Company responded immediately to set up service call. Tyler listened attentively to the various plumbing issues around the house and made good recommendations with differing cost options. Promptly resolved the immediate leak issues and scheduled followup service for the remaining items. I appreciate the time spent explaining the details behind the issues and solutions so that I could make an educated decision with no pressure.

I heard about Arriaga through the staff at the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce. As an administrator for a life enrichment center for adults with special needs, A dramatic drop in water pressure had us scrambling to figure out where a leak might be. The Wylie Water department identified the area, and John from Arriaga rerouted to our location and assessed the situation. After turning off the water (which was leaking at 27 gallons/minute), he scheduled to have a crew come repair early the next morning. As promised, two members of the crew arrived the next morning and spent the day digging up the leak and basically rebuilding a previously piecemealed repair. I honestly expected a repair bill around $2,500-$3,000. Pleasantly surprised by an invoice for $1,500. Arriaga Plumbing will have my business in the future, both business and residential! Called these guys back out a 2nd time and they replaced my ac. I got 2 different quotes. The first quote from another company was $2950, Northwest quoted me $1750. They did a great job and saved me a ton of money. These guys are officially my go to guys for everything plumbing and air conditioning!

The roads are covered in ice and not only did Jose agree to come help us, he got here early and finished the job in no time. Very kind, very professional! Our ceiling had a leak and it collapsed. I asked for help on the Garland Facebook page and he contacted me immediately. He charged me less than his initial quote and did a beautiful job. I am extremely satisfied with this company.

Leak Geeks plumbing company, were absolutely wonderful. Highly professional, reasonable cost, Derick was our point of contact and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Mr. Dyson

I had a flooding problem in my bathroom, and it turned out that the AC condensation/bathtub drain was clogged. I called Mr. Dyson, and he came right away to take a look. He was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the gunk and mud from the drain, and the flooding stopped immediately.

I was very impressed with Mr. Dyson's work. He was fast, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he didn't charge me any extra fees, a rare moment of honesty in this age of imperial franchising(pardon my economists BS). I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Colive, Marcos and Zack came to my house, laid all my new grass with added dirt and even accepted a card my son made and put in the mailbox since we couldn't get close to them to shake their hands. These were the nicest guys ever. They even gave me advice and listened to all my yard killing stories. I will always use them for lawn, garden and pest help. Thank you so much.

My husband and I want to just how pleased we are with Finn-Tastic plumbing. I called a 1 pm and was given an arrival time of 3 pm. to my surprise they were early !!!! Don't see much of that now days for sure. I talked with the technician and kinda explained our problem and fears that he might have to go under the house (were on pier and beam). He assured me he would check things our thoroughly before he just started crawling around the house and he did. He located the leak where the water line goes under the house. What a blessing for him and our wallet for sure.
Within 2 hours from his arrival our water was back on and we were happy campers.
As a rule I do not give 5-star rating but this time it is well deserved. I will recommend Finn-Tastic Plumbing to family and friends.

I don't know how their service looks like but their front desk lady has to go , terrible and terrible attitude trying to void responsibility, I ordered service through American home shield it got dispatched since 15th and called few times they won't come check out and said only after 26th. I was suggesting route back to American home shield so some other contractors could come and their phone lady refuse to do that.... my home been soaked in water for five days ...

If you  are the boss of this business, trying to save your business, let go the front desk girl. You will see a booking of your business!

Do not use this sick, heartless, rascal plumber!

My father-in-law got his number from a lady he knows from church.
He called this guy and this guy said he was willing to travel to Euless with a trip charge.
Well what a surprise, tonight I received a call from my 81-year-old father-in-law who had just had a shower cartridge replaced in his home then watched it grow to an $11,000 trenchless sewer replacement invoice for what one day worth of work. Taking advantage of a Senior who is suffering from Alzheimer's is pretty low!
For the whole time that he was at my father-in-law's house he was not able to take his eyes off my 15-year-old niece!  My father-in-law had to stare him down!!!
What a sick dude!
Someone should take his license away!!!
