Best Water Heater Repair in Los Angeles CA
Had a really great experience with George and the Rishon plumbing team. My water heater had been making terrible rumbling noises and it was time to get it replaced. After doing some research and getting quotes from other plumbers, I called Rishon Plumbing. Within an hour, they were at my place and finished the job shortly thereafter. George was very courteous and mindful of keeping my place clean by putting down a drop cloth and shoe covers. Despite the fact that my water heater is on the 3rd floor and there are some narrow stairs, the guys finished the job without any issues and very quickly. After the job was done, George walked me through the work and gave me maintenance tips. I will definitely be using Rishon Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues I have.

I called Jose and immediately found a professional I could have confidence in. Jose is the owner, manager and leader who ensures you receive quality trustworthy service. Freddy did the inspect and was thorough, considerate and took his time to be sure everything is in working order. It was clear from my experience that Real Plumbing takes pride in their work.
My window was between 8:30-9am because Jose was squeezing me into an already tight workflow which I appreciated. At 9:07am no one had arrived so I called Jose and learned his team was running a little behind. Jose was gracious, apologized which was not necessary from my view because we all run late and over. He shared that he was already in contact with Freddy who was on his way. I mention this because I see negative reviews below about being late. I get that waiting on appointments is frustrating. So is traffic and unexpected plumbing issues so it's good to kindly call and inquire about delays and when I did I was met with more great customer service.
When Freddy arrived he was very respectful. Had shoe coverings, asked before moving things and took very great care of the space and left it clean as if he was never there. I do appreciated how aware he was.
I highly recommend Real Plumbing and am grateful they were my first call! Thank you Jose and Freddy for the peace of mind! If I ever need a plumber again I am coming to you!

My bathtub was backing up when I ran the water in the kitchen sink. I did a search on Google for plumbers in Culver City and out of several of them I read the Yelp reviews on My plumbing Doctor. I don't think I will use another plumber. From the time I called their office to make an appointment until Marty the plumber was done it was about 1 hour. Marty is professional, cleaned up where ever he workded, recognised the problem, got the right tools and explained the problem to me and took care it. I described the problem to his office, as It turned out it was the problem I described to them and they charged me what they quoted me on the phone.
I am putting them in My Contacts in my cell phone.

Amazing guy. Didn't charge me a cent. Here's the story: We had 10 people coming to our house for an event and I heard one of the toilets gurgling. That's usually a sign that the line is backed up and black grossness is about to come oozing from the tub and drain. I called Max, who answered the phone on one ring, told me his whereabouts and ETA and was here in less than an hour. He came, sniffed around, checked various drains, opened the cleanout valve, flushed toilets, sniffed some more, waited, watched, and concluded that the line was clean and that it was just an air bubble in the toilet and that all was well. He didn't charge me anything. I love when that happens. Thanks Max. Will call you again when the s*#t really starts to fly.

All I can say is I was blown away with the level of service I experienced with Brendan and a couple other team members at Flood Brothers. I would give way beyond 5 stars if I could. No one ever wishes to have to deal with a water leak in the home (or business, or anywhere) but when our tenant first discovered some water damage in our condo unit we immediately turned to Yelp in search of a plumbing company that could help us identify the source. I had to deal with this situation remotely so that was another factor. When I saw Flood Brothers' fantastic ratings and saw they also offer water mitigation/ dry-out services, I decided to give them a call to see what their availability was.
Given the nature of our water issue, they were able to send Brendan out within a few hours to visually inspect, with another person the following day to come cut into the drywall and conduct rigorous inspection to finally identify the root cause coming from the upstairs neighbor's HVAC. Brendan returned to the site to confirm then advised the tenants and upstairs unit how to stop the leakage until the unit could be fixed and they contained the area and set-up dry-out fans to eliminate the moisture.
Seems pretty standard but the reason I cannot sing enough praises is because of not just the efficiency but the level of communication and courtesy demonstrated by Brendan was beyond anything I've ever experienced for a situation like this. Brendan took it upon himself to play point between all the involved parties (myself, my tenant, and the upstairs neighbor) to ensure everyone was informed on the situation at all times. At one point, the upstairs had an HVAC company out and they had determined there was no issue with the system (even though there really was) and I was in communication with Brendan late into the night to ask more questions about what the leak could possibly be from and coordinating his return the next day to do more inspection/ troubleshooting on site. Brendan constantly made himself available to me and the building residents to answer questions and on multiple occasions re-routed his day so he could be on-site if needed. And he was always so friendly, informative and happy to help. Due to all the parties involved, there was even a delay in when we could have Brendan back to inspect post-dry out and he was nothing but accommodating.
I said it so many times throughout our ordeal - though I hope not to have to deal with this sort of thing for a long time to come, if and when I do, Brendan and the Flood Brothers will be my first call. Thank you team!

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. I reached out to Saucedo Plumbing and connected with Alberto who was prompt in returning my messages and was available to take care of the problem right awa. He said via text that he would be on site at 8am and guess what....he was! I was very pleased that he was on time. He took care of the problem and provided valuable feedback. Needless to say he provided excellent, prompt service, and going forward, I will be using his company.

Chris came and solved identified and fixed my problem for a fair price. I had a few plumbers come out before but Chris had the most fair pricing and seemed to be the most experienced. I will definitely be using Ace from now on!

Amazing service! As a female first time home buyer I always worry I'm going to be ripped off due to my lack of knowledge. I had a faulty tub/spout diverter. They came out for an estimate and showed me how simple it was to fix it so I could buy a new spout and replace it myself. Saved me $300 and I could not be more appreciative. I will definitely be using them for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future!
They also were super communicative when they were stuck at a prior site fixing something. They called and told me when they'd be able to make it and made sure that was ok. Then they called about 15 min prior to arrival so I was prepared for them. Super great service!

I highly recommend Victor. After a blocked sewer caused back up I found Victor and Yelp and he was at our home within a few hours. He did not charge me for the camera inspection which I really appreciated. I learned that the bad area was the old clay and with all my trees in the yard so I decided the best thing to do a new trenchless sewer as undoubtedly more roots would find their way into the old clay sewer line. The estimate for the repair was very reasonable and straightforward with no BS. I did give another plumber an opportunity to give me an estimate for the same job and they could not compete. We scheduled the job and Victor and the crew were on time ready to go.They dug 4 holes in 1 day in 110 degree heat and installed the new sewer line the next day. They filled the holes and cleaned up the yard like it never happened and we were good to go.
Victor is a real pro with a great crew. He has lived up to his excellent ratings!

We've had lots of different plumbers come to our house in the 15 years we've lived here, and without question Mike and his crew are the best. They are very professional, well-priced, and they always do a great job. They also show up when they say they will, which is hard to get these days.

I hired this company to install a $250 water filtration system. They sent two guys out to install it and I was charged $395. They installed the small faucet lopsided and the unit made a sound like a motor car. They sent two guys a week later to fix the problem. But the loud, spontaneous motor-like noise continued. They indicated that there was nothing they could do. I end up hiring water filtration company and a whole new unit. If this company cannot install a simple water filtration system, I'm not sure they could be trusted with a bigger plumbing job. I would not use them again for any plumbing problem.

Our water heater broke on a Saturday leaving us searching for repair on Superbowl Sunday. Z&H was one of the few responsive companies. Zorro walked me through our options over the phone and with some photos was able to provide a competitive quote. His team was able to come out the next day and replace our water heater. Very efficient and straight forward company!

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.
