They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

I had an issue with my disposal, and couldn't even wash my dishes, so I needed a plumber on a Saturday asap, and Gabe was able to help. He was amazing! He cleaned up after himself, fixed the disposal, and was able to give me some tips. He provides other services, and I am going to keep his number in the event that I need any other services. Will definitely recommend!!

Absolutely amazing work by JR. Responded withiN 30 minutes . Right away meeting him I could tell the guy knew what he was doing. He completed his work in just a few hours, and the price was very fair. Have already recommended to neighbors. Truly wonderful job.

I would highly recommend Robin's Plumbing, and will certainly use them again for any future plumbing needs. When a pipe in our kitchen burst, we needed someone who could come out quickly. They could come out faster than any of the other companies in the area, less than 24 hours.

When Alex came out to do an estimate, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly figure out the problem, and was able to replace our pipe the same day! I so appreciated him taking the time to explain things to us, and the way that he double checked to make sure everything was working well before he left. Thank you Alex, for helping us out!

We had to get water shut off valves replaced in both our laundry room and the upstairs bathroom. Used this place on two occasions because they were so amazing the first time with our laundry room. Armando even offered to install the new hose that we bought and cleaned behind where the washer and dryer were placed. None of which we asked him to do, so I highly highly recommend this company! Both occasions were time sensitive so the ease of scheduling, and the fact that they were able to come the same day on two different occasions is AMAZING! Both employees were very polite and friendly!

I have had other companies out to fix many plumbing issues and these guys are by far most responsive, and ver honest with their work.  Also very polite.  Great work!!  Keep being the good guy in the industry

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Kevin was fantastic! He went above and beyond what he needed to do in order to ensure we were happy and our issue was resolved.

We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. They installed everything up to code, got us a new water heater at a fair price, and offered quick reliable service. All staff friendly, and made scheduling easy. Arrived on time to both appointments. Great for quick, reliable, and professional service. We will be using them again in the future.

I'm about 2 weeks slow but I wanted to make sure to get this feedback out about our experience with Goettl.
My parents installed a new thermostat in their home and naturally a day later they couldn't figure out how to use it in heat mode. ( Yes, they wanted to use the heat) anyway Julio came out and patiently and slowly showed my parents how to use their new equipment. He even gave my daughter who was over visiting a Sadie puppy!

The next day a guy from the Phoenix office named Jeff called to make sure everything was working well and that they were happy with the job. He mentioned he didn't live far from them and if they ever needed anything he'd personally come see them. That's customer service~

Travis & Sons rearranged their schedule to help us when we had an emergency situation with one of our bathroom showers.  Friendly, reliable and professional.  Highly recommend!
