We had a gushing water pipe in the crawl space and called at about 8:15 am.  The guys were at our house by 9:30 (latest) and got it sorted out in about an hour and a half, including running out for a part.  They were nice and professional, and wore masks and everything.  When they the total charged, I said I thought it would be more, and the big guy said, We're not like those other guys.  I couldn't agree more.  We will call them the next time we need a plumber!

Called over the phone for a braided supply line to install a bidet which required one over the existing rigid supply line. They knew exactly what size I needed. I drove over purchased it and had completed the installation without any issues. The staff was very friendly and informative. They gave me useful tips on removing and installing the supply lines. Excellent service and attention to detail helped me knock out one of my home projects without a hitch!! I highly recommend these folks for your plumbing questions and needs. They are more than willing to help you out. And their prices are very reasonable! Call ahead to speak with someone before driving out just to make sure. I have been here many times and have always had great service and help from them! They are professional as well as friendly!

I had a kitchen sink emergency - large back up with water coming back into the sink. Called on a Sunday and was told that the emergency rate was $249 for the call + that per hour for the labor charge. I received a text message with a clear window for when the technician would arrive, and he arrived on time per the text message. Logan did a great job getting the drain cleared out and back to functioning in an efficient amount of time.

I went ahead and signed off on the tablet, and then later received my bill, which actually charge me $100 more than the quoted rate! Thus, between the service call and the hourly rate, I was charged $150 more than the original quote on the phone when I booked the appointment. I'm happy the problem was solved, but I dislike companies that aren't honest about fees upfront and then change them on the back end. Probably my fault for not scrutinizing the tablet billing system more rigorously, but there were many click through issues and I only received the final number.

For the actual service Logan provided - a solid 4-5 stars. For the interaction with the company and the billing 1 star. I'll likely find another company for my next plumbing emergency need.

Very unprofessional! They say their coming and don't show, several days later they show up. We have to use them because of the gas co is using them as a contractor for the gas meters.  The work area was not left the way they found it, (leaving a gate open is a big no no!!!) and one of the workers did nothing but stand around smoking cigarettes on the property the entire time, and did I mention they are working with gas meters?!?!?  Would not recommend this company at all!

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! My experience with Curtis Key Plumbing was very distasteful and left and extremely bad taste in my mouth, April 18, 2017 I had a scheduled appointment for 0700 and at 0721when the contractor had not shown up I reached out to the company and I was given the total run around for 15 mins and then told someone would be at my house within the hour, so my already planned out day had to be readjusted to meet the needs of this PLUMBING COMPANY I thought it was all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. When then contractor finally showed up I asked was my appointment sent for 0700 and he acknowledged yes it was schedule for 0700 and he had no explanation of why there was a no show and that he was tasked with coming over to my residence at 0730 so that is why he is over a hour late. throughout the wait process I spoke with the organization 3 different times and requested for a supervisor to call me and as of now 10:02am I have not spoken to anyone or a supervisor for compensation for the work being done at my home. After finally getting a hold of someone (not a supervisor) I was told that the owner Curtis never reaches out and speak with customers and it rare if a supervisors returns calls. I believe this to be UNSAT. I do not recommend others utilizing this organization for future plumbing jobs.

The two technicians showed up at my house.  I showed them a photo of the crawl space repair needed.   I think I could have fixed it in an hour...easy fix for a plumber.  The technicians lied to their boss about making up access issues so they could get out of the repair at 2:30pm.  The never asked me about access.  I caught them in this very inconvenient lie.  Go somewhere else for your plumbing fixes.  I feel sorry for the business owner who believes his lying techs.
