Loved the service we received.  Quickly repaired a valve that had been underperforming for years.  Calling them for future plumbing needs.  Thanks.

They charged $700 to install a showerhead for a client. When I called them on it, they got very ugly and rude. Off my vendor list. I am a private property manager.

The initial fix did not actually fix my bathtub leak and two weeks later (Friday, November 8th) Blessings sent another plumber out to take a look at why my bath tub was still leaking.  I called on Thursday and was told someone would be out the next day - I got a call from their office at 8am Friday and was told someone was headed right over.

This time they sent Scott, who was very friendly, polite, and efficient (he's pretty damn cute too).  He found that their initial fix wasn't the exact cause of the leak though it may have been a leak, it wasn't my main problem which was causing my bathtub upstairs to leak onto my ceiling downstairs and drip into my living room... not good.  The fix needed was much more in-depth than the prior one I had paid $220 for so he had to leave and go get some supplies from their office and come back.

Overall it took him about 3-4 hours to complete this fix - and he was able to do it without cutting into my ceiling downstairs which is a plus.  I know it was harder for him to do it that way but I'm glad he went the extra mile and tried because it's already bad enough paying for this - I'd rather wait on the ceiling if possible.

When I asked how much for this fix he advised that he was not billing me today and would go back and talk to his boss, Mr. Blessing about the issue since they didn't fix it the first time they came over and I would see how much, if anything, I would be billed after that.

This past weekend I received a bill in the mail for $595 for the fix but it said no balance due per Mr. Blessing so they had decided not to charge me for what I knew would be an astronomical fix based on the amount of work I saw Scott doing and also because he spent more than a few hours at my house.

I think this was handled well because the fix wasn't right the first time and I had indicated I had already spent money on plumbers who hadn't fixed this for me when I initially spoke to Mr. Blessing on the phone, and their non-fix caused my bathtub to continue leaking into my ceiling even after the first pair came to fix my tub.

While talking to Scott I found that this is mostly a company of rather tight-knit employees run by Mr. Blessing with some who have worked there for 8-10 years.  I like that.  Scott is one of those plumbers so they sent the big guns out to me when my tub wasn't fixed right the first time, which is fine by me because it's been almost a month and I haven't noticed any leaks since so I think he finally fixed it.

I asked Scott about replaced my kitchen faucet when he was done fixing my tub and he answered all my questions and spent some time going over what I needed and what he recommended when I was ready to change it out.

All in all - I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, prompt service, and customer treatment I have received from this business.  Although there was a slight mistake they handled it with professionalism and class and treated me very well.

I'll be a long time customer I can promise you that.

We needed a plumber over the weekend and well, I picked this company by the name on their van. As it turns out, it's the owners last name. When I was quoted the weekend emergency rates, I decided to wait and have them come out Monday, because we have a perfectly good bathroom at the other end of the house.

Well, after some confusion, the plumber came out to help, examined my house. Told me what needed to be done. Do I think they are expensive? I don't know, never had to use one before this year. Would I use them again? Sure. Why? Because Mat, the plumber came to my house, listened to what I had to say, walked and examined everything. Then came to a conclusion and thoroughly thought about how to solve the problem before telling me what he thought he should do.

That's the main reason I would use them again. He was respectful of me, he listened and came to a reasonable conclusion. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My husband is in the military, so we are out of state for a couple years.  We're renting out our house in VA Beach.  When the tenants' water bills looked ridiculously high, we called Blessing's Plumbing about figuring out the problem.  Initial experience was fine.  We were told that a toilet upstairs was running and would need to replace Mansfield flush valves.  Owner, Craig, suggested we replace valves on all four toilets, as they were known to be faulty.  Offered to do this at the low price of $1130.00!  Eeek.  No thanks.  Well, we'd been dealing with this toilet issue for too long and wanted to get it fixed for our tenant ASAP, so we agreed to fix the faulty toilet at some ridiculous price.  I forget how much exactly, but about $350. We kind of felt like we were probably being ripped off, but again, we just wanted it fixed.
We had the work done, but a few weeks later, my father-in-law checked it out and said it was still running unless you lifted the handle.  No big deal; I figured the plumber would send someone back out to finish the job.  Well, he did...I thought we were good to go. BUT then the secretary called me and said we owed $80+ for the work!   I was outraged.  She said they'd replaced the toilet handle/lever, and they were only charging me for the part.  I said there must be a mistake because no one called me to ask if they could do more work above what we'd agreed to.  I said I wanted to talk to the owner and see an invoice.  I didn't get either, but a month or so later, I got another call asking for payment.  Not wanting to mess up our credit, I paid the bill.  I also emailed the owner.  A quick Google search will show you that a handle for a toilet costs less than $10.  What a scam!  The owner never replied to my email, and when we finally got the invoice, it was just the amount owed, not an itemized bill.  I'd love to see the receipt for a toilet handle/lever that costs $80+.

Would strongly not recommend. Got charged an exhorbitant amount to unclog a stopped-up double sink to our master bath. We have a chronic problem mostly due to poor ventilation design on an old (1976) house (not the plumber's fault, obviously). Although the technicians did a good job, they decided to tear up a wall without clearing it with me to get to the T and install an access point to snake the clog. 3-1/2 hours later and a $615 bill put me into shock mode. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality work as long as I know what I'm paying for beforehand (i.e., including a bill that wasn't itemized). Tried to call Mr. Blessing for an explanation but never received a call back.

STAY AWAY! The lack of professionalism, wanting to charge people a ridiculously insane amount for work not done, not showing up and lying about being there and the piss poor attitude was a huge turn off.  Remember...WE pay YOU.  YOUR INCOME depends on customers.  There's a million of you, locally, who do a MUCH better job without the nasty attitude who actually show up.  Your name must be a play on words.  I wish we could give you -10 stars.  I believe the term 'you just suck' is overly fitting in your case.

Sorry but you need an estimate before he does the work. This was my friends first condo and she's a young girl working hard and pays her bills but $700 for a half an hour work is way too much!!!

Blessing plumbing recently did some gas hookups for our fireplace and Blackstone flattop.  Very happy with the quality work and professional crew.  Highly recommend.

We've had the pleasure of having Mat from Blessings service our home on two occasions. He arrived promptly and on time. Mat was super professional and friendly while addressing our plumbing issues. He was genuine and provided sound feedback on our needs and even upcoming home improvement projects. Mat is a trustworthy representative of Blessings. We would recommend both him and the company.

I had the great misfortune of having the hot water heater go out right before new year.  I waited until the first work day after the holiday and requested help.  Blessings Plumbing is great.   I got a good price and quick service.  Scott the plumber that came out - was friendly and courteous and he even took his boots off at the door.  He set up mats for the work area.  I have experience with mechanical work and was impressed with his workmanship and persistance with getting the job done right.  When the factory parts failed - he fixed them and he made adjustments to the job to fit my needs and the needs of this old house.  I can not say enough about the positive workmanship and attitude - even when the job ran a lot longer than it was supposed to be.  They kept the quoted price even though the work took hours more than figured.  Scott took extra care with some of my old house oddities and got the job done - clean and neat and working great.  I whole heartadley reccomend this plumber for any job.  I have more work needed in the future and for sure will call Blessings Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about this company. In November 2013, 2 days before Thanksgiving I woke up to a puddle of water on my downstairs floor. Come to find out the pipe to my water heater in the attic broke and flooded my master bath ceiling upstairs, and the dinning room ceiling, and also destroyed my downstairs flooring. I had the infamous quest plumbing throughout my entire home which I discovered after cutting out wet dry wall had already had a lot of repairs. After initially getting the pipe in the attic repaired, I decided I needed to invest and get all the plumbing in my house replaced with pipes that didn't have million dollar law suits.

I called a lot of different companies and Blessing's Plumbing was actually the first company I called. Scott came out, was professional, and took his time measuring. However, I didn't immediately pick Blessing's because I thought the quote was high. However, after having numerous plumbers and companies out at my house, it was clear Blessing's Plumbing was offering a fair price and was definitely the most qualified.

I called Mr. Blessing mid February to accept the quote. Scott and Bobby started doing work in March. And, man, these guys were great!!!! They took their time on everything. I mean, they are like plumbing artists! I felt that everything they did had fore thought and was planned. Not like they were just cutting a bunch of holes in my walls. They left my house cleaner than they found it every day they left. They replaced all the pipes inside my home and installed a tank less water heater. Bobby took his time to do a little reconstruction in my attic to make the tank less water heater fit nicely. Scott took his time installing the gas regulators on my appliances. He saw an issue installing the regulator on the range, and instead of rushing the job, he took his time and came back the next day to make sure it was done right.

In addition, the gentlemen that Mr. Blessing recommended to repair the holes from installing the new plumbing did an amazing job. I wasn't expecting to have the texture on my ceiling fixed, and this guy matched up popcorn and textured ceilings perfectly. I thought I was just going to have to re-texture the ceilings.

I was so happy with this company that in June 2014 when I discovered a water leak at the water main at my street, I immediately called Blessing's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They had it fixed in a few days.

I've never before worked with a company I was so happy with. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for my household plumbing needs. For those that complain about the receptionist and administrative staff...yes....there's a little bit of a disconnect between the plumbers and those answering the phones, but I'm telling you, these guys are awesome! Minor thing compared to the quality of work these guys provide.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Unless you like hanging around the phone or waiting for the proverbial cable company, don't bother trying to call them.  I've waited for six hours now and called back twice.  Friendly but not-particularly-helpful lady on the phone kept saying they will come sometime today.  I will instead go with another company.  Feedback to Blessings:  get an appointment book and act like your customers are calling with actual emergencies.

Their business practices have changed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. I've used Blessing's Plumbing in the past and had always been satisfied. They were prompt, did good work and were fair. Well, I don't know what happened between then and now, but my last experience with them was the worst I have ever had with a contractor.

I asked someone to call me, no one ever did. The technician was late. According to him, the woman answering the phone, Martha, got my name, phone number, and the name of my neighborhood wrong. He had not been informed properly of the work that I requested and immediately told me that he would have to charge an additional $150.00 to crawl under my mobile home. Before even looking at my issues he attempted to push additional costs and memberships fees on me. I had to remind him to put booties on his muddy shoes when he entered my home, he tried to tell me that I did not have a leak even though there was clearly water puddled under my home and I had watched it drip recently while the shower was running. After wasting more than 2 hours of my time, he couldn't figure out the problem, couldn't fix the problem, tried to tell me that the problem was my piece of crap toilet (his words) and tried to sell me a new one, he permanently scratched and ruined the toilet, broke my marble threshold and left the bathroom a mess.

Then he attempted to charge me more than $500.00 for the pleasure of the company's and his ineptness. When I refused he went outside to talk to his boss, something he did several times while at my home. He came back with a charge of $239.00 and told me that if I didn't pay it he would be fired and also promised to come back at no charge with a camera and try to figure out the problem. He told me that the woman at the office, Martha, was probably thinking about the upcoming holiday and that was why she wasn't paying attention and had unkind things to say about his bosses as well as other plumbing companies while he was in my home. I paid under protest and was then informed that he did not have the camera and suggested I call the office to schedule him to come out another time. Once he left I called the office, only to find out that they were already closed for the holidays and according to the answering service, would not be back until the following week. This was 3pm on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.

No one ever called to reschedule the plumber or send someone out with a camera. I've left multiple messages and spoken to the office twice and have been summarily ignored. The last time I called, the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional, poorly handled, and upsetting experience I've ever had with a company like this and I guess I will have no choice but to report them to the proper authorities and pursue legal action to cover my losses.

This company was outstanding! We had 4 prior estimates from large companies who did not follow code for tankless installation. Not only did they do an outstanding job, we saved money. The techs were professional, communicated regarding the job and cleaned up after their work.  They are now my go to for any future work.

Mr Blessing and his team of professional and educated men did a awesome job.
Replaced all the plumbing under a slab foundation. It was a job. They were friendly and trustworthy.
I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond for sure.
Truly a Blessing.
