Gary's Quality Plumbing handled my kitchen remodel when we had a plumbing catastrophe. They installed new fixtures in my bathroom as well. Now I have all new fixtures and much more room. The price was right, and the work was done much sooner than we had expected.

I can't believe I'm the first one to review Rogers Plumbing. I had a unique issue with a closet that was too small for the newly configured 50 gallon tanks. Tiffany at Rogers plumbing was patient and informative as she walked me through the options. I won't get in to all the details here, but as a picky consumer I give them my highest recommendation.

3 year ago in 2017 we had a pipe under the living room brake and was causing water to back up in the kitchen, laundry room, and air conditioner condensation drain. My house in Lewisville is over 60 years old with black pipe. For the people that don't know black pipe or cast iron pipe has a lifespan of about 50 years so we were already on borrowed time. We had several of the big name plumbers out to look at the house and they all told us they could dig up the slab and fix the leak, but that at this point it was just a patch on a failing system and we should consider re-plumbing the whole house. Most of the estimates from the big name company's came in around $30,000 and we would need to be out of the house for about a week. One of the local plumbers I talk to recommended QHR to me. After explaining the situation to Bruce (the head plumber at QHR) on the phone he came out to look at my house and came up with a plan to install a completely new plumbing system (drain pipe/sewer line) to the entire house. He was able to do it so we could stay in the house the whole time and had at least one bathroom working at all times. He came in a little over $12,000 less and his plan did not involve tunneling from one end of my 60 year old foundation to the other. He was also able to install 7 clean-outs in the pipe so I will always be able to access any area of the sewer line. It has been 3 years and I have had absolutely no issues with any of the work he did!. My father just called and asked who we used because he has a slab leak in his house in Plano. As I was digging out the receipt for the phone # I though in this day and age what better way to say THANK YOU 3 years latter for a great job than to leave a 5 stare review. QHR is worth the time to make the call.

Had a sewer backup and Tim, the plumber, was knowledgeable and professional. Resolved my issue and also identified the cause which was a break in my sewer line. Would recommend this company for their responsiveness and service.

Having just moved to the area, we needed a plumber to fix a leak in the kitchen sink and install a new faucet. Took the recommendation of an acquaintance and called Curtis to set an appointment. He arrived on time and listened to my description of the issue with the leak. He diagnosed it as a simple fix. Apparently, the original installer used the wrong connectors - which explained the stains on the sink cabinet's floor.
While installing the new faucet and soap dispenser, he found two additional minor seepage points due to improperly tightened fittings and corrected those, too.
His fees are very reasonable by anyone's standard and he is now my go-to plumber as we settle into the northern Dallas area. In every aspect, professional yet friendly service. Call Curtis for an appointment and you will not be disappointed.

Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.
Love that he gives true estimates and stays true to it. He is kind, timely and I trust him! Will be calling again when needed.
A very satisfied customer,
Ms Amy

Alex was great to deal with. I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking and he was able to come out the next day and fix it. He arrived at the exact time we scheduled and got the job done quickly. His price was very affordable as well. I highly recommend Accountable Plumbing Services for their prompt and great service. We will be referring others in our neighborhood to them. Thanks Alex!!

I have been doing business with Texas Plumbing and Jerry Brown for several years and was really surprised at the response to their total lack of competence on this call. I work from home so I was able to shadow the repairman for the most part. This was a simple call and I had the same exact thing done two years earlier.....unclog the AC drain line and replace two faucet cartridges......it was completed in less than 1 hour. Had no issue with the work or the payment....fair all the way around. This time it was quite a bit different to say the least. Instead of using an O2 cartridge to blow the line out (which worked perfectly fine in the past), he was trying to use and air compressor that maxed out at 70psi and to no ones surprise it wasn't working, To top it off, he broke the threaded pvc piping that went into the AC which left the threads in the connection.....we'll get back to that. After watching the repairman fumble around with the STILL clogged line and broken threads in the AC for over an hour, I decided I had to get involved. I went and got him my sprinkler head extractor tool to get the threads out and after watching him jack around with that for 10 minutes, I suggested that I hit the handle with a hammer while he turn it and what do you know it worked!......(even though he trashed my attachment by grabbing it with his channel locks in the wrong place) After several more trips to his truck, he replaced all the broken pvc and moved on to the line that was STILL clogged. Knowing that the air compressor simply wasn't going to work, I asked him if he had an o2 cartridges and he said no. So I suggested that we use my 6.5hp all vac to blow the line out. I went downstairs and got an attachment (used to blow up mattresses) switched the hose and what do you know the line was finally cleared two hours into the call. I was a little aggravated, to say the least, considering that I had been his apprentice and came up with all the ideas to solve the issue. I'll spare you the rest of the details, but I think you get the point. On to the cartridges, as I suspected he had those knocked out in a timely fashion.
Invoice time rolls around and he smacks a $404 bill in front of me....I was a little put off by this considering all that had transpired. I called the owners and his wife answered stating that Jerry (the owner) wasn't in. Gave her a snapshot of what the issue was and we decided to wait until I could speak with Jerry. Jerry called me the following afternoon, we went through the scenario and he had the gall to offer me a 10% ($31.00) discount off the net of the bill for a job that should have taken under an hour and that I (the customer) had to be the apprentice for! He said that was the best he could do and I let him know that if that is the best he has not only lost a customer but all the many referrals that I have given them over the last 10 plus years. He didn't seem to concerned and I guess I shouldn't be too surprised given the experience I just had. Buyer beware......if encounter incompetent repairman JACKING around for 2 and a half hours, you are going to have to pay! In closing, I would hate to see what the bill would have been if I didn't do most of the work!

Atmos Energy determined that my house had a gas leak somewhere.
Roto Rooter has been my plumbers of choice since they added plumbing services to their services back in the 1980's. Therefore, they were who I chose to call for the gas line repair(s). Robert arrived on Tuesday morning, and immediately identified some wonky issues that Atmos had overlooked. He addressed those things, and made notes on other issues. Then ran a pressure check of his own. It _almost_ held pressure, but not well enough to pass inspection, so he checked all the connections inside the house for leaks. He found a slow one behind the stove, which happened to be adjacent to some work that had been improperly by a home remodeling contractor some years back that I had agreed he should fix. Two birds with one stone!
Sadly, however, that repair did not resolve the leak. There were apparently problems under the house in the crawl space. (my house was built around 1950) That process involves an additional technician, so we made plans for a followup visit.
Due to a big leak at an Irving school, the return was delayed until Thursday, but Robert and Jesse were there bright and early and got right to work. Jesse immediately identified at least eleven small leaks at old rusty joints under the house, as well as junctions from the original construction that were no longer connected to anything but leaking at their capped ends.
They reported their findings to me and let me know what the cost was going to be. While not cheap, from my perspective, the alternatives weren't going to be cheaper. Go forth and replace pipes!
The scope of the job got a bit larger, but they kept me updated and continued to toil away, pausing only to wipe the sweat from the brows (this was during the 100+ days in mid-July) or respond to my queries about this or that. (Which, I might add, tended to be random stuff that didn't always relate to the job at hand...)
I appreciate having someone working on my house that I trust so completely that I have no issues handing over a key to my (very small) kingdom.
Kudos to Robert for all the beautiful work on the topside and to Jesse for all the work I presume to be equally beautiful underneath (I have no desire to enter my crawlspace or my attic either one.)

This is my opinion based on the facts of our experience. They told us they were coming in an hour bc we had a water emergency and had our water shut off. After waiting for an hour and a half we called them back. The person was surprised no one showed up and told us he would call and check and call us right back. He didn't call us back. So we called again - voicemail. Called again and then he told us they were closed now! We called at 4pm originally and at 8pm they said closed. We turned down another plumber when these guys said they would come. Had to call that plumber back and beg him to come late at night. Total Nightmare - you can't count one this company! Find someone else for your plumbing needs.
