We needed electrical power run out to an above ground pool pump. I emailed Electrical Diagnostics and they quickly replied asking me to send a video showing where the work needed to be done. In less than 24 hours they sent me a quote and said they could start that Friday. They later asked if they could start Thursday morning. With the trench digging needed they were planning to be here over 3 days working a half day each day. In the end, they finished it in just two days. They were courteous, hard working and ready to suggest the best practices while also adapting to fulfill my requests exactly. They showed up promptly when scheduled and communicated well. If I need further electrical work I will definitely call Electrical Diagnostics.

Priour is fantastic! We were in a real bind with a winter storm bearing down on us and no power. We called Priour and he was at the house within 15 minutes. They got started on the job that morning--coordinating with the electric company--and by the end of the day our antiquated, problematic electrical system was fixed! Quick service, friendly crew, good work, prompt service and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Does it get any better than that?

Tito did an amazing job at helping generate a quote over the phone for our hot tub install. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he was thorough and even helped us troubleshoot some issues that came up due to the hot tub confirmation. Amazing job all around and fit perfectly into our budget. Strongly recommend!

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.
Highly recommended.

Our electric water heater died last week and my son did everything he usually does to fix it but this time nothing worked, so he called Red Grizzly Electric, based on reviews. Scott Weaver (Mr Grizzly?) called back within an hour and arrived within 30 minutes after the call, and we live way out in the country.
He quickly located the problem (a burnt out breaker) and replaced it, and now our water heater is working PERFECTLY and he was only here less than an hour! Plus he was nice to our dog.
We will DEFINITELY be calling him for ALL of our electrical needs from now on.
Oh and PS, it cost only $100!

Would not recommend this company. I texted Jacob for service after going for a day or two without power in part of my home. He responded immediately and I was grateful that he said he'd come out that night at 7 pm. He ended up going shopping and showed up around 9 pm but again, I was grateful to have someone come out same day. He listed a number of things that were wrong with the electrical box and got to work. When the lights came back I told him they were dim and he didn't really listen, telling me to try LED lights... we've had the lights for 20 years and they've never been dim but after multiple times telling him it wasn't right, I gave up. Right as he was pulling away, I realized my heating unit wasn't getting power. He came back and started working again, and eventually.. what do you know... discovered there WAS an issue with the lights I kept saying were dim, and got them to the right brightness. That said, he wasn't able to get the power issues sorted out. I paid over $200 for a job that was not finished and left without power going to my heat or hot water for weeks amidst 40 degree temperatures. He said he'd come back, I'll come tomorrow morning more times than I can count over the course of two weeks and never did fix the issues. We had also told him we had some other work we wanted done and he said he'd schedule with us... never happened.

I spoke with Richard who was friendly, helpful and prompt with his response. An electrician was able to provide service within 15miutes. My employer was pleased and said that the electrician explained the problem and how a reoccurrence could be avoided. Hopefully I won't need to but if I do, I'll call again.

Incredibly nice guy who is reliable and the only person out of eight...eight...that responded to me in the same day. Everyone else took two weeks to just respond. He was done with the whole job in two weeks and it was a months worth of work. Did amazing work and even went above what we asked of him by digging us a second ditch to our well house when he had a trencher. When we had an issue on something we messed up, he came out immediately to check things out. Will be using him for here on out.

Did excellent work and came out promptly to complete the task. Homer and his apprentice completed and seemed knowledgeable and were friendly.
The rate beat the other bids as well. Thanks.

Everyone at Henry Electric is top notch from their owner Chuck, who sat on the phone with me for quite some time to make sure I completely understood what I could or shouldn't do. He even went as far to get some of his guys to get a few parts for me from Home Depot for no additional price. Also, the guys working the job Tyler & team were fantastic as they installed over 6 fans, Ring doorbell/driveway cams, and multiple switches around our house. They were extremely friendly, professional and did an awesome job. I will definitely hire them again once I have another Electrical project here at our house.

Extremely disappointed-paid $330 for 5 minutes of diagnosing my breaker trip-basically they put old lightbulbs back in my ceiling fan-took 5 minutes. Just a warning to you-I don't know if anyone who would think that kind of money was worth that!

I am a Realtor and spoke to Jim about having him inspect the electrical on a home my clients were purchasing and initial inspection turned out so issues. He was fast to respond and agreed to go out quickly. Place was on the outskirts so I was very pleased. I sent copy of inspection and Jim went out as planned. I then heard nothing for most of the day after his visit. He finally called me back and gave me a verbal (limited) detail on his visit. He indicated he would follow up with an invoice and detail by the next day. Nothing came and I have been unable to get a response via text or phone since. 5 days later, I find out from home owner, Jim was there 15 min, said he didn't even know why he was there, and left. I am not sure why he didn't talk to me about any of this and why he didn't just call me back and say everything looked good. I still would have paid him for his time, but since he never responded to me so I could get info and pay him, he wasted his time and created an upset customer. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone else.

These guys are to notch! Great quality of service and eye for detail which is important as I'm a meticulous civil engineer so I'm hard to please. But these guys did a fantastic job on mapping out lighting positioning, power requirements, and long term quality!

We needed some expert help in hooking up a power box outside the house. The guys who came out were great. They got the job done quickly and perfectly. That was a year ago and the outdoor electrical outlet has worked great.
When it comes to the skilled trades every homeowner needs three: a good electrician, a good plumber and a good HVAC guy. Winter's Electric is our go to for electrical work.

Please see attached screenshot of our text. I spoke to this guy yesterday and today about a job, he said he'd be out at 9 am to look the job over so I sent my partner out and instead he texted me this morning with a quote instead of showing up. I'm the kind of business owner who does my due diligence and gets 3 quotes. He asked when he could start the job and I mentioned I'm waiting on another quote (the other guy actually showed up btw to look the job over since this is a commercial job). He got upset and retracted his bid, who knows why but I was upset this morning when he didn't show to quote the job.

BEWARE!!! We were recommended this company from our pool installer. Electrical work for the pool was good. So I decided to give a small business some help by having a car charger installed. Worse decision ever. Before any work I confirmed my front yard will look the same after the work was done. With a smile, the owner confirmed yes. After a few reschedules, failing a city inspection , and taking my money and running. I reached out multiple times to have my front yard returned to normal (fill in the dirt where they dug). Owner lied saying he never agreed to that. This company also killed multiple plants and didn't inform me they broke the sprinkler line that was in the way.
This company is not honest, or professional. Do not recommend. Not even to my enemy.
