I called on Saturday with an emergency! 5 bathrooms with backed up toilets and tubs! Renting to an Airbnb group of 30. Plumber 2 the Rescue arrived in 30 minutes after my call. They were so fast, so responsive and so honest! Thank you for coming to my rescue!!!

Very responsive! I had an emergency situation at 4pm - all toilets not flushing and showers not draining. I called Flood brothers and they told me they would have someone out between 5 to 7 PM. An hour later, Brandon came to my home and did an excellent job and was very efficient and extremely polite. Excellent customer service and experience!

Alberto Saucedo is my plumber for life!  Quick to respond, straight-shooter, honest, and arrived when promised.  He is professional, courteous and very reasonably priced.  He and his crew were very careful with our hardwood floors and the job was spotless when they finished.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

Josh came out to my house today and repaired my main shut off valve that broke. He was super nice and got it all repaired in a very short amount of time. Now I have water again, thank you! Highly recommend.

Excellent service, on time, quick, explained my options to me and did a great job. I purchased a new faucet online and wasn't able to install it myself. He shared his thought on the faucet I had selected, installed it quickly, cleaned any mess that might have been made, and made sure the water temperatures were ok before leaving. The price beat the other quotes as well. I would definitely use their services again.

After calling Rocket Plumbing to unclog our toilet, we arranged to have the the tank plumbing replaced since tank was leaking. Sam was easy to work with. He gave us a quote and a detailed description of job. Arranging the return visit was quick and the repair work was done efficiently. Charges were reasonable and we were able to apply the online discount. One week later, toilet is operating normally. We'll definitely call Rocket again.

I emailed Z&H at 10:15pm on a Saturday night requesting information for a tankless water heater and Zorro responded back at 10:59pm with the estimate and a short description about the work being done. That's customer service right there emailing clients on a Saturday night!

Late Sunday evening, we had gotten back from being out for most of the day to find our shower backed up. . . with some sewage.  Needless to say a horrific find, but thank goodness for Junior and Flood Brothers Plumbing.  Junior kept us posted on his arrival and once there took him 15 minutes to address and handle the problem.  He is going to come back out to do a free camera inspection to see how severe the damage is and what if any next steps we may need to take.  Extremely professional, helpful and did not even charge us though I could not let Junior leave without something for his trouble.  I cannot stress how Flood Brothers are definitely my go to for plumbing as they do care for the customer and I do not feel ripped off in any way.  In fact, I gained.  Thank you Junior!!

I reached out to this company after hearing about their service from a friend. After speaking to Connie about the need to install seismic gas shut off valves due to the installation of our new roof (per Santa Monica City Code), I was so incredibly impressed with her service, level of expertise and willingness to help. Not only did she help educate me on what I needed, but actually called different vendors with me on the phone to help find other resources and quotes that might be cheaper than hers. I was completely blown away by this level of service. I will be keeping her information on hand and using them for our HOA when the need arises. A true professional and trusted partner. Thank you!

Our entire experience with Red Lilly was great. We had an old 'shower tower' in the bathroom that wasn't working anymore. We chose to replace it to avoid adding new plumbing. We were able to easily schedule the repair with Red Lilly on a timeframe that worked with our HOA. Our plumber was punctual, friendly, and professional. He handily tackeled all of the issues that arose in trying to replace a very outdated panel with the new one which turned out to have defective parts. Knowing the limitations of scheduling with the HOA and that we had guests arriving in a few days, he went above and beyond to get the job done. We will definitely call Red Lilly the next time we have plumbing issues.

I have always hated having to deal with plumbers.
Until my first experience with Ford's.  Literally.
First, it's a family-owned and operated business, and that goes a LONG way.
A year ago, things got backed up in our new (old) house in Culver City.  I called Ford's because the previous owner had used them.
Ryan Ford came out IMMEDIATELY and took care of everything, showing me the issue on the snake camera, quoting me exactly what I ended up paying, and giving me a warranty on the work.
Recently, things backed up again (but for a different reason). Robert Ford (and Ryan) came out IMMEDIATELY and showed me the problem on the camera, took care of it, and honored the warranty.  I have NEVER had plumbing service like this before...and I am a tough customer.
Highly recommend. Very satisfied.

We purchased our home about 6 months ago and have had plumbing issues ever since. We were referred to Prodigy Plumbing and they have been amazing!

The thing that stands out the most about this company is their honesty. We signed a contract for a certain amount to have some pipes replaced. When they were half way through the job, they realized they didn't have to replace as much pipe as they originally thought. So they lowered the price, which I thought was amazing because we would never have known either way. Something similar happened with a recent job we hired them for as well. Great plumbers are really hard to find and I am very thankful we found Prodigy. Thank you for the great work Steven, Jerry, Phil, Matt, Eliza and the rest of the crew!

Gas has been off three days now. The wife is getting tired of walking down to her sister's house to take a shower. I'm smelling ripe. I've called plumbers who I used for the master bath remodel and all I get is advice. I finally start calling every plumber in a 5 mile radius of me through Angie's List. I called Craig's Plumbing. He couldn't come today but he referred me to Carrera's Plumbing. Paxton came out 2 hours later with a second plumber, stayed over an hour, replaced a leaking water heater gas valve and checked all the above ground gas piping and only charged $165.00.

Before I called him I did run a check on his contractor's license at CA Consumer Affairs website license lookup. His license is active and he's bonded.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

We found out about John and R.J. Plumbing from his wife Karen who happened to be my wonderful nurse after surgery at LCM. Lucky for us, as we just had a water heater liner develop a large leak (of course it happened while we were gone). John was able to fit us it the very day we called, replaced the water heater (which was still under warranty!) and it was done so quickly. He is just a kind as his sweet wife, John is now our go-to plumber!

I was so lucky to find him on Yelp. His quote was much more affordable than others  and yet his work was impeccable and his service was 5 stars.  If you want top notch service at a very reasonable price you won't find better. I highly recommend him.

Rodrigo helped me place my gas line underground. He came and gave me the best valued estimate, and within a week of accepting the estimate, the work was complete. He was punctual, professional, affordable and responsive. I will definitely be contacting for any other work I need done in the future. Thanks Rodrigo!
