....they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, my pic/text review for these gentlemen is priceless. I'll say this, and be done. HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RARE. The good people at Diaz Plumbing know this. I was in a pinch. Just look at the timeline on the text! I'd pay double.......... and trust me, I've unplugged a drain or two.
These guys are professional and will answer your text or voicemail. They will never leave you hanging. The prices are affordable and they will never make you pay for unnecessary work. I have been doing business with them for the last couple of years. They are my go to plumbers. Thank you for always helping me out.

As Apartment building Manager we had a shower valve jammed open, with water running full blast. Called Adrian at Diaz Plumbing, and he said they could arrive at 7:30 the next morning.
They arrived on time and performed replacement of both shower valves much more quickly than anticipated. They quoted it would require two hours to shut off the water for the entire building, but it only took them less than one hour. Excellent service and superior workmanship.
Well recommended, we will call them again.
Diaz Plumbing did an awesome job fixing our shower leak and valves! They came on time, installed an access panel for easy access to the shower in case there are further issues, added an additional job last minute (placing a cap on an old gas line from a previous wall heater), finished earlier then expected, and let everything so clean!! You wouldn't think they had to open a wall to get the work done!!! Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Adrian is extremely responsive and customer centric. He and his crew were very patient with my building, coming multiple times to fix my plumbing since there was trouble cutting off the making water supply.
I definitely will use DP for any plumbing jobs moving forward.
I needed to replace my garbage disposal to prevent water leakage under my sink so I called Diaz Plumbing who I trust with ALL my plumbing needs. Adrian III and David showed up and let me tell you, these gentlemen were very professional and went above and beyond! I had removed cleaning supplies from under the sink and placed them on the kitchen counter. When I returned, not only did they finish the job in a timely manner BUT they neatly placed my cleaning supplies back!! Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! Get an estimate! I was lazy and got sticker shock for a sink unblock (slight plastic pipe reroute) and shower water hold cold handle replacement (it was ugly too!). 1 hour = $270. Pleasant plumber, but I felt a bit taken advantage of. I had asked for ballpark on phone: $100.

My sink backed up late afternoon and i was going to have a Labor Day get together in a few days! I called Diaz and he graciously agreed to come the next morning early! When Marco and Alberto got here, the clog had evidently gone down overnight. there was no clog anymore. the guys checked out everything and then Adrian told me no charge. I stumbled on to Diaz plumbing over another nearby Diaz plumbing by accident. As I'm in West Covina, but I'm glad I did. Communications with Chris over the phone, texts and emails was pleasant, clear and prompted. One time with Adrian (owner) was pleasant and accommodating.

Absolute professionals and perfectly lovely gentlemen! We had what looked to us to be a potentially disastrous plumbing issue - leaking through the ceiling in the garage, the whole thing... Diaz came out the very next day, promptly on time, fixed it all up and the cost was very reasonable! Manny was exceedingly pleasant and thoughtfully walked us through the entire process to be sure we completely understood the situation. We were so relieved.
After a couple of days, one part of the problem seemed to have recurred so we texted Diaz and they sent Manny right back out. Again, they fixed it all up and didn't even charge us this time! They just wanted to make sure it was done right and we were taken care of. Where can you find service like this anymore?
We will absolutely be calling Diaz Plumbing for any and all of our plumbing needs from now on and I humbly suggest you do the same. You will not regret it.
Adrien and Chris Diaz are really the real deal! We did three different small jobs in my house. Our outside water faucet was leaking, our inside bathroom sink was worn out, and our shower control was not working on our upstairs shower. All were fixed in good time and at a reasonable price. The Diaz Family takes great pride in doing an excellent job! I wish to add that we had tree roots growing in our outside lateral sewer line that was causing backup outside of our house. We had an issue with our toilet not seating right, when I removed it the ring wasn't properly secured to the floor and was damaged. I had to turn to the pros. I called them on the Friday before the long three day memorial weekend, I was surprised they said the would be at my house at 8 a.m. that Monday. They got everything corrected and installed a new toilet. The work was top tier, very professional. I recommend Diaz plumbing. My grandma used to have Adrian Diaz do our plumbing in El Sereno in the late 80's, great plumbers, truly reliable and most importantly they do a professional job. Great work, solid pricing and always helpful. Thanks again.
Doesn't schedule, doesn't call or text to coordinate. They were better before. Chris is not able to schedule or communicate efficiently. He cannot commit to a time and expects you to be available at a moments notice. He has got it backwards. I am simply trying to get communicate and my text is ignored after he asked me to text. Used to be good. Maybe they are too big to worry about one homeowner and a small 100$ job. Diaz: 'If you're not available just say so. Don't text me at the last minute to say your guy is there, I look outside, nobody. What games are you playing?
Easy to schedule. Professional and excellent service. I had them help out with a drain clog that was tricky due to the developer of my condo skimping out on a proper dual sink configuration but they were able to resolve the issue. I want to add they took very good care of keeping the area tidy throughout the process which was not only impressive but much appreciated. Overall pricing was completely reasonable. Highly recommended for your residential plumbing needs.

This was the 3rd time we've used Diaz.
Our 21yr old Kenmore water heater gave out in the evening. I texted an S.O.S. to owner Adrian and within 24hrs, his crew members, Saul and Anthony, had a new one installed, along with a couple corroded pipes replaced with copper.
I appreciated their sensible advice and got a kick out of hearing them singing outside while working.

Called Diaz Plumbing for a pipe leak underneath the house below the kitchen. Spoke to Adrian and said he could send someone out that same afternoon. The leak was inaccessible from underneath the house so they had to cut through the exterior wall and foundation from the outside. Where other plumbers may have given up, these guys kept at it until they got to the leak and replaced the bad section of pipe. They cleaned up afterward and did everything they said they would to complete the job. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs because they are hardworking, punctual and communicative.
Great response time, easy to understand the technician, fixed the problem in no time!
I love these guys. The first time I hired them, they were one of three companies I called out to the property for quotes. They were the ONLY ONES who were able to find a way to access the pipes that needed replacing; the other (equally highly rated) companies weren't even able to figure out how to properly do the work. On top of that, they had the lowest quote! And the job itself was done quickly and efficiently.
Based on the above experience, I called them to do repairs on a home I had just purchased. Hector was thorough and honest in his evaluation. He recommended only the work I needed, advised when I should expect to do further repairs in the future, and showed me exactly why my toilet was malfunctioning so I could make an informed decision regarding next steps.
This company is always prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. The prices are great, the work is great, the guys are great. I quite literally sleep easier knowing I have a reliable plumbing company on speed dial.

Again, great service, came earlier and that was fine. They leave my place better than it was. So thorough and a reasonable price. They are not greedy and that's an important trait for a business.
Adrian and his team are a true find.
Our nightmare contractors installed all of our bathroom fixtures incorrectly when they gutted our bathroom. Our shower was leaking. Our bath was leaking. The hot and cold water were reversed. Adrian took the time to come to our house, call Kohler several times, assess what needed to be done and make a game plan. He and his team had to drill through the stucco on the outside of our house to get to our pipes, and they did so perfectly and with the highest level of communication with each other throughout every step of the process.
The leak is gone, the hot and cold are right, and now we have a panel where we can access our plumbing without disturbing our bathroom's marble in the future if need be.
These guys are truly caring, talented, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly (including something we didn't even ask for and they didn't charge for).
HUGE thank you to Adrian and everyone who came to our house. We have another project to tackle, and are literally about to give you guys a ring to schedule.

Called Adrian and he had a team out the next morning to install a sewer clean out for us and they snaked the sewer line afterward for no extra cost.
We were happy with their work and responsiveness so I had them back to repipe our whole house. I called and again, Adrian offered to have a crew there the next morning. They replaced our galvanized pipes with copper.
Both jobs turned out well. They're super helpful and communicative. Their price was the same or less than other bids I got.
I'll call them again the next time I need a plumber.

We had a clogged sewer main on a Friday evening and it was ugly. Found Diaz plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call and Adrian said he could be there first thing in the morning. They came bright and early and took care of everything, taking the time to explain everything each step of the way. They snaked and hydrojetted up and down the line, cleared them out well, and got everything flowing again. Cost seemed fair given the effort and manpower involved -- thanks to the crew as well who were excellent.
We really appreciated Adrian's patience and willingness to go the extra mile, and that he took the time personally to talk through everything with us and check in on progress throughout the day. I would definitely call Diaz Plumbing again in the future.
I had the opportunity to interact with Adrian and Thomas of Diaz Plumbing recently. We had an emergency situation in our townhouse community with a natural gas leak in the underground. The Gas Company came out and inspected the line and determined the leak was downstream of the meter which meant that it was our responsibility to get the repairs completed. Our regular plumbing company, who had performed similar repairs for other homes in our community was booked, but told us that there was a chance they might be able to do the work, provided they complete one of their booked jobs earlier than scheduled.
As a backup, I contacted Adrian by phone. He was driving at the time, but took the time to listen to my description of the problem. I explained to him that I needed a backup plumber in case our regular plumber was unable to do the work. He said that it would not be a problem to come out and perform an inspection. He asked me to text him the address and contact information and he would dispatch one of his supervisors as soon as he could. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back from Thomas of Dias Plumbing and we quickly set up an appointment with a 30 minute ETA.
When Thomas arrived, he was cordial and courteous. He took a look at the damaged pipe, determined what needed to be done and gave me a quote and an estimated time of completion. As I explained to him, I was awaiting a phone call from our regular plumber and that Diaz was #2 in line to perform the work if our regular plumber was unavailable to perform the work.
As it turned out, our regular plumber was able to clear his calendar and perform the work for us. I contacted Thomas and explained to him the situation. While most plumbers would charge just for showing up, Thomas said there would be no charge for doing the inspection and instead thanked me for giving Diaz Plumbing the opportunity to provide a quote and if we ever needed any plumbing work, to give them a call. Instead of being bitter and pissed off that I wasted an hour of his life, Thomas was bright and cheerful and he was thanking me!
There are very few service companies that have this wonderful professionalism. It doesn't happen very often. When it does, I definitely take notice.
So while I did not have a chance to engage the services of Diaz Plumbing in actual work performed, just the great interaction that I had with Adrian and Thomas tells me that these guys are professionals in what they do. This along with the many positive Yelp reviews of their work earns Diaz Plumbing a place on my contact list and at some point in time when we have another plumbing job to be done, I will try to send some work in their direction. Having worked with many contractors through the years, my radar senses tells me that these are guys I can trust and work with.

We hired Diaz plumbing to help us relocate a gas line to our fireplace, so that we could install a gas log set.
Making an appointment was easy and they were on time. Adrian helped us to understand that the line couldn't be relocated, as it was inaccessible and buried in concrete. They did provide a new fitting and guidance to help me install the gas log set on my own. All of this investigation and help took at least two hours.
Despite all of that that, there was no charge as the job couldn't be completed. While I don't really want a plumbing problem, I know that I will call Diaz plumbing due to their courtesy and professionalism.
Kind and responsive team. We had a gas line installed for an outdoor fire pit. They were able to do the work without breaking any concrete. They worked fast and clean. Great experience.

I have to say Adrian is the quickest responding plumber I have ever worked with.
The 2 times I have called for service, he's either answered the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring or called back within minutes.
This last time was for an elderly friend of our family. She had a leak in the ceiling of her bathroom and wasn't too worried about it, just have a plumber come by but since I work in the emergency restoration industry my wife convinced our friend it needed to be dealt with NOW, not knowing how long it had been leaking before it came through the ceiling.
I went to our friends house, did the attic crawl and found the leak.
I called Adrian. He answered immediately. He was very informative and started to explain that a lot of the time with leaks such as the one in the ceiling, it could take some time to locate the leak and that of course would affect the final invoice.
I let him know I had located the leak so the troubleshooting wasn't a big concern.
I appreciated his thoughtfulness in wanting to make sure we weren't sticker shocked had they needed to take time to locate the leak.
His crew was on site within an hour and made the repair quickly.
They were organized, worked efficiently and neatly. Very polite. They even asked about putting shoe covers on before they came in the house.
I could hear the shop vac running as they were cutting away the ceiling in the bathroom minimizing the drywall dust which is always appreciated.
When all was said and done, the final invoice was very reasonable...actually less than I had anticipated based on my experience with other plumbers. Our friend was very pleased as she is on a fixed income so $$ is always a concern.
Bottom line....I would recommend Diaz Plumbing to anyone of my own customers, family or friends putting my reputation on the line.

Could not be happier with Adrian and all the guys at Diaz Plumbing. I had my whole house repiped in about 3 days.
The guys are all very friendly, considerate, clean, fast and very conscientious about their work. And, they were very good about communicating all that was being done.

I called Diaz plumbing to find out what was causing a pipe hammering situation in my wall. They came by that same afternoon and the two plumbers trouble shoot my problem. After 20 - 30 minutes, we could not find this issue in the wall. They did not charge me and just asked to call them if this issue begins again. Now, a day it's unheard of free estimates especially from a plumber. I am planning on calling them in near future to help with another issue.
Ok, Adrian just came over and helped me out with my tankless water heater. Was on time, good communication, and same day service.
After some trouble shooting and talking with tech support he realized my problem was larger than he could handle.
He completely helped me out and set me on course for a new Tankless heater, which saved me money in the end.
And to top it off he didn't even charge me!
Good guy! He's in my book for services down the road.

A couple of years ago I was looking to receive bids on repiping a building that I have in Los Angeles. I reached out to Diaz Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews. Adrian and his Dad we're very honest and prompt and said that the repipe could wait, which was amazing! They offered me some other cost-saving solutions which I implemented. Since that time I've used them for a number of repairs in the building. They are always prompt, courteous and clean.
Most recently, I had an issue in one of the units. Adrian sent his guys out right away, assessed the situation and didn't charge me a dime! Now that's customer service which is hard to count on these days. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. It's also difficult to find a plumber that comes out after hours that doesn't charge you a fortune. Much thanks to the Diaz team!
Looking for a plumber we were impressed by the good reviews on yelp and found that they were, in fact, very quick to pick up our call and offered a visit the next day. Two plumbers arrived on time, diagnosed our problem and repaired it within a few hours. When they were about to leave, we remembered a dripping leak in our laundry room and they were happy to address it and fixed it on the spot.
Very courteous, prompt and efficient.
We will definitely use them again and we are happy to recommend them.
I had a garbage disposal that was no longer working properly and it was leaking, so I called Diaz Plumbing to come out and assess the situation. They were very responsive and worked with my schedule. When they came by, they told me the disposal just needed to be replaced, and quoted me a very reasonable price including actual cost of the replacement plus labor. When I indicated I was considering doing it myself instead, they didn't pressure me at all to use their services and just told me to call if I ran into problems. It seems to have gone smoothly and that won't be needed. But my positive experience and their goodwill has shot them to the top of my list of who to call next time I need plumbing services!

This family run business is great, I had some work done a few years ago. I had gas leak, I called one plumber who came out here charged me an arm and a leg and when the gas company came back we still had a leak.
I called Adrian at Diaz Plumbing, his dad showed up, great man, very upfront and assured me... I won't leave today until that gas leak is sealed He found 3 additional gas leaks and his price was super reasonable! I would have gladly paid double for the piece of mind that the job got done right!
Update* I recently called these guys back for a new water heater, Adrian showed up and broke everything down, gave me a fair price, but he also gave me options and was realistic with me. Super cool family they are very professional and thorough, I highly recommend them and he guarantees his work!

Professional, quick, honest plumbers. I recently experienced an emergency with My plumbing, I called Diaz Plumbing since I know it's a local plumber & Ive seen the vans all over town. I appreciate the fast response, they were on time, professional & assisted me with my problem. Definitely recommend Diaz plumbing & will use them for all my future plumbing needs. Not to mention I saw they are sponsors of the local kids baseball field one of the many reasons I called then first.
These guys are rad. I needed a water heater diagnosed for not working during the holidays. They came within a couple hours and gave me a free inspection. They were able to replace the water heater and get hot water back up running before the sun went down. Great price. Great service.I shook both the guys hands twice. 5 stars are hard to come by.

Since moving into our home, we have had contractors in and out the house. I don't have many positive things to say about the majority of the contractors, but Diaz plumbing has been the exception!! Diaz plumbing is our go to for plumbing, water heater problems, sewage problems you name it!! Adrienne is a phenomenal business man, that is from HP!!!, prompt at responding and starting/finishing jobs. Any questions you have he will gladly answer or clarify.
His team is hard working! They can handle small jobs such as dishwasher installing as well as much larger long term projects (1 month - 2 bathroom full remodel). When we first moved into our home, we were having issues with clogged pipes and back flow from the toilet and tub. They completing replumbed our house and we haven't had plumbing issues since. We have employed them for all remodeling services and will continue to use them when and if we ever move!!!
We have tried other local plumbers from HP and have not been satisfied with their level of customer service or work. Diaz plumbing is the best local choice and they work on Saturdays!

We have used Diaz plumbing for many years. Their service is professional. The workers are polite, efficient especially the owner Adrian. We had a clog on the roof drain pipe. With the recent storm, water flooded the whole room with 2 of water. Adrian came promptly on emergency call, snaked from the curbside and was able to unclog the pipe and solved the problem. We were so thankful for the good service.

They were great! After two trips from a handyman, a visit from another plumber, and many phone calls, Adrian and Anthony from Diaz Plumbing came and took entire care of the problem at my Mt Washington home. Hurray! As Hector said to me on the phone, you can do things right the first time, or you can do things again. And Adrian told me the price before anyone came, which you cannot beat. This company earned every star. Adrian and Hector are the most professional, reliable, and thorough plumbers I've hired. My family and I had an emergency yesterday morning (one of the sewage pipes was backed up) and they responded right away. They gave us a time of arrival, and they were punctual. They clearly explained the issue, gave recommendations (it's a bit more complicated because it's a recurring issue) but were able to address it at least for the time being. It was my first time going with Diaz and they were incredible. Fast, reliable service at a great price! Highly recommend.

Diaz Plumbing saved the day! This morning the shower handle came off one of the four shower units on the mobile shower trailer at Shower of Hope, which provides showers for the homeless on Saturday mornings in the parking lot of All Saints Episcopal Church on Monte Vista in Highland Park. We could barely get the water on and could not get any hot water. Being down one shower meant people already waiting a long time for a shower would have had to wait even longer. I found Diaz Plumbing on Yelp. Adrian picked up the phone and said he could send someone soon. Gomez showed up within the hour and fixed the shower handle. Not only did Adrian not charge us, but Gomez also refused to take a tip because they wanted to help the community. Thank you so much to Diaz Plumbing!

Absolutely the best plumber I've used. Called for a leak under the kitchen sink, he came out in 30 minutes. Which he determined was a loose connection and simply tightened it. No charge- what!! Is this possible ! He will definitely be my go-to guy for any plumbing issues! I appreciate his honesty!! Highly recommended!!!
Adrian and Johnny were awesome! They showed up within an hour of us calling them. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They made the repair and their prices were reasonable. So happy I decided to go with them! Will definitely use them again in the future!
These guys are THE BEST!! I've had them over to my house twice and they have just been awesome. First of all, they are very responsive over the phone. Then they are very professional when they arrive. They do great work and Adrian (the guy that came twice) was super communicative about everything and clear regarding what needed to be done. I highly highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I have used Diaz Plumbing for the past three years and I realized that I have come to expect a prompt (almost immediate) response. When I texted them at 6:30 yesterday morning because I couldn't get the pilot light re-lit on our water heater, I expected to hear from them in about 30 minutes--he texted back within 10 minutes!!! By the time I got to work, the technician was scheduled to meet my wife at home by 8:30.
After diagnosing that the heater needed to be replaced, I asked my wife if they would be able to get it done that day. They were already in the process of changing it out!!
By the time I got home just before 4:00, a brand new water heater was sitting nicely in the corner waiting to supply me with enough hot water for a long HOT shower!!
Not done yet . . .
This morning, we realized that the recirculating pump was not working so I texted Diaz again--this time at 7:30 from my work. He called me within a couple minutes and a tech was dispatched to arrive at 8:30. Apparently, there was just a switch problem with the pump!
My wife was super pleased with the respectful, polite technician--Johnny, I believe.
Once again Diaz Plumbing has proved to me why I keep their information in my contacts list!!

Adrian responded quickly and was a total professional! He and his staff did an expert job, and showed me the camera feed into our main line before and after the work... night and day. I have had Diaz Plumbing work on our house a few times after using a commercial plumber for years. They have been quick, honest, clean and affordable. They have made repairs for half of the cost that some of the larger plumbing companies have charged us.

Quick, professional, affordable ... There is not much more you can ask for. I have used Diaz Plumbing a few times now. They have always been very responsive and arrive on time. The work was done quickly and there price was less than most other bids I received. Recently they came out to clear a blocked drain. Everything went well but a few weeks later the block was back. They came out the next day to clear it free of charge. Very impressed by the level of service.

Diaz Plumbing promptly returned my call and did a service call the same day. They were on time and quickly got to work. Great, prompt service. We didn't need any work at this time, but I will call them again. I recommend them.
Diaz came out to check out a reported leak from one of our home guest. They came out right away but unfortunately, they could not access the house. Their first inspection they immediately checked under the house to address any possible or obvious problems. The 2nd inspection was to run the water from all sources, bath tub, bathroom sink and kitchen sink on both units. Miguel did a great job checking out potential problems and reported no issues that required any immediate repairs. It was a pleasure working with Adrian Diaz and Miguel. They were very responsive and address our plumbing concerns immediately. The Best part was their inspection was FREE!! These guys are great to work with. Thank you for your immediate response! And once again, Diaz Plumbing came to our rescue! The sewer line got clogged. I called Adrian in the morning and to my surprise... he remembered me! He sent his team the same day and they fixed the problem. I hope not to have any more situations like this one but if there are any in the future, I know I'll be calling them every time.
Cannot recommend these guys enough. They installed a water heater to replace an old one and fixed a crappy job done by previous plumbers. These guys are very honest and have a great integrity and do quality work.
Adrian and his crew have done several jobs for us. The fact that I keep calling them should say something positive in and of itself, but I am writing this review specifically for their last visit.
I was doing laundry late Thursday night when the room began to pool with water. I thought our sub-pump had gone out. I called Adrian (the number listed is his direct phone) and he and two of his guys were at the house first thing in the morning. Not only were they able to detect the problem (not the pump, thankfully) but they helped me remove a heavy wet rug and other items out of the laundry room and into the yard to dry. Adrian also lent me two professional-grade blowers to dry out the space properly. I could not have done any of that alone. My heroes! Really, these guys are great.

1 star for answering the phone late Saturday afternoon. (So many businesses these days don't answer, and it frustrates me to no end!)
1 star for being able to come on Monday morning at 8 a.m.
1 star for returning my texts on Sunday, confirming the Monday morning appointment.
1 star for showing up at all, right around 8 a.m. on Monday.

Unusually honest and hard working people. A pleasure to work with; never rushed or pushy. We've had an ongoing drain stoppage that only Diaz solved... all the other plumbers were happy to snake the drain again and again. Diaz went under the house and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. These guys are AMAZING. I was having issues with an older model water heater. He walked me through some trouble shooting, gave me the number to the manufacturer and advised me on what to do. I chose to upgrade instead on and new water heater. His price quote was extremely fair and his crew showed up in less than an hour. They installed the new upgraded water heater and were out in under 2!!! Everyone must have these guys in speed dial! Thank you Diaz Plumbing.

Can I give them 6 stars?
On time. On budget. On top of every little thing relating to the job. Left us feeling on top of the world with hot water restored. Plumbers don't get any better than Diaz. When you are 2,000 miles away from home and you have to call a plumber cold from yelp because your tenants don't have hot water you need someone you can trust. Well these guys came through for me, big time.
I called Adrian after a pipe burst behind my house at 8:00 am. Even though his day was was planned already he rerouted his guys and by 8:30 was on site evaluating the problem. By 9:00 am the pipe was fixed and my tenants had water. Price was fair and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Diaz Plumbing is responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. We were referred to them through a friend, Adrian did our sewer scope during home inspections, and then yesterday we had an old corroded pipe that was leaking laundry waste water into the crawl space. I called that morning and Tom came out in the afternoon, showed up during the time frame given and called 30 min before his arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly, but since in a couple of weeks we'll be completely replacing that line he offered some temporary suggestions that we could tackle ourselves. To top it all off he didn't charge us for the call-- we will definitely be calling them again for the bigger job and all our future plumbing needs.
Highly recommend Diaz Plumbing.
I don't know but maybe Diaz plumbing had a particularly bad hangover day. Otherwise there's no explaining why I just got a quote to install a 50 gl water heater LABOR ONLY for $2,000. What a joke!
When other well rated companies have quoted for labor only $200-$250. Beware of this company.

This place is the best. We lost hot water, and they were able to show up in almost no time. It ended up being an easy fix, so they didn't even charge, and estimates are free. I will totally be calling them again the next time something goes wrong!
Our tankless water broke on a Monday. Called the Diaz plumbing guys cause they're right down the street from our house and I like to support local Highland Park businesses. They came out right away and provided a estimate. I contacted two other plumbing vendors that were not local to make sure I was getting a competitive price. Out of the three vendors Diaz plumbing provided the best customer service, the most competitive and detailed estimate, and the fastest turnaround. By Wednesday morning at 9 am Chris and Adrian from Diaz plumbing were at my house installing the brand new replacement water heater. Additionally, Diaz plumbing provided answers to all my questions. They were also knowledgeable enough to suggest that the water heater be serviced once a year as well as installing a de-scaler for our new water heater that will extend the life of the unit. Finally I want to say thank you for keeping a clean work area during and after the installation work. I will definitely call thaws guys back in the future for any plumbing needs. Our main sewer line was plugged and leaking sewage from a cleanout to a neighbors property. A reputable licensed plumber from Highland park started the job of replacing 10' of pipe 6' deep. Two weeks and the main sewer line continued plugged and the 12 houses on the block had no drainage. I called Diaz Plumbing he gave me reasonable and less expensive quote than the first licensed plumber. Diaz Plumbing started work the following morning working every day straight until the main sewer line was unplugged. This included working Saturday and Sunday until the job was completely finished. The twelve residence on the block are so pleased and grateful to Diaz plumbing workers and Adrian who manages Diaz plumbing for such a good job and being considerate to our needs. Thanks Adrian for the same day quote and a job completed in 4 days. Your camera showing me 175' of internal clean pipe assured me and the 12 residence on the block how well the job was done. This will relieve our worries.

It really should be 4 stars but I won't be the one to spoil their rating as at the end of the job I'm happy with the outcome.
I got 4 different quotes for the small job of replacing a pipe that goes just underneath concrete. They were the only ones that cared about my restricted budget and proposed to replace only part of the pipe to keep the cost down. Turns out replacing the whole thing wasn't needed as they found the leaky part pretty quickly.
The guys that work for Adrian Diaz may not be the most professional or hardworking (one seems to be way to old for the job to be honest) but they definitely made up in personalities. They were super nice and very eager to explain everything, even with broken English :)
There are two reasons I would give them 4 stars tho... One was that in the morning of the project Adrian wasn't so nice as when he was giving me the quote a day before. He was impatient and on my proposal of running a pipe under different angle (actually the correct way but it would require a bit more work) he just said if I don't do it the shortcut way he won't do it at all coz he's asking for too little money - $400.
And the other reason is that I wrote them a check for $400 but they cashed it for $600. It's partially the reason of the banker as he or she didn't properly read the check... One way or the other whoever fault that was I lost an hour of my time to get this straighten out with the bank.
I own a rental and there's always something going on so I'll definitely call Diaz Plumbing again. At the end I'm happy with the way this job was completed. Check out my pictures :).

A few months ago I bought and had a toilet installed from Diaz plumbing. One of the plumbers was sick so the owner honored the appointment by coming out himself, removing the old toilet and installing a new one. The new toilet has been working wonderfully with no issues. I also had a slight clog in the kitchen sink and he found a small bone in the drain I had missed resolving the issue. Overall an A+ business with a fantastic owner.
Unethical and dishonest. I had a plumbing emergency and he quoted a major job that would cost $15K. The problem occurred at a rental property while I was out of town - no time to bid, had to address immediately. I asked my handyman about it, went to Yelp, then agreed to it based in part on what he told me it would take to complete the job. He said it would take him one week with eight laborers to complete. My associate went to the job to check on him; bottom line, he used four laborers and it took him three days to complete. Less than $1K in material. So he's clearly opportunistic. But that's business. The worst part - I had to pay him half of the fee by credit card as I was out of town. He then requested the remainder of the fee when he claimed he completed the job. I told him that I was going to return to town in two days and that I'd like to walk the job with him before paying the balance. No reply. He billed the credit card anyway. Run from this guy.

My home needed to be connected to the city sewer for the first time. The first phase was to locate the lateral pipe to the property line that had never been connected to but was laid down in the 1960's per city records.
No other plumber charged by the hour for the work to dig up driveway to try to locate the lateral. Estimates were lump sums in the thousands. Those other plumbers did not get the work, Diaz did. Adrian applied the cost of the dig/locate to his estimate to redirect the house plumbing to sewer, not septic. They did a great job for a fair price and now my house is connected to sewer!

With other plumbers, I have often felt that I have to play the role of a poker player, cautiously revealing only partial truths about the plumbing needs I have. I had a small leak/drip coming from my water pressure regulator that I needed to fix. In an attempt to fix it myself, I shut-off the water and attempted to replace the bolt on the pressure regulator-- big mistake. The leak didn't stop, but now when I turned the water back on, my water pressure had gone to crap. So now I had two problems; the leak, and now the water pressure issue.
When I did a search in the area on Yelp for plumbers, I came across many that had 5 star ratings. The initial call I made was to another reputable plumber on Yelp (not Diaz Plumbing) who charged a rate of $95/hr plus parts; but that dude was booked solid for a week.
Unable to wait, I made a call to Diaz Plumbing next. Adrian answered the phone and told me that he was on a job and couldn't make it out the same day (Sunday), but would be able to come by Monday morning. The following is my review of my experience:
Punctuality (5/5):
Adrian said he'd arrive at 9am, and he showed up right on time-- I appreciate that he respected my time.
Work/Professionalism (5/5):
Excellent job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and informed me that I needed to replace my pressure regulator which he'd be able to get the part from Home Depot. After installing the water pressure, he made sure that I flushed all the toilets and tested out all the faucets to make sure everything was working properly. In addition, he showed me how to adjust the valve if I needed more or less water pressure.
Cost (2/5):
This was a bit of a disappointment. The part cost $100, and I was charged $250 for 1.5 hours of labor-- the amount of time it took for him to complete the entire project from the moment he arrived, till the time the job was done. In fairness, I don't know the hourly rate your average plumber charges, but I thought this was a bit steep.
Overall I had a good experience with Diaz Plumbing and appreciated his professionalism. Sure, the price was a bit high, but when you have a plumbing emergency, you don't really have the luxury to wait a week or two for the other guy.

Diaz Plumbing is by far the best company I've ever worked with. The gentleman who answered problem solved with me over the phone and I was able to fix the issue with his guidance- free of charge. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Diaz and company provided exceptionally great knowledge and expertise. Adrian was able to resolve my sewer pipe issues, he had came same day on an urgent fix with reasonable pricing. Since then I've recommended my other friends that had piping issues because he's earned that trust in quality and honest work. (They were also very satisfied with his expertise and the team's finished work) We are currently working on my next bathroom remodel job and I have a peace of mind that he's my local plumber for any plumbing needs.

Diaz Plumbing are a rare find in a world of vendors who appear not to care about their work. I have now used Diaz Plumbing twice. Once to snag the kitchen sink after the purchase of our new home and another time when our plumbing was bubbling up after we moved in. Both times they were courteous, professional, responsive, honest, clean and resolved the issue that day. The second time I reached out to Adrian he had a crew at my door in less than 30 minutes - this was all before 8:30am. Their prices are fair and there is no pushy up selling. So very impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent, courteous service and communication. The problem turned out to be a non-plumbing issue, but there was no charge for coming out to identify the problem.

handling a remodel with a full house systems upgrade is nothing that reasonable people should ever take on. diaz is one of those companies though, that not only made the process easier, they proved to us that they were invaluable in what they do. they were not only super understanding of our sometimes ridiculous schedule, but they gave us some really helpful advice, and seemed to genuinely care that things were done right, vs just being done quickly. and above all, they were honest with all the work needed (some of the things from our inspection didn't need a full upgrade, which helped us with costs) and timing, which is sadly not a super common thing with all contractors. all the months working with them made us a customer for life. and to top it off, they're beyond reasonable with their rates and based locally in HLP, so they'll often help you out with something if they're just nearby, which is a plus for us. i can't say enough great things about these guys!
Twice we've had Diaz out for emergencies and both times they nailed it. First time, a non-flushable object got stuck in the toilet and they had to unbolt it from the floor to get it out. Not a huge deal or cost, but they were in and out quick and there the same day. Second time, I actually had root intrusion between the front of my yard and the main line. The cleanout backed up and I had poo seeping up through the rosebushes. Called them around 7pm, they were the first company available at 7:30 the next morning and by the time I was home the next day all was tip top. I'll never call anyone else again, these guys rule...

Called them up to come clear up a severely clogged bath tub. They were super friendly and came over almost immediately. Within 45 minutes they had cleared everything and explained the whole process to me. It a was a good price and they were very easy to work with plus it's always nice to help out community busineses. I had an issue w my water heater and searched yelp. Diaz Plumbing had many great reviews, which made me feel comfortable scheduling an appt. I spoke w Adrian late afternoon on a Friday. I explained my situation w my water heater and he asked for pictures to be sent. He called back and stated that he would be able to do the work. Adrian quoted me for $155-$195.
Adrian was unable to do the job himself, but sent his father the next day at 8am, which I was grateful for. It took one hr for him to realign the pipe on the water heater, and replace the hoses. He was also kind enough to install a hose for my gas dryer (while I supplied the hose). At the end of the job, he was checking for leaks. What I thought was odd... and UNSAFE... was that he used a lighted flame :/ now, if there was a leak, couldnt that be very dangerous?!?
He charged me $245. When I stated that Adrian had quoted me for less, he said it was bc of the parts... which I think is odd, bc if Adrian saw the pics, then the price quoted should've included the parts needed. Which was a valve and hose.
After he left, there was a strong odor of gas... I called Adrian and he was very pleasant to speak w. He said that he would send his father back out to check. Sure enough, the hose to the dryer was not tightened enough and was leaking.

Had I been charged the amount I was quoted for and if everything was checked thoroughly for gas leaks (and safely), I would have provided 5 stars.
I have a tub that filled up with laundry water whenever I run the washer. Had two plumbers came in but neither could fix - don't want to name them here and don't want to give bad review but some of them are amateurs. Then I called Diaz plumbing and he found the problem after digging around and running his snake. They came again on another day and fixed it! Now they know my plumbing system well so I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.
Adrian aaannnnd his team are the best. I was going out of town but had a friend staying in my house, they coordinated a time that worked for her and fixed my toilet.

It appears to be a family run business and I must say (I have a tendency to have a potty mouth) I was acting as if I were chatting it up with my military buds trying to show his son the job and his son did not even come close to participating in a four letter word exchange..... VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, CLEAN and FRIENDLY.... I haven't heard SIR out of a young man's mouth since retiring from the military and I was much impressed. I Have no idea how these guys got 54 reviews. They must have a lot of friends. I called them 2 days in advance for a job in downtown los Angles. We specified a time and I told them to be punctual because the tenant had to leave. Two things happened,
1) They were 45 minutes late even though I texted them early and reminded them to be on time
2) They quoted an astronomical number once they got there, thinking I will go with it since they are already there.
The price given at the job was WAY higher than waht was quoted on the phone. Bad company, stay away from them

Diaz Plumbing was professional in every aspect. We dealt with Adrian. My wife appreciated his politeness when she asked for any explanation instead of the condescending attitude she sometimes encounters. I found dealing with Adrian very straightforward. He let me know what needed to be done, what the options were and the cost. I told him I was going to get another quote and he said no problem. No high pressure tactics at all. I got another quote for about the same and went with Diaz Plumbing.
He was running a little late on the day of the job and called us to apologize and let us know when we could expect him. After he and Luis (also very professional) completed the job, he explained what he did, had me inspect his work to make sure I was satisfied and he came in at the quoted price.
He replaced a leaking pressure release valve that I hadn't mentioned with no hesitation. When I asked how much for the extra work and part, he replied not a big deal, no charge. We have some other plumbing issues and we will be calling Diaz Plumbing to take care of those too.
Diaz Plumbing was awesome to work with.
They were on time for the quote and the actual job. Adrian was very informative in explaining what he was doing and why. They were clean, friendly and reasonably priced.
Tom showed up within 30 minutes and was an amazing help! He was so courteous and solved our problem right away.

I've called Diaz plumbing twice. 2 different plumbers, same prompt and excellent customer service. I hope to not need to call, but comforting to know I don't have to shop for a plumber.

We are so happy we found Adrian and Diaz Plumbing. We had another plumber come out and say that they needed to put a $1000 a main line clean out access. I decided to get a second opinion and had Adrian come out and within 5 mins he found a main line clean out access, was able to just snake everything out and had the plumbing working in less than an hour! Diaz Plumbing has always been there when called for, either for a task planned in advance, or on short notice and emergencies. Prices are good, and the job done has always held up. While I don't know Mr. Diaz's full range of territory covered, North East LA is lucky to have him. I needed a new water heater and Diaz did the job. They did great work, but there were a couple of strange things. First of all, there was NO paperwork. There is allegedly a seven year warranty, but it's not in writing, so I don't know if it's true. The other thing is that when they installed the new unit, they told me I would be without water for 1-2 hours. Fair enough. So they worked for a while and I did without water. Then they left around noon and I thought, well, they've gone to lunch. Two hours later, when they never came back, I called the office. The guy on the phone said You're all done. Didn't they tell you? And I said no, they just left without a word. Weird.
Adrian was prompt and professional. Even though my issue was a non issue he didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. Quoted me a good price. Nice and honest. Will definitely be calling him again.

Recent update! Adrian and Diaz Plumbing have THE BEST customer service I've experienced in Los Angeles in my 20 plus years living here. After having a few problems with our new water heater they installed less than a year ago (water getting cold in less than 15 minutes of running) , then not only came out twice within a span of 48 hours to check and make adjustments, but after the problem persisted for a couple more days, they replaced it in a few hours with a completely different new water heater from another manufacturer. This new water heater has been AMAZING and we now have hot water for multiple showers and baths without running out! Adrian and his crew are trustworthy, considerate and professional. I can't recommend their services higher. They have a customer for life with me.
I have used Diaz Plumbing two times. Both times the plumbers were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Their charges are reasonable. I am satisfied with their services and happy to recommend them to my friends.

Very happy with Diaz Plumbing. I called Diaz Plumbing based on the review on yelp and also because they are right in my neighborhood. After speaking with Adrian and texting him my info, we set up an appt. for Saturday morning at 8:30-9:00 a.m.
A knock on my door at 8:30 and it was Adrian's dad who arrived to do the work, explaining that Adrian had another job and sent him in his place. I didn't mind, especially since I have never met Adrian. His dad did the work I had asked for and in addition helped me repair my lawn sprinkler which I had not originally asked for. The price was very reasonable.
I am very happy with Diaz Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

Here's why he gets 5 stars:
1. When he juggled his schedule to accommodate my emergency hot water failure situation he did it effectively so as not to inconvenience his other scheduled clients.
2. Communication: Judging from the way he responded to my questions and concerns and his follow through, it's obvious he listens and is resolution oriented.
3. Cleanliness and Attention to Detail: He and his workers are conscientious about respecting their workspace and cleaning up.
4. Timeliness: Worked very efficiently and communicated and coordinated to ensure that things were kept on schedule.
5. Exceptions Handling: There were a couple of items that got overlooked BUT Adrian and his crew still get 5 stars, because they were quick to acknowledge and rectified immediately with care.
This 5-star rating was well-deserved by Adrian and his crew, knowing it comes from a customer who has high expectations and researches parts and labor requirements in advance of hiring. I would hire Adrian without hesitation in the future and do highly recommend him to the yelp community.
I'm not tempted to write yelp reviews very often but the service from the guys over at Diaz Plumbing has been spectacular. We have called them out twice in the last week to help us with some problems we've been having with the pipes they diagnose the problem and tried to give us the most affordable option for a fix, when the problem proved worse than we first thought they sent the crew out again at no extra cost to weigh up our options. I've been using Diaz plumbing since moving into Highland Park eight years ago. Always courteous, friendly, honest, and prompt, they have done every plumbing job on my house from a leaky drain pipe, to replacing an old, worn out tank water heater with a new tankless one, to upgrades is faucets and replacing valve stems and angle stops as necessary. I'm always very pleased with their work!

I've used Diaz Plumbing for over 9 years for all me 4plex's plumbing needs. Adrian and his staff have been a huge support with great service and fair prices. Yesterday two of my waterheaters weren't working and Tom came right over and within 30 minutes had them up and running and didn't charge for it! It's been awesome having Diaz Plumbing to rely on over the years for their expertise and friendly service. I highly recommend them!

Wow! Talk about customer service! I called a plumber to come out to a two story duplex. My tub upstairs was leaking through the ceiling into the downstairs tub. The plumber I first called bailed on me twice. UGH! I went on YELP to find a plumber with great ratings. I found Diaz Plumbing. They were great! Adrian said he would be here by 2pm and he was right on time. He came into the units and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was honest about the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote and began the work the next morning. His crew showed up on time, they were polite, clean and very professional. They completed the work and did not leave a mess. Tom is extremely good at taking the time to explain what the cause of the problem is and the best solution for moving forward. Diaz plumbing saved me in a jam. I have a rental property and the kitchen faucet was leaking. I typically can handle this work myself and decided to replace it. The hardest part is removing the old one. It was rusted tight. Couldn't break it loose. After 1.5 hours I called Diaz. It was late on a Friday and they wanted to help but they couldn't. He offered me 830am the next morning and I told him my tenant was having a kids birthday party so he moved it up to 8am. They were great and got the Job done for me. Awesome job. Thank you Diaz.
I called Diaz Plumbing with a very last minute request--I suspected we had a leak somewhere and wanted to try to pinpoint what was going on right away. They came over within an hour and were so helpful. They figured out where the leak was (approximately) and turned off the water to the area so I could decide what to do next. They gave me very realistic idea of what different repairs might cost, and didn't pressure me into making a decision right away. I will definitely call them again when we decide what to do next!

Have a piece of crap rental with the dirtiest tenant you can't evict in Los Angeles city rent control who calls me and says water is leaking from bath room somewhere. Read about Diaz plumbing on here and since they were local I called and he says he can just run down and look right now and call me back.
Well, he did run down there and fix the problem but I had to call him to ask if he fixed. No biggie because he fixed it and I don't have to hear my tenant complain. Price was reasonable.

I am fully aware I'm one of those overly-interested-in-all-the-details customers, but they have never made me feel concerned about asking too many questions. Super pleasant and professional!

Couldn't be happier with their service. Responded within 20 minutes of calling them when we were realized the hot water heater was on the blink. They came and looked, gave us an estimate for a water heater, and were able to install: all within an hour! We were gone the weekend after the install, and for some reason the water was tepid the following Monday. We called them again, and they came back out promptly, diagnosing the issue to the earthquake shutoff valve having been turned which caused low gas pressure. Problem solved again!

I recently had a hot water slab leak. That is not a problem you want to have when you've just purchased a new home. It's like someone telling you your house has diarrhea and the only way you can cure it is by destroying the house itself. Luckily, I found Diaz Plumbing. Adrian came in and helped save the day. After being jerked around by other plumbers for a week, many of which suggested I knock down my walls and repipe my entire house for thousands and thousands of dollars, Adrian was able to come up with some creative solutions and work-arounds which saved me A TON of money. In addition to that, they even arranged a delayed payment plan to help me out. They were awesome and very professional. Diaz Plumbing will officially be the plumbers I turn to from now on.
My previous plumber is no longer in the neighborhood. I prefer to support local businesses, so I found Diaz Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call regarding a water heater issue. They came to my house in less than an hour, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. I will call them next time I have a plumbing issue.
We found them on Yelp. We gave them a call and they were available to come in the next morning. When they came they were very nice and explained to us what was wrong with my shower and toilet. Turned out the main sewer running from my bathroom got disconnected some how. You can imagine the mess that was under our home. They told us they would come back in a couple of days so that the soil could dry. They even took video and showed me the disconnection. The day Diaz came to fix it Adrian called me to let me know they were on their way. Once they came they fixed the problem in a flash. They really know what their doing. Our washing machine started backing up and Diaz Plumbing were extremely helpful in resolving our issue. They came out and snaked our unit's drainage system. This wound up not fixing it since it was an issue with the building's main line, so they didn't charge me anything for the snake and were able to send a team out to hydrojet the building's system on Monday. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they cleaned our garage after finishing, which they didn't have to do. Their prices are really reasonable too. Will definitely use Diaz again!
I've used this plumber Adrian Diaz for the last 8 years and other plumbers in between but he has been the best so far. I have been giving him my business after others failed to keep their schedules or their rates changed. He has been my plumber exclusively for the last 5 years.

I had a clogged bathtub and needed a plumber to come ASAP on a Saturday morning. I found Diaz plumbing through a Yelp search and gave them a call based on their reviews. I called on Friday evening and they were able to squeeze me in on Saturday morning for an 8 am appointment. The staff was prompt, courteous and professional. After snaking my tub, they explained the issue to me (apparently I have an old hair trap and old pipes) and worked with me on the price. I was initially nervous to call a plumber for fear that I was going to be overcharged, but I found their prices to be reasonable and the staff was very pleasant.

Words cannot explain what Diaz Plumbing has done for my household. Adrian and his crew were the most professional, hard working crew that I have ever had at my house.
Adrian just didnt tell me what was wrong with the plumbing, he showed me. That made me feel so good knowing that he was showing me the problem rather then making it up.
The communication between myself and Adrian was remarkable. Any time I called him with a question or if he said his crew would be here at a certain time, he answered and they showed up when they were supposed to.
I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone with any plumbing problems. Who ever hires Diaz plumbing, just know that your in great hands.
I can finally say I found a great trustworthy plumber for life.

Adrian rocks! We own a rental property in Highland Park, and our lovely tenants had an emergency issue - a pinhole leak in one of the pipes under the house - which made them have to shut their water off. Now, to set the story in it's proper context, you have to understand that the rental property was built back in the '20's and the crawlspace under the house is VERY NARROW...to put it mildly. We realized it was going to cost a pretty penny, based on our past experiences with plumbing repairs over there.
Fearing the worst, my husband called several local plumbers the next morning. Diaz Plumbing (Adrian) was the only one who answered the phone and he immediately said he would be there in an hour. True to his word, he and his crew showed up almost exactly an hour later. They surveyed the situation and called my husband with an estimate. After weighing all the options and deciding on the best course of action and agreeing to the price, they left to get supplies. They promptly returned and got right to work.
They were finished a lot sooner than we expected, and to add the cherry on the sundae, the final cost was a full 40% LOWER than what he had originally estimated!!!! Now, tell me, WHO DOES THAT???
Well, it seems that Diaz Plumbing does, and we are very grateful to have found them! We understand that every plumbing case is unique, and that sometimes it could be the worst case scenario, but the fact is that Adrian was honest and more than competent, and based on our first experience we will be using Diaz Plumbing for as long as we are renting the house out! I had a pin hole leak in a copper water pipe under my house. I called Adrian on a Sunday afternoon and although he was unable to make it out the same day he was able to get a crew out to my house the next morning. Marcos, the crew leader was very nice and got started right away. He told me up front what the repair would cost and he was done with the job in 45 minutes. I will definitely use them again for any needs I have.
Updated review: I had to hire Diaz plumbing to replace my main water supply line. The crew came out on time and did a professional job. I'm taking a star off for an issue that you want to be aware of. Get a quote in writing. I had texted Adrian pictures of the job and he quoted me a price. When we went to settle payment, he quoted me a higher price. After I reminded him that the price was quoted as being lower, he told me it was no problem. I don't think he was trying to scam me, I just think he got a quote mixed up with someone else. Either way, I was happy with the work, the professionalism and I will use these guys again.
Nice guy but he couldn't fix my leak suggested I get all new pipes for $2000. Charged me $180 for a consultation. I Got someone else to install all new pipes for $250
After calling another plumbing company in silverlake who couldn't make it this morning, I decided to try Diaz Plumbing. They were so friendly and efficient I can't be any happier. The rates are pretty good as well. They were so easy to deal with and they came over when I needed them! Accomodating, friendly, and knows what they are doing. Kitchen sink good as new. I will use them again FOR SURE. :)
Adrian is my new plumber. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very customer centered. I called on a Sunday expecting to get a recording, but Adrian answered and spelled out different options for my issue, without doing a hard sell. That impressed me. I called him the next day (a holiday), again he answered and within 20 minutes he was at my house giving me a very fair estimate. Less than an hour later, he completed the job and I could not be a happier satisfied customer. Adrian is quite simply the best. Glad I called!
The Gas Co. turned off my gas due to a gas leak throughout the house which lasted two days. (I hate Cold Showers in the Winter!) I had to hire a plumber to do a diagnostic on where the gas leaks were and then have a separate job on fixing the gas leaks. I was able to get two quotes and Diaz Plumbing (Adrian and Thomas) was able to knock off $500 from the price quoted from the other company. They were at the job site at 8am that morning, fixed it by noon and were kind enough to work with me on a payment plan. They were kind, got the work done and were reasonable with their rates. Thomas was also kind enough to give a great warranty too! Thank you Diaz Plumbing!

Had a major plumbing in a triplex that I own. I could not be there but Adrian sent two guys over and then texted me photos of fhe problem so that I could make a more informed decision. He also explained the problem which I greatly appreciated.
I recently had Diaz Plumbing come out for an estimate and was blown away by the high quality of their service. The father and son team arrived on time and were extremely detailed in their work, pinpointing our leak issue and providing us with a range of options. We never felt pressured to pursue one option over another; I was extremely appreciative of how Diaz Plumbing thoroughly explained how to resolve our leak issue, a type of customer service that can only be found in local small businesses like Diaz Plumbing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonably-priced plumber.

These guys are amazing! Super-fast response time, very informative and extremely professional. They walked me through the steps they took to fix my problems and answered all of my questions with friendly smiles. I will always use them in the future for any plumbing issues I have!

I owned a condo unit on the first floor, and recently weeks I had problem with our bathroom, I called several plumbers, some don't want to deal with condo due to HOA, until I called Diaz Plumbing and spoke with Adrian. I told him our situation, he sent his team and fixed our problem. A few days later our kitchen overflow, I called Adrian and this time he came himself check our kitchen and said there is no leak in our kitchen's unit, the overflow probably caused by the main line. He was very prompt, friendly and answered all questions that I and my husband have. He is knowledgeable wth his line of work. I'm highly recommend Diaz Plumbing to all my friends. Keep up the good job Adrian, and thank you very much for your hard work.
zero complaints. came so quickly and replaced my water heater in a few hours. they were friendly and great. i would use them again and would recommend them to anybody. they were also great with my dogs.
their prices were amazing- i called a different guy the day before and they gave me a 500$ higher quote than diaz plumbing

Adrian just left, and I am so grateful he came on a Friday evening! I had a leaky bathroom sink that wouldn't turn off today, and I couldn't turn the valves underneath the sink because the angle stops were stripped away. Adrian got to my place in 10 min and stopped my sink so my landlord can take a look tomorrow!!! He is really nice, professional, and courteous. He took the time to show me the problem as well as what needed fixing, and why. Thank you Adrian!!
Hands Down, best plumber around. I've been using Adrians service for the last 5 years and he's very honest and does the job right, no micky mouse stuff here!
Family run business with his pops and his son during some major jobs. I've used him for sewer replacement, clogged drains, faucet replacement, and much more.
I agree with the other Yelpers that Adrian is a true old-school plumber -- honest, hard-working, and will give you choices and explain options.
We had two minor and one medium job from him on our 95-year old house this year (don'tcha love all the money you save buying a house that is not new). He:
--called before the appointment to tell us what time to expect him
--was very clean and neat and did not get a speck of dirt in our house (not that I would notice with two small kids, but less is always better)
--assessed the situation and then gave us the short-term (cheaper) fix and the longer-term solution (more $, but fixes it for good).
We should have listened to his very gentle advice, and done the long-term solution first. Instead, we did the short-term fix, and only changed the pipes directly under the kitchen sink. This only went to prove that the problem was much deeper in the system. He ended up replacing the big pipe that takes water from the kitchen sink into the City sewer system. We have never had any problems since.
For the third job, he installed a new 2-HP garbage disposal. When he was doing the second job, asked him why ours wasn't working and he explained that the lower horse-power disposals often stopped working after a couple of years because the blades get dull, since they don't have the HP behind them. The food was just dancing on the blades and not getting chopped up, which also leads to funky smells. He did a good job explaining how everything worked, and was very fast and clean in installing the new one.
If we every have any other plumbing to do, I would never hesitate calling him. He is polite, honest, and hard-working (and so was the other gentleman working with him). And, he's in my neighborhood, so it's nice to support a neighbor.

I've been calling Diaz Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for the last 5 or 6 years now. I've hesitated to review them because finding an honest, friendly, fairly priced plumber these days is like spotting a unicorn. It just doesn't happen...but when it did, I kinda wanted to keep it to myself. Well by the looks of it, my secret is out so I'm here to tell you that all the 5 star reviews are totally legit and well earned. Adrian is the best. On time, works very clean and he and his crew are friendly and really know their stuff. On top of all of that, their prices are more than fair. They've done work in my home and my three rental units: replacing toilets, leaky faucets, clogged drains, bad pipes, that roto thing for the sewer, changing out the guts of running toilets and other stuff that I've forgotten about over the years. Calling a plumber used to be a real drag for me, but not since I found Diaz Plumbing. Winning.
Adrian is the most responsible plumber (and any other repair guy) I've ever worked with. Here is why: in the spring of 2017, we hired him to fix a broken sump pump and alarm system which resulted in a flooded basement. First, Adrian was very professional and Courteous. He kept the floors clean and removed all debris related to the job. Now, here is the proof of my rating: when things go well, we all give high praise but this job did not go well at first, but ended well. I gave him 5 stars because of how he handled the glitches and recurrent problems after the initial job. He had to come back multiple times to exchange out the new pumps and to readjust the level of the pumps. In fact, he was honest with me that he needed more expertise for the sump pumps and hired another plumber and electrician) to fix it for good. He never asked for more than what he charged at the beginning. He answered my texts promptly even after half a year later and came back again to readjust the level of the pump (8/2017). That's true work ethic, integrity and honesty. I would use him for any other water problems because of his honesty and willingness to finish what he starts. It's easy to be nice when things go well. It's how we handle problems that shows our true colors and he came through with flying colors. His integrity is impeccable. You can't go wrong with him.

Mr. Diaz was busy Saturday, but offered to come by my home Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. to look at my plumbing problem. He was there bright and early. Resolved the problem instantly. I was so impressed with his demeaner I asked him about a large, but important project I dreading. Installing a shower. Limited budget, but needs to get done. I look forward to his recommendation. Oh yes, he was spending the rest of the day with his familia.
I called Adrian with an issue with my garbage disposal but he was booked pretty full for a few days. We ended up making an appointment for Monday afternoon. He came over found a piece of bone stuck in the garbage disposal. He removed it, worked a little magic and fixed it. He didn't even charge me for it! We have a few other things we need to fix but I need wait on getting the funds first. I would definitely recommend them!
Do you suffer from crippling Plumber Anxiety due to past experiences with inept, rude plumbers? I did. And I found the cure: Adrian Diaz.
I had a substantial number of things that needed replacement: hot water heater, outdoor shut-off valve, hot and cold shower pipes, all of the shower hardware, sink faucets. I am attached to my 1930s bathroom and didn't want the wrong person messing with it. Adrian scheduled the estimate right away, and explained each part of the job. He never tried to sell me work or parts I didn't need.He was flexible with timing, and showed up when he said he would. Everyone on his crew was prompt, nice, and expert, with careful attention to detail. In other words, a perfect plumber!
Having a Great Plumber who is honest, reasonable,reliable and pleasant is of extreme importance and very comforting as far as I am concerned. Adrian is an awesome guy who shows up when he says he will and does an efficient professional job. I look forward to seeing him because he is a really cool person and I know our plumbing is in good hands!

Five star service. I called them for backed up sewer. I looked out my kitchen window, there were 6 guys ready to do battle with the clogged pipe. Very professional, on time, so wasting time, cleaned up after their work. Did not charge me extra to run the camera, (like other plumbers before them), advised what needed to be done. No pressure in deciding on my options. I recommend them highly. Thank you.
Why use Angie's list when you can get reliable reviews here. Finally joined yelp after reading reviews and getting great results. Had problems with a clogged euro faucet after the new water heater was installed. He disassembled the faucet and found the problem after an extra hour of work, but did not charge extra. Originally bought the heater from sears and they wanted to upcharge me $1000 over the $500 estimate to install the water heater. Like an extra $200 to take it down a flight of stairs $200 for unneeded valves etc. So I just took delivery and told Sears to take a hike. Then found Diaz plumbing on Yelp to help install the water heater. I would have been better off just going to them first and not buying the heater from sears. PS Gavanza hardware - thumbs up too.
Adrian was quick and efficient. He explained what the issue was, what his plan of action was and in the end how he fixed it. He was also nice enough to explain to me some preventative steps for the future. I won't be calling a different plumber from here on in. I will be calling Adrian for all my plumbing needs.

Adrian was amazing! I called on a very rainy Saturday about a major leak in my home and he came over within 30 minutes. Once he was here, I couldn't believe how fast and how efficiently he was able to identify my problem. He was also very patient and thoughtful in listening to my theories about the source of the issue. In the end, he had to open up a small section of the wall in my home to access the leak in our copper plumbing, which made me very nervous, but once that was done the problem was crystal clear and easily fixable. Adrian plugged the leak and saved the day. Thank you again, Adrian!
After reading Yelp, I called Diaz plumbing with a clogged sink. Within a couple hours Adrian fixed it, and taught me how to fix it myself next time. When my tankless water heater stopped working Adrian really shined. He flushed it and got it working several times before it failed again. It turns out the water heater had a circuit board failure, and the manufacturer is replacing the water heater free of charge. Even when the water heater failure was beyond his scope he helped arrange warranty service, and stayed on-site with the warranty repairman (free of charge) to help ensure that the problem got fixed. My new heater will be arriving any day. Adrian will be the first guy I call to install it. He has an excellent commitment to customer service, and I know that no matter what he'll stick with the problem until there is solution.

Adrian is prompt, fair, and trustworthy, I can't say a bad thing about these guys. I live in Glassell Park and, like most people, every plumbing problem is an emergency. I've had him out 4 times in the last couple of years. This July 4th was where he really shone. I was out of town and my tub had an issue. Family was staying at the house, so I called on the 4th. He contacted my brother, was out here on the 5th and didn't charge. I was so relieved.
So Great! Called Diaz Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and Adrian came to our place within a few hours. Very nice, personable, in my neighborhood (and coaches baseball at the local park) but most importantly -- knowledgable. Thought we had a major ugly scary nasty shoot-yourself-in-the-face kind of problem but Adrian kept me calm, talked me through some of the options (who'd have known about the cool new plumbing technologies?! kind of like fix-a-flat for underground pipes!), and ended up giving us a patch that should last a year or so before we have to deal with it more seriously. definitely will call him again.

Incredibly fast, super nice. Found them on yelp when I had an emergency and gambled that the reviews were true. Guys arrived wrenches in hand. Price was fair, very happy with everything.
These guys are champions, the reviews are no lie. I called Diaz Plumbing (found on Yelp) because of a broken garbage disposal. Adrian texted me back and asked if we could wait until tomorrow. I said sure, and I asked him what he thought the repair might cost. Then, he suggested I try something on my end that completely fixed it and only cost me $10 and a trip to Home Depot. He just earned my business for years to come.

Our water heater was leaking and they came out right away, were incredibly personable and honest, gave us a very reasonable quote and got the work done within 24 hours. We had another issue with our faucet in the bathroom which they were able to fix easily rather than just telling us to spend $300 to replace it, as another company had. The staff was courteous and did a great job. We'll definitely be using them again!
Adrian is not only a great plumber but a great guy you can trust. I have used Diaz plumbing about 5 times and each time it was amazing service. Cleanliness, honesty and timeliness has always been his priority and I love that. Plumbers are hard to come by so I recommend him to all.
I tried Diaz plumbing after seeing the great reviews on Yelp and I was so happy I did. Adrian installed a kitchen faucet for me and he did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. We called Diaz Plumbing after reading all these great reviews and we were not disappointed! Adrian and his dad showed up on time, did the work that was requested, cleaned up and charged us what we agreed on (which was substantially less than other plumbers). Seems rare to find people who are honest, hard working, timely and not messy!
Adrian's Plumbing is the best. My deceased Dad was a plumber for many years so I learned a few things about the business. On Sunday night I was the typical person who desperately needed a plumber. I left a message around mid-night. Adrian text me a few hours later. His team, Marcos and Luis, arrived before 9 am. The issue was assessed, repaired and they were gone in about an HOUR. I could not believe it. My wife called and thought I was lying. These guys are good. They are also very ethical. And this is key. I hope you read this Adrian. Upon receiving the invoice I wanted to leave a tip as it was more than justly earned. I was never so happy to leave a tip. I asked if they wanted me to write the tip on a separate draft. They advised to included it and they inform Adrian. Most employees would have acted differently. They were the consummate professionals. They had a task to do and they did it. They were friendly, patient and knowledgeable about their craft. I cannot say enough about their service. As they were leaving, I felt a sense of pride, trust and respect. I saw my Dad. Thank you Adrian!
My garbage disposal was jammed, and my regular plumber wasn't answering the phone...so I looked on Yelp for a local plumber...I called Adrian, who tried to coach me on how to fix the problem myself...I tried, but I was unable to, so he promised to come by at 3:00...when I came home at that time, he was there waiting for me. He quickly found the offending objects and charged me just half of his normal service call fee...terrific.
Adrian is great. He always responds quickly to any question or need. He is very honest, and has gone out of his way to explain what the problem is, and if possible how we can resolve it on our own in the future.
