Just got my water heater replaced by these guys. They quoted a time and price and they were the fastest, lowest, and made it sound super easy. They showed up exactly at the time requested, and was very polite and professional.
The work took exactly the amount of time quotes and the dude had everything he needed to complete the job with him and ready.
Then the bill came, and it was exactly the cost quoted, no surcharges or weird fees based on the work. Super easy process from beginning to end.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We have used Real Plumbers for everything from replacing our water heater, replacing our gas line system, repairing toilets, replacing faucets and more! Jose is the sweetest. He is easy to work with, knowledgeable, honest, timely, responsive, clean, efficient and does quality work. I can't say enough good things about our experiences with Real Plumbers. We have a plumber for life!

Came home to a plugged sewer line the other night. Called My Plumbing Doctor the next morning, and had a guy named Eddie over by 10am. He quickly found the problem had things working in short order. He even put up with my newbie plumbing questions. This is the second time that I have used their service, and continue to be very happy.

We had a backed up sink and shower drain, and after calling Max this morning, he showed up this afternoon to fix the issue. He was prompt, professional, and fairly priced-- and we would 100% recommend him to anyone in West LA looking for a reliable plumber.

Very responsive! I had an emergency situation at 4pm - all toilets not flushing and showers not draining. I called Flood brothers and they told me they would have someone out between 5 to 7 PM. An hour later, Brandon came to my home and did an excellent job and was very efficient and extremely polite. Excellent customer service and experience!

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. I reached out to Saucedo Plumbing and connected with Alberto who was prompt in returning my messages and was available to take care of the problem right awa. He said via text that he would be on site at 8am and guess what....he was! I was very pleased that he was on time. He took care of the problem and provided valuable feedback. Needless to say he provided excellent, prompt service, and going forward, I will be using his company.

Back again to give another 5-star rating for a quality experience! After so much back and forth with my HOA about fixes, Chris and Darcy were so patient with requests for new quotes and changes to the work order. I was able to schedule Chris to come out the same day my new dishwasher was delivered (within two days of purchasing it) and had it all hooked up before dinner time. They've done incredible work, and I will continue to use them for anything I need going forward. You won't regret doing business with them!

Chris and DeShawn came to work on a massive water line replacement. They were wonderful, and took care to show me every step in the process.

It wasn't cheap to fix my issue, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. Quality work, for sure.

Miguel did an incredible job at repairing two of our toilets in a quick and efficient manner. He even came back today to help repair an additional part of the toilet that required the purchase of two pieces. We are so grateful for his expertise and professionalism. Mike was great to work with! We had multiple issues for which we placed a claim through our home warranty. Mike was easy to communicate with,  worked with my wife and me to schedule a convenient time, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. He talked to us about what our issues were, helped us understand them, and quickly fixed them on his first visit to our house. We will be going to him with all our future plumbing needs!

I had a toilet with a cracked tank and wanted it replaced ASAP.  I contacted them (and several other companies) Wednesday night around 8:50pm via Yelp messages.  New Generation replied very quickly and immediately with a quote for the services (toilet pick-up from Home Depot, and then installation).  I didn't confirm immediately as I was checking with other companies as well.  I responded about 15 min later, but didn't get any more replies that night, which is understandable given the hour.  In the morning, at 8am, I replied again to get the conversation going.  They took my phone number through Yelp messages and someone called me about 20 min later.  At first, the person was unsure about the store pick-up as she said they don't usually do that, but I told her that I was given a specific quote (a fee just for the pick-up) and she immediately said that they'd honor that, then.  She scheduled me for an 11am-1pm service window.

I was happy to see that Martin and Charlie arrived at my door at 11:05am!  (I wanted to get this done early as we had plans later in the afternoon and I didn't want to get caught at home.)  They made very quick work of removing our old toilet and taking it out of the house.  Then, they brought in the new toilet and proceeded to get it all set up.

They were in and out in less than 2 hours.  I had considered trying to do this myself, but I'm glad I didn't try.  Toilets are heavy and it would have taken me a lot longer to figure out how to do everything.

I initially needed my water heater repair, but after further inspection by the plumbers, we ended up having to replace the whole unit.
Water heater replacement took less then 2 hours and the plumbers from Z & H did an excellent job. Very clean and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing services.
Definitely 5 star plumbers.

I didn't end up using this company but they responded promptly to my plumbing emergency with an email response. That's enough for me to use them next time I have a plumbing issue.
