Lawson family plumbing is hands down the best, they do exactly what they say, their knowledgeable, reliable and they don't take advantage of you like most plumbers do. I am so impressed with their work. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and call them, you won't regret it!!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

My bath tub gradually became slow to drain to the point where I was ankle deep in water. I had two different plumbers come out to check it. Both were sent by my home insurance. I was told  they had to go on the roof to check it and ofcourse it wasn't covered by insurance. Then told the pipes were collapsed.  $$$
I then called Sunland plumbing.  OMG! They literally sent someone the same day and within less then 30 minutes had the problem figured out without going on the roof. The technician was  Ethan and he was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, honest.  He also found another problem and fixed it before it went bad. I literally paid less for the entire service then I did going thru my insurance company who didn't fix anything! I can't say enough good things about this company.  The entire experience was such a smooth process from the amazing lady that investigated the history of my home and and set up a appointment to the wonderful plumbers that fixed the problem and found another problem that was on the verge of breaking. Thank you Ethan and Sunland!!
I will schedule a appointment to check my air conditioning next.

I scheduled Ideal Plumbing as they were the first place to respond to my request.

They had a 4 day wait, so in the mean time, I scheduled someone else just in case the air went out.
Boy am I glad Ideal came through.

I scheduled this for my mother, not myself to be clear. The miserable heat was hitting her conditioner hard and after not being able to get her air down under 85 she finally let me know.
They were prompt, kind, and kept communication the entire time.
The tech who came out knew his stuff and was able to completely explain the problem as well as fix it.
He was kind and completely professional!

I would absolutely recommend this place! The techs know their business... They are not out to gouge you... And they show up when they are supposed to.

For air problems in the future ..Ideal will be our first and only call! Thank you for all your support on this project!

There's not too many plumbers who will come out the same day and finish the job with professionalism and quality of work. No job is too small for them and they care for your home as if it was their own. Great pricing   and knowledgeable for the work, even followed up to ensure work is satisfying after completion.

Forrest was really friendly and nice. I had a concern that the new toilet might not fit into my small bathroom and he came out to measure it the very next day before going to Lowe's and finding one that fit perfectly. He made this entire process of exchanging a toilet into a very easy experience. He and his team did great work and I 100% recommend to any of my friends and family.

Wow I was in the process of demoing my entire first bathroom. Did all the work myself and was going to do the plumbing then my smart brain said you need a plumber who knows what the heck they are doing. Funny on FB a friend sent me a like this company. And I thought ok I pushed the like button then said I should call them as I'm not a plumber Knockout plumbing. The owner Dan David called me right away. Told him I had all the fixtures and he scheduled a appt following week. Ok he comes on time texts ahead. Well the vanity I bought had a drawer that would not open cuz of the door frame. Dan repackages everything I bought and immediately calls his office to reschedule next week. No charge for his 2 hours of work. Wow. So Joey comes next week on time he puts in the new vanity. Begins the shower work. The universal kit is not universal. I make a trip to Home Depot. Another universal. Faucet is not universal another trip to ace hardware. No screw in package. Another trip back to ace for another faucet complete with screw and tool. Great guy Joey. Patient. So. Plumbing completed. No extra charge for the extra 2 hours in wait time while I drove back to stores. OMG. My bathroom looks wonderful.  THANK YOU KNOCKOUT PLUMBING. I contacted several plumbing services in the area and Jorge with Techool got back to me so quickly. He assured to have someone to my home in the next hour to look into our toilet leak. That's awesome customer service. I ended up cancelling due to our landlord having his handyman on hand but the convenience this company provided deserved a review. Will be booking the next time I have a plumbing issue!!

My most recent experience with Lawson Family Plumbing was not what I would call wonderful. We had two tubs draining slowly and I asked if they had time to come out and clear them for us. Advertised prices for clearing drains all over the internet range from $33-$99 all day long with multiple plumbers. The plumber that showed up was professional and did a good job clearing the drain, but when I was presented with the bill I was shocked to say the least. I was charged $225.32 for one tub and $181.01 for the other tub. I of course paid the bill, but proceeded to call the office to ask for an explanation. I was not given an explanation, but they said a manager would call me back to discuss the issue. I had not heard from anyone in a week and called back and left a voicemail. It has been 9 months and I have never had an explanation or even a returned call. Most of my experiences with Lawson Family Plumbing have been positive, but a couple of experiences have me questioning their customer service and honesty. All that was pulled from the drains were a bunch of hair...I expect this is the most common plumbing service and the price should have been within 20% of what was available anywhere else.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted them for chandelier installation. Took day off on Friday for them to come at 10 am and do the job. Everything was set as I sent them pictures and dimensions of chandelier way in advance for them to be able to do the job without any issues. They sent me text in morning of job that they would need 2 people now to do it and can't make it today. Would come out 5 days later on Tuesday. Totally BS company. I would never hire them. Great service. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Price as advertised and I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers. Immediate good flow on the drains. He showed me pics of the job he did and explained everything well. I'd recommend them and use their service again.
