Good experience form first phone call!  Quick to respond to request, arrived on time, did an excellent job.  Pricing is spot on.  Excellent ommunication verbally and via text messages as needed, e-mailed electronic invoices.  Great Job!

Steve came out today(just before Easter! )and my sewer problem was not blocked ,toilet flushed and no back up.He explained fully what he thought was going on.
This was my first time I was using his service .
He did not charge me although I asked to pay for the service call even if there was no repair needed  as he had taken the time to come to my house  and and I felt he was entitled to charge for a call.
Nice to know there is such a nice trustworthy plumber out there.
Will definitely use him for all my plumbing needs .

I'm really really impressed with this entire operation. Clear communication from the office. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable plumbers on the job, and I know I was charged fair for the work done. GPS will get my money anytime I have a plumbing problem from now on. I know I can trust them to do the job and do it right, and to charge me fairly for it.

After noticing rust colored water in the pan under our 9 year old water heater, we realized the interior lining was about to bust and we needed to replace it.  After quickly comparing prices, we decided to go with GPS Plumbing, since they could come out the next day and had one of the best prices.  

Steve showed up on time and Aaron and Fisher came to assist shortly after.  All three were very friendly, conversational and very professional.    They installed the new water heater in less than an hour as they worked really well together, cleaning up and taking all the old parts with them when they left.  I would highly recommend GPS Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work in the Frisco and surrounding areas.

These guys saved us! Arrived on very short notice. Cleared up all issues (turned out to all be thankfully minor). Spent nearly 3 hours and bill was nominal. Thorough, helpful. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Steve G. is one of the best plumbers in DFW, all around.  He replaced my Water Heater and Garbage Disposal very fast, everything was smooth and tidy.   GPS Plumbing has some very good deals in terms of pricing because they don't use employees/middlemen.   You get the Master Plumber directly for quote and actual work, and get things done.  I will use them again, have 2 more work items upcoming.   Recommended! I would refer GPS to my mother!  Super courteous, professional, and competent.  I felt like their price to replace two water heaters was reasonable and fair.  They were on-time, and respectful of my property and cleaned up afterward.  I would trust Steve and Justin with any plumbing issue around the house.  5- Star all the way!

One of my water heaters finally went out last week. I didn't have a clue where to find someone to replace it. I searched Yelp and found GPS with 22 ratings....all 5 stars. I figured if the guy was shady or didn't do quality work, somewhere along the way someone would give him less than 5 stars. I know why he gets 5 stars now.

He was upfront on the phone about his pricing and what would be needed. His prices were reasonable and he was able to work with our schedule. He showed up early and I met him at the house to let him in and show him where both water heaters were. (We replaced both since they were both way overdue.) After that, I didn't have to do a thing. I went back to work and he stayed at the house and finished his work. When I got home, the only evidence he had been there was hot water coming out of the faucet again and two beautifully installed water heaters where the old ones were.

I'm sold. It's hard to find people you trust, and Steve is one of those guys. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Steve, the owner and Master Plumber, quoted me over the phone for two toilet repairs (complete rebuilds), leaking shower and kitchen sink faucet replacement.  I got a couple other quotes as well, and GPS was the most competitive.  When it came time to do the work, Steve was right on time.  I walked through with him to show him the items needing repair, and he got right to work.  The work completed was done quickly, professionally and was of great quality.  The invoice sent matched the quote we discussed - no unexpected surcharges or extra service fees, which I've had happen before.

The whole experience was great, from quoting to completion.  He didn't try to up-sell anything, in fact he tried to help save cost in a couple areas.  I hope I don't need more plumbing work done anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I am going to call.  I would recommend GPS without any reservations, and already have to several friends.

I called my regular plumber to check out a funny smell in one of my bedrooms/bathroom suites. He was very sick with Covid and unable to work. He recommended that I call Steve at GPS Plumbing. They showed up on time and did a thorough assessment of the problem and determined that it was not related to our plumbing. They did not charge for the trip and were extremely nice and gracious about it. My son asked them to have his faucet fixed. They told him how to do it himself to save himself 150.00 (extremely unusual for Plumbers I have had in the past). I loved their honesty and appreciate them so much, as I find that a rarity nowadays in their kind of business. You better believe that if I and anyone I know needs a plumber, I would be calling/recommending them! In fact when my AC guy (John at Rocsolid Air; he is another honest businessman himself) came over yesterday, I told him that if anyone asked for a plumber to recommend GPS to them. I keep a list of all the good, decent, competent business owners in our area, because I think they deserve to be promoted, so we can eventually drive all the crooked ones out of business!

These guys are very professional, highly responsive, came in and did and completed the job absolutely on time, and came back for a small fix immediately...everybody from Donna, Kevin, Aaron and Steve were awesome! will use them again and will highly recommend!!!

Steve, Gage & Fish worked diligently to find all the leaks in my house and repair them.  The team is always professional and does a great job cleaning up.  I appreciate how GPS does the job correctly and not just band-aid the problem.  Best plumbing company in Frisco and the Metroplex.

I found GPS on Yelp as with many other plumbers. From the beginning it was a different experience than the others. I was met with a welcome attitude and not a gruff hello like the others. Steve was able to provide me a time and day that fit my schedule to replace my water heater. He was on time and completed with no issues. Cleaned up any mess and hauled the old one away. Completely hassle free for me, which as a woman I look for in any service. Since I did call several plumbers I had a good idea of the expected cost and Steve was definitely one of the better priced. Others couldn't quote a price right off and many even changed in the conversation. Steve was solid in his price and definitely a fair expense. Would recommend him highly and he is my new go to plumber for all needs.

Steve, with GPS plumbing, provides exceptional services at incredibly competitive rates.  Most importantly for those looking for a new plumber, I found him to be of great character.  From the quote through the actual repair, Steve was always up front, honest and incredibly prompt.  He even fit us in past his normal hours even though we let him know this was not an emergency.  Steve actually cared that we had our plumbing issues resolved as soon as possible.  GPS Plumbing has earned our business for life and we fully recommend them.

Great overall experience - great work at a reasonable price.  Hot water tank started leaking and they were able to come out and replace the next day!  Pricing was done over the phone and the charge was the exact amount agreed upon, so no surprises at all.

Wow isn't a word normally associated with plumbers!

1. They were able to fit me in the same day and even showed up much earlier due to a cancellation (chalking that one up to good luck).

2. They took off their shoes before stepping on the carpet (I'm Asian, and definitely appreciated). My dog, Buddy, immediately took to them, which again, I'll chalk to good luck

3. What I'd spent the weekend trying to fix, they were able to fix in 10 minutes. Yes, I felt like an idiot, but didn't want to give up my man card unless I at least tried and started flooding the wall behind the shower.

Very reasonably priced by plumbing standards. Best money I've spent in a while...definitively recommended.

Steve answered the phone promptly and told me he would be out later in the morning to help with our toilet.  He showed up and was friendly, professional, and resolved the issue without too much effort.  Highly recommended, would use again!

HUGE shout out to GPS Plumbing! We had a broken handle in one of our bathrooms. They came out same day (we had to shut our water off completely, so we needed ky fixed ASAP), replaced the handle in under an hour, and the charge was more than reasonable. Eron & Sergio were such nice guys and Dawn in the office was a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things.

Well, we bought our new house about 2 months ago and have had a drain issue from day 1. The plumber our insurance company has sent out has been useless (OK, they were really good at collecting the co-pay, but not actually fixing the problem).

A neighbor recommended Steve at GPS plumbing. I called Steve, he had some work ahead of me, but promised me he would be there before he called it a night. We also discussed what I thought the issue was (I was correct all along) and what the price would be (Steve works on fixed quotes, not per hour).

Steve called me a few times during the day to keep me apprised of his estimated arrival, he showed up, was very professional, and very personable. He and his son fixed my issue in under 30 minutes for exactly what he quoted me.

It's hard to find tradesman who are good and honest, but I feel I have found one in Steve. I hate plumbing (I can fix anything at home my self) but I do like my new plumber!

What a find!!!  I called this morning and Justin arrived within 30 minutes.  He fixed a kitchen drain that was stopped up, fixed leaking faucets and changed out a shower head and charged me less than what another company quoted me on doing one repair!  I will definitely use them again and again for any plumbing needs!!!  Extremely professional and efficient!

Steve has been our plumber for years and has helped us out with various issues throughout that time. Here is my quick story. 5:30pm and 36 hours before leaving my home for three days, we smell gas outside. Called gas company and within an hour I was told my gas was being shut off as there was a leak on our gas supply line coming into the house. It's January 30th and no gas in our home means no hot water, no furnace, no cooktop/stove. I called Steve at 6:45pm and he answered his phone. While he had a full schedule the following day, he fit me in over the lunch hour. He had to go make/buy the part, pull a permit with the city, replace the corroded pipe and called for inspection. Inspector liked working with him so much (inspector's words), he came within the hour for a same day inspection. His work was approved and I was able to call Gas company by 3:30pm. Had hot water and a stovetop for dinner.
This experience was unlike most all other trade services I have had at my home. Steve was everything I said at the top of this review. I'm already planning on calling him for our next service. He will be switching out my hot water heater in a few months time.
