Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. We were remodeling our home, and needed to update our electrical box, add some outlets, add a few outdoor lights and more. Joshua came out and gave us a quote, which was reasonable and we were happy to give Benchmark our business,. Joshua was thorough, neat, very kind, genuine, and a hard worker. Glenn came over for a while to help because it was such a lengthy to-do list, but they were able to get it all handled in one day. I really felt the quality of work was excellent and the prices were reasonable. They are my go-to electrical company from now on and I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Rico and Jason came after I received quotes from several Big Name McKinney electrians submitted unbelievable and outrageous quotes for my job. Don't let these other electricians try to scare you. In a day and time where it is hard to find honorable men, I found two with Rico and Jason. They came when they said they would. Completed the job without seeming like they were trying to catch a bus. They also did the job for what was originally quoted. By the way Rico did the job for $1,000.00 less than other electricians in McKinney.WHAT THE ..... yep. You heard me. So what are you waiting for?

Great place to do business with. Always on time and the prices are reasonable. Located in arlington and they have many techs to get things done on time.

John knows what he's doing and doesn't overcharge. I am happy with the rewiring and fixture installation he did for us.

We had Chris install our ring doorbell. He is beyond kind and professional! He responded right away and came out the same day!! So grateful we found him to help us and definitely will not hesitate to use him again!

We had a crazy mess with the electrical switches and outlets, and fixtures in our hallway and bathroom. The wires were all hot and shorting out, very dangerous situation! Another electrician came out 3 times, charging us each time, and they would rig it up.... With the situation returning within days, because the wires would remain hot and melt together! Very dangerous situation! I called these guys and they were there within hours and fixed the problem, and replacing all fixtures, the same day! Wish I had called them first!

I just watched this guy run a stop sign in heavy traffic. He followed the car in front of him without stopping at an obvious 4-way intersection off of an I-35 access road. He was driving illegally and unsafely in this company vehicle. I would never pay money to a company who blatantly disregards the simple laws.
