Let me start by saying I have been working with several contractors in my days, and have never had an experience like this one! From the first contact to the end, it was A+ service! I found l Lion Group Electrical through Yelp messenger and inquiring about removing ceiling fan & hanging a chandelier and I got a reply from the owner within 10 mins. Raymond and Eric did an amazing job hanging my crystal chandelier (120lb) from 16 ft high ceiling plus pendants in the kitchen and provided exceptional customer service (even squeezed me in the same day for last min appointment)! From my first meeting with Raymond, I felt extremely comfortable and trusting in his recommendations. I could not have been happier with the end product (just in time for Christmas). As you will see from the photos, it is amazing! Their customer service and dedication to quality as well as their commitment to longevity is why I'll be coming back for any electrical needs/future projects. Raymond is very professional and excellent customer service and the BEST master electrician. OMG!   We recently moved to Kerrville and did some research on Electric Companies in the area.   Based on feedback and reviews, we selected Pucek Electric to help with everything we needed for our home.  We had all fans and chandelier type lighting taken down, and all new products assembled and installed...............also had dimmer switches installed,
a new electric plug needed for our recently purchased dryer, etc.----

Really helpful neighborhood electrician. He's helped me with 2 different problems on 2 separate occasions. The first problem he fixed in less than 5 minutes and the second one he walked me through on the phone to try to do myself before spending the money to get it done. I feel that he sincerely tries to be helpful instead of just trying to make the money from the job. I wish more people were as willing to be as helpful as him.

Did entire new construction job from the ground up - were very easy to work with, they answer the phone, they show up and they do quality work.

Breeze Cooling and Heating recently installed three electrical outlets in my home, and I have to say that they did a fantastic job. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient.

The technician arrived on time, and was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the installation process to me, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.

The quality of the work that Breeze Cooling and Heating did was top-notch. The electrical outlets they installed are all working perfectly, and I have had no issues with them whatsoever. The installation was done neatly and cleanly, and it looks great.

I thought I could install an automatic light switch timer myself - until there was a flash and a bang and the power went out... It was Saturday morning on Memorial Holiday weekend and I went to Yelp.

Several places were closed and I happened upon Windy Hill; they were open. I called...and Doug answered! I explained my situation and I heard a sigh, followed by, Unfortunately I'm booked up for today and through next Tuesday. I asked if he knew anyone else. He said not off the top of his head since it was the holiday weekend. He then asked what my problem was. I explained and, after a pause, he asked where I lived. I said Cedar Park. Another pause. He said give him a couple of hours and he'll try to come round later.

Doug called back two hours later, saying he was done with his appointments, and asked if I still needed help. I did. I'm a landlord, only visiting for the weekend, and couldn't leave the house like this - the tenants couldn't get in or out. Doug said he'd be there in 20 mins. He was.

He quickly diagnosed the problem (amateur-hour on my part!!) and fixed it within an hour. He could have gouged me on the pricing, due to my circumstances, but I felt his price was reasonable.

I was/am very grateful to Doug - he put himself out to help a fellow person in distress, and this is the kind of service I love to see. I highly recommend him and will be using him going forward for my electrical needs. Thanks Doug!

Amazing company! I am very picky about who I do business with. The Handley Man services past all of my test! Highlights that don't fully capture all of who they are; dependable, trustworthy, competent and personable.  I will surely hire them again for any future jobs! Jesse, from J&M came out through our home warranty company. I file the claim on Sunday night, and by Monday morning about 9am, I received a call to schedule a time for him to come out and look at my problem. He gave me a 30 minute window, and arrived about 5 minutes after the window of time had started. This is a big deal to me, because other repairs usually give you a 4 hour window and then don't show up until the end of the window.

I told him the problem we were having, and he took the plate off one of the switches and proceeded to test where the problem was coming from. He narrowed it down to a specific light switch (which happened to be 3 light switches in one box. It took him about an hour to fix the problem, and then we had power! He was very friendly, and did not make me feel like my problem was a waste of his time.

He was so easy to work with that we will probably have him do some work we'd like done.

Late post but I had requested an appointment a few months back and event talked to the guy about the exact date and appointment. He never showed up to the set appointment or even answered my calls when I called back. Had a tenant at my rental house waiting on the repair. Complete waste of time.

I feel a little taken advantage of!  My husband requested they come out to give us an estimate to get a residential generator, and for that they would require $250(our fault for agreeing).  Had never heard of this before,  but my husband agreed to it.  On the day he came I had a lot of questions, I thought he would at least have the answers and detailed explanations of how it worked.  Most of which should have been answered over the phone and would have saved us $250.  Also multiple questions I had,  he did not seem to have the answers too.  Save your $250 and call someone else!!  He certainly was not an expert.  And also did not even know what the product warranty was.  For my $250 literally got a load test and that was about it.  They know there is a demand (6 month waiting list) and can make a quick buck, oh yeah and want most of the money up front.  Do your due diligence, ask if you will need another propane tank, ask how much that will cost, ask how much it will be to run existing line from a propane tank?  My husband I guess read good reviews about other services they perform, but I promise you, save your $250, I agree with a previous post, ridiculous!!!  All they do is sell you the generator and hook it up to house, they don't do anything else.  Wish I could make that kind of money for doing nothing.  Live and learn.  Like I said, a few quick questions over the phone would have saved us $250.  How would we know we would need a second propane tank( no way HOA would allow it), also a huge added expense on top of  $16,000 he wanted.  He could have asked this over the phone! Also make sure you have a place to put it and that they can get it there easily.  Seems to me just an electric Company jumping on the band wagon of people desperate to get a generator and making a quick buck.  Anyone that wants to charge you $250 to sell you something from $15,000-$17,000 should be your first clue.  Just trying to save others from our bad decision :-(.

I've used them in the past with no problem, because they're near my house. This time I called then up for a minor job, an appliance install. The receptionist told me they were scheduling into next month because they were really backed up. I told her that was fine, go ahead and schedule me. That seemed to irritate her (I heard an audible sigh). She then told me she didn't know that they could install the appliance, that she would have to check with her estimators. I said ok, please check with them and let me know. That seemed to irritate her more. She then said she was pretty sure they wouldn't install it. There was no subtlety in any of this. She flat out just didn't want to do her job, didn't want to be bothered with going through the trouble of scheduling the appointment, since the whole job was probably only going to be a couple hundred dollars.

Message received, you don't want my money. So much for sourcing local neighborhood businesses.

I only used him once, but he came the day after I called. I had lost my remote, bought one at Home Depot, got home and realized the receiver in the fan housing had to be changed out. I had called several places who were very expensive or would come in a couple of weeks. Repalo was quick, reasonably priced and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

Guys were here for 5 minutes and I still get charged $135.  It's for the hour.  Seeing that they didn't stay for a hour,  why the hell would I pay this? I will but it's just wrong and a bad company model.  I could be a millionaire with this!!  Next time I'm having them do yard work! You need to earn the money!! I give the guys 5 stars but as a company that allows this is just wrong. I don't mind a service fee, but really!!! 5 minutes equals  $ 135. I'm in the wrong business.  Should be ashamed of yourself as a company.
