Needed a new electrical outlet installed in my garage. They were quickly available, offered a great price, and went above and beyond in the work by also inspecting my electrical system. I'll definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future if needed!

Ty and Johnny did a great job with my ceiling lights, installing ceiling fans and making sense of another person's intention with installing a light over my sink.  I highly recommend them!!

Apologize in advance for the long read. Just want to list everything that I experienced with Kevin.  On 8/17/17, I called Kevin out for an A/C issue.  He was courteous and prompt with his said arrival time.  He spent about 45 min to an hour spraying my air conditioner and cleaning it.  Granted, it probably could of used it but that certainly wasn't the cause of the issue.  He then checked refrigerant pressure and some other troubleshooting.  He discovered the compressor was not kicking on with the unit and ended up installing a booster to help kick it on.  This solved the issue.  Total time was just over 2 hours.  Charge for the service was $295.  To be fair to him, I did not ask what his service charge was.  My mistake.  I asked him for a breakdown on the invoice so I could see what I was being charged for.  He stated that $195 of it was for the service call, $30 for the part and the $70 for the install.  I thought the service call was high compared to AC companies I've used in the past (this was also during normal business hours and not in the evening or weekend) but since I didn't ask in advance, paid the bill.  

Today I called him again under the guise of another customer needing help but this time asked about his service call charge.  Yes, I know it's deceiving but had a hunch that he marked up his services based off of where I live.  He told me that he did not charge a service call, would determine what the issue is and then tell me what it would cost to repair.  None of which happened on my call.  At this point I broke character and stated he had did some work for me but did charge me a service call and that it was itemized on the invoice as a service call fee.  After some heated conversation, we hung up and I started writing this review.

I decided to call him back and apologize for my actions and deceiving him.  I explained why I did it and asked him to see my point of view.  I respect that he's trying to run a business and make a living but I think it should be honest.  I then asked if he would be willing to meet in the middle somewhere and make it right.  He proceeded to tell me how hard it is to run a business, that I had no idea what it takes and that if I didn't like his services or his prices, I didn't have to use him.  All of which are very true.

Just a warning for anyone that is going to use him in the future.  Ask for specifics before he comes out.  I should of asked when I initially called and I didn't.  That's on me.

Sent a Yelp quote request and within 10 min got a response. This was the only 1 of 2 companies out of 5 that gave me an estimate up front before they would come to the house.

Fair price, was able to make an appt before the other company so I chose them.

The electrician that came was 20 min late and I was not happy. That being said he and his apprentice were able to quickly recover their late mistake by doing a very efficient job installing a nema 1450 plug in my garage, fixing an issue with a kitchen led light and installing a ring doorbell cam.

Would definitely use these guys again. Only advice, if you say you'll be there by 8a, be there by 7:55a.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I contacted these guys because they have a rep for lightning fast response times and fair quotes on Yelp. They did not disappoint. David got back to me within a half hour on Yelp private messaging and I was promptly contacted by their dispatch team to schedule an estimate the next day. I just needed a GFI install done, and Arthur, who was very informative and friendly, provided the estimate and then followed up with me the following week. He made a trip from Grapevine to Fort Worth after standard business hours to do the install because he had told us someone would be out on Thursday and wanted to keep his word. He was also nice enough to take a look at the power running from our dishwasher since we had not yet been able to figure out how to turn the dang thing on.

Anyway, I am really impressed with the professionalism and quality of service for Dennis Electric. This is how a business should operate! I will definitely call them again if I have an electrical issue.

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

I had a chandelier installed, and they arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and were very affordable compared to other quotes I got. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

The job was completed to my satisfaction.  They added electrical and a wall switch for 2 lights above new cabinets in my living room.  I felt they got the job done quickly and charged a reasonable rate.  I would definitely call them next time I need electrical work.  I was able to get a free quote by sending a few pictures and describing the work to be done.  Great job all around!

If you're looking for a licensed electrical team who are professional, organized, friendly, respectful of your property, on time (always), communicates clearly, and fair priced (while not trying sell services or items you don't need), then ABR Electric is the company for you. They have performed electrical services on 4 separate occasions at our home during the past 2 years, that ranged from a call to increase the amps on some breakers in our main garage junction box to completely reconfiguring the electrical supply to our kitchen as part of a recent remodel & while doing that also installing a new induction cooking center. All jobs have far exceeded expectations.

Great work! These gentlemen were very professional and did a wonderful job for me. I would recommend these electricians. In addition, they charged half the price of the bid that I received from another company.

These guys totally saved my bacon!! After a HUGE Dallas WINTER storm!! They were able to get to me quickly, and get my situation figured out. Turns out my meter was just broken and Encore had 'remote diagnosed' my problem as not there's. Mr. Green stayed with me while I got Encore/TXU on the phone, and then explained to them (in electrician speech), what was going on. Encore had been giving me the run around all morning, and had it not been for these guys who knows how long I would have been left freezing in the cold!! I have never felt so disrespected in a phone call where I was trying to obtain services from a business. The gentleman who answered my call cannot be the owner of the company as he claimed because if this was his business, he wouldn't have been so rude about answering my questions. I called them to get a quote and timeline for their services and when the phone was answered he made me feel as if I was wasting his precious time. Just the tone of his answer pretty much screamed what do you want? I was shocked but figured we all have bad days but c'mon! I'm a potential customer who's calling to pay you for your services. It's not as if you're giving me free services! Even if you were to give free services, this isn't how you talk to a lady! I will take my business elsewhere where I am not insulted for asking questions. Just unbelievable and still shocked!

I moved to Texas three years ago and I look for an electrician with five stars Light it up totally deserve their five stars I've used them for about every electrical need all over our house three years later I'm still and will always call them for my electrical needs They are on time and do an excellent quality job Im very happy with the jobs all they've done  and Todd the owner makes sure if you are not happy with the job he will do his best to make it right I just had a smart ceiling fan today and I was amazed at the great work mark and Josh did to  put up the fan and trouble shoot why it didn't work at first they figured out we had to switches and it needed to be hooked up to the other switch plus they showed me how to use the remote that came with it I will continue to use them for any future electrical projects we have in the future I highly recommend Light it up !

We had an outlet on the front porch that was causing our Gfci to reset. Daniel fixed both of these in less than 30 minutes as we had to leave for another appointment!  He was VERY nice!

Arrow Electric was awesome. They were prompt, efficient, thorough and reasonably priced. Worked with my tenant and I while I was out of state.  Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this company to anyone and would like to share why. I was a first time customer of Mr. Electric Ft. Worth recently. I had an electrician install a ceiling fan in place of a flush mount light fixture and replace some bulbs in tall ceilings. Aaron was on time and courteous, however shortly after he left I realized he took the original flush ceiling mount light fixture as well as the box and papers that the ceiling fan came in with him when he left. He did not ask me if I wanted him to dispose of the trash and must have done so without me noticing otherwise I would have stopped him. I called the company to notify them that I wanted my original light fixture as well as the manual for the new fan installed from the box. They said they would contact Aaron to see if he still possibly had the items on his truck but likely not. I said if not, I would appreciate my bill being credited for the value of the light fixture at least. The representative without hesitation said well we can't do that because it would come out of Aaron's commission but we can replace the light- it was only worth $15-20. I was shocked. As someone who works in the customer service industry it also offended me. She did not ask me to provide a model number for my light fixture, description, picture, etc. to attempt to match it but instead made an assumption. Also, it has been a week since that phone call and I still have not received a follow up call with an update on when they plan to return to my home with whatever light they assume I owned... not professional at all nor the right thing to do. Clearly they are more concerned with their electrician's commission checks over their customer service protocols.
