Watermark made every step easy, clear and affordable! They listened to my concerns over the phone and quickly arrived to review and assess the situation. My home is about 45 years old and I can't remember the last time we had major service, but clearly we had some old pipes and issues under the house and those were starting to affect the laundry machine and one of the bathrooms. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained our options, even offering much less expensive solutions than anticipated. We approved the work and the team completed it in a good amount of time - not too fast, but not taking forever. They recapped the work once complete, shared maintenance tips and checked each item with us to ensure everything was properly working.

Best of all, the price was great! I waited to write this review to ensure the work would last a long time and it's been over a year without a single issue. I would definitely recommend Watermark Plumbing!

We contacted Watermark Plumbing through the recommendation of my neighborhood app. I wanted to get a check up as well as know in detail about my newly bought house. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and didn't pull and sales gimmick on us. He explained our plumbing situation as if it was his own home and in a way that I could understand my house better. He was considerate in wearing shoe slips, so he doesn't get our house dirty. I recommend Watermark Plumbing to anyone. You WILL GET what you paid for and was worth every penny.

We had a Saturday morning water heater problem with water leaking. Watermark showed up within an hour. Michael was very friendly and professional. He temporarily capped off the problem and replaced the water heater by the following Tuesday. We will be using Watermark again and highly recommend them.

I have used Watermark several times and they are always very prompt (sometimes the same day!). From a leaky faucet to repairing a toliet and refrigerator water line, they are excellent. Their plumbers are incredibly knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you are getting your money's worth. They have even not charged me if it was a simple fix that I could do my self. I also love that they send you an email and text with a bio on the plumber who will come. Always friendly, and they get the job done. I can't say enough about them.

I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. We had some old valves in our bathtub faucets that needed to be repaired or replaced. Michael from Watermark was able to diagnose our problem, locate a retailer for our old and out of production valve stems and bodies, and replace our valves. In one bathroom, he was able to do this without going behind the wall. In the other he installed a whole new valve and trim. We were very happy with him and Watermark.

Echo the kudos for Ryan. We just had a clogged main drain and after reading reviews on the Internet, I called Watermark Plumbing at 469-688-3724. They are supposed to be available Saturday, and I called on Saturday, but I could not get an appointment until Monday AM. They were on the job at 9:30 am today as promised. They charge about $400 to unclog the main drain and an additional $100 to run a camera down it. My bill was $520 with tax, and I watched the screen as the camera snaked 87 feet all the way to the city connection. It gave much peace of mind to see that they had cleaned the pipe all the way and that there weren't any breaks or roots in the pipe to worry about. While $520 seems like a lot, this took about 2 hours, and Ryan snaked down cleanouts on both the north and south sides of the house. Other people had posted charges by other companies (the 24/7 variety) of $650 and more for the same thing. Decide before you call whether or not you want to do the camera. They have to bring it. This is a very expensive piece of equipment and worth every cent of the $100 they charge. Just be prepared for sticker shock when you call *any* competent plumber. Learn how to do the easy stuff yourself and get the pros when you have a big problem.

Michael was our plumber. Before he arrived we got a text with his picture and a biography about his credentials and even his personal interests! It immediately helped us trust that he would be fair and real with us. All throughout the test and estimate, he was communicative and honest about what our estimate would be and why. Even though the work was extensive, and we had to receive bad news- I was so grateful to him for explaining the total overhaul of our plumbing system to us. He was considerate and fast! We needed to have some camera work done in our pipes to find a sewer leak. He was very diligent and used his snake-camera everywhere and shared the images with me. Michael was very patient and answered a ton of questions. Their customer service is horrible! They don't even deserve one star! We had an appointment with them this morning and they never showed! And then they texted my husband at the end of the day saying that they're putting us on the wait list for another week or so. My husband called the dispatcher around 11:00 am for an update and she never called back. We've been without running water for a whole week! We can't wait any longer for a plumber. Upon calling to schedule service, Adrian was super friendly, she assured me I chose the right company, that I could be seen same day and called when the tech was en route. She even sent a text reminder. That's when I met Taylor who gave me the run down. Essentially I didn't have a plumbing leak from what he saw visually. Even though it was coming from behind the sink, most likely it was the AC. He said he could rip open the wall to be sure- but to have the AC checked first. He also referred a water extraction company to assist which I used. I appreciated his honesty in this stressful scenario. They didn't try to milk or charge me unnecessarily. Its hard to find company's like this nowadays! Come to find out, it was the upstairs tenants Water heater than caused the flooding into ours.

One of our water heaters had a leak. I've used Watermark in the past for faucet replacement and they did a great job then (last year) - Watermark was able to schedule us first thing the next day. Bryan, our technician, arrived 10 mins BEFORE our 8am appointment. He diagnosed the problem and explained next steps very clearly. The leaky water heater was installed only 4 years ago so it still had manufacturer's warranty of 6 years - I thought this was going to create a delay or hassle on my part in order to get credit for it...Bryan and team at Watermark took care of ALL OF IT! I paid for Watermark to pick up the NEW water heater but it was worth it. Bryan also had to install TWO drip pans (as we had none) along with drain pipe. Another technician came out to assist - I didn't get his name - but he was very friendly too. Entire job was completed after lunch time - this was a big job...and I was so relieved to have it all done in one day! Thank you

Watermark Plumbing is fantastic! We have had two separate issues and on both occasions, they were able to send someone out the same day! Neither was considered an emergency but we had someone at our house within hours. Ryan visited both times and is FABULOUS! Watermark Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing needs!!
As a single lady I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service?

The owners and employees of Watermark Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then.....
WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problem that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge!

After many of my own attempts to solve my clogged drain, I called Watermark. The woman on the phone was very friendly and I got service in about 2 hours. The plumber was polite and worked very efficiently. Extra parts purchased were not added to the bill. The price was low compared to other plumbers I've used, and the job was done within an hour. They offered a 7 day warranty, and left me with a mug with their new logo. I would highly recommend this business.

Having any type of plumbing issue is not only frustrating to a home owner but, it usually ends up costing you thousands of dollars and am untold amount of frustration. So, finding a company that is not only affordable but, reliable is like a prayer coming true! John and the guys at Watermark Plumbing have saved our lives and our pocket book!

Plumbing update! It is a work of art! Michael installed everything perfectly - photos were taken under the house so that the city inspection was easy, the insurance has the photos and it is all fixed! Michael tested the plumbing every step of the way, even digging extra because he wanted a slight adjustment to make the outbound sewer line perfect.

I have all new plumbing because of a serious issue I did not expect. I do not have anything else for Watermark to fix at this time, but if I ever need plumbing, I will call them!

I moved into this house over 4 years ago. The house was built in 1957. In the master bathroom, the tub would never drain that well. Due to health issues, I had to have the tub removed and a shower installed. I could not get the drain to work at all. Watermark came to the rescue. They spent several hours working to free up my blockage. They also fixed the drain where the air conditioner condensation drains into as it too was plugged. The kitchen sink on one side was not draining that well either. And the last thing that was needing TLC was the outside front faucet that would just drip. This is a homeowner's nightmare to have plumbing problems but compounded with 4 issues is tough. Everything was fixed and my 1957 house plumbing runs like a 2014 house! They always make things better when they come, always. No mess, great attitude. I trust this company completely.

Also, a couple of years ago, I had to have foundation work done. As a result, the water going into the house was leaking badly and flooding the front yard and running into the street. Watermark came to the rescue once again. I haven't had a problem with this since. So water is going in and out as it should. What a relief!

UPDATE....I give Watermark Plumbing 5+ stars! Recently I had a plumbing problem that involved a tie-in to the City of Dallas. Several members of the Watermark team went far beyond the extra mile to help me. Michael, my plumber, advised me to contact the city and even provided the name of the person I should call. Tim, the Operations Mgr, came to my home, early one morning, to view the problem and he personally made several calls to the City of Dallas on my behalf. After much effort by the Watermark team, the City completed their work and Watermark Plumbing got my system back in order and working as designed. I want to thank Michael, Tim, Jennifer, and all those from Watermark Plumbing who assisted me. Without your help, I would probably still have a plumbing problem and be fighting with the City.

Rating Watermark is a dilemma. Briefly stated, the service was excellent but the price seems outrageous. April was very courteous over the phone, and two plumbers arrived at my home within a few hours. They were very presentable and polite. They replaced the PCV in a little over two hours. The work appears to have been completed satisfactorily. However, I noticed that the old PCV appeared to be leaking from a seal rather than a crack in the housing, but they didn't check for this. It's conceivable that simply replacing a seal would have eliminated the leak. In any event, this was a straightforward installation; the valve box is readily accessible at the curb, requiring removal of some sod and replacing one short connecting pipe. They told me clearly and up front that the charge would be over $1000, and I agreed (since it was Friday afternoon and the valve was leaking). As the work was proceeding, I checked online and the typical charge for replacement of a PCV seems to be about $300 or $400. At HomeWyse, the High cost for my zipcode was $331 (for three hours labor). At Angieslist.com, the prevailing labor costs seem to be $200 or $300 - $350 for high-priced areas. In a fairly thorough online search, I can find no price that remotely approaches $1000. Last month, we had very similar work done at our lake property; the cost was $400. Good work deserves a premium. It appears, however, that I paid a premium of 100 to 200 percent. There are lots of highly-rated plumbers in the North Dallas area; next time I'll shop around.

They did a great job! We had an old toilet leaking, we were going to get it repaired but the day of the repair I decided to see if the plumber could just install a new toilet. He went to Lowe's got one we picked out, installed it and was done in just a couple hours including going to get the toilet. Great service! I had a leak in my main water supply in my front yard. I tried two other companies who were either unable to find the leak or just trying to blatantly upsell me on an entire supply line vs. just fixing the leak.

I called Watermark who were extremely responsive and gave me a rapid and honest evaluation of the problem with upfront pricing. Within an hour they had located the leak and exposed the broken pipe despite it being in a difficult location with large tree roots. They fixed the problem and the final cost was exactly what was quoted.

Throughout the job they were communicative, worked rapidly, pleasant to work with and professional. I would highly recommend to others for any plumbing work.

I do NOT recommend Watermark Plumbing. A couple of months ago they charged me $570 to replace a kitchen faucet. Not a sink - a faucet! And I already bought the faucet! So I now have a $700 kitchen faucet. The plumber stepped outside to talk on his phone several times and I was charged for all of that time because he was on the job. On top of the way over-the-top overcharge, the plumber did not come on the day he was scheduled to come and the person I was communicating with at Watermark failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. I had to contact her several times to get a reply. This company was recommended to me by a friend. Needless to say, my friend felt horrible about this after he found out about my awful experience.

Update - I just had another plumbing company come to repair a leaky toilet. While the plumber was there, I asked for an estimate to repair 4 other issues. In 2.5 hours, DeWolfe's Affordable Plumbing rebuilt a toilet, replaced valves in 2 other toilets, replaced a drain in a bathtub and replaced an anti-freeze valve in my back yard - all for $700. The DeWolfe's plumber told me that he would have charged me $150 to replace my kitchen faucet - not $570 like Watermark did. And he said there is no reason the Watermark plumber would have needed almost 3 hours to replace a faucet.

Bottom line - I DO NOT recommend Watermark Plumbing. But if you do call them, I highly recommend you be prepared to miss another day of work because after they give you their quote, you will be looking for another plumber. Also, make sure you get a quote and have them promise you in writing that you will not be charged for time that the plumber is talking on his phone. Update - I did just receive a $30 check from the company - this was for a coupon that I found out about after the service was rendered.

We had Watermark come out to fix a toilet line that broke the day after Christmas. Unfortunately, they couldn't come out until Monday but understandable considering the holiday. They arrived past the stated time window but when they came they were very good. Jason was very knowledgeable and fixed everything right away. Very reasonable. Do I even have to give a star? Seems unworthy of even one star! Got bamboozled into a huge overcharge on water leak, hot water heater and gas leak that cost me close to 3 grand!!! They were the seventh plumber I called to get someone out to fix my leak that day. Everyone else I called was booked and they weren't...now I see why! Next time I'll research a little more. Lesson learned. Never again will I use this company!

My best experience yet dealing with plumbers. They texted me prior to my technicians arrival, and gave me his picture, background, and some personal tidbits (about his interests and family) that made me very comfortable with him showing up at our house. When you hire contractors, you never know what you're going to get so this little touch was awesome. Upon his arrival, Bryan was great at identifying the problem, and crafting a solution. Part of the process was to possibly obtain a permit from the city of Allen, so he drove to the courthouse to get one - turns out we did not need one, so he was able to start the work immediately. About an hour later, he was done and buttoned everything up better than it looked before. He sent me pictures of the repairs, and gave us a warranty to boot. Fantastic work all around!

I called and scheduled a consultation for some drainage work. The very friendly scheduler said she would send over a crew on Saturday between 8 and noon. I set my alarm and was ready to answer my door at 8 am. No call and no show until 4pm when I received a voice mail from the dispatcher wanting to schedule an appointment. Since we already scheduled the appointment with a no call and no show then no call back.

UPDATE: I was wrong about the consultation window period. Per my calendar our consultation was between 8am and 3pm on that Saturday. I change my 2 star rating to a 5 star based on my experience with the scheduler.

I wanted to love this company/service. The initial customer service was quick and easy - they returned my email within a couple hours, had someone come visit me the same day, waived the dispatch fee, and the serviceman was polite. He discussed my options with me and offered to run some tests. He explained specifically what the test plan would be to test my pipes, which is all I wanted done. The results of that test alone would confirm my suspicions that my grout needed to be replaced. He ran his tests and I watched. After each test, he confirmed no leak in the ceiling below the shower and said the tests confirmed no issues with the pipes. I stepped away to finish some work while he packed up his tools. After a few minutes, he said he found the problem and needed some towels. I worked with him, using all of my towels, to mop up the water pouring from my ceiling into my kitchen. I found out that he deviated from the plan he discussed with me about testing just the pipes - he decided to pour water onto the tiles that had broken/missing grout to confirm my theory. Now my ceiling is in worse shape than when he came, which was unnecessary and not part of the test plan.

After a long, grueling day of work, this was not something I wanted to deal with. I give him the benefit of the doubt that he was just trying to help prove that the pipes were okay, but pouring water into my tiles was not what I paid all this money for. Heartbroken. I could've gone without the pipe tests at this rate.

Three sinks were out of order to do a clog at the point where they all met. We also had a new fixture to install. Scheduling was easy and the tech was very nice, applied some coupons they had available without being asked, and worked hard to get the job done in one trip. (The clog was really far down!) We are so glad to have our sinks back! Great experience. Will use again.

Super happy I called this plumbing place.

The plumber (Taylor) who came out to check my mysterious water leak issue was through and pinpointed the issue.

He was also able to refer me to a great company that could clear out the existing water.

I was really impressed with the service we received. I reached out on Tuesday, on behalf of my company and Jennifer was more than happy to help. She had someone dispatched to come out the next day. I received an email with Corey's picture, a little bio about him and the company. When Corey got here, he was friendly and knowledgeable. After he looked at our sink, he gave us 3-4 options of what we could do, his recommendation on which option to choose. He was quick but thorough with the installation and repair of our garbage disposal and replaced a pipe without being asked. He showed us pictures of all the work. 11/10 recommend

Watermark was highly recommended on Nextdoor.com and from the very first call I knew they'd be a great choice. We had water damage along the bathroom wall that was increasingly getting worse. Bryan not only found the source of the leak (the bathroom toilet), he reset the toilet (it wasn't level), replaced the parts and even stopped our master bathroom toilet from running - without upselling us on new parts.

Bryan was fast, extremely polite and walked me through the process every step of the way. Our toilets are good as new (lol!) and we couldn't be happier with our Watermark Plumbing experience.

This company has provided excellent service at a very reasonable cost. When we had a strange leak from between the wall near our garden tub in the master bathroom, Watermark was able to get their plumber there quickly and resolve the issue within an hour. The plumber was also very sweet with our kids, letting my 9 year-old son quiz him on the finer points of just what he was doing in between the walls. That blessed me!

I have NO complaints about this company whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I have recommended them to several friends who also had excellent results. Although the location where I used them was at our home in Flower Mound, I would eagerly use them again at our home in Frisco if needed.

I love Watermark Plumbing. I have used them once before and so far they have been consistently AWESOME. Both times they came out very quickly. VERY professional. Right after I called for an appointment I received an email with the details of the appointment. The next morning I had a text that gave me a picture and biography of the plumber coming out. The plumber, Bryan, gave me a call a few moments before coming to let me know he was coming and when to expect him. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I am very pleased with the job he did for me. We didn't really have a repair issue this time, they came out to do the annual service on our tankless water heater. (Until a few days ago I didn't even know they needed annual service) He even pointed out to me that our Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. That was a fact that I was not aware of and that our builder had not told us about. I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing.

Bryan was wonderful! He had the foresight to ask whether we had a water re-circulator before he started. He changed out the outer faucet on north side of house and was very thorough in verifying his work was complete! He checked the faucet he changed as well as every faucet inside to ensure no air pockets and then reconnected the water re-circulator. While I wish it was less expensive I was glad I had a dispatch coupon. Will definitely utilize Watermark for future plumbing needs.

Watermark has been great. After bringing out 3 companies and 2 officials from the city, they were the only ones that could pinpoint a leak we have had in our yard for 3 months! They were great. So easy to work with and fast! I wish I had known about them to call them first! I highly recommend them and have used them again since for 3 other jobs and have recommended them to our friends and family! Run don't walk to get their number!! They are great and give such personal service.

We have used Watermark Plumbing twice. Both times the pros knew what the issue was and fixed it.
1st time was for a leak near the water meter. Turned out the connection to the sprinkler system failed. Jason and his helper dug the hole, found and repaired the leak. Then returned the next day to make sure it was good to go. The explanation of what had happened and what they did was clear. For the amount of time two men spent on this, the charge was more to my side.
2nd time was to install a replacement faucet (after this user's error in attempting to fix a minor issue, turned into a major one). Brian was on time and worked quickly to complete the work. Then spent the time to explain what to watch for if there was any future issues. On his own, looked at a bathroom stopper not working and Bam! fixed it in a minute.
I cannot recommend Watermark highly enough. They are thoroughly professional and have an excellent system to keep you up to date about appointments.

Watermark was incredible from the first call with Adrian to set up the appointment through the installation of two new toilets. Taylor came out and was honest in his assessment of our situation and gave us three estimates for various ways we could fix the problems. Please note the prices are high but fair. We called a couple of other plumbers to see what they would quote as well as went to homewyse.com and the estimates range from about $150 less to $250 more than Watermark. The peace of mind that came with the experience, professionalism and kindness of Taylor, was worth not trying to save $150 for us.

Taylor and Taylor came out the morning after the initial consultation and upon realizing the new toilets were round and not enlongated let us know rather then moving forward with the install. We got the toilets switched out while they removed the old ones and within 90 minutes they were done.
