Gabe Carroll installed 4 recessed LED lights in my living room. He was punctual, efficient, personable, and professional, and he took special care to make sure my furniture and grand piano were protected with plastic drops. He also cleaned the room thoroughly after the installation. I could not have been more pleased and will definitely use his service again!

Very reasonable price! We have had a problem with flickering lights and outlets that don't work for years and he was able to detect the original problem and fix it once and for all. And it cost me no where NEAR what I anticipated, I am going to definitely call him for all my electrical problems!!!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Do not use this company. They are gouging prices. I found a plumber who would just repair my water heater.

They tried to charge $3000 dollars and came with a water heater thinking I would finance it. Absolutely not!

It is rare for me to write a review, but in the case of Enoch Electric Water & Air I must share my very positive experience.  So, my hot water heater stops working.  I assume its time for new one.  I call Bryan at Enoch and ask what their price is to install a new water heater (I had already had other bids, some up to $2,275!).  Bryan asks me to send him pictures of my hot water heater.  He calls me back and tells me that at 7 years old, it's still under warranty (who knew ?!).  They send a crew out who confirms the problem and then Bryan gets authorization to fix it under the manufacturer's warranty.  I am out $0 dollars!  What company does that?  I am blown away by the professionalism, competency and integrity displayed.  I no longer must search out a company to perform my plumbing, electrical, HVAC work.  I know who to trust.

I called and spoke to Nathan due to an electrical problem I was having. He was very helpful and listened to my problem with extreme patience. I previously  had an electrician from a different company  come out, not only did he not fix the problem he created more problems! Jason came out and was extremely efficient in fixing the issue and correcting the  work done by the previous electrician. I called AES weeks ahead of a hot tub being delivered to see what would be involved with getting it hard wired. Dan came out and took a look at our breaker box and where the spa would be located and gave us a rough estimate on cost.
After the spa was delivered we had a slight delay because of weather but he came as soon as the rain ended. He did a wonderful job doing the wiring from the box to the spa. Very neat and unobtrusive having to run the conduit along the bottom edge of the house. He installed a master CFGI switch near the spa and also a 110 outlet for lights on our patio. He had the spa wired and up and running in no time at all. His prices are excellent and he actually did it for a little less than what the total came to because it was a little higher than the rough estimate he originally gave us. Very fair prices. I would recommend AES for any type of electrical work you need done. I will definitely call him for any other work I may need done.

This father son team is great! Answers calls quickly and provide top notch work. They were even able to answer questions via text to help determine if my project was something they could do! Mike helped my parent's multiple electrical projects from ceiling fans, vanity & ceiling lights, exterior motion light & lanterns, and recessed lightings, etc. He is also knowledgeable with car charging station, which we will come to him to install in the near future. He is punctual and does what he says. He knows his craft inside out, and is absolutely fair with his pricing. Mike is not only the expert in his field but an all-around great person. They came out and took care of my small problem and charged a fair price.  I've been in the same home for 30 years and have had my share of good and bad service repair people to the house.  I don't remember the electricians name, but he explained everything and was very courteous throughout the visit.  Nice to work with people with integrity.

Mr Sparky responded to my service request right away. They sent technician, Maxwell A. to handle the request. Work requested was replace ceiling junction box with one rated for ceiling fan and replace dimmer switch with toggle switch. Fee quoted was $479, which I thought was way too high. I told Maxwell I was going to get another quote. He asked what I thought was a fair price. Based on my research I said around $250 or less. He said he would do it for $300, which included the $49 trip charge. Work was professionally completed in less than 2 hours. Before work was started, a courtesy safety inspection was performed. Upgrade kitchen outlets were recommended along with whole house ground and new smoke detectors. So upselling is involved which is the only thing I didn't like about the visit. It also resulted in the 4 instead of 5 star rating. Overall, Maxwell was courteous, personable, and professional.

I had an old fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen and it needed a new ballast.  I called a friend-of-a-friend, but he stood us up.  So we left for vacation with wires hanging from our ceiling.  When we returned, I searched Yelp to get some referrals and found Arrow Electric. Alex was the technician who came to work on the lights.  I really hated the idea of putting up an outdated fluorescent fixture again, so we asked for his opinion & a quote to put in recessed lights instead.  The quote was great, so we agreed to go with the new lights.  Alex came back a couple of hours later to install 3 LED lights.  He was awesome!  He worked quickly.  He explained why he thought the LED lights were the best solution, and that we wouldn't need to replace them for 15-20 years.  And they were low on energy.  Within an hour, Alex had installed the 3 lights, and cleaned up the floor.  From now on, I will only call Arrow Electric!!  Hopefully, we can have the lights in both bathrooms to be changed out also.  Awesome job!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I have had them out twice. Made appointments online and by call. Both super easy and friendly service! Tech arrives in the time window given and receive a call prior to ensure you are home in time. Tech knew his stuff and did the work quick and efficiently. So happy with the first call out that we called them back again.
