner and plumbing issues are terrifying lol! But this company helped me out within literal minutes (15 minute response time lol!) after I had to shut my water off due to a valve bursting off behind my washer and flooding my laundry room. The dispatcher heard my anxiety over the phone and reacted accordingly making me feel like she cared about my situation.

Also, Lupe. My homie lol! Came to my rescue one day and did additional non-emergent work another day. Not only does he care about his work and take pride in it, he's hella chill to hang around while he works.

Plumbing isn't cheap y'all. You get what you pay for with this group and they are competitive. Don't go cheap on plumbing. (I work in the wastewater industry, so trust when I say this). They care, they are responsive, they are transparent.

5 stars for reliability and plumber was nice but -3 stars for having to deal with upsell and Exorbitant prices. So frustrating when I'm balancing work from
Home, dogs and all I wanted to do was get my valve changed. Unfortunately for them we have experience with another A+ plumber that replaced a previous valve and know what it SHOULD REALLY cost. Lesson learned-stick with who you trust and get bids before overpaying. The upswell is stressful and who wants to deal with that!

Mike P and Cody were fantastic. They were professional and very efficient. They made sure I had water the first day, since I had been dealing with water off and on for 2 weeks. They explained all that they were doing and how and why. They had the huge job of repiping the entire house along with new Plex lines under the trailer, up to the showers and sinks and new valves and also replaced copper and the old hose bibs, plus added a new one to my back yard. Along with a few extras that needed to be up to code without the extra cost. I also got a discount on the new larger hot water tank.
The customer service was top notch, from the emails and texts reminding me of the appointments, to the phone calls and follow ups after the job was done. This a fantastic plumbing company and I will be calling them if I need them again, along with referring them to anyone in need of plumbing. Highly recommend! :)

This company was awesome! Their customer service is at a higher level as they are very professional and keep you updated from scheduling an appointment, to letting you know the status of your tech. I always have the same experience with Bumble Bee. The technicians are courteous, explain everything clearly, and (when I accept a quote) do great work.
BUT, Bumble Bee's prices are outrageous. Recently, I called to get a cartridge replaced for a leaky hot-water faucet on a two-handled single-set bathroom sink. The technician did not have the right replacement cartridge, but said he could replace the whole cartridge setup with a different cartridge for $475. I said I would just order a replacement cartridge and do it myself. No problem - the technician also provided me a quote for $284 to come back, unscrew the handle, pull out the old cartridge, and drop in the replacement once it arrived. That would be $284 for about fifteen minutes of work. Sorry, COVID-19 can't continue to be the excuse for price gouging - really wish Bumble Bee would take a look at its pricing and move to something more reasonable.

I called this company this morning and was assured they would be able to fix the issue today....I received a call at 12:45 this afternoon to inform me they would not be able to come today after all.

I won't be calling them again! If I had known there was a possibility that they would not be able to complete the repair today I would have moved on. However they didn't let me know that until it was too late to get someone else this day. I guess their policy is we don't let customers know we aren't coming today until it is too late for them to get someone else and then they will just accept the fact and we can work them in our schedule as we see fit for tomorrow. I definitely won't be calling them again.

Very good service. Michael came out to my house, in the S.Mtn. area, inspected my problem (leaking toilet) , gave me his assessment, and broke it down for me. Mike then drew up 4 options for me to choose from that would work for me. I chose my option and Mike got right on it and did a super job and cleaned up. I recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing. I did have 1 issue, which I should have thought to ask, where are your shoe covers. Yeah, I think in plumbing...shoe covers should be worn in the customer's home.

We just had a very positive experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Our water softener crashed and it was time to replace it. Adrian came out and did an assessment and gave us some options. We shopped a bit and their pricing was competitive. Their service was way above average. Their team does a nice job of communicating about timing for their visits-and they show up when they say they will. Craig and DeeDee from their office are constantly in contact on the day of the appointment-and they called to follow up the day after to ensure our needs were met. Clearly, they place a high priority on customer service.

Adrian and MJ installed the new unit yesterday. They were polite, professional, and attentive. Following the install Adrian showed me the required maintenance for the new softener.

I recommend this team-and we will use them again as and when needs arise.

Ken and Joel were fantastic! Had an emergency leak from the main water line in between the street and house. It was like a swimming pool down the whole block this morning by the time I noticed. Husband was out of town, lets just say this was a bad day... then these two arrived and fixed it, no problems, fair price AND they even went out of their way to put our pipe slots back in the ground that hold our BIG wooden snowman up for the holidays. We recently had a water issue and called Bumble Bee Plumbing in the morning and before noon we had the technician, Brad out to look at the problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us three options to fix it.

When you have to find a plumber and trust Yelp reviews as a basis for your choice, it can be a roll of the dice. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with our decision to trust BUMBLE BEE! We needed someone to do an extensive repair/replacement of shower plumbing within the ceramic tiled wall. From the very first phone contact with Chelsea, we were kept informed of what to expect and when ... and she even followed up after the job was completed to be sure we were satisfied. Bill and Craig were sent to do the repairs. They were professional, thorough and skilled ... they know their craft and went above and beyond to explain everything they were doing along the way. I'm a little perplexed...I really like this company but now after a bid to fix a leak in a pipe to the auto fill for pool --estimate was for $2586 and I would still need someone to fix my pavers... I decided to get a second opinion from a leak detector company. Turns out it is not in my line! They also did a dive in the pool and checked the pop ups (all ok). The leak was in the fill valve. He corrected the problem. ....bill for all this $425. That is a big difference! I did have a 1/2 pressure vacuum breaker replaced at $642 and now Im wondering if that was a mistake AND I bought the membership....???

Hands down, the best experience I've had ever with a plumbing company!! They did not charge a ridiculously high fee for coming out on a Sunday night. In fact it was considerably LESS than I expected. My experience:

I called and made an appointment about 4 days in advance but the day my service was scheduled they had a few technicians out sick. Mike from dispatch called me Saturday morning to break the bad news and tell me we might need to reschedule. I explained I had a toddler, a pregnant wife at home and being down to one toilet was making our lives very tough. He said don't worry let me see what I can do.

He kept me updated every few hours. He called in the afternoon to let me know Chance one of his techs could head my way if I was home. Chance arrived in 21 minutes even earlier than the 25 min eta. Chance was very professional, he explained everything, showed us pics and anytime he needed to change the repairs he went over everything with pictures and a full estimate. He finished early and everything was awesome!! I can't even begin to tell you what this meant to my family. Mike went above and beyond and Chance was awesome!! Thank you from the Mancuso Family! This is second time we've had Bumble Bee Plumbing remove the old toilet and install a new Toto toilet, and they did a fantastic job just like the first time. The Technician Jeff, was courteous and professional, answering all my questions so I could understand. He was quick, efficient, and cleaned the area he was working in to make it better than it was when he came. He removed the old toilet and all the material the new toilet came in. We've had Toto toilets for over a decade in many of our homes and they carry them on their truck, both standard and raised.
I called them on late Friday and they were here first thing the next morning!
This is the second time we've had them to our home and if we need any plumbing needs in the future they will be the only company we will trust to get the work done the first time and correct.

Competent and nice estimator. Didn't appreciate having to pay a $39 service fee to do an estimate that wasn't applied to the work. That should be considered cost of doing business or business acquisition. Also, didn't appreciate being called multiple times to tell me they didn't have an estimated time for the appt. [I'd prefer a call when you know you're coming, not continual calls to tell me you don't know when you're coming.] Lastly, the estimate was 3x what other licensed plumbers estimated the job at. We are well versed in the work needed to be done, we just chose to have a licensed plumber vs doing it ourselves as some work was on old pipes underground. We went with the licensed plumber who we felt charged a reasonable price for the work which was 1/3 of this estimate.

They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they responded to a request for quote. They provided me a $1000 quote to fix a sink not draining. Decided to do myself costing about $5 (plumbers putty and 1 plastic drain pipe) and a couple hours because I am slow. After fixing myself and determining the quote provided would not have even fixed the cause of the plug, I decided to write this. Because, how much more would he have tried to charge? Beware, clearing a drain line should cost $80. This is the closest I've come to being ripped off. I see they have good reviews, so maybe they got someone new. Get a second opinion if you have questions. Not sure how to respond to owner, Estimate date 6/28.

We recently moved into a new house and just had the kitchen redone so needed all plumbing hooked up again. Bumble Bee Plumbing was so quick to respond. Ricky came out to the house the next day and did a walk around with us and answered all our questions. He was very helpful! Ricky came back again the next day to get the work done. Again so quick! Bumblebee took care of the plumbing repairs and upgrades I asked for. They did not leave me hanging and no delay. Jim was courteous, professional and his finished pipe work looked tidy and clean. The one thing I did notice was pricing was noticeably higher when compared to a quote from another one of Yelp's highly rated plumbing companies. (Before I had even heard of Bumble Bee I had planned on using the other company to do the job and when I was ready to have the service done, the original technician who had reviewed my plumbing need and was familiar with my request was already on a pre-scheduled vacation and was not immediately available. I searched Yelp for another reputable company and found Bumble Bee.) I did request of the owner of Bumble Bee to discount the price in order to reduce the gap between the two prices and it would have been to my satisfaction if the attempt was made, but I was only offered a discount on my next service.

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and spoke with Craig about a simple plumbing problem that involved replacement of two vanity faucets in which one sink was inoperable. I also had a prior sticker shock experience from another company that wanted to overcharged me to replace the faucet(s). In addition to the current COVID-19 concerns, I wanted to know if the plumber(s) would be wearing protective gear when providing services.

I was highly impressive with Craig's willingness to help resolve the faucet issues and send his plumber, who was 15 minutes away from my home. Craig also explained the company's policy requiring their plumbers to wear protective gear to include shoe covers. Craig sent Michael J, who was very professional as he explained he would be wearing protective gear before entering my home. Michael J ask me questions regarding the plumbing services I was requesting and wrote up the work order with a break down of the work to be done and price. Due to the labor/ time involved to remove the 2nd faucet and having to install the two vanity faucets, Michale J requested his partner Mike P to assist with the installation. After installing both vanity faucets, Michael J made sure that the total area around both vanities were cleaned with disinfectant. Michale J also took the time to explain in detail the work done and challenges he encountered. Michael J even spoke with my husband over the phone regarding the work and was able to get a satisfactory response from my husband - because I was happy.

Although it's difficult to trust people in your home with the current health pandemic and trust that the job performed will be professional, Michale P and Mike J truly strived for excellence in service, and professional attitude. They not only met the goal, they exceeded the goal. Thank you Craig, Michael P and Mike J of Bumble Bee Plumbing for providing five star service.

Mother-in-law needed a faucet leak repaired in her laundry room and called bumble bee. $700 dollars later the leaked is fixed because they replaced the whole faucet. She is on a fixed income, in an old home where the laundry room is nothing special. A hose bibb would have worked, or how about a new gasket? They are a complete rip-off in my opinion.

Buyer beware! Called this company to get a leaky faucet fixed. Quoted $130 / once they arrive it's $400???

They scheduled me & NEVER showed up... called at the end of the day and said they didn't have time.

I finally reschedule a few weeks later due to my work schedule. They send someone out late in the afternoon.

Ken did NOT wear a mask but did wear shoe coverings when he arrived in my home. In hindsight I should have requested he wear a mask before entering.

He checked out my faucet for a bit, went outside, came back in and said luckily he had a cartridge on the truck but it's $400. I clarify you're telling me it's $400 to fix this? And he says yes.

Since we were quoted $130 on home advisor to do this job, we decline to have the service done.

While he was here he also noticed another outside valve was broken which was going to be $875 more.

He then says we just have a trip fee for $49.99, which I ask to apply my rescheduling credit toward. He then says there's no charge for the visit.

I was able to fix my cartridge for $14 by getting a replacement at Walmart and watching a you tube video. Yay DIY!!!

**Update** The reply for Bumble Bee is such a joke! Accusing me of not knowing what company I used? What part of my review sounds confused? What benefit do I have to talk with this company directly? I am here on yelp to warn future potential clients from getting scammed.

Be forewarned that this plumbing service believes that they are worth nearly $300 an hour for labor. They charged my father $439 to install a garbage disposal that he already had in his possession. The total time of their service call, which included wasting time to provide a quote for $900 to install one of the disposals they had on their truck, was 1.5 hours. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the price they then blamed my 77 year old father for agreeing to the fee. I would steer clear of this business.

I filled out the form on Yelp to request for free quote and service. Bumble Bee responded right away and was able to send a plumber to my home. Brad did a good job and offered his quote. I agreed and he proceeded to fix my kitchen plumbing. He was respectful and listened to out concern. He also called his manager to consult with him our question with the airgap. We are happy our plumbing issue is taken cared of. So far we do not have an issue with it anymore. He also presented a yearly service program from the company and left literature and information to check out. Thank you Bumble Bee for service.

Had bumble bee's A team out this morning ,Jeffery and Alex to install a pair of new Moen faucets faucets and drains in our master bath replacing a pretty much worn out pair of faucets we were never really pleased with .they also correctly reconfigured the A/C drain line at no charge.
Moving on to the kitchen they installed a new Delta kitchen faucet ,oh and they also installed new shutoffs under all the sinks also.
Took about 4 hours to do what would of taken me 3 days lol.
Sooo, was quite pleased with the whole job.

Kudos to the guys at BBP....
This is our 2nd experience with this company and have absolute confidence in their abilities....

I used Bumble bee to snake a clogged kitchen drain. They answered the phone promptly and came out same day, on a Saturday, to help me out. This is all good, to be sure. The plumber who came out was very clean and professional, he performed his job and unclogged the kitchen drain. I have no issues with the quality of the work they performed.

I do have an issue with their exorbitant pricing and upselling. My invoice to mechanically snake a single drain was originally $414. Ooph. They applied a $50 yelp coupon to get the price down fifty bucks. They tried to sell me on hydrojetting for nearly $800 instead of the mechanical snaking. They tried to sell me on a plumbing subscription service where, for a price, they will apparently put you to the front of the line or something. I'm unclear on why I would pay to join a plumbing subscription service. They would not quote me over the phone and said they needed to see the sink before quoting me. I almost sent them away when they quoted me the price, but in an effort to just get it done and save the service fee I had them do the work.

Last week I had another drain clog. I called a different company to mechanically snake the drain. It was $200 flat. No upselling, no subscription shenanigans, no hydrojetting selling, just $200 to do the same job Bumble Bee is charging $414 for.

So to sum it up. They did indeed come out quickly on a weekend. They were very clean and respectful and seem to have performed the work in a professional and quality way. I would trust them to work on my house. But it kills me knowing that I could have had it done for half the price by an equally qualified equally professional company.

Bumble Bee Plumbing charges to send out a salesman for a quote.
I was in search of a new water softener system for my home so I contact a couple companies to get bids. I got a call from Bumble Bee Plumbing to schedule an appointment. I was told the cost for the appointment would be $39!
When I questioned why I was paying for a salesman to come give me a bid, they said they don't sent salesmen they send a plumber. I restated in an email I was looking for a bid not to have any work done.
Their email reply:
Hi Peter, Thank you for reaching out! Here at Bumble Bee Plumbing, we do not have any salesman here, we only have plumbers. We send out a licensed plumbers who are able to educate our customers, answer any questions, and even get started on the project right away with customers' approval. Thank you.
I responded via email,
That did NOT answer the concern. Call them whatever you please. If they are selling, they are a salesman. When they pull out the tools they are a plumber. I will ask again, how do I get a price from you on what it would cost to install a system to replace my old system without having to pay for the privilege of getting a quote?
They replied via email:
Hi Peter, We send out one of the plumbers first for all of our services and the charge would be $39. We understand that we might not be the best company for you. We wish you the best luck on your water softener purchase.
I of course now have NO intention of using them for a water softener or any future plumbing problems. Apparently somebody - gosh I wonder who - objected to the graphic I put with this negative write up. Based on their complaint yelp removed the graphic.

I am profusely impressed with the timeliness, quality, friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism of Bumble Bee Plumbing. My leak happened on a Sunday, but even so, a real person answered the phone and was friendly, efficient and able to get a technician out to my home within an hour or so. The issue was not fixable same day, however the very next day Jesus and Chance came out right on time. They were done testing AND REPAIRING the broken pipe in less than 3 hours(!). I am so impressed... It was just over $1k but there was no awkward sales pitch and zero sense of ulterior motives. You do not hear about this type of service these days and I wondered why they had so many 5 star reviews. I did get a few other quotes but I don't know how these other companies can compete with this level of service. I am so glad I called.

Total bait & switch company. Would not give me a ballpark price to change out faucet cartridge. I figured since hey had good reviews they must be legit. Not true. HAS TO BE FAKE REVIEWS for this company. A $185 customer expense (I got it fixed next day for this price) was eventually quoted to me at $483 for 1 kitchen sink cartridge, after spending. 45 mins changing the subject to try and sell me a water filtration system. Total scam company. AVOID AT ALL COST !!! No lie!! They prey on people in need with polite manners, then quoting 250-300% what the job should cost. I'm upset they are allowed to stay in business. That's how unethical they are with their sales strategies.

Way overcharged on a garbage disposal replacement on our rental property. Charged us over $700 to replace and install the disposal with only 1 year warranty. We only used them due to our regular plumber was not available. At the time we needed it replaced immediately for our tenant to avoid any additional leakage. I feel we were taken advantage of. It still makes me sick. I will NEVER recommended. If anything I would persuade any of my neighbors from using. The only good thing I can say is the appt set up was courteous. And they were on time. That's all.. Pricing and quality is least to be desired.

Cleaned drain tough job. 30 years of use created a 2 foot of solid grease. Carefully using a snake was able dislodge.
Grease was from kitchen sink about 17 feet from the drain in the 1 1/2 pipe. Looked at it with the camera clean after washed with hot water. Saved a hydro wash which is very expensive but it took finesse by a master plumber. Javier!

Super disappointed in the integrity of this company. A few months back we had them check out a rattling in our pipes when we flushed our toilets or ran water. After giving them a heads up our plumbing is ran through the attic and that the space is a very tight squeeze to get up to they sent a large guy, he could not get up to even see the pipes/issue. They then sent out a smaller guy, he was able to get up and said the pipes needed to be insulated. We went through with having them insulate everything at a pretty hefty price and then asked about a small leak on our kitchen faucet. They said there was no saving the faucet it would need to completely be replaced at a significant cost. We decided to get a second opinion and $40 later it was a very simple fix that has held up although the rattle in our pipes is yet again back. They also tried to bill us for two trips although the first guy took one look at our attic opening and said nope, not happening despite my forewarning. I pushed back and they did wave the second trip fee reluctantly.

The technician, Tom came out to inspect the reason for our slow drains. He quickly identified the issue which was quite major and took the time to propose multiple options. He showed video evidence and was very patient with my questions and thorough with his answers . I would use Bumblebee again with confidence.

Update. Bumblebee Plumbing completed the job and the drains now work perfectly. Tom, Ethan, Miguel and Chris all were professional and courteous. There were a few cosmetic issues after the job and Mike managed to have the repairs done quickly and now the job is 100% 5 Stars. I will say it again - I would use Bumblebee plumbing again if needed. Thank you all for a great experience with a not so great problem.

I spoke with Jasmine a couple of weeks ago and have been debating posting this for awhile.. She was the most awful person I have ever spoken with in my life. I actually cried when I got off the phone with her. I called in around 4ish about my water heater that was leaking into my laundry room and she told me that because it was the end of the day, they wouldn't be able to help me. I begged her to see if she could send a plumber out to at least get the water off. She told me that she isn't on dispatch and couldn't do anything for me. She was so rude and so unprofessional. If I was in her shoes, I would've contacted management to see what could be done. The leak ended up causing quite a bit of water damage because I had to call another company and while they got out that night, they couldn't come out until a few hours later. I'm beyond hurt and disappointed in this company. The reviews here are lies. This lady did not care about me at all nor my situation. It just felt like she was ready to leave for the day.....

Dan was awesome! We had previously had a backup and I called an emergency service out. They charged me $1400 and were unable to open the line much. They wanted $6K to dig up and replace whole line! When I declined they became rude about it and although I knew I would eventually need to do so was not about to use them! Bumble bee was first company I had come out to give me estimate. Dan was very personable and professional. He also gave us an estimate way under the previous company. They came in the very next day and did the job. They did such an outstanding job you cannot even tell it was ever done! We are completely satisfied and would recommend Bumble Bee to anyone.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. We have had our share of contractor issues lately with remodeling and building, so when our water line and outflow valve broke, it appeared to be another in a line of issues. Bumble Bee came to our rescue. These guys worked hard to repair our issues, doing in one solid day what might have taken others several days, which would have left us with no sewage. Can't say enough about the response and ethic we encountered. Thank you for everything!

11 year old hot water heater started leaking. Adrian and Joel came out the very next day, determined it needed replacement, and presented our options. We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Yes, it was the more expensive option up front....but much more efficient to run long term and should have a longer life too (with less maintenance). That same day they went and got the unit, came back and installed it, and some sort of a pump to help move water through the lines to the furthest faucets away from the water heater. When they were done every faucet was tested. I'm now getting hot water in less than a minute at every faucet in the house!!! I never expected that side benefit. And my jacuzzi garden tub on the opposite end of the house fills to the brim with hot water...and hubby can take a shower afterwards and he had hot water too!! We are a tankless water heater fan now, and so glad we made that decision. Adrian and Joel were efficient, professional, courteous, and left zero mess. Makayla and the others in customer service were so nice too. This is the type of business that make a large expenditure feel like it was worth it from conversation one to the end....and even the follow up phone call later to make sure everything met our expectations. I'm pleased to say our expectations were exceeded! Thank you Bumblebee Plumbing!!!

You can tell a lot about a company by the way their employees conduct themselves. Here's a tip, if you're going to drive a fully branded vehicle to market your company tone down the road rage. Nothing says find a different company to do business with than having an employee of that company give you the double bird on the road. My apologies if you're having a bad day but how is it my fault you swerved into my lane? Called these guys based on review. Guy came and said he would have to take out the drywall to see what the problem was and that would be $320 including fee to come out. I said how much would it be if we took out drywall. He said $39.99 call fee. We called Affordable Plumbing and it was $75 to take out drywall. So BB was more than 4 times the cost and that wasn't even to fix it, it was to simply explore. Not such a good deal. I don't mind if a company is 10 or even $20 more but more than $250 more for the same job? Come on

Where is the 10th star??? Your guys, Bill and Alex, came out this morning to fix our troubled severely leaking bathtub faucet. I had a call back within one hour of emailing them. They set up an appointment within 48 hours even after knowing it was a complex sewer issue. We had received 3 other quotes and theirs came in right in the middle, which was not the deciding factor. The tech who came out spent over an hour and a half explaining in detail the photos from the scope and providing extensive options for the problem. This property was built in the 1930's and was completely remodeled 3 years ago, which is when we purchased it. The original galvanized plumbing was left in place and simply tied into with new appliances. It took 3 years for things to finally go south as we do not live in the home, my husband conducts business from there only; so showers and full loads of dishes have never been utilized. So when things did go bad, they went epically bad. We are so thankful, the crew was highly methodical regarding the approach, attempting to do as little damage as necessary. This sewer issue ran the property distance and went into the guest house as well. They did not know the extent of the problem until they jackhammered through the concrete to expose even a bigger problem. They took us through every step of the way providing options, not just saying...looks like you'd better get a second mortgage for this repair. They provided a ten year warranty on all their work, and every member of this team, (including the front office, dispatch, office manager, everyone) has been five star at every turn. We had an unforeseen incident that could have gone entirely different if the Bumble Bee crew had not been on top of things. We would use them again for our personal home and our rental properties. Most impressed with the way they do business.

Does this company do a good job ? Yes. But prepare to overpay for their jobs. They give you 3 choices on things they can fix (and over price every option). It's overwhelming and I would rather not pay double the cost for their big name. My advice... use a smaller company..you'll probably get the same job for half the price

Our kitchen drain was running slow. We were able to qualify for the drain cleaning special so we had Bumble Bee come out and clear the drain. Everyone we talked to was friendly and responsive. They were able to get a technician out quickly to our home. Our technician, Donny, was excellent and resolved the issue.

So I asked them to give me an estimate to replace three faucets, I was going to buy the faucets. They told me to call the office so I did. After calling, they said the service guy will call you back for an estimate. So he called me the following day and I missed his call, but he left a voice message with his call back number. So I called him back that day. After all of this, I called him back and he tells me I have to come out and see it then give you an estimate, I said okay. BUT he never mentioned there was a charge to come out and provide an estimate UNTIL I asked him. PRETTY SHADY. I even asked him for a ball park estimate just so I know what it might cost around and he would not help.

If you just told me from the beginning that you're going to charge me for a simple estimate, I would not have wasted your time Or mine.

Everyone wants and hopes that their renovation goes smoothly. Reality shows that isn't always the case. We have hired Bumble Bee plumbing to help with remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything went well until the final bathroom. We had a leak with the shower valve that we couldn't get to stop. Mike and his team came out several times, worked with the manufacturer of the valve to get and replace several parts before it was determined that we needed a new valve installed. This meant tearing out some of the tile and cutting a hole in the wall. Nobody want to hear the news that their newly tiled shower needs to have a hole cut into it. The Bumble Bee team was there for us every step of the way. They worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure that the shower was perfect, and that we were satisfied with their service. Hopefully your project will come together smoothly. But what a great insurance policy to know that you have a team on your side when they don't. I'm not a robot, a paid promoter, or someone who received any sort of compensation for this review. It's real, Bumble Bee plumbing is the real deal. I won't have any other plumber help with my plumbing needs, and you will rest comfortably knowing that when you hire them you will get the same amazing service.

The customer service was excellent. I was surprised at how quickly I could have a water heater, water conditioner and RO system installed. I have am pleased with the operation of the equipment. However, I was disappointed in a couple of things: not having specifics about the placement of the water conditioning tank and the selection of the type of faucet used for the RO under sink tanks. The appearance of both are not what I would have preferred. But, David's knowledge and professionalism was appreciated.

Oh my gosh - what an amazing company. Jim came out this morning for a clogged pipe and sadly wasn't able to clear it. He determined where the clog was and told us we would have to dig and check the pipe. He mustered a crew by early afternoon because he didn't want us without sewer services and replaced a section of pipe that was blocked by a tree root. By 5 pm, the yard ended up looking just as it did when they started and everything was flowing again. Jim was honest and kept us apprised every step of the way, showing us the progress and the pipe. Bumblebee has our plumbing business moving forward.

Mike P did it again! I purchased a new home and I knew right away that the water heater would need to be replaced, unfortunately it didn't even last two months before it started leaking. The work done prior was very poorly done. The trey was not installed efficiently and it started leaking into my cabinets. One reason why we keep going back to bumble bee is the level of installation is beyond what I have ever seen. The piping and the level of detail with each installation is far superior than other plumbing companies. I will add pictures to help explain. Mike added two shut off valves to give me peace of mind and he always adds a tube going off of the concrete platform for trey so that it doesn't leak into my home or cabinets. I also purchase a water softener from him and I paid just a tad over from other quotes I got because I knew the quality of work from Mike and bumble bee is worth it. I also purchased their warranty and it is so worth it. They come anytime I have a concern and never charge a fee to quote or come out. I had the worst experience with the plumber my home warranty sent it took 3 days to get them to approve them to reimburse me in order for me to use bumble bee. I waited 3 days without a water heater just so I could give them my business. As consumers we have to reward good quality work. The plumber my warranty company sent me was crooked and beyond rude. There was no way I was giving them my business. I can not recommend them enough, everyone I have ever spoken to is highly professional, I found my plumbers for life!

I called Bumblebee on Monday afternoon and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Jesus was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He replaced a leaky faucet, re-caulked a shower, and replaced a bath tub drain. Their prices were reasonable compared to the prices quoted by other plumbing services. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and neighbors. :)
Side note, I have a subscription to a home services list, *list, yet have had poor results from their listed providers. I am glad to find real reviews on Yelp.

I was having a horrible morning no shower, no coffee!! You need water to have both of those. Last night about 7 pm I lost all water pressure to my house. There are a lot of plumbing companies to choose from. Bumblebee is honest, fair, and gets the job done. I've been using them for years. Whether it's a clog, a toilet or dishwasher install, a plumbing repair (rats ate the sewer line between the second and first floor in one case and a water line burst in the ceiling in another), or a complete sewer line replacement (why did they ever use cardboard for sewer lines?), they've always been there to do the job right, on time, and for a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone and wouldn't use anyone else.

Called their office after seeing good reviews online. They were fast to answer phone and setup an appointment for the following day. They showed up as scheduled. Jesus was the person who came out to fix the water leak in the bathtub. He was very professional and informative throughout the process. Even though he had to cut through the wall to get to the plumbing, he didn't leave any messes as he obviously has pride in doing good work. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will for sure be using them in the future.

Richard was amazing. Everything from start to finish was amazing. From my first phone call to the follow up call I received just after Richard had left, it was nothing short of five-star service.
A few years back I had to get the toilet in my hall bathroom replaced, and it never worked right. Multiple problems with water flow, nasty smells, and clogging. A couple days ago it got partially clogged and this time, no matter what I tried, it would not cooperate. Bumble Bee was the second place I contacted to have someone come and look at it. I requested a quote through Yelp, received a reply only five minutes after I sent it, and was on the phone with someone ten minutes after that. $40 to have someone come take a look. This was the first thing I was happy to hear, because I'm used to most places charging twice that, and the lady I spoke with was pleasant and accommodating.
Richard arrives today, prompt and extremely professional. He agreed that it was a partial clog, gave me a range of options to try. I ended up telling him to just replace the darn thing with the toilet he had in stock in his truck, because I was seriously tired of this lemon of a commode clogging up on me over and over again. 1 1/2 hours later, it was all installed and ready to go and is working perfectly. Richard was never anything less than sweet and helpful. He listened to my questions, answered me without talking down or giving me the runaround, and was as clear as could be every step of the way in regards to his process and prices. This company is AMAZING. I had a huge problem with a cracked sewer line, and Jim and Joel did a great job with the repairs. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. Jim has been out to our house and my condo several times, he always does a great job. I have has a few emergencies, and they have always managed to send someone out within a few hours. I referred this company to a few friends and neighbors, they were also happy with their service.

I work graveyard shift, I expect bad sleep when I have any service call. I specifically asked for 1st appointment or after 2pm. My appointment was made three days early and this wasn't an emergency. Staff said they start making calls at 7:30 the day of. At 7:45 I call and she said I should be getting a call shortly, two hours later I have to call and am told when they are coming.

Garbage disposal replacement. I explain I don't want the cheapest and not the most expensive but somewhere in the middle. The price with the service club is cheaper so I say sure and the price is $850. As it is explained, a pipe is installed wrong and this also needs to replaced. A search on Home Depot for these items is 109.00 (disposal) and $5 (for the 1.5 inch P-trap pipe). $850. Initially I tell them to start and then change my mind and agree to pay just the service call fee.

A 'mandatory' call to the office by the tech after that and they bring it down to $494. The fact that you can just drop the price $350 tells me that you are overcharging customers who aren't plumbing savvy. No, will not be using this company again.

HORRIBLE, CREATIVE ACCOUNTING, PREDATORY, HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND PRICE GOUGING IS A SYSTEMIC BUSINESS MODEL PRACTICE, ETHICS AND REPUTATION CONCERNS: Interaction with Bumble Bee Plumbing was a nightmare from not honoring same day service, predatory sales, intentionally lying about receipt of agreed credit, damage to my home.
Bumble Bee Plumbing has developed a very slick, high-pressure sales tactic that starts from the moment of contact with the appointment setter, through to the dispatcher, to the plumbers and their manager/customer service manager. First, I recommend that you utilize the relevant review option and bypass the good rating and seek out the low-rated on all popular publish crowd-sourced reviews about businesses sites to see other customer service reviews that have had very similar customer transaction with Bumble Bee that I am outlining in my experience. I was experiencing the flow value malfunction where it was exceeding water over the fill line resulting in water leaking heavily from the flush handle. I called my plumber but they were booked for 2 days. I utilize Home Advisor to look for a handyman to replace the Fluidmaster kit assembly on two toilets, the only recommendation were plumbers and I did not select any of the choices. But within minutes Bumble Bee calls in response I advise of my situation and they advised they could be out the same day. I agreed. Appointment setting advises they will review the situation and provide the best options. The dispatcher calls to advise they received your appointment and they will have someone out that day, the dispatcher makes it a point to call incessantly to update that they're working on getting a plumber out. Eight hours elapse a call come late in the afternoon that they are not able to get a plumber out for another two hours, I advised it has been a long day, he extends a $25 credit to reschedule, I agree with the specifics they come early in the morning. He agrees. Adrian arrives late, I advised of what I need, he advises to take a look. He reviews the toilet sees the date mark, then flashes a flashlight into the bowl advising the rim holes are clogged, he never looked, and the date of the toilet tank will crack upon replacement.
Adrian starts his sales high-pressure sales for new toilets. He does not provide any real details, he is vague on pricing, when asked about labor cost he rebuffs the question that a company book is used, never divulges. He steps out, to speak with his manager, this is when the two work in tandem on the scam. Adrian returns advises he spoke to Jesus, manager, that they were giving a great price, this is sweetening the deal with some options, Adrian only has new toilets options and he push on which one is your choice, I was reluctant on making a deal, Adrian asks, What can we do to get you off the fence and close this deal. Adrian starts the removal of the downstairs toilet he intentionally broke the flange. Adrian oddly was able to get the toilet out without it falling apart. Adrian quietly says uhh ohh, calls me in, Adrian has a tool in his hand right next to the flange and he advise me that the flange broke due to how heavy the toilet was and the number of years it has been in place. He intentionally broke the flange to pad the bill. He then starts into the theatrical performance more like a hissy fit of how expensive this will be, how hard the job is and really went into great detail on how messy, noisy the job due to a saw, & again that is was hard job. Adrian steps outside to speak to Jesus, he returns to provide price, Adrian makes a huge point of the normal price for a flange cost $757 but we will give you a deal of $677. During the installation Adrian does not use floor protection while he throwing his tools around the room which ending up significantly gouging and scuffed my floor. I took pictures and emailed them to the company immediately for their records and made a call to them as well. I got a call from Jesus to address this issue. When Adrian returned from running an errand, Jesus had filled him in on my complaint of damage and Adrian became very unprofessional, making excuses to why he did not follow policy, something he did throughout his time in my home, he and Bumble Bee were on my last nerve as I realize I had been scammed.
Jesus agree on a credit for the floor damage. When I was able to review the invoice, I see that the full credit was not given. I emailed to complain, Jesus calls me back to say that he indeed gave me a full credit. I pointed out the credits listed but it did equal the price agreed. Jesus points out a membership credit, they never advised of a membership, and that represents the credit being applied to the floor damage. When I did my calculation the member credit was the price difference in the negotiation of toilets and not the flooring, he was trying to pass off a completely complete 1 of 2

I know the reviews seem almost too good to be true, but this is real. I wish I'd found them earlier, and I kind of don't want you to call them since I want them to be immediately available next time I call ;)

The person who answered the phone when I called was awesome. In addition to getting my contact info and description of the problem, she showed empathy toward my predicament (!!) and explained the process the company would take to resolve the problem.

The technician who came to my house, David O'Connor, was also fantastic. Competent, efficient, great communicator, and just a nice person that I'd want to be friends with. He fixed the problem and showed me a few other issues I might want to consider fixing in the near future. He gave me options so I could choose what worked best for my budget and schedule.

And they were able to get to my house first of the three companies I called.

Its the holiday season and our water bill was doubling. Bumble Bee came out and found the leak quickly. Great guys that were friendly and respectful. Excellent service! We have used them twice for two different plumbing needs-one a big slab leak in our kitchen from the drainage line and the second time on a leak in the main line out front. Both times they have been nothing but professional both on the phone and in person. They got our plumbing needs done in a day when we had tried 2 other plumbing companies unsuccessfully to repair our slab leak for months through our home warranty. I am so glad I found this company through a friend after dealing with our nightmare home warranty plumbers because these guys get it done and fast and correctly. They also scoped our lines for us when we had the slab leak to make sure we were ok in the rest of the pipe and they also added a water line for our fridge and also repiped badly jerry rigged pipes in our kitchen that probably lead to our slab leak to begin with. I will continue using them for our plumbing needs and highly recommend as a new home owner!

I needed to replace a kitchen faucet that was refusing to turn off as it should. Rather than just replace the cartridge, IF that was the problem, I purchased a new faucet and made an appointment with Bumble Bee plumbing to install it. Unfortunately, there was no tech available that day as agreed, so another appointment was set up for the following day. Next morning I had a call from Bumble Bee and Joel P. showed up an hour later, right on time. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went over everything I asked, plus options. I am very happy with the work he did and the way he cleaned everything up. He is definitely an asset to the company.
