These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't break the bank, do not hesitate to use these guy!!!! 5 star all the way!

I used this company once in 2015 but recently someone named Macy keeps calling and leaving messages about an unpaid invoice from 11/2022. I haven't used their service since 2015 and moved out of state so I thought they must've mixed up my old info with someone else's and I called to let them know they were either being scammed or something was wrong with their system.

The person I assume is Macy was very rude and was convinced I was in the wrong by not paying their invoice. She was unwilling to listen and basically decided I was lying from just a phone number. At the end I just told her to remove my information from their system and to never call me again.

So beware when you give them your information, they might accuse you of not paying for an invoice from a job that you never asked them to do.

Benjamin did a great job on my leaking outdoor faucets. He was friendly, knowledgeable and finished up everything in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if a plumbing problem arises.

Jorge was a life savior. I just bought my first house and started what I thought was an easy DIY project. Boy was I wrong. Jorge was able to fix the damage I did to the drywall trying to remove painted on wallpaper and prep everything for me to paint. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will definitely be calling him in the future.

Previously had an issue with a service call I had... wrote a review about it.. then I had someone from the company.. I believe his name was (Vic) contact me and follow up on the review.. the company knew I wasn't satisfied.. they stand behind there work and there customers.. and they made it right... I would say a lot of companies probably don't do this enough.. a company that stands behind there work and customers is good by me.. Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

They are a family business and Casey is fantastic! We had a gas fireplace starter pipe that needed replacing and he and his assistant came out and in one hour, removed the old pipe which was really on there, and installed new gas starter pipe for a reasonable price. We've used them before and they always exceed our expectations! Highly recommend!

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

After a nightmare DIY hose bib incident we called these guys pretty late at night and they came out, fixed the situation, and were very kind while they did it.

Initially, I reported a positive experience. From scheduling to Jason's prompt service call and professional demeanor. He identified the problem quickly and the part was ordered.

Issue: The Repair Estimate

Beware part price mark up! Disclaimer: I attempted to reach the owner to discuss before leaving this updated review. In fact, I was chatting via yelp with Chad W: Owner, but it turns out he's the Marketing Director.

Chad stated that he didn't handle that end of the business (part pricing/ordering) and that I'd have to call the office.

In response, I spoke to a Jessie who said she would have the actual owner contact me. Another female employee (not the owner) called me to inform me the part was in and inquired as to setting up the next service call. I explained that I first wanted to obtain the actual part number and price, as I felt the repair estimate was exceptionally high.

Several minutes later a Mark called me and asked me if I wanted to set up the service call, or not. I asked if he was the owner. He said he was the General Manager. I shared my experience and concern regarding part price mark up. He held the position that $337.78 was competitive for a Hot Surface Ignition Glow Bar repair. I declined.

Reliable, great quality, friendly and family owned business that you can trust.  Highly recommend this company for all hardware and plumbing needs.  They have a beautiful new show room too!  I feel like everyone in Southlake uses them and now I know why!

We have needed a plumber to come out a couple of times in the past 2 years and have called L&L Plumbing in Emory, Texas. The plumber was very efficient and did not over charge.We were satisfied with his work.

I have needed them a couple times over the years .  Always ontime and reliable. Honest with reasonable pricing.

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

My kitchen drain was slow, I searched internet and found Roto Rooter with good reviews, so submitted a request online. A technician called Eric came to my house yesterday afternoon, not only he made problem worse but also created new issues and left us with all the mess. The sink is now completely clogged with new leaking at three different places.

He broke my under sink pipes and waste disposal connections yesterday, asked me to change to new pipes and a new waste disposal, we agreed. So he came back today and installed the new pipes and waste disposal. We tried to test it after he completed the work, he said no need to test. We insisted to test it and the pipe connections started to leak within two minutes. First he tried to find an excuse but then committed it was an issue, he tried to fix the issue without success so decided to leave it as is.

We paid him 50% yesterday and agreed to pay another 50% after completing the work, but with all these issues we decided not to pay the rest 50%, he threatened us to call collecting company to get the money. We called their customer service but they would not come until tomorrow knowing our kitchen sink is completely out of order because of their work. This is the WORST experience we've ever had.

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
