Best Sink Repair in Los Angeles CA

I have hired Jose to find a leak in my house in Santa Monica. The contractor came out and found a leak. However, he couldn't tell me where it is so I had to schedule a second visit. After I ask about a quote on the leak so that I can submit it to my home warranty, Jose said he doesn't want to take the job anymore because of the way my voice sounded... I had to pay for the leak detection fee regardless. He initially told me that he can apply the leak detection fee to the repair cost, but since he doesn't want to take the job, there's no way to do that. In the end I'll have to find another plumber and pay them again to come out. It's a waste of my time and money.

I wanted to instal a bidet seat on a skirted toilet and found out very quickly that none of the included hoses or adapters would work.
I made an appointment with Plummer 2 the Rescue based on their hundreds of positive reviews and the experience was 5/5! George arrived right on time, identified the issue and talked me through the parts that would be needed to properly connect the bidet to the unwieldy toilet design.
The job went super smooth and the final install looks and functions great!

I would highly recommend Flood Brothers any time. No questions asked. Just ask for Brendan and Giulio. The two of them worked on my sewer under my house and did an excellent job. Very punctual, transparent and friendly. They also worked with my budget. They went above and beyond to find the exact type of shower head and tub spout that I wanted and they left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend these guys to anybody!

Alberto has a pleasant, friendly disposition. He came round at relatively short notice and gave me a reasonable quote on fixing my dripping shower which was beginning to drive me nuts. We made an appointment, and he showed up on time when he said he would. His co-worker Adam did the actual job, and worked quietly and efficiently at my home for a few hours. Alberto returned and they completed the job together. He explained the job they had done, and they cleaned up nicely before leaving. They did a nice job installing my shower and were professional and courteous at all times. The price was exactly as quoted, and there was no nonsense or messing around. Just what you want from a plumber. I am happy to recommend his services.

I was stunned by their quick response, I got a call back 2 minutes after reporting my problem , I had a leaked water heater which flooded my garage , it was really an emergency and they were able to come in 20 minutes to stop the leak and start their fix, I loved that they both showed up in masks and were very polite and understanding and handled everything promptly and efficiently .

I needed a quick fix and my man Kelly came through for same day service. He was able to cut off an old copper shut off valve under my kitchen sink which I had no luck with wrenching on. He was really cool and got straight to it and very friendly service. Would highly recommend for troubled with plumbing around the house.

My kitchen sink was leaking, I called a few plumbers and no one was available. I called new generation, Martin and his buddy came in 20 minutes, they didn't even charge for an on site estimate, while others charge $90 just to show up. I used them for a few times and they always come fast and fix it perfectly. Their work is efficient and reliable. I definitely recommend them.

Highly recommended! I had an overflowing toilet emergency at 6:00 on a Saturday evening. I read all the great reviews and decided to call Flood Brothers. Jerry was at my house in 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. Friendly, professional, and not at all phased when my dog joyfully jumped all over him. I know exactly who I'll be calling the next time a plumbing issue occurs!

First experience with sals plumbing was great. They came out super quick on this particular day they where here with in 40 min of my call. I was totally expected a longer wait time.  They came in fixed the problem quickly.

I had a toilet water leak in my condo last July.  Hiring the right plumber is not always a sure thing.  Plumbing companies come in a variety of quality and service levels.  Some are professional, have good reputations, and stand behind their work, and well, some don't.

So I checked Yelp, looking for the best company I could find, and based on the Yelp reviews, decided on 911 Plumbing.  They removed the toilet, repaired the drain pipe, changed the wax ring, reinstalled the toilet and all was well.  But in February 2016, I noticed water was again seeping through the caulk at the base of the toilet.  911 Plumbing had fixed it just 7 month ago, so I called them back. Just like the first time, the 911 plumber removed the toilet, changed the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. Since the warranty for the initial work was only for 90 days, I was charged for $150 for the second service call.

I didn't think it was fair, to be charged for the same repair in a short time, so I wrote a letter to 911. Greg from the Hollywood office called me after reviewed my repair record and my letter, and explained several possibilities unrelated to the initial repair, that could cause the toilet to leak again.  But then, as a gesture that shows why 911 Plumbing has such a great customer service reputation, listened to my concern, and gave me a full refund of the second service call.
 
While I may not know much about plumbing, I do know that if you're looking for a Plumbing company that is not only prompt, courteous, and professional, but also stands behind their work, look no further than 911 Plumbing.

Connie is AMAZING. We brought her in to check water damage next to our shower after several receiving rave reviews from a local mom group on FB and were not disappointed. She's super thorough and even went into our crawl space to make sure she had a full view of the issue. She also explained every step to us so we had an understanding of why she was checking different areas. She was very covid conscience and came to our door in a mask. I would hire her back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

We had a plumbing emergency and called Anytime Rooter.  Broc responded right away and he was at our house in Santa Monica within 2 hours as he promised.

He used a special camera and a viewing screen to show us the problem area. Explained all the process and hydro jetted the tree root that was clogging the pipe.

Broc was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. On top of that, they were neat and tidy. They hosed around our front garden to make the area clean after hydro jetting.

I will absolutely recommend Broc to everyone. He is not just an amazing plumber but also cares about what he does and he is a great person.

Wallace returned again!  He's quick on his feet to respond and react. I emailed him at 10 AM he got to my place at 3 PM. My pipe was overflowing and he fixed it within minutes at a reasonable price.  Second time I called him and will keep calling him if something happens. I have him on speed dial

Roughly a month has passed since Ford's visit which I reviewed (attached herein).  Yesterday, the bathroom sink (which they supposedly repaired last month) became clogged again.  I took matters into my own hands this time and opened up the drain.   I've attached a photo of completely corroded tailpiece fitting  along with a corroded bottom of my drain.  

This is supposedly the drain that Ford's Plumbing 'fixed' during their $1,300 highway robbery.  As you can see in the photos, this level of corrosion did not happen in a month.   From what I would guess, they didn't even look at the drain.

I was too generous with my previous review, giving them the benefit of the doubt.  However, this level of negligence is one star worthy.

Call these guys at your own risk.  Personally, I'm staying very far away.
