Best Plumbing Services in Arlington, TX

This company is great and Brian was very helpful.  I had a leak under a bathroom sink and a stackable washer/dryer unit where the washer had just stopped working. I had called them to see what they'd charge to fix it and when they could do the work. I'd already checked with several plumbers and they were outrageously expensive.  As a side note, as of Sept. 2019, plumbers in the State of Texas DO NOT have to have a license. Yes, that means technically anyone can represent themselves as a plumber and I really had no way of knowing which of the ones I called were just doing plumbing work (and were really handymen) or who were actual licensed plumbers with experience. I decided that the work that needed to be done was not a major undertaking (like many of the people who had left reviews online had experienced) that would require a master plumber and that a handyman could probably take care of it.  I then started researching these handyman companies and people in the area. I called Maintenance Pro's and got to talk with Brian.  He was so nice, helpful, understanding and patient.  Plus, now that the work has  been completed, I know he is GREAT and did a wonderful job. He messaged me pics of under the sink/plumbing/pipes and what needed to be fixed and replaced and we spoke before I authorized for the work to be done. He then took care of that and ran some diagnostics on the washing machine. He quickly figured out that the only thing wrong with the washing machine was that, over the years, it had just collected a lot of dust/lint inside the mechanics and just needed to be taken apart and cleaned out so he did that. His prices were reasonable and he was very prompt.  Plus, their hours are 7:00am to 9:00 pm so it was very convenient and I didn't have to pay someone else after hours fees. Lastly, I was able to pay the bill online which was very helpful as well.  I'll definitely call him again if I have something wrong at this condo.  Thanks so much, Brian!

After having foundation work performed, it was discovered that I had an under slab leak.  Through the process, I was referred to Randy of RWD Services, he was outstanding.  I wound up having some major work done. Randy and his team were phenomenal. They had all of the equipment necessary to perform in-depth tests to get to the root of the problem. Randy is very communicative, thorough and proficient.  He and his team pay close attention to detail, they leave the work area clean and diligently work to meet deadlines. He went above and beyond.  I highly recommend  Randy and RWD Services.

We had a gas leak that needed to be repaired - Sean was great, explained everything he was going to do, what to expect, etc and the estimate turned out to be very accurate and less than I thought it would be. Wonderful communication through and he thoroughly explained what work had been done and what the next steps would be for city inspection.  All in all this was a much easier process than I had feared it would be, thanks to Legacy (and Sean!)

They came out to check out an issue I had with my main drain. They were able to locate tree root issues that broke through the piping. They were able to quote me on such affordable pricing compared to other competitors. Sonia did a great job communicating and making sure the issue was fixed promptly. Very glad to have found a good, reputable and honest plumber! They came and fixed a tankless water heater problem and two bathroom sink faucets. They were honest and upfront about the situation, not trying to upsell me something I don't need right now (which would have been very easy to do in our situation). I will definitely use Viper in the future, highly recommend.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

Extremely through in troubleshooting a complex issue that multiple other companies could not give any information or plan for.

I can't say enough great things about Platinum Plumbing! Nick came to our house during the big Texas snow storm to help us out! I was amazed with his knowledge and upbeat attitude! He definitely eased our worries and did great work.

They showed up, 2 big guys. I had a water line break under the house. Whoever would repair this would need to dig and tunnel. One of the plumbers recommended that I Jack up the house and otherwise, the mission was impossible. I found another local plumber that did the job.
