We needed electrical power run out to an above ground pool pump. I emailed Electrical Diagnostics and they quickly replied asking me to send a video showing where the work needed to be done. In less than 24 hours they sent me a quote and said they could start that Friday. They later asked if they could start Thursday morning. With the trench digging needed they were planning to be here over 3 days working a half day each day. In the end, they finished it in just two days. They were courteous, hard working and ready to suggest the best practices while also adapting to fulfill my requests exactly. They showed up promptly when scheduled and communicated well. If I need further electrical work I will definitely call Electrical Diagnostics.

He ran a new circuit for the aerobic septic we had installed. Did the job quickly and professionally.

I was very happy with the service and the communication. Overall the job went great, and timely.

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.
Highly recommended.

Our electric water heater died last week and my son did everything he usually does to fix it but this time nothing worked, so he called Red Grizzly Electric, based on reviews. Scott Weaver (Mr Grizzly?) called back within an hour and arrived within 30 minutes after the call, and we live way out in the country.
He quickly located the problem (a burnt out breaker) and replaced it, and now our water heater is working PERFECTLY and he was only here less than an hour! Plus he was nice to our dog.
We will DEFINITELY be calling him for ALL of our electrical needs from now on.
Oh and PS, it cost only $100!

Jacobs Ladder installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for charging my EV and did a fine job at a great price within the timeframe they estimated. They have a lot of experience installing these for Tesla charging, and so knew to install the outlet upside-down to allow the Tesla charging cable to hang down instead of awkwardly pointing up. Will call them again in the future when more electrical work comes up at the house.
Austin, TX 78758
I spoke with Richard who was friendly, helpful and prompt with his response. An electrician was able to provide service within 15miutes. My employer was pleased and said that the electrician explained the problem and how a reoccurrence could be avoided. Hopefully I won't need to but if I do, I'll call again.

Jonathan did a fantastic job assembling my furniture, mounting a large TV, and power washing my outside deck. He was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and punctual with his arrival. He even agreed to travel over 45 minutes to my location. I highly recommend using him, and his prices were incredibly fair. 10/10 would use him in the future for any projects.

I called and they got me on the schedule the following day for a ceiling light installation. They were quick, clean, and courteous, and offered a good price. The gentlemen who came to my home (both named Eric) were awesome. We will use this place for electrical again in the future!

Everyone at Henry Electric is top notch from their owner Chuck, who sat on the phone with me for quite some time to make sure I completely understood what I could or shouldn't do. He even went as far to get some of his guys to get a few parts for me from Home Depot for no additional price. Also, the guys working the job Tyler & team were fantastic as they installed over 6 fans, Ring doorbell/driveway cams, and multiple switches around our house. They were extremely friendly, professional and did an awesome job. I will definitely hire them again once I have another Electrical project here at our house.

All the power in my garage died over the weekend, so that's the opener, the deep freezer, the beer fridge and the sprinkler panel and water softner. Naturally this all happened Sunday morning in the middle of Texas only annual rainstorm so I wasn't optimistic about getting it fixed quickly. I called three different electrical companies and Solarator was the first to return my call. Darryl promised me he'd get somebody out there this morning (it was only 8:00AM when I called) and indeed he did. The technician was thorough and professional and found and fixed my issue in about ten minutes (loose wire in an outlet, something I wouldn't have been able to fix on my own) along with answering all my questions. Electricians aren't cheap and I thought the price was reasonable ($75 for the service call and $150 for an hour's work) especially with such a quick response time on a rainy Sunday morning. I was pleased with the service and will call them again if I need to, along with recommending them to y'all, my Yelp pals!

We had a blown fuse and a few dead plugs which was remedied in a short time. Very professional and superb customer service!

Justin Pate (JP) runs ATX Lighting. He doesn't do any of the work nor is he an expert, which makes it hard for him to get the work done right. His business model is to sell easy jobs for journeymen. It seems to be a revolving door of employees. And as far as I can tell, JP never checks the work after it is done.
I hired JP in October 2022 for some simple additions of canned lighting and exhaust in my kitchen and bathroom. Total cost was $4600. The work was sloppy, not to code, JP was pushy and short tempered in all our interactions, by Xmas of 2022 the work was only half finished, and half the home without power. In January of 2023 I contacted JP to let him know he still needed to come finish the job, and he laughed at me and told me that whatever I still needed was between me and his worker who had since been fired or quit.
Since I had the paperwork and photos to prove that JP had not fulfilled his obligations, I logged a complaint with the app Thumbtack which I had hired ATX Lighting through. Thumbtack restricted his account until he resolved the issue with me. JP denied my complaint, and claimed his work was 100% complete. He also made up a nice story about me threatening him and how he no longer felt safe at my job site. But I had the receipts.
By February of 2023, JP began to send friends of his to finish the job, but he never himself came to inspect the previous work or understand what work was still outstanding or in need of repair. After 4 separate trips over the course of the entire month of February, which involved fixing one problem and causing another, these new workers still had not completed the job. So, I finished the work myself. The delays cost me about as much as what I hired ATX Lighting for in the first place.
Late in the evening of February 28, JP contacted me demanding I take down my bad review. I told him he hadn't actually fulfilled his end. To that, JP told me karma is real and that he would send his friend to collect money for the recent work (of which no money was owed by me--the job having long been paid for in full).
So, this morning, March 1 2023, I'm updating my review here to set the record straight.

Greg and his crews are always professional and ontime. They have been doing all my work for the past 5 years. I am a General Contractor and it really is hard to find qualified and quality workmanship. Winters dose all of this and more. For any of your electrical needs or new construction needs please give Winters a call and see for yourself the workmanship they perform.

This man does not answer his phone or his texat msgs whenyou are trying to reach him. I have a problem and he has yet to call or text me back. I was just in front of his business address and he has been EVICTED so i have no idea where he is located now.. so apparently he does not pay his bills either!

This company is way over-priced. I was stuck with him because my contractor had hired him. So I paid the way high bill. For several straight days I called asking him for an invoice so that I could figure out how much to collect from the contractor. How simple would it have been to provide this information to me. I didn't even get a courtesy call back. Nothing. Don't use this company.
