Bryan and his guys have been so good to us by providing excellent customer service, transparency and honest communication. They installed a water heater for us after a faulty one went bad. Best experience with a plumber ever. I had a leak under the house and needed it repaired ASAP so a foundation company could come repair my foundation. I filled out a contact form on their site (as well as several other companies) and they responded quickly and set an appointment for the following day. Blue came out and outlined my options to prepare me for worst case, and I ended up paying way less than I expected and way less than I would have paid with another company. I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only was Blue friendly and professional, both he and Amber worked to accommodate my communication needs due to my being deaf. A++!

It took us six years of living in our new house to finally look into getting our barely functional sprinkler system into working order.

Their customer service was fantastic and made a great first impression (as well as every other time I talked to them). We played phone tag for a short bit but they always returned my calls promptly and not getting ahold of each other was more on me than them.  The lady I talked to was super sweet and very helpful.

We live one hour out of Lubbock but that was not a problem.

The repair man was friendly and competent, worked fast and did a great job with our decrepit system.

The price was far less than I expected for the job.

I hired these guys to do a job at my mom's house and they went out there and did the job for me on Father's Day Weekend! It meant the world to me as my mom is elderly and my brother is disabled. They were communicative, efficient friendly AND professional. Seriously 5 star service. I cannot thank them ENOUGH!

My drains in the back yard were backing up each time a heavy rain came.  I had ran across this company on my Nextdoor app and they came recommended by 4 or so people. I called and Denise was so nice and offered an appt. She even got one sooner than originally scheduled. They showed up on time, told me what they would do and about how much. They found the exit drain in the alley and it had been covered over with dirt and grass. They dug it out, snaked it for debris, tested by adding water to the drains in the yard. Took only about an hour. So thankful for this company and they do other work as well like landscaping and AC work. Will definitely use again.

Pleasure to deal with but it feels very weird when they send out two people to give me a $1,600 quote to install a water filter. Another company happily did it for under $200. What could explain this difference or do they just not expect you to bother contacting someone else?

Honest company who we always recommend to any of our customers needing plumbing repairs. I've used them on my own house as well and I highly recommend them.

My bathroom was not draining, so I called Roto-Rooter based on name / reputation and they came out and snaked the drain ($450.00).   The original drain cleaning technician spent very little time cleaning the line, pulling back a small amount of roots,and then indicated they offered a Free Camera Inspection of the sewer line.  The clogged pipe was flowing fine at this point.  
Mistake 1: there is no such thing as Free and  Roto-Rooter is really banking on making money Up-selling additional work.
The Camera inspector told me I had a tree root intrution in my sewer line, and he identified the specific location, which was in the line under my master bed.   He said it could be fixed for about $5,000 if they went through the floor under the bed, or about $7,500 if they excavated through from the outside.   Also, I was lucky that they could get a crew out tomorrow.  Note:  AT no point did the camera tech inform me that during that repair they might find 'other' issues that could not be seen on the camera.
Mistake 2: Falling for a false sense of urgency.
I agreed to the repair, and to keep from replacing the carpet opted for the excavation option.  
The next day the crew came out, and after doing the excavation and 'repair', connected me with the Camera tech again, who informed me the pipe had a crack in the bottom, and to fix it they'd need to replace it back as far as it was cracked.  This would cost $1,000 PER FOOT and it would be up to 10 feet needing to be repaired.  Note - That would be up to an additional $10,000 on top of the $7,500 repair that resulted from the $450.00 drain cleaning.  
At that point I said no.   This was at 3:45 PM, and the crew had already left for the day, leaving an open pit, with no cover. I assume that they figured I'd go for the extra repairs, so why bother to fill it in.
Lesson Learned:   Name recognition does not always yield the best results.  
I'll never use Roto-Rooter again.
