We called to have our Electric Panel Inspected for safety, after a house fire in our area. Kevin showed up and thoroughly explained everything he was looking for to ensure it was safe. We  were willing to have the sheet rock ripped out to verify proper installation, and Kevin could have easily done so, and charged us. However, after removing the electric panel, and showing me what he looks for, he felt it was not necessary to do so. He saw no evidence that would warrant ripping the wall out. Again, even though he could have, and we would have happily paid for the peace of mind he gave us, he didn't do unnecessary work. He was extremely fair, and only charged us for the service call and his time. If you want an electrician who is thorough and provides service with honor and integrity, I would highly recommend Texas Star.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. CJ came out today to fix some electrical issues we had. He arrived early, found our issue quickly, did great work, and was honest and dependable. We will definitely be calling them again since they are priced reasonably and did not try to overcharge us....like some other companies will!!! Thank you!!!!

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

I had a light fixture installed for a much lower price than other places I called. They came in and carved a hole then installed my light fixture. It only took an hour - the cost and time efficiency are a good deal for me here. Customer service is good too.

They also cleaned up and swept which I really appreciate!

We were very pleased with the quality of work, the prompt service and the honesty of Team Enoch. They came out and replaced our water heater that is in a second story attic. They quoted us the best price we found and never tried to up sell on things we did not need. We highly recommend them and this is a company we will definitely use in the future.

Guy showed up on time, price was what we had been quoted, no problems to date. I'm not saying they were cheap but they were professional and competitive with others so a solid 5* from me.

I left a message to get an estimate to replace my service panel. They never called back. So I used another local company. I try to use local businesses when I can. I gave four stars because I didn't get a chance to interact with them. I would still give them a try.

They fit me in the same day I called. They were professional in dress and manner. I was pleased at how quickly he was able to diagnose all four wiring problems I had. Not only did they do the work quickly, he went out of his way to explain everything done and why. The 12 month warranty on all work done is a benefit I didn't expect. The cost was a pleasant surprise to my budget as well.

Josh was an amazing electrician. He was punctual and worked all day to complete the work for us. He was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened to the problems we were having and then addressed all of our issues.

We've used Arrow to install new lights in our kitchen and then to remedy items in our home found during an inspection.  

Both times Arrow did a fantastic job, they were professional and timely.  And, best of all they are reasonably priced.  Our bid for replacing our lights was a couple hundred dollars less than other quotes!

When we used them to remedy inspection items, they noted items on the inspection report that were false and explained why.  Next he found a very serious is so that wasn't even addressed in our property inspection report!  He fixed all issues for a reasonable price.  

Arrow is also able to address your concerns with in an appropriate time frame.  In both cases I called them and they were at my house the next day.

We are now building a new house and we will be using them to install all of our new lighting.

Can't speak to his electric skills, but driving in a big ol' Mr. Electric Company Van sure emboldens this guy.  He blew through a yield sign and took offense when we honked -  he slowed down, gave us the finger as we took pictures.  That's a complete lack of situation awareness.
