Best Plumbing Services in Arlington, TX
This company is great and Brian was very helpful. I had a leak under a bathroom sink and a stackable washer/dryer unit where the washer had just stopped working. I had called them to see what they'd charge to fix it and when they could do the work. I'd already checked with several plumbers and they were outrageously expensive. As a side note, as of Sept. 2019, plumbers in the State of Texas DO NOT have to have a license. Yes, that means technically anyone can represent themselves as a plumber and I really had no way of knowing which of the ones I called were just doing plumbing work (and were really handymen) or who were actual licensed plumbers with experience. I decided that the work that needed to be done was not a major undertaking (like many of the people who had left reviews online had experienced) that would require a master plumber and that a handyman could probably take care of it. I then started researching these handyman companies and people in the area. I called Maintenance Pro's and got to talk with Brian. He was so nice, helpful, understanding and patient. Plus, now that the work has been completed, I know he is GREAT and did a wonderful job. He messaged me pics of under the sink/plumbing/pipes and what needed to be fixed and replaced and we spoke before I authorized for the work to be done. He then took care of that and ran some diagnostics on the washing machine. He quickly figured out that the only thing wrong with the washing machine was that, over the years, it had just collected a lot of dust/lint inside the mechanics and just needed to be taken apart and cleaned out so he did that. His prices were reasonable and he was very prompt. Plus, their hours are 7:00am to 9:00 pm so it was very convenient and I didn't have to pay someone else after hours fees. Lastly, I was able to pay the bill online which was very helpful as well. I'll definitely call him again if I have something wrong at this condo. Thanks so much, Brian!

RWD Services will take care of your needs! We had a couple issues that were resolved with some communication, the owner made it right!!! For a recovering cancer patient and a disabled wife, they tried to make the process of sewer line replacement as easy as possible!

Jeremy is a very professional and hard working tech. He communicated very well throughout the entire process and actually got the job done faster than initially quoted, which was awesome!

I will stick to the facts:
1. Out of the 3 times they came to my house, they were late twice. Each time I was given a three hour window.
2. They give free estimates. Although, they charged by the hour at a rate of $150/hour. Curious to know if others actually receive by the job estimates.
3. On the day of the job they arrived about 45 min. late, outside of the three hour window.
4. Needed valves and fixtures changed for the lavatory and a spout leak and fixtures repaired for the shower.
5. The lavatory was repaired in under an hour, however the tub area is where we encountered problems.
6. After 2 1/2 hours I still have a shower leak and they broke a part that was working before they got there (diverter?); two out of three fixtures were replaced; they left the middle shower fixture off. All fixtures were in place before they got there.
7. He attempted to explain how they broke it and why the spout is still leaking but at that point I asked for fee, paid my bill and they left.
My opinions:
The staff that I encountered at this company was extremely nice. The primary plumber apologized profusely for botching the main job to the shower while the secondary plumber (whom I believe is responsible for breaking the diverter) quietly excited the premises. They were willing to keep charging me by the hour to fix something they broke. I am disheartened by what transpired because I was genuinely excited about using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I will never call them back and will never recommend them to others. I am currently looking for plumbers to fix the spout leak as as well as the diverter that was broken by the L&L plumbing crew.

Owner came out in a few hours to get an eye on the problem. Talked through some options, seemed very honest and didn't want to up charge us on work that probably didn't need to be done. Plumber that morning quoted $4000 and he said no way that could be the problem and said would be more like a few hundred dollars to repair it if we found where it was and narrowed it down to a few feet of yard. My husband spent an hour and dug the yard up a little and sure enough, he was right! Would definitely call him again!

Prompt, professional, reasonable--everything you could ask for in a plumbing service, plus. Tom is fantastic!
I would highly recommend Viper to anyone who asked. So far I have only used them for smaller jobs around the house but I plan to do some bathroom renovations and I wouldn't have anyone else do the job.

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! Their price was very fair ! They also checked a concern I had before they left! Be sure to ask for Chase and Uriel!

We had a slab leak and North Hills Plumbing came to our rescue. They showed up promptly to take care of our slab leak. They found out where the leak was and drilled a couple of holes to find it. Yep they found it. NHP fixed the leak and filled the holes in and everything was great. Few weeks later we were going to have wood floors put in but were told that we had to much moisture in the concrete. First thing we thought of was the slab leak came loose. Called NHP they came out made a hole and the repair was dry everything they did was perfect, then filled it in. They really did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. If we ever have another problem we will give them a call.

Great people. Honest and caring. They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering. They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!! I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!! I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

Ah, what better way to end your weekend than with a mystery leak. That seemingly came from nowhere - in fact, it was more likely that the kids playing outside had sprayed a hose into the open window of my bedroom (during my open house, no less) than a leak to *really* be happening.
And then I remembered where my water heater was...
After vacuuming about 8 gallons of water (that'd have to be some kind of prank those rascally neighbor kids did), and with some earnest encouragement from Mom, I finally started the search for a plumber at 7:30am. The first plumber I called wouldn't be able to make it until tomorrow, so I tried Platinum Plumbing.
The woman who answered the phone said he wouldn't be able to get there until between 9:00am and 9:30am.... really? Within 2 hours? I was stoked already!
Nick showed up about 9:10am. I was just about to go outside to dump another load of water from the Shop Vac, and he took it over and dumped it for me. Another thumbs up.
I told Nick that I thought the water was coming from the water heater somewhere, and he took a look at the top, and realized (much to my dismay) that the hoses just needed some tightening. MAN! I hate it when it's something SO simple!! So he gave them a good crank, and then spent some time explaining how water heaters work, and why the water took such a circuitous route to end up on my carpet.
At any rate, Nick rocked. Super friendly, spent time explaining to me, and seemed genuinely honest and helpful. Although I wished I would have thought to crank the hoses tighter myself, at least I found a good plumber for future issues.

Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I can honestly say David and Kyle delivered an amazing experience, and I will never use anyone else. They have my family for life.

Edgar is awesome! We can't say enough great things about him. We initially called him due to an issue that needed immediate assistance on the weekend and he came over within a couple hours. Diagnosed the problem at no charge and quoted us an exact price for the fix. The quote was a super reasonable price. In doing that repair he discovered a major plumbing problem we had and told us how much it would be to fix. We had him do the work and it went perfectly. He charges by the issue...not hourly...so if the job runs long, it's still the same price. We wouldn't use anyone else!

I wouldn't recommend this Company. It took over a week to get them out after several phones calls . After finally getting an appointment, they stood us up. The excuse that was given by Kenny himself was he trucks were busy. No call to let us know they were running late or not coming. Then after explaining how we called and never got a phone call back he says they have called 3 times and we didn't answer. But of course if they did they didn't leave a message. Either way your better off hiring someone else.qoqdy3-Duqgaq-qontez
