Best Plumbing Services in Virginia Beach, VA
Our home central AC stopped cooling in the middle of the recent heat wave. Came out after normal working hours and got us cooling before dark. Thank goodness. We highly recommend A B Parker & Son. They are professional and courteous. The BEST.

No lie, I love these people. Have used them for 12+ years, and have nothing but good things to say. Responsive, thorough, personable, and capable. We lived in a 100+ year old house, and they tackled issues no one else would touch. And they are so darn nice!!!

I never thought about giving a review to a plumber, but recent experience shows you can find bad or lazy or sloppy plumbers, but it is hard to find a good plumber. I found one! This guy shows up on time, is meticulous and through in his work and bills fairly. I had Johnny do one project for me, he has at least one to two more just from me. He was referred to me by real pros in the business, and they were actually right. He is the best I have found locally and I would encourage you to give him a try.

My first encounter with Justin was during a bathroom remodel in which I already had a hired plumber. He looked over the work that was done, said it was subpar with cut corners, and confronted the plumber for me getting him to re do the work for no charge. He earned my respect and has had PLENTY of my business since then.
Justin has consistently provided top notch work at my home. He responded to an emergency sewage issue that two other companies couldn't fix, installed a tankless water heater, removed the boiler, installed a brand new gas line and made all the new connections look stellar, replaced replaced toilets... and more. There hasn't been a issue he wasn't able to fix and charges far less than major companies. Anyone that can match his pricing isn't going to get the job done correctly.
I can't recommend Justin and Flotech Services enough! He's now taken care of friends and family and everyone thanks me for the recommendation. So glad he FINALLY set up Yelp so I can for all recognize him!

Mine is just an observation, of professionalism and what I perceived as genuine concern and pride in a job well done.
The team work of the persons at the site and the patience of the guy leading to explain their progress and the vision of the task at hand... I found to be impressive.
Should I own a home/ have a home built, or be abreast of someone in the process of needing their services.. I have the number on hand

Ali-Cor has come to my rescue twice, once with a clogged sewage drain system and then with a broken toilet. Ali-Cor was there fast and finished the repairs in a timely and efficient a manner with a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anybody.

I want to say that this company was a GOD SEND. I woke up at about 2/3 am Feb 18th (yeah giving the date so you know this was recent! Lol). went to my restroom and bathroom and tub were in ruin. Water just everywhere from tub and toilet. I immediately had a breakdown because I have NEVER dealt with that, especially on my own lol. I got on Yelp to search, and immediately found this company and requested a quote. They squeezed me in on a Friday last minute, and were so kind. I was in tears when Justin arrived. He immediately greeted me, and asked where everything was, and went to work. He was fast, friendly, hardworking, and let me in on everything. I was so nervous about pricing because I'm new at this stuff, and he even assured me he would make sure it was done well and would not bleed my pockets. (Sweet of him to say, but I already could tell he was an awesome dude!) he fixed the issue as fast as possible and was just amazing. I cannot thank this company enough. The gentleman answering the phones was awesome as well, I think he could tell I was panicking and was very kind with finding me a spot. Again, absolutely amazing business!!!

Came out and looked at plumbing job I needed. Agreed to date to do the work. 3 weeks later after 3 no shows told me they were understaffed and referred me to someone else.

I tried every plumber in town before I called them because other peoples reviews scared me, but no plumber would come out-- some didn't answer, some didn't call back, some were on vacation, and one said they were only taking existing clients. Finally called standard plumbing and they came right out and fixed my problem in under an hour for a very fair price. I should have called them first!

Though Mr. McDonald is pleasant to speak with there is too much going on with the company for them to even get out to see you. I spoke with him the day before they were supposed to come out & he stated he would call me in the morning to schedule a time in the afternoon. Nothing. Late afternoon I called him, no clue who I was nor the conversation that we had 18 hours earlier. I guess for us, we were lucky that it was on a semi-emergency & that we have more than 1 bathroom.
We have used them before with no real issues......but it will make me think twice before I will call them again, and that will NOT be any time soon

I wish there were zero starts!
I'm trying to think of something positive to start with... I guess the only thing I can come up with is that a human answered the phone when I called. It was all down hill from there.
I have a house that I rent out. My tennant called and said the AC wasn't blowing cold and water was coming out of the emergency drain line. Not knowing an AC company, I called A1 and told them about the problems.
They sent James out to work on the unit. James called me and said the unit was frozen and I would need freon. But, of course, he suggested that I should buy a new unit - especially since now this water is on it and it will probably rust! I told him it was the end of the summer and I just wanted to get the problems fixed for now and would consider a new system next spring.
The first problem was the price. He quoted me $450 for the freon! I said I thought that was high, but he told me it would cover 3 pounds. I asked what if the system didn't need 3 and he said that was the minimum. That included the trip fee... if he didn't fix it, I would owe $78. I realized that if I called someone else, I would have to wait, pay twice, so I reluctantly agreed. He added the freon and said the unit was working.
The next day, I got a call from my tennant and he said the AC was working but the drip line was still clogged. I called A1, they said James would have to call me back about it. When he called back, he said he didn't know about the drip line!!! WTF, not only did I tell him, my tennant told him and he even tried to sell me another unit because the water was sitting in there. He then had the nerve to tell me he could come out to clear it for $276.
Upset about it, I called the office. Granted it was a Friday at 3:00... they said no managers were available to talk to me but one would call me first thing on Monday. It's now Wednesday evening and no one has called. I went to the house with my shop vac and some tape. I was able to get the line dripping again, thankfully. And it didn't cost me $276.
These gusys are jerks, don't care about customer service and a massive rip off. Don't use them!!!!!
