Cool breeze heating and air tech is a complete life saver! We have been out of ac for 3 days and the temperature in our house reached 85 degrees with the windows open. The worst part was we have a 3 month old, and a 1 and a half year old so it got very uncomfortable for them to the point where they weren't getting sleep. I called Pedro (the owner of the company) and he was very polite over the phone and seemed concerned for me and my family. Pedro kept us updated on when he would be able to make it out to our house and was true to his word which was very nice unlike other companies that give you a huge window of when they will be there and show up at the last minuet. As he worked on our ac unit he told us what was wrong and explained it for us to easily understand it and talked with us about a solution to completely fix the issues. Over all this company was on time, very polite, and a great positive experience. I would totally recommend Cool Breeze to a friend!

They are amazing! They are honest people that knows their stuff. They fixed our clogged tub and replaced our old piping in the bathroom sink. They noticed something leaking behind our walls and informed us right away. They are so reasonably priced I was shocked. The last plumber that tried to snaked our sink quoted us $2300 to replace piping in the sink and bath tub when the bathtub doesn't need replacing. I'm so glad we chose Jim Bertolino and son. We will be using them again!

My husband is in the military, so we are out of state for a couple years. We're renting out our house in VA Beach. When the tenants' water bills looked ridiculously high, we called Blessing's Plumbing about figuring out the problem. Initial experience was fine. We were told that a toilet upstairs was running and would need to replace Mansfield flush valves. Owner, Craig, suggested we replace valves on all four toilets, as they were known to be faulty. Offered to do this at the low price of $1130.00! Eeek. No thanks. Well, we'd been dealing with this toilet issue for too long and wanted to get it fixed for our tenant ASAP, so we agreed to fix the faulty toilet at some ridiculous price. I forget how much exactly, but about $350. We kind of felt like we were probably being ripped off, but again, we just wanted it fixed.
We had the work done, but a few weeks later, my father-in-law checked it out and said it was still running unless you lifted the handle. No big deal; I figured the plumber would send someone back out to finish the job. Well, he did...I thought we were good to go. BUT then the secretary called me and said we owed $80+ for the work! I was outraged. She said they'd replaced the toilet handle/lever, and they were only charging me for the part. I said there must be a mistake because no one called me to ask if they could do more work above what we'd agreed to. I said I wanted to talk to the owner and see an invoice. I didn't get either, but a month or so later, I got another call asking for payment. Not wanting to mess up our credit, I paid the bill. I also emailed the owner. A quick Google search will show you that a handle for a toilet costs less than $10. What a scam! The owner never replied to my email, and when we finally got the invoice, it was just the amount owed, not an itemized bill. I'd love to see the receipt for a toilet handle/lever that costs $80+.

I have been a customer of Buds for a long time. They installed both of my systems and have prepare maintenance on them twice a year. They have always been honest and explained any issues and provided me options. I have always been happy with the company to include the office staff, sales people and the technicians. I highly recommend them.

Platinum Plumbing came to my 86 year-old mother's home had a slow stopped up drain toilet . Never went under the house to see what the problem was. Ask him how much he thought it would be he never tell me so being in the situation I was in with my mother being as old as she was and had to have a toilet I went with it. He put a snake down the toilet to try to get it unblocked set in blocked and ran water in the sink and showed me that the water is going down. Long story short I called them back because it stopped up again they said they were going to come on Monday that didn't happen call them back trying to get some of my money back because I had to call another plumber they've been pushing me around on that never did see any money back charged me $500 which I thought was crazy said they have snake fee. That's because they went to Home Depot and rented it you would think establish company would have the own. I called the company to complain they would never do anything about it I'd already gotten someone else to fix it and cost me half the price. I asked for $300 back because they did not do the job correctly they would not give me anything money back. Secretary his wife said one of them wound call me back never heard nothing from them this is just bad business

Please avoid them at all costs. If you were referred to them by American Home Shield cancel that request immediately.
Our pipes underneath our sink came apart so naturally we contacted AHS to send out a plumber. Two guys came out and looked at it and immediately says, They aren't up to code. Too many 90 degree pipes... He then proceeds to explain that they will have to cut into the back of our island wall to install the new pipes and said 9/10 your home warranty won't cover it, but if you pay cash now I'll cut you a deal.... UM. EXCUSE ME?!? We immediately got a second option, and what do you know?!? The first guys were full of B.S.. Our pipes are fine and it's an easy fix.
Thank god AHS refunded our money back because the two guys from Patriot Plumbing did absolutely nothing.
Again, I URGE you to avoid this company!

What a terrible experience and a HUGE rip off! DO NOT HIRE!
A neighbor recommended this company and when I called the man was very friendly and assured me that someone would come out to my home to take a look at a leaking supply valve on my toilet. I asked for someone to call me before they came out to my home so I could make sure to be there.
A few hours later I receive a call. It was a different person and he said he was at my home and I said I was 5 minutes away and to please wait there. When I got home, the guy had parked in my driveway and I thought that was a little rude but whatever, I parked on the street and asked the young man how he was doing that day, he replied with, Oh, I just wish this day was already over. It was about 1 p.m. and that's just something you don't tell a customer.
He went to look at the toilet and I told him that the valve probably needs to be replaced and he said he'd look at it. It took him no more than 5 minutes and he came out and said the bolt just needed to be tightened. I said that my husband had done that before he left on deployment and that we're pretty sure the valve needs to be replaced - it's old. His response was that the tightening of the bolt should do it but he agreed it did need to be replaced, just not today but to call them back when it does. WHAT?! So I have to wait until water just rushes out and floods my bathroom and then call them?! I asked him how much I owed him for tightening a bolt - $90 for the hour. I told him it wasn't even an hour and he said he had to charge me the hour.
I didn't have a check so I was charged 5% extra and when the young man was charging me he had zero idea how much 5% of $90 was for the total so I had to do the simple math for him. I joked that this was an expensive lesson for me to learn and he replied with, I've had even more expensive lessons - like $2,000 expensive - I'll never make those mistakes again. OK. What?! Did he commit some kind of crime?! I'm not sure I'd be throwing that info out but then I also thought this guy might be some petty criminal and I've just let him into my home.
I then called the owner and told him how excessive a cost it was for such little work and time and he graciously (sarcasm) removed the 5% charge. I also told him the valve really needed to get replaced but he said he would come out again and I said not if he is going to charge me again when it should have been done that same day.
I let my husband know what happened and he decided to call him from his deployment station and Mr. Barnett assured my husband that he would replace it at no cost and would come by the house at the end of the week. Well, the end of the week came and went and no valve replaced and no word from Barnett. I did call him and he must have my number flagged because there was no answer. I left a message and I received no call back or text.
What type of company is this guy running? The previous review is evidence that this guy is probably doing more stealing and lying than actual plumbing work. I would not recommend this business to anyone and would give it ZERO STARS because he's not worth even one.
