I had 2 previous plumbers out for a plumbing issue in my house that they both could not figure out. They tried multiple things (that cost me money) and the issue still remained. I was recommended by a family member to use Live Oak plumbing and Don came out to my house and discovered the issue in 5 min! He is a brilliant plumber. He takes the time to explain the issue and answer any questions. I am very impressed with his service. He will be my go-to plumber from now on and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I called them this morning so stressed out because we finally got water back today from our well and our garage ceiling started to leak due to a busted pipe. I had a leaky faucet in the bathtub.  I called a plumber who came out and wanted over $500 to repair it.  Fixer replied to my request for quotes on Yelp so I hired them.  I cannot be more pleased with the job they did.  The faucet is working as it should and at less than half the price the plumber wanted.  I will be using Fixer again!

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

I have relied on Kathlyn and her plumbers to perform various scopes of plumbing and sprinkler system work at my home for the past three years. They have consistently exceeded my expectations and always provide 5 star service.

I had an underground pipe leak, and I did not want to dig up the floors. They installed pex through the attic, and I saved the cost of tile and wood flooring having to be replaced. The staff member working on the job was professional and very diligent in his work. We have had no problems since the work was completed, and I feel confident the work was done right.

Had to call ABC for an after hours call on a Sunday night when we had a major sewage backup. Steven responded and was at out house in under an hour. Due to the nature of the backup someone else needed to come out the next day. Taylor cleared us the rest of the way out Iike a boss! Both guys were professional, honest and completely transparent about the cost of the service they were providing prior to their work. Their costs were fair and they did a very good job. As far as I am concerned, they are the only plumber I will use and recommend from here on out.

The plumbers that come out and handle the jobs are pretty good but the lady that answered the phone to set up appointments is very rude. Denise. She has an attitude like she is so annoyed to deal with appointments or any questions. You know the type. She will expect you to know what is being done at your house when you are trying to communicate an appointment, so she doesn't have to look you up in the computer and if you aren't sure the correct terms then she gets annoyed. And last she is so rude to the plumbers when they call in. I was in the room when he called her about my payment, I had not received my claim check from the insurance and told him I didn't want to pay until I received it since they are the ones that got the work approved through the insurance. So the room was very quiet and I could here everything that was said. She says, what do you mean she doesn't want to pay, no she has to pay it's her responsibility !! Note that I wanted to pay right there $8000 but just wanted to pay the remaining $4300 with the check the insurance was supposed to have sent. So he explains and she refused to let me pay the first part. Only accepting the full amount. And going on and on about me having to pay right now. She really wouldn't even let him talk. So I said no I'm going to pay them with the check from insurance and that was it. So he was obviously a little embarrassed getting off the phone with her and leaves. I call my insurance and he says he has the check sitting on his desk because Denise never sent the final invoice. Wow! So I called the plumber and told him that and he said ok. Denise called my phone and left a rude email that I need to pay! I did not call her back. So the check came in and I next day shipped it to the business and that's the last time I will ever use this company . At an office level the customer service is horrible. No consideration for the homeowner and the stress they are already going through with insurance and extensive repairs. She could have shut her big mouth and just called the insurance as they had no problem calling them when additional funds were needed for addition repairs. You guys should really monitor her calls, her attitude isnt helping retain customers!

We had an outside faucet / spigot on the exterior of our house that needed to be replaced.  These guys did an excellent job and honored their quoted price.  Communication was great and the service guy was very professional and courteous.  I would use them again!

Needed a tub handle & sent photos in an email to Danco of the plumbing stem. I had previously purchased a Danco universal handle for this faucet several years ago at Home Depot. I received a rude email back-no name or title saying we do not offer a match for you. So I phoned and spoke to the self-proclaimed expert Scott; he told me he has 5 years of experience in his position & many more in the plumbing industry, yet has never seen a tub stem like mine. I told him the brand is Price Pfister and asked if he used catalogs in his job to match parts? He said yep.  I since contacted Price Pfister and have a replacement on the way. Danco touts themselves as the DIY industry leader in plumbing parts. With years of plumbing experience yet Scott NEVER saw a well-known brand name stem, Danco needs to supply their customer base with employees who have a far greater aptitude. I will carry water before I purchase another Danco part. It's a good thing I didn't need something complicated!
