Had a great experience with a team from Legacy Plumbing today. Both Johnny and Aarin were knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. Together they quickly assessed our issue and found the source of our problem. This team was professional and I wouldn't hesitate in calling them again for any other plumbing issues. 5 stars for sure!

My pump went out and I called Weston, he had someone to my house within 30 minutes! He had my pump replaced by 2 o'clock that day. I would highly recommend them! The guys were very professional and sweet! You won't go wrong using Wyatt Pump!

Overall, great experience. We signed up for the regular maintenance to have our furnace and air conditioner checked. I knew I should be doing it in the Spring and Fall and the price for it yearly, made it a no brainer. Our air conditioner decided to die, which was 18 years old, so we were just waiting on it to go. They gave us a bunch of options on replacing and explained in detail the benefits of different options. We decided to go with a middle of the road option. They had great financing options and were even able to get installed next day. I was so impressed with how quick they were and everything was digital and simple. We have only had the new system a week, but can already tell how much quieter and efficient it is. It looks so much better in our attic, it was such a mess before. Michael and Dean were fantastic and we will continue to use them.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is. Called Dial One Johnson to do the job. Everything went smooth. They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885. Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

They answered the phone How can I put a smile on your face? That instantly reassured me that they were in business to solve my problem: a ruptured water heater. I needed a replacement today, not tomorrow, and C&W dispatched a master plumber who arrived by noon. I got the 12-year Rheem replacement unit with a year warranty on the labor. Robert had the unit in his truck. He was done in about five hours. The job was seamless. He was efficient, clean, professional, and quiet. The most noise I heard was the occassional burp of his blow torch firing up. I wrote a check, shook his hand, and off he went with the discarded water heater that was 38 years old. The new unit is operating like a charm and the total cost was about what I expected for a top-line replacement. C&W turned what could have been a day of disaster into a happy upgrade. Now that's service!

Sadly my attempt to use their services were met with I'm booked solid for over a week, this is what happens when you are not staffed properly. It can cause loss of serious loss of potential customers, I know I won't ever call again. There ARE others who have staffing
