These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. Another plumber referred me to Winstead for some outdoor drainage work because they had the right equipment. They were nice, thorough and didn't blow my budget. I'll call them again. Keep up the good work!

Jorge was a life savior. I just bought my first house and started what I thought was an easy DIY project. Boy was I wrong. Jorge was able to fix the damage I did to the drywall trying to remove painted on wallpaper and prep everything for me to paint. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will definitely be calling him in the future.

I am dealing with a water heater emergency. I called and the lady that answered the phone could not give me a quote. They could come to my house today and give me a quote so I said Ok and gave all my personal information, set up a time and gave all the water heater info. The very last statement was oh and we charge a trip fee of $42 to come give you that quote. (mind you...I had just gave them all the specifics on the water heater such as gas..size and location). Poor process and just lost a potential customer. I will not pay $42 for somebody to give me a simple quote.

Josh and his helper were awesome.  I had a leaking toilet and a shower that wouldn't hardly drain.  They assessed the problem, got everything up to code, were super sweet AND explained everything!

Had a leaking AC condensate line. Jon was super knowledgeable, responded fast, and did great work. Really good value.

They broke my sink the. Told me it can't be fixed, you gotta buy a new one. I had a friend come over he fixed it. They installed my A/C unit and the fan was wired wrong it was blowing backwards. The guy was watching YouTube videos to figure out how to install. I will never use them again. They may have people licensed, but that is not who will come to your house.

We have needed a plumber to come out a couple of times in the past 2 years and have called L&L Plumbing in Emory, Texas. The plumber was very efficient and did not over charge.We were satisfied with his work.

I have a customer who has an issue with her shut off valve and her install of washer and dryer. I called this company to see if they could assist in getting these issue resolved, and this company is extremely unprofessional. First I call and am told we are two weeks booked out you need to call somebody else and was hung up on before even having the opportunity to speak. In addition, the customer I am trying to assist called them right back and yet they magically had an appointment available. My company is agreeing to cover the cost and I called to see if they could accept payment over the phone and was told WE ARE NOT WORKING FOR YOUR COMPANY SHE WILL PAY ME! and was hung up on. This is a very unprofessional way to treat customers. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Take your money somewhere else!!! All of these positive reviews have to be fake so unprofessional!!

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

The service is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get, and once you call them out to fix a problem, it has been resolved.  I have never had to use their warranty in regard to any work that they have previously performed at my house, and this is why keep us g their service. I'm willing to pay for peace of mind!

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
