Gabriel Carroll of Carroll Services Company is a great place to call if you need electrical work! He is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He took down our old ceiling fan and hung our new one. He also removed the old front door light and the back door light and installed two new ones. Charlie came out to take a look at our business signage that was having some lighting issues. He was able to take care of both of our LED signs and they look great!. I came home from work last week to a house without AC, temperatures hitting the 90s and extremely muggy inside.  There was no way we were staying in that house all night with my 11 month old baby and dogs.  I was either getting us all a hotel room, or with any luck, track down an HVAC company in short notice.  I called 10 different companies (all highly rated on yelp) and left detailed voicemails.  Kevin, the owner of TX Star Srvs, was the ONLY company to return my call.  Not only did he return my call, he did so within 25 minutes of my call, and arrived at my house 30 minutes after that.  TALK ABOUT A+ AFTER-HOURS SERVICE!  He was very pleasant, professional, and understanding of my plight, having kids himself, he knew that there would be no way a baby could sleep in our house that night.

In ~45 minutes, he had the problem diagnosed, FIXED, and the AC blasting again.  I knew that I would have to pay extra for the after-hours emergency AC house-visit, but I think it was a fair price at the end of it, and definitely worth every penny.  I highly recommend this company! (side note... my bro-in-law is also in HVAC, he agreed that Kevin charged a fair price.)

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I had a very positive experience with this company starting with the person who answered the phone to the guy who came out and did the work.

I had recently bought seven light fixtures to replace some old, tacky ones in my house and needed someone to take down the old and install the new.  I got the name of Dennis Electric from a light fixture company that I frequent fairly regularly and decided to give them a try since my regular guy was out of town.

I called to get their rates and make an appointment.  The person who answered the phone was very friendly and said someone could be available the next day.  I opted for the following day so I could have him come out in the morning and was pleased that I could choose the time for his arrival.

The electrician (Chris) arrived on time (actually maybe 5 or 10 minutes early) and promptly started work.  He was very nice and professional.  To make this story short, he installed all the light fixtures and replaced two electrical outlets in just over three hours and everything works beautifully.

I found their prices to be reasonable - actually their hourly rates are a bit less than the guy I had been using.  Will I use Dennis Electric again?  You bet!

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

He waited for me to return from an errand and was very knowledgeable and professional.  For once I knew I had found an angel of a company who I trust to be totally transparent and not price gouge me!  So glad to know you are in my area!

I highly recommend Team Enoch! As part of our spring HVAC maintenance with another company, a leak was identified in our evaporator coil. We received quotes and feedback from multiple companies. Not only was Team Enoch very competitive on price, but their responsiveness and service quality/guarantees were topnotch. Special thanks to Cameron who was a great partner in this project. Too often home service needs are met with overly aggressive pricing and lack of customer care - the opposite is true of Team Enoch. We will seek to work with them on future projects.

I wanted a couple of outlets added in my bedrooms, as well as dimmer switches for the overhead lights. I requested quotes from a few companies via Yelp, and ABR was both the lowest priced and the best in terms of communication. Scheduling my project was very easy. On the day of, David and Andy showed up early and got the job done much quicker than I had expected. Everything works and looks great. I'm so happy with how it turned out and know who to call if I need any other electrical work done.

AES was awesome.  I requested a quote through Yelp for a quick disconnect switch on our water heater and to replace an outdoor plug.  Dan responded promptly, with an actual quote, not I need to come check it out. He came out the next morning and did both jobs quickly, and at a very reasonable price. Dan also checked a fixture on our porch that kept blowing out lightbulbs, and he made an adjustment and replaced the light bulb at no charge.  Lastly, he quoted me half as much as another electrician to replace our fuse box that is 50 years old, so we will definitely use him when we make the update in the near future and any other electrical work if needed.

Zach and Colton did a wonderful job installing a ceiling fan on my slanted cathedral ceiling.  I've used this company about five times over a few years, and their work is always top notch.  You don't have to wait long to schedule an appointment, they call before coming, they're always on time, and they charge a fair price.  What more can you ask?!!

My husband and I just bought our first house and are trying to move in and get settled as well as make the home our own. We were trying to fix up the kitchen and get ready for our appliances to be delivered today when we had an electrical emergency. I have never used an electrical company before and was so nervous and worried. Mister Sparky and the technician, Phillip, they sent were amazing! Mister sparky made it easy and got someone out fast and Phillip eased any worries or concerns. He fixed the problem and even took a look at another issue that he wasn't even originally called out for. He fixed everything and made sure it was fully operational before leaving. Thank you so much for helping ease the burden of moving in and trying to fix everything. I will definitely use them again and would refer them to my friends and family.

Henry was very professional during the bid process and installation.  The lights and ceiling fans he installed throughout my house look great.  It took longer than he expected due to some issues with my home.  It was no fault of his but he didn't change the price and stood by his original quote.  Will definetly use again.

I do not recommend this company to anyone and would like to share why. I was a first time customer of Mr. Electric Ft. Worth recently. I had an electrician install a ceiling fan in place of a flush mount light fixture and replace some bulbs in tall ceilings. Aaron was on time and courteous, however shortly after he left I realized he took the original flush ceiling mount light fixture as well as the box and papers that the ceiling fan came in with him when he left. He did not ask me if I wanted him to dispose of the trash and must have done so without me noticing otherwise I would have stopped him. I called the company to notify them that I wanted my original light fixture as well as the manual for the new fan installed from the box. They said they would contact Aaron to see if he still possibly had the items on his truck but likely not. I said if not, I would appreciate my bill being credited for the value of the light fixture at least. The representative without hesitation said well we can't do that because it would come out of Aaron's commission but we can replace the light- it was only worth $15-20. I was shocked. As someone who works in the customer service industry it also offended me. She did not ask me to provide a model number for my light fixture, description, picture, etc. to attempt to match it but instead made an assumption. Also, it has been a week since that phone call and I still have not received a follow up call with an update on when they plan to return to my home with whatever light they assume I owned... not professional at all nor the right thing to do. Clearly they are more concerned with their electrician's commission checks over their customer service protocols.
