Came out on time, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Just needed to redo the caulk in a shower. Honest guys.

We had a tech come out and diagnose an AC issue. I thought he was very knowledgeable and personable. My issue is/was the bid for services. $2700 (or $2100 if we joined the service program) for capacitor replacement, leak seal and refrigerant.
We ended up getting a second opinion and were charged less than a 1/4 of what was bid out by Rescue.

Unimpressed. Fred was accommodating to meet at our home for a remodel project. He appeared to be professional, confident, and meticulous. After spending about 30 minutes going through my house, all I wanted was an itemized estimate and for him to start as I have ongoing LEAKs that need to be addressed urgently. I texted asking for an estimate. Got a reply later in the evening Sorry I won't be able to help you got stuck with a contract . that happens of course. I asked if I could wait for him. After that I'll be out of the country for a month I asked if he had any other plumber that he could recommend - answer No. No other professional colleague - no I found this answer very odd & in retrospect I felt I misjudged his professionalism. Why bother coming to my house if you have a pending contract. My leak persists without needed attention so much for the business name.

Mr. Dyson
I had a flooding problem in my bathroom, and it turned out that the AC condensation/bathtub drain was clogged. I called Mr. Dyson, and he came right away to take a look. He was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the gunk and mud from the drain, and the flooding stopped immediately.
I was very impressed with Mr. Dyson's work. He was fast, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he didn't charge me any extra fees, a rare moment of honesty in this age of imperial franchising(pardon my economists BS). I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I cannot say enough good things about Still Waters Plumbing and especially Jeremy who took great care of us, and he was able to take care of our problem the same day.

We used Michael in the past. He is honest. He is good at what he does. He does not do extra work if it's not needed, and doesn't create extra work in order to make more money. We will continue to use him in the future when needed. He is hard working and again, he is honest in his work and his communication. Thank you, Michael.

initially, your company moved the date of service and then moved the time again once it was scheduled. If you don't want the job, please don't respond and accept the job. There were other contractors who would have taken the job and I passed on them. Seems to me, contractors do. It want the work available.

I was having issues with my hot water heater and tried to call someone out on a Sunday night. I left a voicemail for Garrison's and got a call back within 20 minutes.
After explaining my problem, they politely explained that it wouldn't be cost effective to bring someone out for my specific problem. All other companies I called wanted $150+ just to come out, regardless of the issue or if I really needed help. Garrison's definitely didn't try to rip me off!
They they spent 15 minutes walking me through the problem, knowing that they weren't going to come make a service call. The gentleman on the phone helped me fix my own problem!
I was so impressed with the courteous help I received. Next time I have an issue that DOES require a service call, they'll be the first ones I call!

We were basically left high and dry with a prior plumber who refused to make needed adjustments to a gas line they installed. We called Rhead plumbing Friday night after 5pm and they were at our house Saturday morning. Our gas line is now in the proper spot so we can get our heater working again. Texas winters are no joke without heat. We can't praise them enough! Thank you!

Great place that has been around for years. They use great equipment and will come out at any time. It may not be one of the chain places, but they know HVAC and they aren't some fly by night establishment. I used them when I lived in plano and was very happy.

AWFUL - Almost the same exact thing Mayan wrote happened to us. I'm a property manager in Denton County and this is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. I wanted a slab leak detection service done as well and when I arrived at the home the next day there were no markings, no identification, nothing. I called to ask where the leak was and they said Somewhere between the kitchen and master bathroom. Mind you, that plumbing line is about 45 feet long and you could see where the water was coming up through the tile - we just couldn't tell exactly where the leak was. So, you determined the leak was in a line 45 ft long? That's what I am paying $275 for? When I asked about visual markings and exact location of manifolds, etc. (which was part of the service from the company who actually did their job mentioned below) he said Well, you should have met me here. Incredible.
I waited 2 weeks for RECOMMENDED company to perform the same service. He identified EXACTLY where the leak was with visual markings on the floor and recommended the best way to reroute the lines. The issue was solved the next day by a licensed plumber. I guess since they assumed they wouldn't get the plumbing business, they didn't want to share where the leak was (or flat out didn't take the time to find it). Now they are trying to hold us liable because our renter signed the invoice. They called asking about payment and were willing to negotiate down to $125.00 for a trip fee. If they were so confident in their argument & services performed, why did they agree to a lesser amount? The invoice language they use is incredibly vague, granting leverage on their end versus the unsuspecting customer. Now, they've threatened to take action. Do not use this company.

Force home services advertised drain unclogging for a certain price and i called to get an appointment. Was promised a certain time and i had to miss work to fit them in and an hour prior they call to say they need to reschedule for next week. I am not available next week so i requested them to come any other time today or tomorrow and first they said they do not have the time and then they said they cannot honor the price.
Very disappointing as i had not called anyone else and now i am left with a leaking drain , and not appointment. Terrible and will never call or trust them again. This is nothing but a scam!

I have a rental house in dallas and this company has always been my first call when I need plumbing. They have reasonable prices and do good work. They coordinate the work with my tennant which saves me a lot of time as a middle man. I highly reccomend them.

Labor Day weekend I discovered I had a slab leak under the house. Called three companies and they responded. They were efficient, on time, set up the crews, inspections, repair, digging etc. no complaints. I know plumber's are expensive so I was just happy to get it fixed and my home insurance covered 75% of the cost. I was content at this point.
Six weeks later, I've got water coming from under the house again. Same spot, same hot water line. Pissed but I had a 5 year warranty covering the work? Right? Think again. Called them they came out dug under found the leak a foot up from the initial repair that they even said could have been compromised from the initial work. Covered under warranty? No way. This leak had nothing to do with the first leak got you over a barrel because you have no water and a hole under your house. Another 10K they wanted. I had to file another claim and they want to know how? Now that they have gotten there money , it's like pulling teeth. They fixed it of course
Bottom line: Super expensive plumbing company that stuck it up my ass with their warranty bs! No sympathy knowing the second leak was related to the first leak just a bunch of car salesman rhetoric. I will never use them again and am filing a claim with the better business bureau.
