My water heater went out on a Saturday morning and I was able to get an estimate the same day and my water heater replaced on Monday morning! Tony helped me to understand the issues related to the water heater malfunctioning and what I needed to do to keep my new one working well. Talk about a great plumbing company in Mesquite, Great Service Plumbing is awesome. Our sewer line was overflowing into the yard. These guys came out and repaired our water / plumbing lines in no time - even though they had to dig 8 feet down into the yard. This quality plumbing company did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My boiler broke up in the freezing weather and this company's plumber broke me advice over the phone which meant I could fix the problem myself-but I knew he 'd come out if I really needed him to. Super fantastic!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

They are the best. They go above and beyond each time I need something. On top of that, they are reliable and very skilled.

Honest and thorough. These guys were amazing. It turned out my issue was with the city's connection, not with my house's plumbing. They called the city services and had them come out to repair it. They did not charge me for this. I really want to thank them for their help, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Disclaimer: I have not had any work done yet. I called their office on Friday afternoon​ , and they were able to come to my house early morning yesterday. I had this company out to look at different things to make sure they were working correctly and to look at some things that I wasn't sure about. They did not rush me to get going to their next call and even though they were here probably about an hour they did not charge me for their time. This may be the standard, but I did not feel like they were trying to find things that were wrong so they could get money out of me. In my personal opinion, this is a company worth calling.​

I had a clog in my main sewer line to the street and they managed to get me scheduled same day.  They were on time, called ahead and had the line cleared within an hour.  All for about $170, completely reasonable for me.  The guy they sent out, Marc, was great.  Thanks Marc!

Incredible customer service, quick appt, and great plumbing.   Even told me how to get a free new faucet since mine was under warranty!   Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best plumbing store in Dallas, quality service extreme stuff knowledge  about all plumbing parts old and new, pleasure to do business there. Strongly recommend!

I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.

I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism in handling the matter and I'm happy with the final results.
