Our water heater was not working, we messaged Rishon Plumbing on Yelp. They responded right away, gave the lowest quote, and were able to install a new one the same day. Great service and work for a fair price!

Superb......discovered a major leak under our slab and thanks to fellow Yelpers on this site decided to call Jose of Real Plumbers.....he contacted me almost immediately, met on site, gave me a very fair quote and we agreed by a handshake he would start the next day
Jose arrived on time, with his son Alberto, and what followed was one of the best examples of contractor/ client service i have ever personally experienced...and believe me with 3 buildings i have used many of them!!
No fuss, no mess, polite, respectful, arrive when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job ( actually did some extra without adding to the bill)

Superlative service from Plumber 2 the Rescue! The Serviceman, George, came on time and was professional from beginning to end. While there was some borderline /initial clarification on our end of what needed to be done (the complete replacement of the sink garbage disposal), George processed this additional communication with the utmost professionalism, moreover he patiently showed me what to do when and if the disposal unit becomes clogged again. What plumber does that?  Business retention is a big part of doing business these days, and Plumber 2 the Rescue has earned our repeat business.  There are so many Plumbing Services out there competing for our dollars, but for fast, efficient, competent service look no further than Plumbers 2 The Rescue!

My experience with Max at A-1 was so positive, and I am a very satisfied customer. I called Max on a Sunday, and he responded swiftly. He was able to get to the house quickly, and when he arrived he worked tirelessly to fix it, even though it was a challenging job due to the location of the problem. Billing was convenient, and I felt the services had great value for the price. Max is also very friendly and easy to work with, making a challenging situation much more enjoyable.

Joseph is the man. He came to help out our business on very short notice. Showed up swiftly to help identify the problem and helped us with a solution. He came through clutch. Highly recommend him and the Flood Brothers. Awesome service and communication.

I recently had a main sewer line clog and my usual rooter service was out of town, so after pricing out a few companies, I set up an appointment with Charlie's that very day. They showed up on time, were extremely friendly and most importantly they quickly cleared my clogged pipes. They even stayed a while longer to make sure the job was done right and had me run all the water through the pipes for a few minutes to make sure it was completely fixed. They also gave me a warranty for their repairs.
I would highly recommend them and they will definitely be my go to rooter service.  Hard to beat great service and great price.

I called.  Alberto answeredthe phone.   Initially I thought I wouldn't be able to fit them into my day while it was still regular hours without an after hours charge, but I ended up being off work early, so I texted him, and he was over within an hour.

He snaked the bathroom sink drain quickly and cleanly, determined it was a hair clog (long hair - shocking!), and he left the property neat and clean.

Really professional, and I highly recommend him!

I am a general contractor and I utilize Ace on my jobs and service calls. Ace has completed three separate jobs for my firm in the last 45 days. We had Miguel come over due to flooding under our kitchen sink. He was able to come that same day, just a couple of hours after I called, and he was super pleasant and approachable. He explained everything in detail and showed me the issues with the faucet, as well as with the incorrect manner in which some of the pipes under the sink had been connected and installed. I would highly recommend.

I called Victor based on yelp reviews after repeatedly have sewer drainage issues on a rental property. He was straight forward, honest and very respectful of the tenants while quickly getting the job done. I just had my water heater replaced by Z&H after discovering it was leaking all over my garage overnight the day before. Zorro was very prompt in his communication both on the phone and through text messages. They weren't able to come out that day but Zorro helped guide me through how I could cap the intake line so that I could still use the water in my house (the original installer did not include a valve at the intake, obviously!) I really appreciated that Zorro was upfront about his pricing and did not try to upsell me to tankless as most plumbers I have talked to have tried to do.

Zorro gave me an 8:30am to 9:00am estimate and like clockwork Arsen, the installer texted me at 8:27am to let me know he was on the way. He arrived before 9:00am, which is much appreciated since I live in the foothills which automatically adds a 10-15 mins to everyones travel time. I have learned that it is very rare for contractors and service people in the local area to stick with their estimates so Z&H not only giving me a 30 min window but also sticking to it is really a diamond in the rough!

Installation was professionally done and quick too. They were done and packing up by 9:45am and Arsen walked me through the different things that he had done. He added a shutoff valve for the intake and simplified the plumbing that was done previously which was problematic. He also noticed that there was a natural gas outlet valve that I wasn't using and made sure I was aware that it was a safety hazard in case someone left it open. He removed the valve and capped it off for me when I told me I didn't intend to use it.

All in all I had a much better experience with this water heater replacement than I had originally expected since I had a lot of anxiety trying to find a plumber. I am so glad I got a referral from my friend for Zorro and his team and I will highly recommend them myself in the future!

I had to check in on my sister's property in Encino since she lives out of state now and since I had trouble with the HOA's designated plumber from last time, I was given the green light to select a licensed plumber of my choice.

The issue was that the toilet stopped flushing and it was retaining e v e r y thing. I tried to snake it (just fyi, how come nobody me how disgusting it is to snake a dirty toilet?! Disgusting beyond words!) but no deal.

I called Flood Brothers and Daniel helped me on the phone, explained inspection and basic rates. Since he was so polite, compared to a lot of other plumbers who couldn't give me a base rate, I elected to use their service.

Mike came out within a few hours, same day service! I was so pleased  It's a long drive from Santa Ana to Encino and I don't miss the drive. I wasn't watching what he did because the toilet is so disgusting but he fixed it up and there's been no issues since. A working toilet is SUCH an undervalued commodity!

I had an emergency outside plumbing issue, they kept me informed on the arrival time of the technician. The technician worked late into the night making sure everything was fixed, worked in the very cold nighttime weather and followed up with LA DWP to also request a mainline valve replacement for me. I truly appreciate 911 Plumbing & Vic the technician.
