TLC Group Services came out to take a look at our shower to give us their opinion of whether it needed to be replaced. They didn't need to do anything, but I really appreciated their honest advice, will definitely use them in the future!

I would refer GPS to my mother!  Super courteous, professional, and competent.  I felt like their price to replace two water heaters was reasonable and fair.  They were on-time, and respectful of my property and cleaned up afterward.  I would trust Steve and Justin with any plumbing issue around the house.  5- Star all the way!

These guys are amazing. They were able to fix my leaking pipes quickly and efficiently. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided me with tips on how to maintain my plumbing. Will be using their services again in the future.

Had them out again for a whole different problem. Again they were 70% cheaper than another company in Frisco. Did an unbelievable job and in and out in a matter of minutes. Was able to call and schedule next day service. Love this company. Cannot say enough great things about them.

Doc's was referred to us by another plumber we have trusted for years. The referral was a clear testament of Doc's integrity. We had Doc's do several projects including replacing toilets and old valves in our retirement home. Doc's was timely, professional, skilled, and thorough in their work, quality,  and results. When we have plumbing needs, Doc's will be our go-to.

This company was great great no greatest I would recommend them to everyone .they told me it would be a week before they could come out it took 2days very professional on time

Jeff and Chris were at my house all day putting in a gas line in my attic for a new gas stove. They did a great job finding the best solution and were so helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very pleased with their work.

We have used Advanced Plumbing Services for years.  John is my first call when I see a plumbing issue that is beyond my skillset.  Always quick service, professional work, and reasonable pricing.  I won't use anyone else.  Thanks again John for the quick response and masterful work.

Had someone come out to give some estimates and fix a couple exterior faucets, he didn't have the right size faucet and said he would order one and come back early the following week.. well never heard from him again or got the new faucets. Guess they didn't need our business. We contacted AM Plumbing who came out same day and fixed our issues right away, were much more personable, professional and better priced. AM plumbing will be our go to any day over C&W.

I have a maintenance contract with them...they came and checked my plumbing. Found that Two of the toilets needed a flapper and valve.  I asked the cost and was told $432.75 EACH!!!  I said what???  I am ashamed I've used them this long! I called and ask to speak to the owner. No one has had the decency to call me back. I will find every webpage I can to let people know how unethical they are. I am disgusted!!

The service is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get, and once you call them out to fix a problem, it has been resolved.  I have never had to use their warranty in regard to any work that they have previously performed at my house, and this is why keep us g their service. I'm willing to pay for peace of mind!

Unbelievable. Absolutely ridiculous how unreliable these people are.  They came to evaluate something in my home and later told me they'd get back to me about some pricing info. Then, they disappeared. They don't call back, they don't respond even to say we can't help you. After repeated attempts, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I'm giving up. It may be what they wanted but what kind of way is that to run a business?  You can't pick up the phone or easy text to say sorry we can't help you? Or sorry, we are behind schedule, we will get back to you in such and such days.  ANYTHING. A courtesy of a response. Literally ghosts a customer.  One thing you need from someone that would work in your home is to be reliable.  These people are far from it.  You just never know if they will disappear on you in the middle of a job or what in this case.  I would never recommend nor use these people again. The extremely odd thing is that they seemed like nice folks in the beginning.
