Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Neil performed a toilet installation and installed some spacers between the back of the tank and the wall upon my request.  My appointment was on short notice since the old toilet was leaking, so he had to return a few days later for the spacers.  Mr. Neil was punctual and communicative about his ETA for both appointments, removed the old toilet (and schlepped the new one up a flight of stairs), and cleaned up the work area. I do plan to hire him again for future projects.  His rates were very reasonable and this is a great way to support a local, BIPOC-owned business.  I will follow up with photos of future projects as appropriate.

MEP Home Services was a lifesaver! Two days before Christmas in our home and we had plumbing issues that could have effected our whole holiday weekend...but MEP Home Services graciously took our call and helped us out of our bind! We had the on-call plumber come to our home and he was great and was able to fix everything. Mike was very smart and capable at his job and wonderful at explaining what he was doing to help! I am a Realtor® and had a plumbing leak show up from two old washer water lines in one of my listings. I had called a handyman that agreed to meet me first thing Mon. morning. Two and a half hours later I left a message​ for him not to bother showing up.

I called Petit Plumbing. Todd was in the area and said he could be there by 11:30. He said he could work this job in before his next appointment.

Todd showed up on time, gave me an estimate and got started. From the beginning, ​it was obvious Todd was a professional who was going to take the time to do the job right. Not only did he do the job right but was very respectful of the home and cleaned everything up at the end. The original estimate was for 2 hours and he ran a bit over that but said I quoted you a price for 2 hours and that's what I'm charging. Gotta love a tradesman that sticks to his estimate.

Todd and Petit Plumbing have definitely​ earned a spot on my preferred go to vendors'​ list.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work in the industry and I know what the price range is for this for job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I hate to write this review but after 2 attempts at getting a plumber to show for 2 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS I am left with the only option of providing a fair warning!!!!!

I need to stress that I get when multiple ppl are handling appointments, lines can get crossed so I provided grace & understanding and reached out to them again even though I was never given a courtesy call for the no call no show. I moved my day around both days to no avail. My final attempt to communicate with this company was received with a we had a bigger job, and I'm doing you a favor at even calling you back after hours sort of response. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

The communication with Performance Plumbing at the beginning was rough to say the least and left a sour taste... HOWEVER, after talking with Mike, we were able to work things out and get them over to provide us an estimate ASAP (and at our convenience)!

He was extremely professional, nice, and apologetic for how things were initially handled. He provided a very thorough, top notch estimate and you could tell he's had tremendous experience in the industry! We received an estimate less than a day later (probably close to 12 hours after he visited the house).

If you're looking for a plumber in the area Mike and Performance Plumbing are extremely promising and a company I would definitely consider in the future! Thank you again!!!

My hot water heater had a problem with its pilot light. My technician, Joe (2181), was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the problem and gave me a quick tutorial on how the hot water heater works. If I need any more help with my gas-powered appliances, I will certainly request him.

Great job. Very neat. Very fast. Very personable. Jack's son and helper fixed a leak in a very old shower head and snaked a slow bath tub. Showed up on time. 3 man company so you know you're getting the same people.

Called left a message to have them come out and check my hot water line to my kitchen sink. Got a call back a few hours later, no issues. He said he had availability the next day between 9-11. I said I had an appointment at 10:30 and wouldn't be available after 10. He said that shouldn't be an issue and said he or another plumber would be there between 9-10 to work on the issue. Next day came, no one showed up, no one called to let me know they wouldn't be coming out. NOTHING. Was recommended this company by a close friend and love to support small businesses first. Beyond disappointed in the lack of professionalism showed by this company. My friend felt bad that she recommended them and they didn't bother to show up or call. Thankfully Atomic Plumbing had availability they same day and was at my house within 2 hours with the problem fixed within an hour.

We needed to add a gas line so we can switch from an electric to gas stove.  Just Plumbing delivered top notch professional courtesy beginning with administrative intake when I called all the way through to the completion of the job.  The estimate was timely.  The execution of the services was absolutely SUPERB!  There was great teamwork and communication at all levels between on site supervisor and technicians.  Not only do I recommend them for any of your plumbing/gas needs, but I would want to work for an organization like this!!!!!!

The were sent to us by our warranty company paid from our power bill to replace a bad water heater.  They came on Friday night to assess the situation, replaced the water heater on Monday morning.  Excellent job, very professional, timely, and courteous.  I had totally the opposite experience from the previous review.   Good job!

I have used AT Large Plumbing twice. One both occasions they were quick, professional, clean and fair. 2nd job had to be quoted (due to cost ) the job was completed in a timely manner and well under their quote.  I will not hesitate to call them again.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Funny that 2 of the reviews are from Melissa Bond herself.

Can not comment on quality of work considering it is now 3:20pm and we have not seen the plumber that was scheduled to come at 9:30am. Several calls have been made and we were told of course, the job took longer than expected. No consideration that people have to take off work. Will they reimburse for a days wages. If they were held accountable they would not yank people's chains the way they do.
Finally came at 3:30 and did not have the proper equipment to do the job.
