$400 to pump a 1,000 gallon tank. Spoke with Phil and Marc came out the same day I called. Did a line stress test and then got to work. Took about 45 minutes and they didn't have to drive on our yard. Highly recommend every 5-7 years!

They are amazing! Called them and  they came out immediately. They gave me an amazing price and completed the work quickly! I will be using them from now on because they are trustworthy and do a great job.

If you are looking for a legitimate master plumber, this is the spot! He's fast, honest, and he definitely knows his craft. Peradventure, thank you coming on a Thursday night and fixing our three compartment sink and other sinks right before our dinner rush!

If I could give this company a -5 I would. My tenant told my the kitchen sinks faucets is leaking so I look up to the closest plumbing company and thought it would be great to support the local business. However the next they the plumber name tony came. He told his it could be fixed but it could happened in the future ok........ that's how this scam company try to get you. All the gimmick tricks!

So he up sale her a new faucets. That cost 160$ which is the same one I can get less than 40$ on Amazon. But that's ok because we have to support our local small business right?

Btw I was not able to pick up the phone at that moments and my tenant just agreed to do it.
The worse part is they are changing us 600 dollar to put it in? 600$??????? For what? Replacing it and attaching all the tubes? And take them less than an hr!!! The equivalent of 10$ per minute? And lawyers and doctors that spent hundreds of thousands and 6 to 8 years would even make that much!!!

So when I called them back and explains what happened on the first time  even the women agreed it was a bit much, but will talk to the manager or owner. After two day I didn't got any call back so I reached out again. And this time I think I got on hold of the owner. And god he's awful!!!! Even I was so polite and explained to him.
He got the audacity and said that well your tenants agreed to the jobs so that how much it going to be!!!!!! What? Does that mean you can charge whatever you want and if you are stupid enough to agreed you can charge whatever the hell you want? So pls go out where and do not support this company! Ppl like him should not be in business. Greedy, greedy, greedy, and have no remorse

Other reviews on other sites gave them a good rating and I have to agree.  I called at 8:30 in the morning for a AC drain clog in the foundation and they arrived within the hour.  They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were honest.  They told me what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring again.  It just involved some do it yourself re-plumbing of the AC drain pipes.

Pablo is awesome!  Local one man outfit. He does a great job at a great price. He fixed a leak for me for $450 that was quoted at $1,400 by a larger company. He knows his stuff, great to work with, offers honest pricing and a warrenty. He will be the guy I call whenever I need something else done!

Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Mr. Gavin should you need some assistance in the HVAC area. Thank you again.

I scheduled service for them to check my AC system.  I informed them on the phone that I had a coupon for the tune-up ($49).  They were late coming.  I understand that every job won't be completed on time, but they didn't call to tell me they were running late until it was 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment time.  I had other vendors to meet with and errands to run.  They said they would call me when they were leaving Garland which is at least one hour from my home (if you use the toll longer if you don't use the toll).  

I had plenty of time to run some errands from the time they called me.  They called me, not when they were en-route as they promised, but after they had arrived at my home and didn't get an answer to the doorbell.  Fortunately, I was only 10 minutes away.  They seemed very knowledgeable (There was 2 of them.).  They spent some time in the attic as well as inside my home checking out the thermostat and the filter.  They checked the outside unit and different parts and told me that I needed 2 pounds of Freon.  I agreed for them to put it in.  

After they had finished putting the Freon into the unit, they told me that I actually needed 4 pounds.  Instead of spending the $49 that I expected to spend, I ended up spending $180 (They said they wouldn't charge for the maintenance checkup. I hope not after charging me for 2 pounds that I don't even know whether I received the additional 2 pounds or not.).  I can understand the possibility of needing 2 pounds, but I don't know or understand how it went from needing 2 pounds to 4 pounds in what is a fairly new unit (The unit is only 5 years old and isn't used very much during the summer.).

My last review was taken down. I assume many similar reviews have been taken down, and that's why Joe has all 5 stars.

Just reiterating, this man stole money from me. 3400 dollars for a tunnel he never dug, to a slab leak that the plumber who fixed my CLOG could find no trace of. North Dallas. He agreed to pay me back nearly a week ago, then stopped taking calls, or replying to texts.
