I help my family manage a rental unit in Northridge - and ran into a plumbing emergency.  I called Rooters On Time last minute off of a yelp search purely based on the high ratings.  I've found in the past that can be a hit or miss...

This time, the reviews were all spot on!  Ask for Edgar - he was available within an hour of our call.  He came in, courteous, polite, and knowledgable.  He attempted the snake the drain - unfortunately he had to come back the next day (no fault of his own).  He was flexible with his time, even though it was a Saturday and showed up early to the appt.  It was a quick fix from there - and everything is now working great.

The final total was exactly as quoted, even though it took more than one trip and included Saturday work.

Travis did a quick, thorough job replacing the water valve under our sink. His confident, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude was refreshing. We'll see how bathroom shower repairs go next month!

Have been using BELUE for years and wouldn't want to trust anyone else. Efficient, honest and neat & clean.  As a single female, I have to use people I can trust not to take advantage of my check book - cause what do I know?  Not much about plumbing.  Rhonda in the office has never been anything but polite and helpful.  They all know what they are doing.

Had outside water leak.  They arrived as scheduled, very helpful and honest and very thorough.  Price was fair.  Will definitely use them again.

We have used H and H plumbing several times since moving into our new home. They are amazing. They are always so polite and helpful, even though I ask a million questions! They are very thorough and trustworthy, too! Definitely would recommend and will use in the future.

I have hired many plumbers over the last 30 years with owning various homes in Texas and California. Without a doubt M Aranda Plumbing is by far the best of all of them that I have worked with.  Manny does great work at a reasonable price, he always goes above and beyond for the customer. You will not be disappointed, give Manny a call the next time you need a plumber!

Our water stopped late on a Saturday afternoon. We're on a well and we're getting water but not to our house. After calling 5 plumbers who said either they couldn't get to us until mid-week, they didn't handle leak detection or didn't even answer the call I found Ron Hale Slab Leak.

They answered within 4 rings and said their specialty is leak detection. They called me back 15 minutes later and apologized because they couldn't get a technician out until 1pm the next day, Sunday.

They showed up on time; they were friendly, professional and skilled. The leak was found and repaired within an hour!

Highly recommend this company!!

We are fairly new homeowners and we were worried about our foundation. Greg showed up and promptly put our minds at ease. He was simply amazing. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He walked us around our home to show us problem areas to look out for in the future and explained that we did not have foundation issues. If we ever do need repair work he is the only one I will be calling

We had what I thought was a slab leak in January. Turns out it was a leak from our kitchen faucet that had sunk under our floor. Morgan leak came out the next morning and fixed it same day. Excellent customer service and great work done. Thanks!

Do not waste your time with this company.  I called to schedule a sewer clean out and was quoted $197 for a cash discounted price. I was given a time frame of 10am-12pm for arrival. Come 1:30pm no word from the plumber. I called and texted, no response. At 4:30 the plumber texts to say he 'got stuck at a previous job and his phone died'. He says he can come by between 6-8pm to perform the work. Needless to say I am sceptical at this point. It is now 9pm and still no plumber. No call and no show. This is not a professional company that honors it's word. Do what I will be doing and find a reputable place to take your business.

I called Baker Brothers on 3 different occasions for my air conditioning issue, on the 2nd visit they suggested I purchase a family plan which was $125 a year and would only have to pay for any repairs they made. So I did. The first 2 times, they were unable to find anything wrong with my units, and stated that it was an electrical problem, so I called an electrician, it was not the problem. The 3rd time my air went out I was now obligated to call them, since I had this plan. I will give them 5 stars on service & promptness, but I didn't even want to give them any stars. So they came out, and the technician came stating that I needed a new unit that he couldn't get it to blow cool air. He stated he had to call his sales manager who came out, and they spent a lot of time evaluating. The sales manager Kenny showed my the thermostat saying it was fine, but gave me no legitimate reason why I couldn't get cold air!!! He sat me down & said we would talk about the new system, and how the process would work. He suggested I replace both units, neither were that old, or showed signs according to them the 1st 2 visits of wear or a problem. He had me apply for financing and stated to me to up the amount that I make a year!! Then the quote was for that exact amount, 10,700!!! New grills $500! WHAT!!!

So I decided to call Dring A/C, they came out & immediately found a wire cut on my unit on the roof, they fixed it and I had cold air, better than before! But an hour later, my a/c was still on, and it was 55 degrees in my condo. I called them back, they came & stated it is probably the thermostat, when he pulled off the face cover, he had found that the wire that turns the unit on/off was cut, and the other wires were put back together with electrical tape, this was not there before Kenny had come!  This company almost cheated me out of $10K and for a system I did not need. That day Kenny was blowing up my phone to see if I was gonna buy!

I have called them back to cancel the plan, they won't, and I am now awaiting,STILL, a call from a manager.... DO NOT USE THEM! If they employ people like this Kenny or condon this type of work ethic, I don't want to do business with them.

Just had Ernie's install a new outlet so we can install an ice machine in our laundry room.  They sent two technicians who were very knowledgeable, extremely polite and very professional.  Josh made excellent suggestions and updated our washer plumbing also.  We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Not satisfied. They diagnose the underslab hot water leak but was a waste because we already knew where the hot spot was. Said only tunneling or break through slab repair possible (over $3500). Re-routing not possible. Legacy plumbing re-routing the pipes for $1700. So glad we got a second opinion.

UNTRUSTWORTY .... I am remodeling a shower in a rental property and hired this company to change out one shower valve. I should have known this experience was going to go bad when they arrived 2 hours late. Within 20 minutes I received a call from the owner attempting to hard sell me on 2 new water heaters and a line cleaning. I asked them to proceed with changing out only the shower valve. They finished and I paid them what turns out to be far more than the normal. Because it is a rental and I was not there to observe, the tenants sent me pictures of the valve the following day. The valve was off center, crocked, and installed at the wrong depth. I asked them to return to fix the issues. Of course he immediately blamed everything and everyone but himself. After going back and forth with texts and phone calls he finally agreed to come back out and fix his poor workmanship after he realized I had photos to proving my claim. I had to connect with the tenants and find out a good time for them. Then I had to reach back out to the owner of the plumbing company and set up an appointment. He set up a time and date to return. On the day of the appointment he did not show, call me or, answer his phone. Unfortunately my tenants missed class for no reason. He finally responded via text and set up another appointment the following business day. I again asked the tenants to be home for the appointment. He did not show again for the appointment. I called and asked when he would be there and he said his technician was a few hours out. Sadly the technician never showed up and again my tenants missed class waiting for them. I sent him a text telling him that it was not professional to not show up and or communicate. I told him that while his actions were disappointing he has one more opportunity to get it right. He had the audacity to text me back saying we would no longer like to do business with you.
Shocking experience.

Do be a victim with this company. Use a plumber that is trustworthy

They missed the window they said they would come and when I called to see if there was a new window the receptionist suggested I just cancel that she didn't know (and apparently wasn't interested in finding out) if there was a new window or we could reschedule.
