I can't say enough about Allred Brothers Plumbing.  A family-owned business, every member that I've met has been knowledgeable, professional and committed to great customer service.  These guys salvaged an underground repair that another company mishandled.  They fixed all of my concerns and went on to find the leak that was actually causing the major problem.  I've talked about Allred Brothers so much that a couple friends of mine used them too and were very happy with their work.   Highly recommended!

Best plumber we contacted for our water heater issue. The only one who didn't try to sell us a new one.  Ordered the parts promptly.

Okay I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is an outstanding plumbing company!! I am a designer by trade, and also a house flipper, and these guys by far are the most knowledgeable honest plumbing company I have ever dealt with

After calling other plumbers out who either wouldn't show, or didn't know how to fix my problem, I discovered Allred Brother's Plumbing via a referral.

Allred Brother's saved me $1,000.00!  Two other plumbers said they couldn't replace the parts on three shower/tub faucets and told me to go purchase new fixtures. Then I couldn't get those same plumbers to show back up because they are so busy.

I called Allred's out to do the replacements. John came out, took the time to pull apart the faucets and found out what the problems actually were and advised me I could return the purchased shower and tub faucets because I needed new parts only. Then John with Allred Brother's called his supplier and ordered the parts for my showers, and called Delta with me and made sure the correct parts were ordered for my Roman bath faucet, which were sent for free under the delta lifetime warranty.

The cartridges came in and he replaced those, Yay!  And he asked me to call as soon as the diverter came in from Delta and he will run by and repair that as well without an additional trip charge.

Great customer service!  Great experience!  And he was happy he could save me money! Thank you John and Allred Brother's Plumbing. We are your customers for life.

Allred Brothers is the BEST plumbing company ever. My hot water flooded my attic. They where at my house within one hour to put a new tank in.
Their work is perfect and their employees are professional and polite and their prices are very fair. If you need an honest plumber you can't go wrong with Allred Brothers!
PS they have been out to our home for service twice and very pleased both times.

I love Allred! Marla always a pleasure.  Washer hoses sprung a leak and flooded. They came out same day and educated as well as took care of issue for a price I can handle. They have fixed multiple things in my house. Love john and marla!

Had them out again for a whole different problem. Again they were 70% cheaper than another company in Frisco. Did an unbelievable job and in and out in a matter of minutes. Was able to call and schedule next day service. Love this company. Cannot say enough great things about them.

These guys are awesome! We have been renovating an older home. Today was the 3rd time they have come out for various projects. They are efficient, do good work and are reasonably priced. We have worked with a lot of contractors through this process and they are by far the best. Keep up the good work!

Where do we start with this review? Robert was available, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. What a blessing to have this guy come and prepare a shower space for my dad returning home from the hospital. Incredible family-owned business and we will never go anywhere else!

Five stars!  Great plumbers.  Told me they would be here at 9 a.m. and they showed up on time and ready to go to work.  Did a very high quality job at a fair price. Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, I've had Allred Brothers out three times in the last few months. The first time, one of the toilets was stopped up - no charge!

Then I needed a new water heater - very reasonable price and fast service.

The other day, the shower AND toilet were stopped up. Just charged for a service call.

Best plumbing company we've ever had!  We've moved around a lot in the last 25 years because of the military and had many encounters with plumbers in various states.  We would rank them #1 by far.  They are honest, reliable, and their prices are fair.  This is a local family owned business; Mark and his three sons do excellent quality work.  We've been with them for the past few years and they've pretty much done it all for us: toilet replacement, leak under the sink, water filter, sewer main blockage, shower hot/cold cartridge replacement, kitchen sink faucet replacement, etc.  We won't call anyone else!  Thank you Mark and sons!

We called around 8am and John was here by 11. 30 minutes before our service window quoted but it was okay since I was home. He took the time to explain the issue with me, what caused it and how he fixed it. He even answered some not issue specific questions for me while he was here. Will definitely keep their number on hand for future use if needed!
