Let me start by saying I have been working with several contractors in my days, and have never had an experience like this one! From the first contact to the end, it was A+ service! I found l Lion Group Electrical through Yelp messenger and inquiring about removing ceiling fan & hanging a chandelier and I got a reply from the owner within 10 mins. Raymond and Eric did an amazing job hanging my crystal chandelier (120lb) from 16 ft high ceiling plus pendants in the kitchen and provided exceptional customer service (even squeezed me in the same day for last min appointment)! From my first meeting with Raymond, I felt extremely comfortable and trusting in his recommendations. I could not have been happier with the end product (just in time for Christmas). As you will see from the photos, it is amazing! Their customer service and dedication to quality as well as their commitment to longevity is why I'll be coming back for any electrical needs/future projects. Raymond is very professional and excellent customer service and the BEST master electrician. Bathroom light blew out and they fixed it. They also replaced bulbs I can't reach, replaced two outlets (old house) and investigated a vent hood with a problem. Thank you Julian and Mathias!

Really helpful neighborhood electrician. He's helped me with 2 different problems on 2 separate occasions. The first problem he fixed in less than 5 minutes and the second one he walked me through on the phone to try to do myself before spending the money to get it done. I feel that he sincerely tries to be helpful instead of just trying to make the money from the job. I wish more people were as willing to be as helpful as him.

Very happy with the work Xiaoyu did in my basement. I reached out to several contractors through Yelp and received a response from Breeze literally within minutes. Xiaoyu came out within a few days and gave a competitive quote for a minisplit and removing some duct work. Everything was done quickly and professionally and Xiaoyu was communicated well through the process.

Doug is great to work with.  Responded to my initial reach out within an hour, got me scheduled two days later, showed up on time and didnt just help me out, but talked me through my options and what was best for the solution I needed.  He was very polite, asked for permission to enter, and if he could walk on the carpet in shoes, and knocked my project out fast.  I will definitely recommend him to all my neighbors, and will use him again when the time comes.

I am a first time and new homeowner so I am so clueless with how this stuff works. Jesus was a blessing for me. I cannot express how fast he was at fixing my electrical issue. My water heater was also not working and was told it may have something to do with my breaker box. Jesus took a look at the water heater and it was gas, so had nothing to do with it. He could tell I was desperate for hot water. He looked at my water heater pressed a couple of buttons and got my water heater running. I have hot water!! Thank you J&M!!!

Mario came out, installed a switch and a heater in Restroom.  Excellent job, very reasonable I would definitely hire him again.

Bill and his apprentice did an excellent job troubleshooting the electrical issue in my house and found a malfunctioning GFI that was partially melted.  He replaced two exterior outlets and checked the system for operability and was friendly.  I would certainly use his services again.  He was recommended by my home warranty company.

These folks are the best. Always courteous and always willing to follow up if needed. I ran my own service company for thirty years so I recognize excellent skills and customer service for what they are...rare

I've used them in the past with no problem, because they're near my house. This time I called then up for a minor job, an appliance install. The receptionist told me they were scheduling into next month because they were really backed up. I told her that was fine, go ahead and schedule me. That seemed to irritate her (I heard an audible sigh). She then told me she didn't know that they could install the appliance, that she would have to check with her estimators. I said ok, please check with them and let me know. That seemed to irritate her more. She then said she was pretty sure they wouldn't install it. There was no subtlety in any of this. She flat out just didn't want to do her job, didn't want to be bothered with going through the trouble of scheduling the appointment, since the whole job was probably only going to be a couple hundred dollars.

Message received, you don't want my money. So much for sourcing local neighborhood businesses.

After a new AC install from another vendor, we needed additional electrical work to finish the job. Jose and the rest of the team were excellent. He explained the nature of the work (running a new line from air handler to panel and adding a new breaker), and how they planned to tackle the job very clearly.

The work itself was great and they finished quickly. Thanks Jose! Really nice having AC working the way it should.

Guys were here for 5 minutes and I still get charged $135.  It's for the hour.  Seeing that they didn't stay for a hour,  why the hell would I pay this? I will but it's just wrong and a bad company model.  I could be a millionaire with this!!  Next time I'm having them do yard work! You need to earn the money!! I give the guys 5 stars but as a company that allows this is just wrong. I don't mind a service fee, but really!!! 5 minutes equals  $ 135. I'm in the wrong business.  Should be ashamed of yourself as a company.
