Some new wiring done in order for a power supply to be provided to said outlet.

He knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get an outlet exactly where one was needed, and was well-versed enough to do so on the fly (there was an unexpected re-wiring that had to be done in order to supply power to the new spot).

9/28/2017. When I spoke with the owner Chuck Anderson he was very courteous and personable. He said he would have a tech come today, and he did within three hours.. The techs also picked up my fixtures at a lighting showroom before they arrived. Two electrical technicians , Jeffery and Nick serviced our home. They replaced two lanterns and two flood lights. They did an excellent job. Both guys were very professional and cleaned up all messes. We would not hessitate to recommend this company to friends and relatives. A plus was that their charges were deffinately fair and reasonable.

He is the to go person when you have an issue with your AC unit or your electricity in general. I trust him 100%. I hired this company three times, most recently to install a dimmer switch. The work is good and done correctly. However the tech handled me a bill for $117 for 5 minutes of work. I wrote the the owner and he said it was their minimum and apologized it was not made clear to me. I guess I should have asked and if you hire them you should too. I will not hire them again based on how they treat loyal customers.

BEWARE! GET A FIRM QUOTE FROM THESE GUYS. They charged me 275.00 for less then 15 minutes of actual work. They set an appointment with Oncor to install 2 lugs in our meter box. They tell me the oncor guy was 30 minutes late, apparently that's my fault or problem. They tell me it took less then 15 minutes to install the lugs, seems reasonable. They bill me for 2 1/2 hours and 2 electricians! Yes 2 electricians to install 2 lugs in a box, REALLY!! When I questioned the bill Sam says I better pay it or he will call the inspector to revoke the permit and shut off the power! It is interesting that he says he had to meet the inspector on a separate trip when in fact he told me on the phone that they had worked with this inspector enough that the inspector just released the job over the phone...what's up??? Also the inspector told me the permit was 100.00 yet over the phone Sam told me it was 200.00 and on my bill it was 150.00. I may just take this one to small claims! By the way 275.00 did not include the permit so the bill was 425.00 total!! Two electricians one for each lug to install??

Needed some outlets installed. They cut large holes in the ceiling, forgot their tools and supplies, couldn't finish the 8 outlets in their full day, took an hour lunch break they tried to charge me for, and explained we'd have to hire someone to patch the ceiling holes they made. They charged almost $2k for this incomplete job so I told them not to come back.

I asked to speak the the owner, but he was too busy for MONTHS to ever return calls. Would have paid the bill immediately if he had ANY customer service skills or was apologetic about the lack of quality. He finally got in touch to demand that I pay my bill and refused to discuss the mess they made of the job. I told him I'd settle on $175 an outlet as market rate. He did not contest that price and asked when his check would arrive. I paid him. He is still hounding me.

Bob Owens does NOT stand behind his quality of work and is perfectly fine leaving your home a wreck. As long as he gets his money.
